        The development of modern cities is growing rapidly. The first thing that can be recognized in the current image of the complex and chaotic urban city environment is the deprivation of pedestrian space due to the rapid growth of pathways for automobiles. Pedestrians became secondary to automobiles. Therefore, to offer the comfort and convenience of city life and bring vitality to the external environment, pedestrian-only space will be needed; not the space with strong exclusion of pedestrian rights over the current industrialized urban environment but the space with emphasis in terms of pedestrian walks. In other words, the space design for the pedestrians is urgently needed and it has to be developed through extensive studies. Therefore, this paper is based on the possibilities of pedestrian space that can promote urban activities. It is dealt with the general theories, traffic problems, environmental problems and historical space development. In addition, the current pedestrian conditions in domestic pedestrian-only roads and the examples of the streets that have no cars will be presented; both domestic and foreign. By observation of the pedestrian-only roads, the feasibility of pedestrian-only road and potential capability will be discussed Improvements in the street without cars can provide directions for future development.

        This study aims to produce fundamental database for Environment Impact Assessment by monitoring vertical structure of the atmosphere due to the mountain valley wind in spring season. For this, we observed surface and upper meteorological elements in Sangin-dong, Daegu using the rawinsonde and automatic weather system(AWS). In Sangin-dong, the weather condition was largely affected by mountains when compared to city center. The air temperature was low during the night time and day break, and similar to that of city center during the day time. Relative humidity also showed similar trend; high during the night time and day break and similar to that of city center during the day time. Solar radiation was higher than the city, and the daily maximum temperature was observed later than the city. The synoptic wind during the measurement period was west wind. But during the day time, the west wind was joined by the prevailing wind to become stronger than the night time. During the night time and daybreak, the impact of mountain wind lowered the overall temperature, showing strong geographical influence. The vertical structure of the atmosphere in Dalbi valley, Sangin-dong had a sharp change in air temperature, relative humidity, potential temperature and equivalent potential temperature when measured at the upper part of the mixing layer height. The mixing depth was formed at maximum 1896m above the ground, and in the night time, the inversion layer was formed by radiational cooling and cold mountain wind.

        This study is focused on investigating the problematic point of residential care facilities in the area of exterior environment. It considers the somato-type of the external space creation in order to consider the size of the exact facilities. Also, it presents a facility standard of the average number of old people who are possibility suitable to each facility. The walking space of residential care facilities must reflect the exact height, shoulder height, shoulder width, the length of arms, and the height of hands of the elderly person, and it must recalculate facilities to the exact size based on a measured standard. The parking space needs to consider the height, length, width and of walkers, wheel chairs, etc. The open space must consider the body weight of old people and must reflect the somato-type of seat height. Also, each space should reflect the quality of life that each old person desires and must plan for it accordingly. The design must consider the viewpoint of the external space as a paid provision for old age facilities. It must create a space according to each body's condition, according to the results of proceeding research, and it must create a space suitable to the actual condition of elderly people.

        This landscape plan for a suburban housing complex presents a new orientation for residential housing to meet the changing demands of modern people as their attitudes toward nature evolve. Unlike most residential developments which tend to over cut the existing slopes, this new housing complex utilizes the pre-existing natural topography and contours of the site. The plan also considers the privacy of the residence by using the existing local vegetation with a natural, midlands style environment. It also provides a garden for strolling or contemplation. The majority of the homes are marketed for buyers with families in their 30s to 60s with lower budgets. Thus the site offers the maximum of consideration and convenience to its dwellers.

        수소원자를 포함한 강유전체 Li(NH4)SO4의 중수소 치환형인 Li(ND4)SO4 단결정에 대해 X-선과 중성자 회절법으로 결정구조를 연구하였다. 이 결정은 상온에서 사방정계이고 공간군은 P21nb이다. 격자상수는 a=5.2773(5) a, b=9.1244(23) a, c=8.7719(11) a이며 Z=4이다. 한국원자력연구원의 연구용 원자로인 하나로에 설치된 중성자 4축 단결정 회절장치로 중성자데이터를 수집하였으며, X-선 회절데이터는 일본 동북대학교 물리학과에서 측정하였다. X-선 회절법으로 수집한 1450개의 독립 회절반점에 대하여 최소자승법으로 정밀화하여 최종 신뢰도값 R=0.070을 얻었으며, 중성자 회절법으로는 745개의 회절반점에 대하여 R=0.049을 얻었다. X-선 회절데이터 분석 결과 결정구조 내의 수소원자 중 1개의 위치만을 얻었으나, 중성자 회절법으로는 NH4 사면체의 수소/중수소원자의 위치는 물론 H를 치환해서 들어간 D의 점유율을 정련하여 측정시료의 평균화학식이 LiND3.05H0.95SO4임을 밝혔다.

        This research is intended to extrapolate the environmental problem caused by the flower fixation design materials and to find a solution by enabling ecological flower designing through discovering environment friendly materials that fix the flowers and analyzing their utilizations. Such use of pro-environmental materials shall lead changes in awareness among the professional florists as well as the consumers. The result of analyzing 67 flower works produced by the environment friendly flower fixation materials is as follows: 1) The design makes the most use of natural characteristics of the original plants used. 2) The pro-environmental materials were minimized to it functional usage, yet visual beautification was emphasized to make the design harmonized. 3) The design showed excellent coordination with vases. The vase was selected to match the color and shape of the flowers contained in it. This allows the vase to be included as part of the overall design of the work. The 67 flower design works reviewed in this research reveal a common design tendency: the environment friendly fixation materials not only were functionally solid, environmentally safe and recyclable but also played outstanding role as visually beautiful design element. This indeed is a revolutionary finding that could impact on the future of the flower design as a whole.

Through this study, proved study finding is as following. 1) Exercise to walk estimates distance more than minimum 1200m that can see positive effect though do exercise. 2) According to result that blood pressure change of asphalt walking path and forest walking path does comparative analysis, significance probability was recognized at systolic blood pressure, and change of blood pressure was recognized significance probability at systolic blood pressure after exercise on the forest walking path. 3) Result that woman old man and slight illness high blood pressure old man woman blood pressure does comparative analysis, forest walking path after exercise in contraction period, relaxation period blood pressure significance probability recognize. These result estimates by thing which it can maximize effect of exercise that walk on the forest walking path that do exercise. 4)Appeared by thing which synonymy is between sequence, two circles that emotion state on forest walking path and asphalt walking path does comparative analysis, and change of emotion state was recognized significance probability in the most articles after forest walking path exercise. This can judge kinetic effect that keep emotion state that can maximize in case of do exercise on the forest walking path. This studies are giving effect that walk exercise is positive in old man woman's body, but examines closely that the floor was displaying effect that was surrounded by the tree than hard asphalt walking path and walks on forest walking path of soft earth road exercise is positive in body and confirmed necessity of forest walking path.

        We can find that the whole of his works is one poem and it has a consistent developing theme. The theme is no other than a union with an Absolute, that is, a pursuit of salvation. Eliot finds aesthetic means to express the moment of the union with God; the means is 'objective correlative'. One of the 'objective correlatives' is the 'still point', which is the most important and significant of all the imagery for the moment of salvation, and for the union with an Absolute. The purpose of this thesis is to study the meaning of the 'still point', its character and the process of reaching it, and to clarify the relation with the concept of criticism and philosophy which Eliot had studied. We can find the concept of 'still point' in the 'logos' of Heraclitus, a Greek philosopher, and in the 'Sunyata' of Madhyamika made by Nagarjuna, an Indic Buddhist priest. 'Logos' represents the character of the central-point and Sunyata represents the unification and removal of boundary for two different concepts. The way in which 'still point' is extracted can be discovered in Eliot's criticism and philosophy. 'Immediate experience' which is the essential concept of Eliot's philosophy and 'objective correlative' are very similar to the 'still point' in that they are the harmony, balance and unification of two opposites. 'Tradition' which he makes much of in his criticism is related to the 'still point' is also related to 'objective correlative', for 'objective correlative' is the product of the unification and reconciliation of two aspects. The significant symbols for 'still point' are 'Mandala' and 'wheel'. The circle in the middle of it and a square outside it signify the power of God. The wheel schematizes the tension and unification of spirit We can discover many other models of unification of 'still point' through the union of love and fire, word and Word, beginning and ending, exploration and revelation, etc. They are the examples of showing similarity that things of different nature can be unified. The 'still point' is achieved by intellectual perception of the 'Incarnated Word' in "Burnt Norton", by passional participation in 'Atonement' in "East Coker", by volitional response to the 'Annunciation' in the "Dry Salvages", and by 'Pentecostal Purifying' in "Little Gidding".
