        This study observed particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10) in the downtown area of Jeju City, South Korea, to understand the chemical composition of particulates based on an analysis of the water-soluble ionic species contained in the particles. The mass fraction of the ionic species in the sampled PM10 and PM2.5 was 44.3% and 42.2%, respectively. In contrast, in Daegu City and Suwon City, the mass fraction of the ionic species in PM2.5 was higher than that in PM10. The chloride depletion percentage of PM10 and PM2.5 in Jeju City was higher than 61% and 66%, respectively. The contribution of sea-salt to the mass of PM10 (5.9%) and PM2.5 (2.6%) in Jeju City was similar to that in several coastal regions of South Korea. The mass ratio of Cl- to Na+ in the downtown area of Jeju City was comparable to that in some coastal regions, such as the Gosan Area of Jeju Island, Deokjeok Island, and Taean City. The mass fraction of sea-salt in PM10 and PM2.5 was very low, and the concentration of sodium and chloride ions in PM10 was not correlated with those in PM2.5 (R2 < 0.2), suggesting that the effects of sea-salt on the formation of particulate matter in Jeju City might be insignificant. The relationship between NH4 + and several anions such as SO4 2-, NO3 -, and Cl-, as well as the relationship between the measurement and calculation of ammonium ion concentration, suggested that sea-salts may not react with H2SO4, and (NH4)2SO4 may be a major secondary inorganic aerosol component of PM2.5 and PM10 in Jeju City.

        This research investigated the characteristics of NO and NO2 concentration at roadside (Choryangdong) and residential (Sujeongdong) locations in Busan. The NO concentration at roadside and residential were 34.7 and 8.0 ppb, respectively, and NO2 at roadside and residential were 31.6 and 18.0 ppb ㎍/㎥ , respectively. The NO concentration was the highest in winter at roadside at 37.1 ppb, followed by 35.0 ppb and 34.0 ppb in summer and fall, respectively. NO2 concentration was the highest in spring at roadside at 39.6 ppb, followed by 30.4 ppb and 28.3 ppb in fall and winter, respectively. Number of exceedances per year of 1 hr limit value (0.10 ppm) for NO2 at roadside and residential were 3,585 and 3 hours, respectively. Number of exceedances per year of 24 hr limit value (0.06 ppm) for NO2 at roadside and residential were 32 and 1 days, respectively. Number of exceedances per year of 1 hr limit value (0.1 ppm) for O3 at roadside and residential were 1 and 14 days, respectively. These results indicated that understanding the relationship between roadside and residential could provide insight into establishing a strategy to control urban air quality.

        This research investigated the characteristics of PM10 and PM2.5 concentration at roadside (Choryangdong) and residential (Sujeongdong) locations in Busan. The PM10 concentration at roadside and residential locations were 50.5 and 42.9 ㎍/m3, respectively, and PM2.5 at roadside and residential were 28.1 and 23.9 ㎍/m3, respectively. The roadside/residential ratio of PM10 and PM2.5 concentration were 1.18, and the PM2.5/PM10 ratio at roadside and residential were 0.55 and 0.56, respectively. The PM10 concentration in spring at roadside were 64.6 ㎍/m3, and were the highest, followed by 48.0 ㎍/m3 and 45.2 ㎍/m3 in winter and summer. Number of exceedances per year of the daily limit value for PM10 at roadside and residential were 66 and 39 days, respectively. The PM10 and PM2.5 concentration, and PM2.5/PM10 ratio at roadside were 53.0 ㎍/m3, 29.0 ㎍/m3 and 0.55 for day, and 45.5 ㎍/m3, 26.7 ㎍/m3 and 0.59 for night, respectively. These results indicate that understanding the relationship between roadside and residential could provide insight into establishing a strategy to control urban air quality.

        Road freezing caused by snowfall during wintertime causes traffic congestion and many accidents. To prevent such problems, we developed, in this study, a system to predict road freezing based on weather forecast data and the freezing generation modules. The weather forecast data were obtained from a high-resolution model with 1 km resolution for Jeju Island from 00:00 KST on December 1, 2017, to 23:00 KST on February 28, 2018. The results of the weather forecast data show that index of agreement (IOA) temperature was higher than 0.85 at all points, and that for wind speed was higher than 0.7 except in Seogwipo city. In order to evaluate the results of the freezing predictions, we used model evaluation metrics obtained from a confusion matrix. These metrics revealed that, the Imacho module showed good performance in precision and accuracy and that the Karlsson module showed good performance in specificity and FP rate. In particular, Cohen’s kappa value was shown to be excellent for both modules, demonstrating that the algorithm is reliable. The superiority of both the modules shows that the new system can prevent traffic problems related to road freezing in the Jeju area during wintertime.

        본 연구는 지역사회 자원을 활용한 유치원 가족 프로그램 활동을 구성하여 적용하는 과정에서 부모들이 어떠한 경험을 하는지 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 연구자가 원장으로 근무하는 유치원의 만 5세 유아 26명과 그 가족들을 대상으로 2017년 7월 21일부터 2017년 11월 7일까지 부모와 협의한 일정에 따라 가족 프로그램을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 절차는 지역사회 자원을 활용한 가족 프로그램의 구성과 프로그램 전개의 두 단계로 이루어졌고 총 9회기의 프로그램 전개는 다시 사전단계(지역기관 탐색하기, 관련도서 찾아보기, 주제와 관련된 궁금증 알아오기)와 본 활동 단계(도입, 전개, 마무리)로 이루어졌다. 이상과 같은 절차를 통해 연구자의 참여관찰, 참여교사저널, 연구자 메모, 부모질문지 및 면담 등의 다면적 자료를 수집하였으며 자료 분석은 기술, 분류, 관련짓기의 순환적 과정을 거쳤다. 연구 결과, 지역사회자원을 활용한 유치원 가족프로그램에 참여한 부모들은 첫째, 지역사회자원에 대한 새로운 시각을 갖게 되었고, 둘째, 유치원 가족 프로그램에 대한 신뢰와 믿음이 향상되었으며, 셋째, 단위 가족에 국한된 것이 아닌 다른 가족들과의 유대와 연합을 통해 현대의 개인주의, 인간소외를 극복하는 협력과 화합의 장을 경험하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역사회자원을 활용한 유치원 가족 프로그램이 지역사회 공간에 대한 인식 변화를 비롯하여 유치원 구성원 전체에게 미치는 긍정적 영향력을 경험적으로 고찰하여 유치원 가족 프로그램의 가능성을 확장하였다는 데 의의를 둔다.

        The safety of the future mankind becomes a world issue due to the climate change driven by global warming. It is inevitable to observe everywhere in daily life the impact of climate change. The level of emergency differs between long-term, mid-term, and short-term, which depends on situation. The impact of climate change in daily life is fairly diverse, and therefore multiple research units of different backgrounds often work together on the measuring and forecasting of the impacts. This paper aims to study the potentially useful methods to analyze and forecast the impact on the changes in transport activities of Canadian Inuit. This is part of the research on the climate change’s impact on the Northern Sea Route area. Either natural or man-made change of external environment forces human to adjust their daily life in order to maintain their utility level of life. Individual or individuals’ group react to the external impact, the way of which differ from others. This fact calls a simulation research on the whole set of input-intermediate process-output. Agents representing individuals or certain subpopulation are given a set of rules to react to stimulus and interact with other agents behave in the realm of simulation. This paper provides methodological discussions on how analyzing and forecasting future change in transport activities in response to climate change. The discussion goes around activity-based approaches that are recently popular in urban planning and transportation planning among available simulation approaches. This paper then discusses the implication and future research agenda.

        Obstacle avoidance is one of the most important parts of autonomous mobile robot. In this study, we proposed safe and efficient local path planning of robot for obstacle avoidance. The proposed method detects and tracks obstacles using the 3D depth information of an RGB-D sensor for path prediction. Based on the tracked information of obstacles, the paths of the obstacles are predicted with probability circle-based spatial search (PCSS) method and Gaussian modeling is performed to reduce uncertainty and to create the cost function of caution. The possibility of collision with the robot is considered through the predicted path of the obstacles, and a local path is generated. This enables safe and efficient navigation of the robot. The results in various experiments show that the proposed method enables robots to navigate safely and effectively.

        The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of satellite images in detecting the areas of rice production in the Barisal of Bangladesh. We also investigated the effect of climate change on the crop production through comparative analysis of rice production area and production statistics with climate data at multi-temporal time scale. This analysis found that the classification of rice fields extracted through satellite image and made as the number of rice cultivation areas did not exceed 10 percent of the statistical data. Climate data analysis showed that the average temperature during the ripening stage has the greatest impact on Boro’s production. It would be more make sense if you can describe the results of how precipitation is also important for rice production in addition to temperature. Therefore, it is believed that this research could serve as a key basis for solving food security issues due to climate change.

        This study aims to identify more reasonable and efficient development plans to engage local university students in landscape improvement projects in rural areas. To survey university students, residents, administrators and experts involved in such projects on important considerations in this regard, SWOT analysis was employed to identify important factors, followed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate their relative importance, identify problems and suggest implications for improvement. The results are summarized as follows: the relative importance of the SWOT group was in the order of opportunity, strength, threat, and weakness. For each SWOT factor, the relative importance of strengths was in the order of students’ aspiration and passion, availability of creative ideas and designs, and improved attachment to their community. The relative importance of weaknesses was in the order of the lack of spontaneous participation of residents, short preparation periods and insufficient budgets, and the lack of experience in similar projects. The relative importance of opportunities was in the order of young students’ activity itself being a boost factor to the community, students’ endeavors arising a consensus among residents, and students feeling a sense of duty as representatives of their school. The relative importance of threats was in the order of projects being one-shot, temporary events, immaturity, and differences in preferences between older and younger generations. To draw an overall ranking of the sub-factors evaluated, the overall relative importance of the decision-making factors was evaluated. Among the sub-factors for each SWOT group, young students’ activity itself being a boost factor to the community as an opportunity factor was shown to be the most important, while the lack of experience in similar projects was shown to be the least important as administrators and experts made appropriate interventions in each stage.

        The purpose of this study is to characterize the synoptic climatic patterns of extreme humansensible temperature (HST) events in Jeju Island, Korea under a subtropical climate condition as well as to examine their teleconnections with the large-scale climate systems. According to the extreme case analysis of the recent 30 years (1988-2017) data sets, the maximum daily average HST in the coastal areas of Jeju Island can rise up to about 40°C in mid-summer and even up to about 48°C during mid-daytime. These extreme HST events occur when the expansion of subtropical Pacific high pressure toward East Asia as well as the poleward shift of the Changma front provides hot and humid conditions over Jeju Island surrounded by seas, particularly in La Niña years with a positive (+) Arctic Oscillation mode. In contrast, the intensified western high and eastern low dipole pressure pattern in mid-winter, which accompanies the downward shear of upper tropospheric cold air toward the southern region of the Korean Peninsula under a negative (-) Arctic Oscillation mode, provides favorable conditions for frequent low HST extreme events. These conditions can lower daily average HST as much as -10°C in the coastal region of Jeju Island, and lower nighttime HST by -25°C on the peak areas of Mt. Halla due to wind chill effects. These findings will be used as a base for establishing prediction and warming systems of extreme HST events on Jeju Island, which is needed to mitigate the damage to the lives of Jeju residents and tourists under climate change.

        The study aims to predict the behavior of tourists in Hadong County, which is registered as KIAHS. Based on the theory of planning behavior, we intend to verify the theory of planned behaviour, which adds descriptive parameters of the perceived value and prior knowledge of an agricultural heritage. In detail, first, the perceived value and prior knowledge of tourists about an agricultural heritage understand the influence of tourists’ Attitude. Second, we could see the role of the behavioral factors in the causal relationship of the planned behavioral theory. We have identified the planned behavioral theory that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceptual behavior controls affect the intention of the revisit. Hadong should remember that by sending and providing various information about Hadong Green Tea and World Agricultural Heritage sites, it is possible to elicit changes in visitor attitudes and revisit visits.

        This study analyzed business ecosystems in 4 case regions(Yeongdong, Seocheon, Sunchang, and Hadong) that carry forward the regional 6th industrialization. The analysis aimed to draw implications to build a healthy ecosystem for the sustainable development of the regional 6th industrialization. As a result of the analysis, 4 districts show different characteristics for their growth stages, and these results provide implications for policy directions for the development of the regional industry. The following basic direction was set for the sustainable regional 6th industrialization based on the healthy ecosystem. First, policy support should be differentiated by considering each region’s growth stage. Second, to improve the regional innovation capacity, it is needed to lay the foundation continually and strengthen diverse support for it. Third, a stronger and efficient implementation system is necessary for the regional 6th industrialization.

        본 연구에서는 SEAWAT을 이용하여 여수지역의 해수침투 피해 면적을 파악하고, 기후변화 시나리오 적용에 따른 미래의 해수침투 피해 예상 면적을 산출하였으며 해수침투 피해 저감 대책의 피해면적 저감 능력을 분석하였다. 2015년 기준 여수지역의 해수침투 피해 면적은 14.90 km2로 나타났고, 기후변화 시나리오를 적용하였을 때 2099년 여수지역의 예상 해수침투 피해 면적은 RCP 4.5의 경우 19.19 km2이며, RCP 8.5의 경우 20.43 km2로 나타났다. 이에 대한 저감대책으로 인공함양을 고려하였을 때, 총 300 m3/d, 100 m3/d, 50 m3/d의 함양 시나리오를 설정하였을때 RCP 4.5의 경우 해수침투 면적은 평균 7.03%, RCP 8.5의 경우 8.32% 감소하였다. 물리적 차수벽 대책의 경우는 차수벽의 두께를 0.8 m, 1.3 m, 1.8 m 로 설정하였을 때 RCP 4.5의 경우 해수침투 면적은 평균 9.80%, RCP 8.5의 경우 10.30% 감소하였다. 본 연구는 연안지역의 해수에 의한 지하수 오염과 그에 수반한 2차적인 피해를 막기 위한 대비책을 결정하기 위한 정량적인 근거로서 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        최근 기후변화와 이상기후의 영향으로 인한 홍수재해의 시 ․ 공간적 패턴의 변화가 복잡해짐에 따라 홍수범람 예측은 점점 어려워지고 있다. 이러한 기상이변에 따른 홍수피해를 예방하고 대응하기 위한 비구조적 대책으로 홍수위험등급 및 범람범위 등의 정보를 포함하고 있는 홍수위험지도의 작성이 필요하다. 실제로 고정밀도 홍수위험지도를 작성하기 위해서는 1차적으로 지형, 지질, 토지피복, 기상 등의 자료를 기반으로 강우-유출- 범람해석을 통해 침수면적 및 침수깊이 등 범람 정보를 획득해야 되며, 2차적으로 피해액 산정을 위해 사회 ․ 경제와 관련된 다양한 DB를 필요로 한다. 하지만 개발도상국에서는 이러한 자료가 부족하고, 일부지역에서는 자료자체를 획득할 수가 없어 홍수위험지도 제작이 불가능하거나 그 정확도가 매우 낮은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 ASTER 또는 SRTM과 같은 범용 지형자료로부터 주요 지형학적 인자를 선정하고, 선형이진분류법(Liner binary classifiers)과 ROC분석(Receiver Operation Characteristics)을 사용하여 실제 홍수유역을 유사하게 모의하는 최적 지형학적 인자를 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 광역 홍수범람지도를 작성하는 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론의 정확도 검증을 위해 북한(2007), 방글라데시(2007), 인도네시아(2010), 태국(2011), 미얀마(2015) 5개국의 대규모 홍수범람에 대해 적용하였다. 실제 홍수범람 영상정보에서 획득된 침수면적과의 공간적 비교 ․ 검토 결과, 최저(38%, 방글라데시), 최고(78%)으로 평균적으로 약 60%의 정확도를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 지형학적 인자 기반의 홍수범람지도 작성방법은 미계측유역에 대해서도 DEM만을 사용하여 홍수위험 지역을 쉽게 구분할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있어 1 ․ 2차원 범람해석 모형의 적용이 어려운 대유역에 대해 홍수범람 우려지역에 대한 공간정보를 제공해줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        Background : Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer is a medicinal plant corresponding to 'raw materials for food use' in Korean food standards codex, and it is known that it has the same origin although it is classified into wild ginseng, cultured ginseng and red ginseng. It varies morphologically, molecularly, depending on the cultivation or habitat environment. In this study, we carried out experiments for the morphological differentiation of cultured ginseng (Hongcheon, Gunsan, Miryang) and adventitious roots culture of wild mountain ginseng (by company). Methods and Results : Morphological observations were made with resin sectioning method (RSM). The test method was sampled, preprocessed, embedded, segmented, slid and then observed with an optical microscope. The epidermis, cortex and vascular tissues were identified in the inner cross section of adventitious roots culture of wild mountain ginseng. Phloem was formed at the center, and xylem was formed at the side. In cultured ginseng, the organs of the vascular tissues were differentiated into two, whereas in the adventitious roots culture of wild mountain ginseng, one vascular tissue was formed due to the thin adventitious. Conclusion : Plant resources have the diversity of using the same or different origins depending on their distribution. The morphological differentiation method of ginseng and adventitious roots culture of wild mountain ginseng is expected to be based on domestic fair trade to prevent discrimination.

        Background : Agaricus bisporus mushroom, which originated from Europe, is an edible mushroom with a unique taste and flavor and is the most widely cultivated mushroom type worldwide, particularly because of the relatively high protein, dietary fiber, and vitamin D contents of the fruit body, which have human health benefits like anticancer and DNA damage protection. However, to our knowledge, few studies have been conducted on the ability to discriminate mushroom’s bioactive compounds according to regional production sites. Thus, this study was aimed to examine the regional difference of selected bioactive compounds in of Agaricus bisporus mushroom. Methods and Results : The cultivars (cv.) “Saedo” and “Saehan” obtained from five regions of Korea were measured their phenolics and fatty acids profiling by LC/MS and GC-FID system, respectively. Among 54 targeted phenolics, protocatechuic, p-hydroxybenzoic, caffeic, 2,4-dihydrobenzoic, p-coumaric, and salicylic acids were found in the cv. Saedo and cv. Saehan fruit body. Also, tyrosine and phenylalanine, which are precursor metabolites of phemolics, were also observed in the A. bisporus fruit body. In particular, phenylalanine and p-hydroxybenzoic acid were the most abundant phenolic precusor and metabolite present in the A. bisporus, and was significant with the production regions (p < 0.05). The FA content was significant with the production region, but not much differed (p < 0.05). The n-6 FA including linoleic acid was the major FA in the mushroom, accounting > 70% over total FA content. However, the n-3 FA was the n-6 FA was very minor FA metabolites. Conclusion : These preliminary results can extend knowledge of regional difference of certain targeted bioactive compounds in A. bisporus mushroom produced in Korea, contributing to reliable regional difference with potential broader applications for the international mushroom market.

        Background : Perilla (Perilla frutescens) seed oil is known to contain high omega-3 fatty acid than other plant oils. This study was aimed to investigate the fatty acid composition in seeds of 255 perilla accessions from South Korea and recommend the potential genetic resources rel ated to their fatty acid composition. Method and Results : Total oil was extracted by soxhlet extraction apparatus and the fatty acid compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography (GCMS QP2010 ULTRA, SHIMADZU, JP). Total oil contents ranged from 22.41 and 47.62% with an average content of 34.20%. Palmitic, stearic, oleic, linoleic, and linolenic acid contributed 4.46 to 7.67%, 1.64 to 4.11%, 9.15 to 26.39%, 11.89 to 28.76%, and 50.24 to 64.16% to the total oil content, respectively. Seeds from Jeollabuk-do showed the highest average total oil content (41.14%) compared to other regions (p < 0.05), while the linolenic acid composition was the highest in the samples from Chungcheongnam-do (59.48%) (p < 0.05). The cluster analysis segregated the perilla seed accessions into two major clusters. ANOVA revealed that there was a significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ (p < 0.05). Group Ⅰ (86 accessions) characterized as higher palmitic, stearic, oleic, and linolenic acid compositions than group Ⅱ (169 accessions). The highest content of linolenic acid were recorded in accessions K126190, K135903, and IT283646 from group Ⅰ, and accessions IT108680, IT208894, and IT111050 from group Ⅱ had high total oil content. Linoleic acid content showed a strong negative correlation with palmitic acid (r = -0.726*) and oleic acid (r = -0.678*) content. Principal component analysis (PCA) revealed that the first two principal components together explained 68.75% total variation. Conclusion : Our results showed that accessions K126190, K135903, IT283646 which exhibited high linolenic acid composition and accessions IT108680, IT208894, IT111050 which exhibited high total oil composition, could be useful to develop new functional oil materials.

        Background : Rehmannia glutinose Liboschitz is a perennial herb belonging to the family of Scrophulariaceae. Its roots have been used as a traditional medicine. For cultivation of varieties of Rehmannia glutinose Liboschitz, the pure line selection method, which is to select the best line among those cultivated in farms for pedigree breeding, replicated yield test and regional adaptation test before registering as a new variety, is widely used. Until now, there are 8 registered varieties of Rehmannia glutinose Liboschitz in Korea. The needs for development of disaster-resistant varieties with better chances of surviving when high temperature, salts and disease are increasing. Therefore, this study focused on cultivation of disaster-resistant varieties among those selected for their disaster tolerance and salt tolerance through regional adaptation test. Methods and Results : As a result of examining the incidence of pest insects of the selected 1 - 2 years old varieties used in the study, among the 2-years-old crops, RGES 20 showed the lowest rate in ground parts. Among the 1-year-old crops, the lowest rate incidence of pest insects in ground parts was observed in RGES 23. In addition, RGES 20 and RGES 23 showed superior growth in under ground part with the highest dry root amount. Conclusion : Based on the above results, RGES 20 among the 2-years-old crops, RGES 23 among the 1-year-old crops showed superior growth in under ground part with the highest dry root amount.

        최근 제주지역에서의 폐기물관리문제가 가장 심각한 지역현안중 하나로 부각되고 있다. 제주지역 내에서 폐기물관리에서 부각되고 있는 대표적 사안들은 페기물 배출량의 급격한 증가, 빨라지는 매립장 만적현상 등으로 나타나고 있다. 사업장폐기물 발생의 지속적 증가로 인해 야기되는 폐기물 매립장의 조기 만적 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 효율적 폐기물 관리정책이 긴요하다고 판단되어 지는 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 제주특별자치도내에서 배출되는 폐기물의 배출 특성과 전국평균치와 제주도간 폐기물 발생현황을 비교한다. 또한, 두 행정시인 제주시와 서귀포시에서 배출되는 사업장폐기물을 중심으로 폐기물 배출량과 처리량에 대한 현황분석과 이를 통한 효율적 폐기물 관리방안에 대한 논의를 한다. 폐기물관리의 효율성은 공공부문의 노력과 민간부문과의 협업을 통해 높아질 수 있다. 공공부문측면에서 볼 때 해당 지자체 공무원들로 하여금 강력하고 효과적인 폐기물감축을 위해 폐기물 배출자에 대한 관리와 가이드라인 제시를 할 수 있는 실재적 권한을 부여해야 할 필요성이 있다. 민간부문과의 협업측면에서는 폐기물총량제의 일환인 폐기물 매립권 거래제(Landfill Trade)를 생각해 볼 수 있다. 다시 말해, 시장 기구를 통해 가격으로 하여금 일정수준이상을 넘어서는 매립의 초과수요를 해소 할 수 있도록 하여 폐기물매립에 대한 최적의 효율을 달성 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

        지역빈도해석은 대상 지점과 수문학적 동질성을 만족하는 주변 지점을 하나의 지역으로 보고 빈도해석을 수행하는 방법이다. 따라서 동질한 지역의 구분은 지역빈도해석에 있어서 가장 중요한 가정이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인공신경망 기법중 하나인 자기조직화지도(self-organizing map, SOM) 기법을 활용하여 강우 지역빈도해석을 위한 동질 강수 지역을 구분하였다. 지역구분 인자로는 지형 정보와 시 단위 강우자료를 활용하였다. 최적 SOM 지도 구성을 위해 정량적 오차와 위상관계 오차를 활용하였다. 그 결과 7 × 6 배열의 42개의 노드를 갖는 모형을 선정하였고 최종적으로 강우 지역빈도해석을 위해 6개의 군집으로 구분하였다. 동질성 검토 결과 6개의 군집 모두 동질한 지역으로 나타났으며 기존의 유사하게 구분된 지역들과 이질성 척도를 비교하였을 때 좀 더 안정적인 지역 구분결과를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다.
