        The current number of mobile subscribers reached 50 million people can be seen as a nearly saturated state. To attract new customers means that coming to take away from the competition’s customers, so there are the fierce competition to attract to customers. So if there are signs of churn, it should be quickly analysed to avoid moving to competition. This paper estimated the churn of mobile users by using Competing risks model and Bayes’ theorem, and proposed how to prevent it. Proposed method was verified through the experiment, and it has been shown that the results of using the model is effectively predict the probability of churn of mobile users.

        When comparing the traditional financial risk measurements, Value at Risk(VaR) has its benefits for providing a single number that summarizes the overall market risk of the portfolio. Considering the fact that VaR measurement is standardized as a tool for international market risk measurement, back-testing the accuracy and performance of the VaR models plays a crucial role. In this sense, this paper proposes a way to validate the accuracy of the VaR models. Firstly, Bayes factor is used to assess statistical accuracy of the models. For the next step, loss function is applied to measure the differences between the realized and expected losses. Through the procedure, back-testing VaR models considering both frequency and magnitude of violations and comparing between the models can be achieved.

QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is the efficient too ever created to tie product and service design decisions directly to customer wants and needs. One of the mistakes in QFD is to analyze using an inconsistent HOQ(House of Quality) chart. An inconsistent HOQ chart is one in which the information from the correlation matrix is inconsistent with that from the relationship matrix. This study presents the consistency check and inconsistency check in case of failing the consistency check. Also we propose the procedures using the Limiting Probability in correlation matrix and the Median Rank in relationship matrix in order to be consistent in HOQ chart.

        서비스품질은 고객이 서비스를 경험하기 전에 기대한 기대값과 서비스를 경험한 후 느끼는 인지값을 이용하여 측정되고 있다. SERVQUAL은 분석적 우수성에도 불구하고 통계적 분석력이 낮음으로 인해 많은 비판을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서비스품질을 그 비율(인지값/기대값)을 척도로 하여 측정한다. 설문은 Likert 척도 대신에 어의차이(Semantic Differential)척도를 이용하고, 설문된 척도에 대해서는 삼각퍼지수를 이용하여 설문과정에서 발생되는 개인적인 언어적 판단을 확률적으로 분석하고 개인적인 차이에서 발생되는 오차를 최대한 감소한다. 기존의 SERVQUAL 및 SERVPERF 모형과 본 연구에서 제시한 삼각퍼지수를 이용한 기대값 및 인지값의 비율에 의한 서비스품질 측정모형인 FR-SERVQUAL을 공공부문의 서비스품질 측정에 적용한 결과 서비스품질 속성과 성과변수간의 회귀분석에서 보다 우수한 설명력과 결정계수가 높은 서비스품질측정 모델임을 입증한다.

        TOC(Theory Of Constraints) has been applied to manufacturing field traditionally. Nowadays, it's area is being wide to SCM, Service, Marketing. This paper analyzed Demand pull Manufacturing system, then, tried to apply TOC concept for improving productivity.         Systems are often operated by not integration but blocking, i.e., non-standardization. The system blocking is mainly caused by non-standardization or incompatibility. The integrated system is effective, but researches for quantification of effectiveness from integrating system are few. System blocking causes additional cost which is almost intangible and potential. In this paper we proposed a model to quantify the effectiveness of system integration. To verify the validity of proposed model, we applied the model for Korean information and communication industry and forecasted the cost of integration for South and North Korean telecommunication industry in the way of three scenarios.
