본 연구에서는 3D 프린팅 기술과 인체공학 순설계를 이용하여 턱관절 자기공명영상 동적 턱관절 검사 보조기구를 개발하고자 하였다. 3D 프린팅 기술 재료는 3D 프린터(Sindo, 3DWOX1, Korea), 3D 모델러 프로그램(Fusion 360, autodesk, USA), PLA(polylactic Acid) 필라멘트 소재를 이용하였고, 영상 검사는 3.0T 자기공명영상 장비 (Magnetom Vida, Siemens, Germany)를 사용하였다. 개발 방법은 성인 30명(남:13명, 여:17명, 평균나이 22.9±2.0세)의 안면뼈 CT(computed tomography) 검사의 단면 영상을 역학적으로 실측하여 상/하악궁의 형상을 모델링하였다. 모델링된 파일은 FDM(fused deposition modeling) 방식으로 3D 프린팅하였다. 출력된 보조기구는 자화 감수성 인공물 실험, 동적 영상 비교, 만족도 평가로 성능을 평가하였다. 그 결과, 자화감수성 인공물 발생은 개발된 개구 보조 장비와 비교하여 모든 영상에서 유의한 차이가 없었다. 동적 비교 영상에서는 TSE 기법이 모든 평가 법에서 가장 우수한 영상 품질을 보였다. 만족도 평가에서는 피검자는 평균 4.3점, 방사선사는 평균 4.4점으로 높은 만족도를 보였다. 결론적으로 인공물 발생이 없는 환자 맞춤형 보조기구에 개구의 동적 기능이 탑재된 보조기구 를 개발하였다.

Seventy-four Vibrio strains were isolated from imported frozen seafoods and identified according to their physiological and biochemical properties. They included two V. cholerae non-0l sp., two V. diazotrophicus sp., one V. hollisae sp., five V. natriegens sp., eight V. fluvialis sp., and four V. nereis sp. Two of them were not identified as Vibrio species. When these strains were tested using API-20E ket for identification, however, only the results for two V. cholerae and five of the V. fluvialis strains matched the results obtained previously. Due to the importance of detecting V. cholerae from foods, phylogenetic identification of the strains was attempted based on restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) of the 16S rDNAs amplified by PCR. The results suggested that the two strains had identical RFLP patterns which were more closely related to that of V. proteolyticus than V. cholerae. The problems associated with identification of pathogens originated from seafoods demand development of accurate and rapid identification methods.

With treatment of Kitosan, Wood vinegear and EM(effective microoganism) which farmers call it as substance in fertilizing, conditioning and disease control ubstances, authors in vestigated on microorganisms change in soil and ealy growth characteristics of tomato. The results were summarized as follows : Among foliar application of kitosan, wood vinegear and EM(effective microoganism) treatments diluted by chitosan 500 times solution level was effective considering growth of tomato as compared other dilutions and control plot. Change of microorganism number in the soil for cultivation of tomato was increased with microorganism treatment plot as compared with control plot. Specially chitosan 500 times solution level showes the most significant effect.

이 연구는 스포츠에서 변혁적 리더십 요인을 확인하고, 변혁적 리더십이 지도자에 대한 선수들의 동일시 및 신뢰, 그리고 운동수행, 관여 및 동기에 미치는 효과 및 그 차별성을 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 15개 고등학교와 2개 대학에 재학중인 선수 414명이 연구에 참가했다. 스포츠 지도자의 변혁적 리더십 요인, 지도자에 대한 신뢰 및 동일시, 선수의 운동수행, 동기, 관여를 측정하는 문항들을 Likert식 5점 척도에서 평정하도록 제작된 `체육지도자 행동특성 질문지`를 제작해서 사용했다. 문항반응 요인분석을 통해서 질문지의 구성타당성을 검증한 결과, 카리스마, 개별적 배려, 지적 자극, 지도자에 대한 동일시와 신뢰, 그리고 운동수행, 관여, 동기 요인을 추출했다. 자료는 SAS V.8.O for win을 이용해서 분석했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선수들을 개별적으로 배려하고 카리스마적이고, 지적을 자극할수록 선수들은 지도자를 더 동일시하고, 신뢰하고, 운동수행, 관여, 동기수준이 더 높았다. 둘째, 지도자를 신뢰하고 동일시할수록 운동수행, 관여, 동기수준이 더 높았다. 셋째, 변혁적 스포츠 리더십의 세 요인인 개별적 배려, 카리스마, 지적 자극은 동일시, 신뢰, 수행, 관여 및 동기에 차별적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 개별적 배려는 동일시, 수행 및 동기에 영향을 미쳤다. 카리스마는 동일시, 신뢰, 수행, 관여 및 동기에 모두 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 지적 자극은 동일시에만 영향을 미쳤다.
