전 세계적으로 이상 고온, 폭우, 가뭄, 지진, 해일 등이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 그 피해 규모도 앞으로 계속 커질 전망이다. 경제활동의 주체인 기업이 이러한 자연 재해로 인하여 지속적이고 안정적으로 운영되지 못하게 된다면 이는 기업자체는 물론 치 열한 글로벌 경쟁체제 속에서 국가경쟁력향상에 상당한 타격을 줄 수 있다. 하지만 우리나라의 기업은 선진국에 비해 상대적으로 자연재해 발생 시 체계적인 방재시스템을 구축하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자연재해저감기술 개발의 필요성과 선진국가의 사례들을 통한 우리나라의 자연재해저감기술이 나아갈 방향성을 모색하고자 한다.

It is hot issue to get the competitiveness of product through reliability-growth as well as availability and safety in almost high-technology industry including military, chemistry, nuclear, telecommunication, transportation service and so on. In advanced countries, they experienced remarkable growth based on reliability technology in materials&parts industry as well as high-tech industry. It has become a symbol of national competitiveness and created a higher value added. This paper is taking on effectively developing ways to deploy IEC 60300 dependability management system and the base technology that are needed to improve competitiveness of industries in Korea.

Patulin, a mycotoxin mainly produced by Penicillium and Aspergillus, is found in various foods. In the present, a maximum acceptable level for patulin is established at 50 μg/kg(ppb) in apple juices and apple concentrates in Korea. But patulin may be detected in foods produced with other fruits. In the present study, patulin contamination was analyzed in 520 samples of fruit juices and beverages, and 50 samples of fruit juice concentrates. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was applied to quantitatively analyze patulin levels in samples and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC/MS/MS) was used to remove false positive results. The results showed that three samples of 520 fruit juices and beverages and five samples of 50 fruit juice concentrates were contaminated by patulin, 9.8 - 18.0 μg/kg and 4.7 - 18.2 μg/kg respectively. Contaminated samples were produced with apple, orange or pear. This indicates that it is necessary to extend the regulatory range of patulin. In the other hands, the present study confirmed the effectiveness of LC/MS/MS analytical method to remove false positive results.

Generally, the characteristics of battery cover has been effected on the expected life span and durability of battery. In this study, the heat shield performance of battery cover was investigated experimentally. Also, the cooling effect of battery for each conditions(material and structral conditions of battery cover) was investigated. As the results, the heat shield performance for heating case is excellent in the case of thickness increasing of battery cover. The characteristics for heating case is more effected on the thermal damage than that of cooling case.

An insulator is widely used for automobile parts to protect the thermal damage and noise from the engine. In this paper, the heat shield performance of insulator in the automobile parts has been investigated experimentally. Also, the experimental results are compared with the numerical analysis. It was tested for the effects of heating temperature and insulator material on heat shield performance. As a results, in the range of heating temperature 95℃∼175℃, the heat shield performance is enhanced with increasing heating temperature. Furthermore, glass wool and Formed mat have similar heat shield performance. So, it is very effective to use the glass wool as insulator in the range of 95℃∼175.

제초제 bensulfuron-methyl에 대한 우리나라 주요 논잡초종들의 감수성 차이를 확인하고 생리적 원인을 밝히고자 잡초종별로 ALS(acetolactate synthase)의 활성 변화를 확인하였다. 제초제 처리에 의해서 Oryza sativa, Ludwigia prostrata와 Bidens tripartita의 경우 엽록소 함량은 bensulfuron-methyl 농도가 10 μM 까지 높아짐에 따라 증가하였다. Aneilema keisak와 L. prostrata의 경우 환원당 함량의 급격한 증가가 제초제 처리에 의해 일어났다. 반면에 엽내 단백질 함량에 대한 효과는 종에 따라 서로 상이하였다. 감수성을 보인 L. prostrata와 B. tripartita는 bensulfuron-methyl 농도가 증가함에 따라서 유리 아미노산 함량의 증가가 일어났으나 다른 종에서는 제초제 농도와 유의성 있는 상관은 확인되지 않았다. ALS의 in vitro 활성은 bensulfuron-methyl 의 처리 농도가 증가함에 따라서 급격하게 증가하였다. ALS에 대한 I50 값은 대상 종에 따라 28 nM to 39 nM의 범위를 보였다. 이러한 I50의 차이가 제초제 bensulfuron-methyl에 대한 감수성 차이를 나타내는 가장 중요한 요인으로 확인되었다. 이 감수성 차이는 직파재배 논에서 이 제초제 적용에 있어서 중요한 자료로 이용될 수 있다.

In this study, we attempted to estimate the association between asthma oriented by indoor air sources and personal exposure by comparing the case (asthma-patient) and control (non-asthma-patient) groups. We selected 27 participants who showed positive response on lung function and methacholin provocation test. We performed environmental survey with 15 and 10 cases during May and June 2007, respectively. There was no significant difference between the case and control groups in the level of formaldehyde and TBC (Total Bacterial Count). In the dust allergen test, the case concentration was higher than the control's, without signifiant difference. In the personal exposure assessment of VOCs using OVM (Organic Vapor Monitor) badge, the case concentrations of Benzene, Toluene, and Ethylbenzene were higher than the control's, but there was no significant difference. This study was followed up asthma incidence rate in primary schools indoor air quality. To investigate the history and prevalence rate of allergic diseases(asthma, atopy dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis), the standardized and generally used International Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood(ISAAC) questionnaire was used to conduct the symptom survey for all participating subjects. The concentrations of major indoor air pollutants(dust mite allergen, aldehydes , VOCs, TBC, phthalate) were observed from April to May 2007. Sampling was undertaken at 19 primary schools. The sampling sites of air pollutants are classroom’s indoor and hallway. Dust mite allergen part it was detected from the case classroom and infirmary. The exposure quality of aldehyde and the place pollution level was indoor>outdoor>hallway, which whole is disease incidence rate high group appears more highly the low group than. The partially result of formaldehy and VOCs, the concentration of high environmental disease incidence rate showed also high. However, house dust allergen, TBC and phthalate measurement school was not the effect where the comparison of difference.

Nowadays the customer is classified with external customers and the inside customers. Which are not only end users who consume products but also all people who contribute to their earnings through the management activity of the enterprise. Furthermore, the fact that the external customer satisfaction index and inside customer satisfaction index are closely related is supported by many researches. It is interpreted if the inside customer satisfaction is not improved, achievement of the external customer satisfaction cannot be easy. In this paper, First, we will deduce the inefficient index through DEA model in each department after setting up the weight of items of inside customer satisfaction and measuring them. Second, as well as research entire models about improvement methods of inside customer satisfaction getting improvement methods for reaching a goal in the minimum amount of efforts.

The era of express train in Korea has come since April in 2004. The KTX(Korea Train Express) which has introduced the technology of TGV of France is regraded as good as the ICE of Germany or Shinkansen of Japanese in its hardware aspects. However there are still many things to be improved in its software aspects such as the quality of services, since the new express railway system is in the early beginning stage. To improve the quality of services, we should first measure and analyze the current level of the service quality. Using SERVQUAL model, the service level of KTX is measured and analyzed in this paper. Issues on how to improve the service quality are discussed based on the measurement and analysis.

The purpose of this paper is to present a methodology that can be used by corporations to ensure a product's reliability, safety, and maintainability, with minimal costs, by measuring dependability levels and conducting DEA analysis. The methodology will be a way for corporations to adopt an optimal dependability management system based on a quality management system of ISO 9001:2000 standards.

Everyone knows how much the company business goal is achieved is the most important to all companies. In order to maximize the business performance, many companies have introduced a diversity of management innovation activities. The effect of business performance is important in the business activity, but an efficiency of output-to-input concept is significantly important. Each year, companies have managed the business through a sum of performance. In terms of the efficiency of business performance, the management is importantly managed. In the efficiency of business performance, there are the main items including the total assets, employees, and operating expenses as the input. As the output, there are the main items of sales, current term's net income. This study is intended to calculate the business efficiency through DEA analysis for companies' business performance, and to study in order for the efficiency of business performance to be considered when the companies establish the mid and long term business plan.

In the autumn of 2000 and spring of 2001, field surveys were conducted to estimate the effectiveness of artificial reefs (type cube, 2×2×2m3) that were established in the four islands of Bangnyeong, Socheong, Daeyeonpyeong and Ganghwa in Kyonggi Bay, the west coast of Korea during 1995 and 1996. The condition of reefs was examined through SCUBA diving and a side-scan sonar. Much of the reefs in Daeyeonpyeong and Ganghwa area were buried in bottom sediment. Despite an intensive search in Bangnyeong area, even a cluster of reefs was not found and most of them seemed to be buried by sand waves. Thus an appropriate investigation on the sediment transport should be included in pre-assessment for the expected performance and protection of artificial reefs. Distribution of average CPUE in natural fishing ground (control) was estimated by bootstrapping simulation and possible comparison of CPUE between control and reef areas (treatment) were made in Bangnyeong and Socheong (Experiment I). Positive reef effect was detected in Socheong but CPUE of treatment in Bangnyeong was varied between or lower than the 99% CPUE confidence intervals of the control. Control/treatment abundance and biomass of fishes and invertebrates were tested by paired t-test and sign test (Experiment II). Only four cases among 22 showed significant positive effect. Based on the results, the cube artificial reef in Socheong was inferred as an affirmative one. Floor type was hypothesized to be one of the probable agents in determining the effectiveness of artificial reefs.

Vortex tube is a simple device which can produce two streams of hot and cold temperature without any chemical reaction from a compressed gas stream. Recently, it is expected to be not only one of the possible alternative cooling methods to reduce environmental hazard but also various applications. Small size vortex tube is widely used in industrial application, just like a spot cooling devices, however, it is not enough to study length effect of the vortex tube yet. Therefore, experiments were carried out in various vortex length ratio(L/D=10-55) to find an appropriate geometry of vortex tube length at 5.6mm diameter, under optimum conditions, i.e. vortex nozzle area ratio(Sn=0.155) and cold end orifice diameter ratio(ζ=0.446). Working fluids was used air. The results shows that L=25D is design guide in the vortex tube.

Prior to Six Sigma, many companies had adopted a policy management method designed to manage business performances through the top-down deployment of management policies. This policy management method and the Six Sigma CTQ Flow Down will make a good combination when their merits are developed and systemized as the management innovation program which enables to set up innovation targets along with management targets in the stage of strategic planning and to participate all the personnel from top management down in achieving th targets. This paper will help the companies implementing Six Sigma improve their management constitutions and achieve better management performances through the integration of policy management and Six Sigma.

Many corporations are accepting various kinds of business reform techniques to be adapted and overcome in this e-Business period. Among these techniques, team-organization is selected most in person/organization field. The introduction of team-organization is more needed and spread, so many corporations actually constructed team-organization formation form. But the result has not been active. Therefore after team-organization is introduced to improve the performance evaluation of team management, the result of team management performance should be correctly measured to find out and settle the problems of team-organization. The purpose of this research presents the development of the model of team-management performance evaluation and the method of the proper measurement based on BSC.
