        수십 년간의 세계화에도 불구하고, 기업들은 여전히 국내와 해외 시장에서의 마케팅 환경의 불일 치로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 기업들은 이러한 환경의 차이를 극복하기 위해 각 시장의 특성을 고려한 광고 어필(advertising appeal)을 이용하여 특정 메시지를 전달한다. 이에 따라 기업의 국내와 해외 시장에서의 광고 어필 사용의 차이가 존재하는데, 그 차이를 찾기 위해 본 연구는 한국과 말 레이시아에서 한국브랜드가 어떤 광고 어필을 활용하는지 살펴보려고 한다. 이번 연구는 유튜브 동 영상의 콘텐츠 분석을 통해 한국과 말레이시아 시장 간 광고 어필 사용의 차이를 도출하였다. 본 논문은 말레이시아 시장에서의 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 전략을 계획할 때 국내 마케팅 매니저들이 고 려할 수 있는 실질적인 시사점을 제시한다.

        It was available to store both nymphs and adults of Geocoris pallidipennis at 5℃ for 3 weeks without negative effects on their survival, fecundity, and Bamisia tabaci nymph predation. Up to 140 days, it was also possible to store Micromus angulatus adults at low temperature, showing approximately 50% cumulative survival rate, but over 2 week cold storage was not suitable for their fecundity. With the increase of cold storage duration, the aphid predation by M. angulatus decreased, but it could be possible to cold store until 5 weeks without a significant effect on their aphid predation. Thus, short term cold storage of G. pallidipennis and M. angulatus could be useful for inundative biological control.

        Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) is critical for the triggering of innate immune response by recognizing the conserved molecular patterns of single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) viruses and mediated antigenic adaptive immunity. To understand how TLR7 distinguish pathogen-derived molecular patterns from the host self, it is essential to be able to identify TLR7 receptor interaction interfaces, such as active sites or R848-agonist binding sites. The functional interfaces of TLR7 can serve as targets for structure-based drug design in studying the TLR7 receptor’s structure-function relationship. In contrast to mammalian TLR7, chicken TLR7 (chTLR7) is unknown for its important biological function. Therefore, it has been targeted to mediate contrasting evolutionary patterns of positive selection into non-synonymous SNPs across eleven species using TLR7 conservation patterns (evolutionary conserved and class-specific trace residues), where protein sequence differences to the TLR7 receptors of interest record mutation that have passed positive section across the species. In this study, we characterized the Lys609 residue on chTLR7-ECD homodimer interfaces to reflect the current tendency of evolving positive selection to be transfer into a stabilization direction of the R848-agonist/ chTLR7-ECDs complex under the phylogenetically variable position across species and we suggest a potential indicator for contrasting evolutionary patterns of both the species TLR-ECDs.

        The mannanase, cellulase and xylanase-producing thermophilic bacteria, designated EJ3, was isolated from fresh spent mushroom (Pleurotus eryngii) substrates taken from the DOJUN farm located in Keyongnam, Korea. The isolate EJ3 was facultatively anaerobic and grew at temperature ranging from 20℃ to 60℃ with an optimal temperature of 37℃. The DNA G+C content of the isolate EJ3 was 45 mlo%. The major fatty acids were anteiso-15:0 (38.9%), 17:0 (7.4%), and iso-15:0 (38.2%). The 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity between the isolate EJ3 and other Bacillus strains varied from 97% to 99%. In the phylogenetic analysis based on these sequences, the isolate EJ3 and Bacillus subtilis clustered within a group and separated from other species of Bacillus. Based on the physiological and molecular properties, the isolate EJ3 was classified within the genus Bacillus as Bacillus subtilis EJ3. The optimal growth condition of B. subtilis EJ3 were pH 6.0 and 55℃, respectively.

        The objective of this study was to identify the variation of individual phenol content and antioxidant activity in commercial oyster mushrooms and phellinus mushrooms . The total phenol content varied from 3488.2 to 7161.9 g g-1 in oyster mushroom(Pleurotus spp.). The total phenol content varied from 23390.3 to 26878.3 g g-1 in phellinus mushroom, containing about from four times to seven times more than oyster mushrooms. Among the seventy nine oyster mushroom varieties examined, Bupyeongsoyeob had the highest total phenol content and Keunneutari 1 had the lowest total phenol content. Most of king oyster mushroom(Pleurotus eryngii) varieties and ferula oyster mushroom(Pleurotus ferula)had tendency of low total phenol content. EDA(Electron Donating ability) using DPPH varied from 9.3 to 73.6% in according to oyster mushroom varieties. Most of king oyster mushroom had low antioxidant activity. We believe that the content of functional substances like total phenol content and the antioxidant activities in commercial oyster and phellinus mushrooms could be improved and such varieties strengthed might be selected for the utilization of future breeding resources, based from the results of our study.
