The objective of this study was to analyze contents of trans fatty acid and cholesterol of bakery products (bread: 17, pastry: 20, and whipping cream cake: 17) sold at retail in Seoul area. The average values of crude fat contents in bakery products were as follows [mean (minimum-maximum), %)]; bread 6.46 (3.51~8.69), pastry 16.23 (3.55~25.56), and whipping cream cake 16.26 (8.61~31.58). Palmitic acid was the most abundant fatty acid in these products. The average values of saturated fat (SFA) contents and unsaturated fat acid (USFA) contents in these items were as follows [(mean SFA ± SD%] bread (54.04 ± 5.27), pastry (53.41 ± 4.80), and whipping cream cake (70.09 ± 8.64). The high contents of trans fatty acid was analyzed in whipping cream cake. The average values of cholesterol contents in bakery products were as follows [mean (minimum-maximum), %)]; bread 2.36 (0.0~12.86), pastry 8.11 (0.0~42.80), and whipping cream cake 30.55(0.0~132.99).

This study was practiced to survey food-borne bacterial aspects of Escherichia coli and Bacillus cereus etc. from 210 processed seasoned marine products in Garak fishery wholesale market in Seoul, 2009. Distributions of these bacterial isolates were 28 coliforms, 32 Bacillus spp., 71 Staphylococcus spp., 11 Listeria spp, and 10Enterococcus spp. in 157 dried squids, 23 dried file fishes, and 20 dried pollacks etc. respectively. Results in 16 kinds of antibiotics susceptibility test by disc diffusion method, special multiple drugs resistance patterns were NOR + LVX + CIP + SAM+ VA + S + TE + CF, SAM + C + VA, VA + S + TE, and VA + S in 9 E. coli strains, also,AMC + SAM + CF, SAM + CF, and VA + CF in 21 Bacillus cereus strains respectively. On the basis of the results above, many seasoned dried fishes had multiple drugs resistances, conclusively, we suggest limited guideline and special management on use of antibiotics in floating net cages of fishery farms.

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 뇌졸중 환자의 우울, 재활동기, 일상생활동작과 삶의 질 간의 상관관계를 종합적으로 파악하여 재활에 관여하는 작업치료사들에게 뇌졸중 환자의 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 임상적 개입방향을 제시하는데 도움을 주고자 하는데 있다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2008년 6월 7일부터 2008년 8월 1일까지 14개 종합병원, 2개 재활전문병원, 1개 장애인종합복지관의 MMSE-K 24점 이상인 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 설문지(BDI, 장애인의 재활동기 측정도구, MBI, SS-QOL)를 이용해 자료를 수집하였으며 총 123부를 최종적으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 우울과 삶의 질은 유의미한 높은 음의 상관관계(p<.001)를 보였으며, 일상생활동작과 삶의 질은 유의미한 양의 상관관계(p<.001)를 보였다. 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 우울(p<.001)과 일상생활동작(p<.001) 그리고 인구사회학적 변인 중에서 월수입(p<.05)이었으며 이들 변수는 삶의 질을 47.9% 설명하였다. 결론 : 뇌졸중 환자의 삶의 질 향상을 위하여 뇌졸중 환자의 재활에 있어서 급성기로부터 우울과 불안 등의 심리적, 정서적 문제를 정기적으로 확인, 조기에 발견하여 개입함으로써 삶의 질에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 요소를 제거하는 노력을 기울여야 한다. 또한 일방적인 경제적 지원이 아니라 직업재활의 기회를 마련해 줄 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 제공해 준다면 이들의 삶의 질은 더욱 높아질 것이다.

Staphylococcus aureus is gram positive, facultatively anaerobic, non-sporulative coccus, and positive for coagulase and DNase. The food oisoning outbrealc of Staphylococcus aureus increases in the world, and third occurnn happened in our country. Of 105 isolates (25.4%) obtained 413 fecal samples of food-poisoning suspicious patients. In those cases, the enterotoxins were detected firom a total of 45 isolates (42.9%), 9 isolates(20.0%) were A type, 33 isolates (73.3%) we H types, 2 isolates (4.4%) were G type and 1 isolate was a I type enterotoxin. Among the isolates possessing staphylococcal enterotoxins, 29 isolates had H type only(64.4%), 5 isolates had A type only and 4 isolates had both A and H type. 'Iieo isolates had G type only and 1 isolate had I type only. In the antibiotic susceptibility, 48 isolates (46%) had at least one antibiotic resistance among 105 isolates, 34 isolates (70.8%) were resistant to penicillin, 1 isolate (2.1%) to ampicillin, 3 isolates (6.3%) to erythromycin and kanamycin. Seven were resistant to more than two antibiotics and especially 1 isolate was resistant to penicillin-ampicillin-nitrofurantoin.
