MicroRNAs are ~22nt small noncoding RNAs that control gene expression at the posttranscriptional level through translational inhibition and destabilization of their target mRNAs. Micro RNAs are phylogenetically conserved and have been shown to be instrumental in a wide variety of key biological processes including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, control of metabolic pathways, imprinting and differentiation. The expression of miRNAs is often regulated in tissue specific and developmental stage‐specific manners. More than 500 miRNAs have been reported in diverse eukaryotic organism so far. One of the biological functions of miRNAs seems to be the regulation of self‐renewal versus differentiation in stem cells. Recent efforts have focused on defining the miRNA expression profile in undifferentiated ESCs as compared to their differentiated progeny. Among the so‐called ES‐specific miRNAs, the 302‐367 cluster stands out due to its intracellular abundance and high cell type specificity. Levels of miRNA 302‐367 correlate with Oct4 transcripts in ESCs and early embryonic development, indicating an important role in ESC homeostasis and maintenance of pluripotency. Several months ago, a paper showed that expression of the miRNA 302‐367 cluster can directly reprogram mouse and human somatic cell to an iPS cell in absence of any of the four factors (Oct4, Sox2, c‐Myc, Klf4) efficiently. To apply this efficient method to porcine, we made an inducible vector system including miRNA 302‐367 cluster originated from porcine embryonic fibroblasts and could make porcine ips by the miRNA 302‐367 cluster.

미국선녀벌레 [Metcalfa pruinosa (Say, 1830)]는 북미 원산 해충으로서 2009년 서울, 경기, 경남 등 3개 시군구에서 처음 확인되었으며, 2011년 현재 22개 시군으로 급격히 분포 지역이 확대 되고 있는 침입 해충이다. 본 연구는 미국선녀벌레의 국내 지역별 정착 위험도 분석을 통하여 빠른 확산 가능 지역을 예측하고 약충에 대해 효과적인 약제 선발을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 위험도 분석은 상용 프로그램인 CLIMEX® (version 3.0) (Sutherst et al., 2007)와 Strauss (2010) 문헌에 수록된 매개변수 값을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석은 68개 시군을 대상으로 하였으며, 평년(30년) 기상자료를 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 거제 등 19개 시군은 EI (Ecoclimatic index)값이 9이하로 낮은 정착 가능성을 보였으며, 구미, 포항, 영천, 영덕, 대구는 20이상의 EI 값을 가져 높은 정착 가능성이 있을 것으로 판단되었다. 나머지 시군에서는 10∼19 사이의 보통의 정착 위험도를 보였다. 미국선녀벌레 약충에 효과적인 약제를 선발하기 위하여 imidacloprid 등 14개 약제의 기준량 및 배량에서의 사충율을 조사하였다. 시험방법은 콩을 기주로 하였으며, 3∼5령의 약충을 10초간 약액에 침지한 후 기주로 옮긴 후 25±3℃ 항온실에 보관하며 2일후, 5일후 사충수를 조사하였다. 조사 결과 기준량에서는 dinotefuran 등 7개 약제에서 5일후 100% 사충율을 보였고 1/4량에서는 dinotefuran 등 4개 약제에서 5일후 100% 사충율을 보였다.

본 연구는 sheep fescue 70%와 야생화 30%의 파종비율로 조성한 야생화초지의 생육특성, 계절분포 및 식생비율을 구명하고자 충남대학교 내 초지시험포장에서 2007년 10월부터 2009년 12월까지 수행하였다. 공시초종은 기본초종인 잔디형 목초로 sheep fescue (Azure)와 국내산 야생화 4종과 외국산 야생화 29종 등 총 33종을 공시하였다. 1년차(2008) 야생화의 개화당시의 평균초장은 1년차 29.9 cm, 2년차 38.4 c

A 20' X 20' region around 30 Doradus in the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) is observed and analyzed in the near-infrared. We obtain polarimetry data in the J, H, and Ks bands using the SIRIUS polarimeter SIRPOL at the Infrared Survey Facility 1.4 m telescope. We measure the Stokes parameters of 2562 point-like sources to derive the degree of polarization and the polarization position angles. We discuss the statistics of the groups classified by color-magnitude diagram and proper motions of the sources, in order to separate the Galactic foreground sources from those present in the LMC. We notice that groups classified by the proper motion data show a tendency towards different polarimetric properties.

염분분위기에서의 부식은 사용후핵연료의 중간저장 기간 동안 304 스테인레스 강재 건식저장용기의 주 열 화기구들 중 하나다. 본 연구에서는 감소정도가 서로 다른 냉연 304 스테인레스 강 시편들에 0.5wt.%의 염화 나트륨 연무를 분사시키면서 느린 변형속도시험(SSRT)과 중성염 분사시험(NSS)을 85℃와 200℃에서 수행하 였다. 85℃에서 2000 시간 동안 시험한 NSS시편의 무게 변화는 200℃에서 시험한 시편의 무게 변화와 크게 달 랐다. NSS 시편의 85℃에서 무게 감량은 미미하였지만, 냉연 감소율이 증가함에 따라서 무게 변화는 점진적으 로 감소하였다. 85℃와 200℃에서 그리고 염분분사 환경에서 가볍게 냉연 가공된 시편의 SSRT 시험으로부터얻은 항복강도와 극한 인장응력의 값은 공기 중의 값보다 약간 낮았다. 그러나 염분 분위기에서 부식으로 인 한 20% 감소 냉연시편의 강도는 더 이상 변화하지 않았다. 예비결과는 냉연 304 스테인레스 강의 질과 성능이 건식저장용기의 제작을 위한 조건에 맞는다는 것을 증명하였다. 그러나 냉연 스테인레스 강의 장기적인 성능 을 더 잘 이해하기 위해서는 염분분위기에서 이 재질의 부식거동에 관한 더 많은 연구가 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to examine effects of perceived cosmetic brand personality on the preference of women consumer in 20～30's who started applying adult makeup and were sensitive to cosmetics and makeup techniques to provide domestic cosmetic brands with unique personality marketing resources. A questionnaire developed by researchers was used and 538 questionnaires were used for data analysis. Data was analyzed by SPSS PC(Ver. 16.0). Factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and muliti regression analysis were done. The findings of this study were; Domestic cosmetic brands’ personality factors were aesthetics, performance, interest, competency, and boldness. In case of Isaknox, women consumers in 20-30's preferred it when they perceived its aesthetics, performance, and competency. They preferred Lacvert when they perceived its aesthetics and interest, while they preferred The Face Shop when they perceived its aesthetics, performance, and competency. They preferred domestic cosmetic brand was Hera most, followed by Laneige, Isaknox, Lacvert, and The Face Shop in a descending order. Also they preferred Laneige when they perceived its competency and Hera when they perceived its aesthetics and interest.
