This study explores the impact of technostress on the intention to use telemedicine applications (apps) in the post-COVID19 era, a period marked by the rapid popularization of such apps to mitigate COVID19 infection risks. Utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), the study identifies variables and proposes a research model. A questionnaire survey involving 364 adults is analyzed through Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling. Results indicate positive significance for variables linked to the TAM (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, and intention to use). Notably, techno-complexity negatively affects perceived ease of use, while techno-unreliability negatively impacts perceived usefulness and ease of use. Surprisingly, techno-uncertainty has a positive effect on both perceived usefulness and ease of use. Techno-overload, although negatively impacting perceived usefulness and ease of use, does not reach statistical significance. The study underscores the need to consider both positive and negative aspects, including technostress, when evaluating telemedicine app usage. Additionally, recognizing the varying impact of technostress based on users' ICT(Information and Communication Technology) confidence levels is crucial. Overall, these findings contribute academically to telemedicine app adoption literature and hold industrial significance by providing a user perspective on these apps.

비가열 닭고기 분쇄육의 제조 시 향신료의 첨가에 의한 세균의 증식 억제 효과에 대하여 연구하였다. 닭가슴살 분 쇄육의 일반성분은 수분 72.98±0.15%, 조단백질 23.37±0.46%, 조지방 1.00±0.03%, 조회분 1.90±0.03%였다. 향신료 첨가 에 의한 미생물 증식 억제 효과는 로즈마리 > 마늘 > 겨 자 순이었으며, 첨가량이 증가할수록 억제 효과가 커졌다. 닭고기 분쇄육의 일반세균 및 대장균 증식 억제를 나타내 는 향신료의 최적 첨가 농도는 로즈마리 2%, 마늘 4%, 겨 자 1.2%였다. 일반세균 및 대장균에 대한 증식 억제 효과 는 단독 및 혼합 첨가 시 저장기간 동안 기간별로 차이가 있었고, 저장 9일째 억제 효과는 MixA(97.4%) > 로즈마 리(96.9%) > MixB(96.3%) > 마늘(53.7%) > 겨자(33.3%) 순이었다. 닭고기 분쇄육에 살균마늘과 비살균마늘을 첨가 하여 비교했을 때 일반세균 수는 살균마늘 처리구가 비살 균마늘 처리구에 비해 초기 2.6-3.0 log CFU/g, 9일째 2.4- 3.2 log CFU/g 정도 낮았고, 저장기간이 경과할수록 그 수 가 감소하였다. 비살균마늘 처리구는 대조구보다 높은 일 반세균 수를 나타냈으며, 저장기간이 경과할수록 증가하는 경향을 나타냈다. 대장균 수의 경우 살균마늘 처리구가 비 살균마늘 처리구에 비해 저장 0일째 0.4-1.0 log CFU/g, 9 일째 0.5-1.5 log CFU/g 정도 낮았으며, 저장기간의 경과에 따른 변화는 일반세균 수와 비슷한 경향을 나타냈다. 결론 적으로 로즈마리, 마늘, 겨자의 다양한 혼합적용에 의해 닭 고기 분쇄육 제품의 미생물적 안전성이 향상되었다.

최근 곤충이 식재료부터 의약품까지 산업 전반에 활용가치가 높아지면서 세계적으로 곤충 시장이 성장하고 있으며(한국농업신문, 2017) 앞으로 식품산업, 생명과학 및 의약 분야 등 다양한 측면에서 확대될 것으로 전망되고 있다(유용곤충학, 2014 손민우 외). 본 연구는 국내의 곤충 산업 발전을 위해 곤충을 활용하여 프로그램을 진행하고 있는 전북 부안 누에타운의 실태를 파악하여 곤충 체험 프로그램 만족도 및 개선방안을 알아보고자 한다. 기존에 있던 참여도가 낮은 프로그램을 수정하거나 새로운 프로그램을 개발하여 곤충 활용 프로그램을 통해 더욱 실용적이고 교육적인 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 누에를 활용한 촉감 치료나 미술(시각 위주) 치료 등을 통해 곤충을 이용한 동물매개치료 분야에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

This present study tested whether job stress mediates the relationship between workload and safety behavior of members in organization. In addition, we hypothesized trust in leader/coworkers functions as moderator between not only the workload-job stress link, but also the job stress-safety behavior link. In order to investigate the hypotheses, 841 employees in various fields of companies were sampled. Using structural equation modeling(SEM), we conducted moderated mediation model analysis which elaborately investigated the significance of our hypotheses. The results indicated that job stress mediated the link between workload and safety behavior of members. In addition, the relationship between workload and job stress was moderated by trust in leader/coworkers. Moreover trust in leader/coworkers moderated the job stress-safety behavior linkage. The implications and limitations of our study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

본 논문에서는 H.264/AVC 비디오 코덱에 다차원 변환을 적용하여 높은 압축 성능을 갖는 비디오 부호화 방법을 제안한다. 다차원 변환은 4×4 변환의 장점과 높은 공간적 압축도를 갖는 변환 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 변환을 위해 블록모드에 따라 동일한 방향성을 가진 영역을 설정하는 방법을 소개한다. 또한 다차원 변환에 맞는 변환계수 비용 함수를 제안하여 개선된 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 비디오 부호화기는 H.264/AVC에 비하여 BD-RATE 측면에서 약 6.14% 개선된 성능을 보였다.
