This study analyzed survey data from 1,200 Japanese consumers to determine the association between authenticity-related information awareness and acceptance of Korean-style and Japanese-style localized kimchi in Japan. Authenticity-related awareness was operationalized using four binary indicators: perception of kimchi as originating from Korea, awareness of Korean-style kimchi, awareness of the Codex Alimentarius standard, and awareness of UNESCO-listed Kimjang. Although general kimchi awareness was high (94.0%), awareness of the Codex standard (12.8%) and UNESCO-listed Kimjang (17.8%) remained low, indicating a gap between general familiarity and institutional authenticity knowledge. Korean-style kimchi showed significantly higher awareness and consumption experience than Japanese-style localized kimchi, whereas recent consumption within one month did not differ significantly. Among respondents who had consumed both types, Korean-style kimchi showed higher consumption frequency and satisfaction. Higher authenticity-related information awareness was associated with greater satisfaction, consumption frequency, and future consumption intention. Preference for Korean-style kimchi increased significantly across awareness groups, whereas preference for Japanese-style localized kimchi decreased correspondingly. This association remained significant after adjusting for sex, age, and Korean culture and food involvement in multivariable logistic regression. These findings suggest that systematic communication of institutional and cultural heritage authenticity may help enhance Korean-style kimchi preference in Japan.

본 연구는 국내･외 동물보건사 자격제도와 업무범위에 대해 비교 및 분석하여 국내의 동물보건사 업무에 대한 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2012-2024년 국내･외 논 문 및 연구 보고서를 바탕으로 동물보건사의 자격제도와 업무 범위에 대한 자료를 수집하 였다. 이를 통해 다소 체계적이지 않은 국내의 동물보건사 업무 범위의 방향성을 제시하 기 위해 문헌 고찰을 수행하였다. 동물보건사 자격제도를 조사한 결과, 국내의 동물보건사는 동물 간호 관련 학과를 졸업 한 후 동물보건사 국가 자격시험에 합격하면 자격을 취득할 수 있다. 미국은 수의 테크니 션 교육 및 활동에 관한 위원회를 졸업한 후 VTNE를 통과해야 하며, 영국은 약 7년 동안 수의 간호사에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 일본은 애완동물 간호사를 양성하는 대학에서 공부 한 후 국가시험을 통과해야 하고, 호주는 수의학 간호사 관련 시설에서 교육받은 후 자격 을 취득할 수 있다. 동물보건사의 업무 범위는 국내의 경우, 수의사의 지도 아래 약물 도 포, 경구 투여, 마취 및 수술의 보조 등을 수행하고 있다. 반면 국외의 경우, 영국은 수의 간호사가 수의사의 지도하에 내･외과 처치를 할 수 있는 것을 법적으로 인정하여 이를 수행하고 있다. 호주는 간호 절차를 수행하기 전에 규제 요건에 대해 관련 주 또는 규제 당국에 확인 후 수행하고 있다. 미국과 일본은 수의사의 지시하에 침습적인 의료 행위를 수행하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내의 동물보건사 업무 범위가 국외에 비해 미흡하다는 것을 인지하고 이 를 기점으로 업무 범위에 대해 법적으로 명확하게 규제할 필요성을 제시한다. 이로 인해 동물보건사의 전문성을 향상시켜 동물보호 사회의 인식을 높일 수 있다는 의의를 지닌다.

Severe wall thinning is found on the tube of a low-pressure evaporator(LPEVA) module that is used for a heat recovery steam generator(HRSG) of a district heating system. Since wall thinning can lead to sudden failure or accidents that lead to shutdown of the operation, it is very important to investigate the main mechanism of the wall thinning. In this study, corrosion analysis associated with a typical flow-accelerated corrosion(FAC) is performed using the corroded tube connected to an upper header of the LPEVA. To investigate factors triggering the FAC, the morphology, composition, and phase of the corroded product of the tube are examined using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy combined with energy dispersive spectroscopy, and x-ray diffraction. The results show that the thinnest part of the tube is in the region where gas directly contacts, revealing the typical orange peel type of morphology frequently found in the FAC. The discovery of oxide scales containing phosphate indicates that phosphate corrosion is the main mechanism that weakens the stability of the protective magnetite film and the FAC accelerates the corrosion by generating the orange peel type of morphology.
