        도시의 환경문제가 인구와 시설의 증가에 의해서 점점 더 심각해짐에 따라 도시내 산림을 도시에서 가장 중요한 부분으로 인식하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대전지역에서 도시내 또는 도시외곽에 위치한 산림을 합리적으로 관리하고 이용하기 위한 기본적 분석 단계로서 산림지역의 지형환경을 Landsat - 5 TM데이타와 수치지형자료를 이용하여 분석하였다. Landsat - 5 TM의 영상자료로부터 산림지역을 추출하였고, 수치지형자료를 이용하여 표고, 경사도, 주경사향의 분포를 분석하였다. 영상자료로부터 추출한 산림지역에서 특히 보문산, 봉산, 갑하산, 식장산과 계족산의 5개 지역을 대상으로 지형환경 분석이 이루어졌다. 대전지역에서 산림지역이 차지하는 면적비율은 55.1%로 도심지역보다 약 5배 많은 며적이다. 전체 산림지역의 표고 분포는 200m 이하가 70.8%이고, 400m 이상은 4.8%이다. 5개 지역에서 계족산은 100~200m 지역의 전체의 45.7%, 보문산은 300m 이하 지역이 92.4%이다. 갑하산과 식장산에서 300m 이상되는 지역은 각각 20.4%와 46.6%이다. 도시내에 위치하고 있는 봉산을 제외하고 모든 지역에서 50% 이상이 경사 20˚ 이상의 급경사지로 구성되어 있다. 특히 식장산에서는 30˚ 이상의 절험지가 35.2%나 분포하고 있다. 식장산과 갑하산은 보문산, 계족산보다 고도, 경사도 변화가 심한 것으로 나타났다.

        The reasons why the urban and architectural environment in Korea has become distorted in spite of many cases of experience in developement for last 30years, are deeply rooted in rather having disregarded or omitting the importance of the evaluation than the shortness of the skill or techniques. So now it requires strongly setting new context to improve the recent urban architectural evironment by arranging the confused problems and finding the hidden ones before the real and practical evaluation. The new context proposed in this paper is composed of three contents, that are economics, function, and culture.

        도시지역(대구, 구미, 영천, 창원)에 거주하는 직장남성 420명을 대상으로 식생활에 영향을 주는 요인들과 식습관에 대하여 조사하였다. 인구통계학적 변인들과 식습관의 관계에서 직업(p<0.001)과 연령(p<0.01)이 높은 유의성을 나타내었다. 전문직, 관리직, 판매직 등의 직업은 식습관이 "좋다"라는 반응이 많이 나타났으나 사무직에서 "나쁘다"라는 반응이 많이 나타났다. 연령에 있어서 청년층보다 장년층이 식습관에 대한 관심도가 높았으며 주거형태, 배우자의 직업 유무, 월수입도 상당한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 식생활 태도 및 건강상태를 나타내는 변인들과 식습관과의 연관성은 하루 평균 식사횟수, 평소 운동상태, 수면상태, 피로감과 생활리듬, 식사 후 소화상태, 건강상태 등에서 상호 높은 유의성(p<0.001)을 나타내어 식생활 태도와 건강상태가 식습관에 깊은 영향을 준다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

        This nutritional survey was conducted from February 8 to March 10, 1994, in order to investigate the nutritional knowledge, food habits, nutritional attitude, food preferences and nutrient intakes of urban middle-aged women living in Daegu and Pohang district. The subjects of this survey were 164 urban middle-aged women living in Daegu and Pohang Area. The completely answered questionnaires were analyzed for nutritional knowledge, food habits, nutritional attitude, food preference and nutrient intakes of urban middle-aged women. The results obtained are summarized as follows: The subjects had a high level of perceived knowledge (82.9%), that is the knowledge that each subject believed she had, but the accuracy of the knowledge was only 66.1%. The average nutrition knowledge score was 8.26 out of possible 15 points, and food habit score was 5.50 out of 10 points. Most of the subjects belonged to 'Fair' or 'Good' food habit group, which is considered to be relatively good. With increasing age, the percentage of perceived knowledge, accuracy, and nutrition knowledge score were getting lower. But food habit score and nutritional attitude score were getting higher at 40's women than 30's women. The correlation between nutritional knowledge score and food habit score was low (r=0.0748). The correlation between nutritional attitude score and food habit score was low, too (r=-0.0653). Food preferences for kimchi, potato, cooked rice, beef, noodle, cabbage and milk were high. Average calorie and protein intake of the subjects were 1967.4±27.8 Kcal, 75.8±1.4 g respectively. Carbohydrate, protein and fat ratio on energy composition was 63.3%:15.5%:21.2%.

        This thesis is a historical research about the Foreign Settlement at Mokpo as the fourth among the Open Ports which express the historical characters of Korean Modern, as a city which did not exist before the Korean Modern. So I analyzed positively the process of establishment and the process of urban form during the period which contained the characters of Concession, from 1897 to 1910. Even though the urban basic form of the Foreign Settlement at Mokpo was planned by Korean Goverment, it's townscape was changed to Japanese style by Japanese since Mokpo port was opened. Because it had settled by Japanese residents which had majority. But I found that the urban form was not composed by the Modern urban planning theory or method, but by the existing conditions such as topography and roads. The center in the settlement had shifted from the front region of Japan Consulate to the East region which was in the vicinty of Korean village. And also former internal oriented urban form had changed to the relevant composition with Korean village. All the changes in the Foreign Settlement at Mokpo was made by the Japanese which had majority, and it is a good example which expresses Korean Modern history.

        This study researched microbial change of quality according to the various phases of product flow of cooked pea and rice, cold cucumber and seaweed soup, soybean sprouts japchae feeding urban type of a commissary school and a satellite school in Daejeon area, also it suggested the possibility that the central commissary foodservice system can be established and utilized more developmental to identify its food of variation of temperature and state of safety unitl 3 hours after cooking for the case of delay of distribution and holding because of the satellite school of geographical location and traffic problem. The critical Control Points identified for each category of menu items were: Boiled pea and rice: inadequate distribution, holding and storing before assembly; Cold cucumber and seaweed soup: pre-preparation and post-preparation after cooking; Soybean sprouts japchae: Pre-preparation, post-preparation and storing. As the result of observation of the variation of temperature and microbial safety according to the delay of distribution and holding for each food, all of them were relatively safe until 3 hours after cooking, but cold cucumber and seaweed soup being stored for 3 hours, the value of E. coli is 103 CFU/g. The variation of temperature was more extreme in soybean sprouts japchae than cooked pea and rice and cold cucumber and seaweed soup. It was proved that the stainless container was excellent and that adequate holding container should be used.

        The dewatering characteristics of the sewage sludge was investigated through the experimental observations and model simulations. The activated sludge and the anaerobically digested sludge were examined for the dewaterability evaluation within the pressure range of $0{\sim}10^6N/m^2$. Modified Buchner funnel test and compression test by the consolidometer were conducted to evaluate average specific resistance, porosity, and moisture percentage of filter cake. Shirato's technique of compression-permeability test was followed for the pressure range lower than about $10^2N/m^2$. The flocculation effects on sludge dewatering was also examined for ferric chloride and polymeric flocculant. The application of hydrated lime which can be used for flue-gas desulfurization showed improved moisture percentage, and was thought to have positive feasibility in combined system of sludge dewatering and incineration. Determined characteristic constants were applied to Tiller's cake filtration model to simulate liquid pressure distribution and porosity distribution in cake. Model simulations showed a sharp drop of the porosity close to the cake-medium interface for the highly compressible material such as the activated sludge and the anaerobically digested sludge.

        Laboratory experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of digestion temperature on the settleability and dewaterability of anaerobically digested sludge. The digesters were operated at a hydraulic retention time of 20 days with a loading rate of 0.63~0.66kg volatile solids per cubic meter per day at the temperature of $35^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$. A mixed primary and secondary municipal sludge was used as a feed. The interface height of the sludge during settling test was recorded to identify settleability. As a measure of dewaterability of the sludge, specific resistance and capillary suction time were also measured with and without chemical conditioning. Higher digestion efficiency was obtained at $55^{\circ}C$ than $35^{\circ}C$. However, the settleability and dewaterability of the sludge at $35^{\circ}C$ were quite higher than those of the sludge digested at $55^{\circ}C$. The optimum dosages of ferric chloride for sludge conditioning were 0.4% and 0.6% at $35^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$, respectively. The filtrate COD of the sludge digested at $55^{\circ}C$ was higher than at $35^{\circ}C$, which means that poor dewaterability of the sludge result in high filtrate COD.

        이용객의 이용압력에 의한 토양 및 식생에 대한 영향을 알아보고자 부산시의 어린이대공원과 금강공원의 이용 통제구역과 이용지역내에 20개의 조사구를 설치하고 본 조사를 실시하였다. 토양경도는 이용지역에서 평균90kg/ cm2 이상을 보여 식물생장에 지장을 주었고 이용객통제에 따른 토양경도의 완화효과가 있었으나 다른 토양특성들은 그 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 식물군집분석결과 이용압력에 의해 특히 관목층식생의 피해가 매우 컸으며 종다양성을 떨어뜨리게 하는 결과를 보였다. 그러나 단기간(2년)의 이용객통제는 식생의 자연복원과 종다양성 증진에 좋은 작용을 하고 있었다.

        Emission of hazardous and volatile organic chemicals from solid waste landfill site was become to important issue because of environmental pollution and health risk by such chemicals. Laboratory batch and continuous experiments were conducted respectively to elucidate isothermal sorption behaviors and transport phenomena(by gas through unsaturated solid waste layer) in wet solid waste-gas system. Source separated and size reduced refuse(bulky waste) and incinerated ash were used after controlling water content, and trichloroethylene(TCE) was chosen among many such chemicals because of it's generality among those man-created pollutants. Isothermal TCE sorption equilibria wet solid waste-gas system can be described in linear equation and partition coefficient in this system can be estimated approximately by the simple equation derived from schematic structure of the system. Transport equation modified by instantaneous equilibrium sorption fraction and kinetic sorption rate(overall mass transfer capacity coefficient) simulated well the column experiment results.

        These studies were conducted to: a) investigate work patterns and productivity indices, b) rate performance levels of employees and c) determine the suggested levels of personnel and labor hours for the effective labor control in school foodservice. Eighteen elementary school foodservices in Seoul were selected in order to analyze work patterns by the work sampling methodology. Allowance time and performance rating by VTR observation was done to determine the standardized labor hours. The results were as follows. The average percentage of each work function of the total work functions such as direct work function, indirect work function and delay were 65.57%, 8.12%, 26.31% respectively. The productivity index is 0.92 min/meal. The average working and delay hours per week of the foodservice director, foodservice employees and supply person were 33.64 hours, 23.25 hours, 38.52 hours respectively. The percentage of delay hours of total labor hours for foodservice employees and supply person were 42.27% and 24.0%. The standardized work hours and the appropriate levels of foodservice employees of 17 elementary school foodservices were examined: The average rating of the foodservice employees work was 1.19 and British Insulated Calendarer Cables (BICC) allowance rate was 19.40% on the average. The total work hours of foodservice employees were 172.64 hours per week and levels of personnel were 4.53 persons. BICC allowance rate was applied: The standardized work hours per week was 180.95 hours and appropriate levels of personnel were 4.11 persons based on legal 44 working hours.
