With the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, changes in the market environment and employment environment are accelerating due to smart technological innovation, and securing professional manpower and developing human resources for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises is becoming very important. Recently, most of the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises are experiencing hiring difficulties, and the development and training of human resources to overcome this is still lacking in systemization, despite much support from the government. This reflects the reality that it is not easy to invest training costs and time to adapt new employees to small and medium-sized businesses. Based on these problems, the work-study parallel project was introduced to cultivate practical talent in small and medium-sized businesses. Work-study parallel training is carried out in the form of mentoring between corporate field teachers and learning workers in actual workplaces, and even if the training is the same, there are differences depending on the learner's attitude, learning motivation, and training achievement. Ego state is a theory that can identify personality types and has the advantage of being able to understand and acknowledge oneself and others and intentionally improve positive factors to induce optimized interpersonal relationships. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to analyze the attitudes of learning workers, who are the actual subjects for improving the performance of work-study parallel projects and establishing a stable settlement within the company, based on their ego status. Through this study, we aim to understand the impact of the personality type of learning workers on training performance and to suggest ways to improve training performance through work-study parallelism.
본 연구에서는 역전기투석 공정에서 발생 가능한 막오염 현상을 in-situ로 측정하기 위하여 임피던스 스펙트로스 코피 방법을 도입하여 실제 발생한 막오염 현상 측정 방법을 제시하였다. 얻어진 임피던스 데이터를 활용하여 Nyquist 도시 법과 어드미턴스 도시법으로 스펙트럼을 도시하였으며 두 도시법 모두 유의미한 막오염 현상을 감지할 수 있었다. 또한 초기 막오염 현상에서 음이온 교환막 표면에 막오염물의 불안정한 축적 현상 및 역전기투석 공정의 운전 시간에 따른 막오염층의 구조적 변화를 감지할 수 있었다.
The power of semiconductor, Korea is continuously constructing semiconductor production line for keeping a front-runner status. however, studies and data about potential risks in semiconductor factory are still short. If fire does not initially suppressed, the fire causes a great damage. To decrease fire risk factors, in addition to fire fighting safety equipment, more important thing is how to design and construct fire protection system. The current fire protection codes about semiconductor factory come under functional law, and this law is short of consideration about particularity of factory. The existing prescriptive fire codes depending on experience compose without evident engineering verifications, thus equipments which is created by the current prescriptive fire code may bring about a variety of problems. For example, the design under the current regulation can not cope with the excessive investments, low efficiencies, and the diversifying construction designs and be applied to the quick changes of new technologies. Ergo, an optimal design for fire protection is to equip fire protection arrangements with condition and environment of production field. Manufacturing factory of semiconductors is a windowless airtight space. And for cleanliness, there exists strong flow of cooperation. Therefore, there is a need for fire safety design that meets the characteristic of a clean room. Accordingly, we are to derive smoke flow according to cooperation process within a clean room and construction plan of an optimal sensor system. In this study, in order to confirm the performance of proposed smoke-exhaust equipment and suggest efficient smoke exhaust device when there is a fire of 1MW of methane in the clean room of company H, we have implemented fire simulation using fluid dynamics computation.

Performance-Based Fire Safety can operate effectively the performance of fire protection equipment & building design, so the fitness of fire safety system can be embodied by operating this. moreover, cost to be consume fire safety of real building can reduce and Performance-Based Fire Safety is considered to important technique in fire protection field. A fire in a clean room may cause a serious loss by spreading smoke particles. We will be investigated by using a computational fluid dynamics, for loss prevention by smoke spreading from one fire area to another for clean room and compared the Performance-Based Fire Safety Design with the prescriptive code design. The methodology of fire safety performance-based fire safety design and guarantee of many kinds design skill of fire system and developing design procedure will be very serious one in order to improve efficiency of domestic system. Therefore, This research will be contributing to secure safety of clean room and to set up the performance-based fire safety design in Korea by regulation for the performance-based fire safety design effectively.

본 연구는 디지털 미디어 기반의 환경에서 증가된 콘텐츠 소비 성향에 맞는 콘텐츠 마케팅 전략으로 나타난 브랜디드 콘텐 츠(branded contents)와 인게이지먼트(engagement), 소비자 공감, 브랜드 태도 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 소비자가 브랜디드 콘텐츠에 얼마나 몰입, 관여, 집중하였는지를 가늠할 수 있는 정성적 지표인 인게이지먼트 속성을 핵심변수로 상정하였으며, 이러한 인게이지먼트 속성이 소비자 공감과 브랜드 태도에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과 브랜드 인게이지먼트와 크리에이티브 인게이지먼트는 소비자 공감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 반면 미디어 인게이지먼트는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 크리에이티브 인게이지먼트, 미디어 인게 이지먼트, 브랜드 인게이지먼트는 브랜드 태도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 소비자 공감의 경우 브랜드 태도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 브랜디드 콘텐츠 인게이지먼트는 소비자 공감의 완전매개를 통 해 브랜드 태도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 이는 소비자들이 스토리텔링에 몰입되어 동일시되면서 브랜드에 자신을 거울처럼 비추는 반응을 통해 브랜드 태도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 소비자가 스토리에 대한 관심과 몰입을 통해 자기 실재감을 강화시킨다는 측면에서 브랜디드 콘텐츠를 기획, 제작 단계에서 실무적으로 고려해야 할 중요 요소임을 시사한다.
