본 연구는 정토진종(淨土眞宗)을 소재로 한 구라타 햐쿠조의 스님과 그 제자과 선종의 임제종을 소재로 한 다치하라 마사아키의 겨울의 유산, 이 두 작품을 인간 삶의 갈등과 구원에 초점을 맞추어 분석했다. 일제 강점기에 혼란된 정체성을 찾는 주인공의 도정을 그린 겨울의 유산에서는 주인공의 갈등이 결국 아웃사이드로서의 존재를 거부하고 주류로 편입하고자 하는 내적 갈망에서 비롯됨을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 단순한 구원보다 삶에 대해 더 깊은 질문을 던져온 주인공에게 작품의 강력한 모티브인 선종은 현실적인 구원의 방식이 아님을 보여주었다. 스님과 그 제자에서는 일본 사회의 전통적 인정과 의리라는 사회규범이 등장인물들의 갈등을 유발하고 있는데, 이 작품의 구원은 악을 지닌 채로 구원받을 수 있다는 악인정기설로 우리 모두는 본래 이미 구원되어 있다는 믿음과 비승비속(非僧非俗)인 채로 순수하고 성실하게 살아야한다는 가르침이었다. 이 연구를 통해 종교적 구원과 현실적 구원은 여전한 평행선임을 보면서, 구원이란 우리 모든 인간의 평생 과업임을 상기하게 된다.
The current research identified the impacts of WOM(Word-of-Mouth) regarding dining experience and the factors which were likely to influence them. Specifically, this study is examined from the perspective of WOM recipient`s in on-line settings. For the purpose of this research, online survey was used and a total 203 online questionnaires of respondents who had experienced restaurant reviews and recommendations via internet last 6 month were analyzed. Overall, the results indicated that in aspects of WOM recipients, the impacts of WOM were ``visit intention``, ``re-WOM intention`` and ``source credibility`` affected ``WOM acceptance`` in this process. Additionally, ``online homophily`` and ``message vividness`` had a positive effects(p<0.001) on builiding source credibility. By clarifying the process between on-line WOM of restaurant consumers and their actual visit, this study intend to provide basis which can be used for restaurant industry`s effective marketing activity.
This study identified the formula of the antioxidant substance separated from the ethyl acetate and the butanol extract and tested the antioxidant properties with the electron donating ability(EDA). Each phase with the fractionated methanol extract from mulberry leaf was screened in advance for the antioxidant substance with EDA. As the result, activity appeared in the ethyl acetate and butanol phase and the antioxidant component was separated. As the consequence, 2 components from the ethyl acetate phase and 1 from the butanol phase were separated, among which the structures of the components from ethyl acetate were determined by wogonin and linarin, whereas the structure of the component from the butanol phase was determined by pectolinarin. In the screening of antioxidant activity by the scavenging effect of the DPPH radical, the wogonin and linarin components from ethyl acetate phase showed more powerful antioxidant property than the component from butanol. The results from this study indicate that the chemical compound separated from the ethyl acetate extract has more powerful antioxidant property than the one separated from the butanol extract. The components separated from the ethyl acetate extract were wogonin and linarin, which are flavonoids, whereas the component from butanol was pectolinarin. Therefore, this study suggested that the feasibility of mulberry leaf as a functional food additive and its value as a natural antioxidant is very high.
Lactic acid bacteria from traditional Korean foods of Tarak and Kimchi was isolated and characterized against carcinogenic Helicobacter pylori. Five Tarak and 30 Kimchi, traditional lactic acid-fermented foods, were collected from Andong area and the markets in Seoul, respectively and 15 lactic acid bacteria were isolated. Among them, two isolates were selected from high growth-inhibitory activities on H. pylori. The isolates were identified as Streptococcus thermophilus LAB kw15 from Tarak and Leuconostoc mesenteroides LAB kw5 from Kimchi by the biochemical characteristics and 16S DNA sequencing. The culture solutions of the isolates adjusted to pH 7.0 showed H. pylori inhibition. The isolates grew well and H. pylori did not grow during the co-culture with those strains. Therefore, L. mesenteroides LAB kw5 and S. thermophilus LAB kw15 might be the candidates as the functional lactic acid bacteria for improving stomach health.
아세틸콜린에스터라아제(AChE) 저해제에 의한 아세틸콜린 분해 억제는 알츠하이머 질병의 가장 확실한 치료 방법 중의 하나로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 최근 웰빙 건강 소재로 각광을 받고 있는 과일과 채소로부터 새로운 AChE 저해제를 개발하여 항치매 식품이나 대체 의약품 생산에 응용하기 위해 과일과 채소로부터 AChE 저해 활성이 우수한 시료를 선별하고, AChE 저해 물질의 추출조건을 최적화하였다. AChE 저해 활성은 호두의 메탄올 추출물에서 72.6%(IC50=14.2㎍)로 가장 높았고, 호두의 AChE 저해 물질은 80% 메탄올로 40℃에서 12시간 동안 처리하였을 때 가장 많이 추출되었다.
