본 연구는 정신내적 어려움을 겪고 있는 학교부적응 아동에게 대상관계이론을 적용하여 상담한 사례를 분석하였다. 본 사례는 내담자의 부모와의 과거 경험을 탐색하여 어린 시절에 형성된 분열된 대상관계가 현재의 대인관계에 미친 영향을 분석하고 이를 새로이 통합시키고자 하였다. 내담자는 가족 내에서 부모의 무의식적 가정을 확인하였고 그 결과 어떠한 부정적인 소인을 가지게 되었는지 인식하게 되었다. 18회에 걸친 상담을 통하여 내담자의 많은 부분을 의식의 세계로 옮겨오고 표출할 수 있었으며 내담자는 부분적으로 통합된 대상관계를 내재화하였다.

This indicates that 『Hwaeomgyeong』can be fully represented just by 「Sipjipum」because the twos are structurally similar) (1) In 「Sipjipum」, a summary of 『Hwaeomgyeong』is contained. Thus descriptions of 「Sipjipum」may be like those of 『Hwaeomgyeong』. (2) 『Hwaeomgyeong』had a three-dimensional spatial structure which corresponds with the Heaven of Yok Gye Yuk Cheon and the Earth, when associated with places of preaching Buddhist sermons. 2) This researcher investigated stone platforms of the Buseoksa Temple with references to 『Hwaeomgyeong』and 「Sipjipum」. 1) All the platforms, whether their building is still remained on them or not, comply better with implications of 「Sipjipum」. 2) Different heights of the stone platforms and the axial refraction of the platforms brought by their shape changes all imply variations in discipline levels descrided in 「Sipjipum」, in terms of form and symbolic implication. Sites which mainly compose the stone platforms also comply with descriptions contained in 『Hwaeomgyeong』regarding the place, frequency and contents of preaching Buddhist sermons. In conclusion, the outside of the Buseoksa Temple is composed of architectural spaces for which contents of 『Hwaeomgyeong』and 「Sipjipum」and the frequency and place of preaching Buddhist sermons are fully considered and comprehended.

본 연구는 청소년들의 인터넷 게임동기에 있어서 사교성과 공격성이 그들의 대인관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구결과, 인터넷게임 동기(사교성, 공격성)에 따라 가상적 대인관계는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청소년들의 인터넷게임 동기는 그들의 가상적 대인관계에 영향을 끼치기 때문에, 공격성보다는 사교성의 동기로 인터넷게임을 하도록 장려하고, 올바른 가상적 대인관계를 형성할 수 있도록 유도하는 것이 필요하다.

The conditionality of human rights is a very provoking issue in international economic relations. It should be applied under the guidelines of legitimacy, legality, credibility, and proportionality. The EU is enthusiastic about human rights conditionality. However, it is hard to say that the EU’s program of human rights conditionality has worked well in practice. Some main multilateral economic institutions, which had been criticized for disregarding human rights concerns, have remained shy to human rights conditionality. As an increasingly emerging economic giant, China will be expected to have some sort of obligation to better respect, better protect and better promote international human rights. China can accept human rights conditionality in a moderate way.

본 고에서는 BM특허 및 의약특허의 미완성발 명 및 명세서 기재불비관련 최근 주요 판례에서 판 단기준을 재해석하고 미완성 발명과 명세서 기재 불비의 상호관계를 정립함으로써 심사 또는 심판 처리에서의 정확성 및 공정성을 전보다 한층 더 도 모하고자 한다. BM특허 및 의약특허의 경우 구체성이 없고 현 재의 기술수준으로는 실시가 불가능한 경우에도 미완성발명으로 취급하여 특허법제29조제1항본 문을 적용하여 명세서 기재불비와 구별할 필요가 있으며, 그 이외의 사항에 대해서는 특허법제42조 제3항의 명세서 기재불비로 거절결정하는 것이 심 사 심판실무에서 바람직 할 수 있다. 종래에는 산업에 해당되지 않는다고 생각되어 온 의료관련 행위가 바이오 기술의 발전에 따라 제 한 없이“산업화”경향을 나타내고 있으며, 오히려 의료업 자체가 신규산업의 창출과 산업 발전에 불 가결한 것으로 여겨지고 있다. BM 기술의 인터넷 산업도 상기와 거의 같다. 결론적으로, SW특허 및 BM특허 등 모든 기술 분야에 예외 없이 특허보호를 인정하려는 추세를 고려하여 볼 때, 법적 해결이 아닌 법해석에 의해 거절이유를 제시한다는 것은 적절치 않다. 즉, 진정 한 산업발전을 위해서는 특허법의 취급을 해석론 의 틀에서 논쟁을 벌일 것이 아니라 입법적으로 해 결해야 한다고 본다.

정확한 지진재해 예측을 위해서는 대상지역 특성을 고려하여 개발한 강진동 감쇠식을 사용해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 한반도의 감쇠식에 관한 기존연구에서 제시한 여러 감쇠식 및 지진자료를 비교한 후 그 유형이 가장 유사한 관계식을 선별하였다. 지진재해예측을 위한 HAZUS에서는 미국을 서부와 중동부로 구분한 강진동 감쇠식을 지원하는데, 앞서 선별한 국내 감쇠식과 부합하는 미국의 감쇠식 종류를 알아보았다. 이번 연구는 향후 HAZUS를 이용하여 한반도의 지진재해를 예측하고자 할 때, 우리나라의 감쇠현상과 가장 유사한 미국의 강진동 감쇠식을 사용함으로써 신뢰성 높은 재해예측에 효과적인 영향을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
