        We selected literature from the core collection of the Web of Science (WOS) database as the research object and used visualization bibliometric software to analyse the 1313 collected studies. We found that the research on the graphene-based adsorption of heavy metals from wastewater has received widespread attention in various countries around the world, especially developing countries, since 2015, and Chinese researchers have made significant contributions. The adsorption mechanisms, adsorbent materials, and advanced adsorption techniques for the removal of heavy metals from wastewater by graphene have been the focus and hotspots in the research in this field in recent years. Heavy metal removal from wastewater with graphene has strong application potential. In the future, researchers in this area can focus on exploring issues such as “new materials,” “recyclability,” and “interdisciplinarity” to break through existing technological bottlenecks, supplement the technical research and development of graphene materials, and promote advances in this field.

        Heteroepitaxy is a better method of enlarging SCD wafer size than homoepitaxy. In this work, several aspects of the bias process for heteroepitaxial diamond nucleation are studied experimentally. First, with increasing bias time, the diamondnucleation pathway is found to transform from “isolated-crystal nucleation” to “typical domain-nucleation” and back to “isolated-crystal nucleation.” An interdependent relationship between bias voltage and bias time is proposed: the higher the bias voltage, the shorter the bias time. Second, a correlation exists between the threshold bias voltage and reactor-chamber pressure: a higher reactor chamber pressure usually requires a higher threshold bias voltage to realize “typical domain nucleation.” Third, diamond bias-enhanced nucleation and growth is observed at a high CH4 content, where the dynamic equilibrium between amorphous-carbon-layer deposition and atomic-hydrogen etching is broken. Finally, epitaxial nucleation is obtained on a substrate with ∅30 mm in a home-made MPCVD setup.

        Novel ionic liquid-functionalized carbon quantum dots (IL-CDs) were prepared by hydrothermal method, and characterized with FT-IR, TEM and XPS. The IL-CDs exhibited narrower particle size distribution with more uniform dispersion and the surface potential changes from negative to positive due to the function of IL. IL-CDs could be quenched (“turned off”) after adding ascorbic acid (AA), and as an “on–off”, fluorescent probe could be established for direct analysis AA. The linear range of AA was 0.34–30.00 μg/mL and the LOD was 0.11 μg/mL. The method was successfully applied to the determination of AA in real samples with satisfactory results.

        Biomass porous carbons derived from Laminaria japonica were prepared by KOH and H3PO4 activation methods, respectively. The results indicated that the chemical activation had an apparent effect on the molecular framework and space of materials. To enhance the selective adsorption for organic acids, biomass carbons were modified by dopamine combined with N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. The SEM and BET results illustrated the effect of the chemical activation approach on the morphology and porous texture. The biomass porous carbon using KOH activation method had the highest surface area (up to 1558 m2/ g). Compared with unmodified materials, the modified materials showed higher adsorption capacity for organic acids (27.90 μg/mL for chlorogenic acid and 25.47 μg/mL for caffeic acid). It was suggested that modification of porous carbons might be a viable pathway to increase the specific adsorption affinity and efficiency for organic acids in dried jujube samples.

        세계적인 침입해충 담배가루이 (Bemisia tabaci Gennadius)의 한국 계통과 중국 계통의 유연관계를 알아보기 위하여 2019년에 채집한 두 계통들의 biotype 분포, 살충제 반응, 바이러스 보독율을 조사하고 차이를 분석하였다. 미토콘드리아 COI 유전자 서열을 이용하여 집단 분석한 결과 국내는 모든 지역계통에서 Q biotype만 발견되었으며, 중국은 B biotype (14.3%)과 Q biotype (85.7%)이 동시에 발견되었다. 담배가루이 Q biotype의 haplotpye 구성도 중국은 모두 Q1 그룹만 관찰되었고 Q1H1 (79.8%), Q1H2 (20.2%)로 구성되어 있었으며, 한국은 Q1이 우세한 가운 데 Q2도 관찰되었으며 Q1 그룹의 구성도 Q1H1 (1.7%), Q1H2 (97.5%)로 중국과는 크게 달랐다. 15종 살충제에 대한 약제반응은 국내 계통은 일부 약제를 제외하고 대부분 약제에서 충분한 살충력 (mortality≥80%)을 보여주었으나 중국 계통은 40% 이하의 살충력을 보인 약제들이 다수 있었으며 한국보다는 높은 저항성을 갖고 있었다. 토마토 황화잎말림바이러스 (TYLCV)의 보독율은 국내 계통에서는 발견되지 않았으며 중국의 경우 0∼60% (평균 21.4%) 가 발견되었다. 따라서 한국와 중국의 담배가루이 계통 간에는 유전적 조성과 살충제 반응, 바이러스 보독율에 있어서 큰 차이를 보여주었으며 양국의 담배가루이가 서로 다른 유입 패턴을 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

        Single C-vacancy and pyridine-like N3 defect are usually formed on the single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) and they have unique properties for potential applications. In this paper, we use density functional theory to investigate the discrepancies of such two structures from the geometric and electronic aspects. Our results indicate that the existed single vacancy in the SWCNT can lead to somewhat electron localization because of the lone pair electrons; while the N3 embedded SWCNT ( N3-SWCNT) has stronger chemical reactivity and electron localization than the single vacancy SWCNT (SV-SWCNT) due to the great charge transfer between N3 group and C atom on the tube sidewall. Through the investigation of Ag-doping on the above two nano-structures, we found that the single Ag atom is much more stably adsorbed on the N3- SWCNT sidewall compared with SV-SWCNT, forming higher binding energy and higher electron transfer. Our calculation would shed light on the physicochemical property of SWCNT-based material and thus extend their potential applications in many fields.

        Considering the large number of civil, commercial and investment disputes that arise between Chinese investors and their counterparts along the Belt and Road, it is necessary to establish a dispute settlement mechanism. The open, cooperative and non-institutionalized features of the Belt and Road Initiative require the reform and improvement of China’s domestic dispute settlement mechanism for foreign civil, commercial and investment disputes; and bilateral and multilateral dispute settlement mechanisms between or among China and the Belt and Road countries should be strengthened. When appropriate, China may propose the establishment of a multilateral dispute settlement mechanism that is especially designed for the Initiative. The status quo of dispute settlement mechanisms between China and the Belt and Road countries necessitates the establishment of a preset mechanism that uses arbitration as the primary approach, litigation as the secondary approach, and mediation as an alternative.

        With the tremendous development of social media in recent years, luxury brands have welcomed social media with open arms as a means to engage with their customers. How luxury brands can make good use of social media marketing strategy is a top priority for both academicians and partitions but has not been well investigated. Many significant research gaps are present in this area warranting further explorations. For example, there is little research on the effectiveness of celebrity endorsement on social media (except for Chung and Cho’ (2017) study), even less for luxury brands. In addition, previous research on social media marketing mainly focuses on western-based platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. Given the mentioned research gaps, this study builds on social media marketing and celebrity endorsement literature and aims to investigate the key factors influencing the effectiveness of celebrity-based social media marketing efforts for luxury brands. In particular, China market and Sina Weibo are selected as our research setting. We propose the message characteristics, celebrity characteristics, celebrity-brand relationship and brand characteristics have impact on customer engagement in celebrity-based social media marketing activities. We combined two data sources to generate the key variables. First, we derived posts on the brand pages of 12 luxury brands (e.g., Cartier, Tiffany, BVLGARI and PIAGET) that were published on Sina Weibo from September 2016 to March 2017 on the middle of December 2017. Then celebrity-related posts were all picked out. The final sample includes more than five hundred celebrity-related brand posts. For each post, it contains three kinds of engagement measures (i.e., the number of Likes, Retweets and Comments) observed on Sina Weibo. They are dependent variables in our model. We built up regression models to test the hypotheses. To generate those variables that cannot be derived directly from the posts, a set of independent coders was recruited to quantify those variables. The exploratory results show that posts related to celebrities (e.g., brand ambassador/spokesman) take a significant part of posts on Sina Weibo brand pages.

        In order to renovate spirodiclofen contaminated soil through biodegradation, a high-effective spirodiclofen degrading bacterium was isolated from corn cultivated soil in Weifang of Shandong, China using enrichment culture and HPLC method. The strain identification was studied, the best cultivated conditions and pesticides degrading substrate range of the strain was also determined. The spirodiclofen degradation rate of the screened strain WF14-6 was 76.42% after 120 h cultivation, based on morphology and 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis, the strain was identified as Enterobacter sp. The best cultivated temperature and pH of the strain were 30℃and 7.0. After 72 h cultivation, the degradation rate of strain to imidacloprid and acifluorfene was 31.35~41.06%, the degradation rate to bupirimate、diafenthiuron and dimethomorph was 20.81~23.90%.

        The right to free interpretation in criminal proceedings is one of the important components of the right to fair trial in international law. It applies to everyone within the territory and jurisdiction of the State, including those ethnic minorities who speak and write different languages from the ethnic majority. The international human rights treaty bodies and regional human rights courts expanded the scope of this right and imposed more obligations upon the State parties through the general comments and jurisprudences. This right serves to the interest of the right to fair trial in criminal proceedings. Under Chinese law, there might be two or more languages used in judicial proceedings in ethnic autonomous areas. In the case that one specific language is designated as the language to prosecute and try a specific criminal case, the Chinese judicial organs must provide interpretation and translation to the participant who is not familiar with that specific language. Therefore the right to free interpretation is implied in Chinese law and preserves the constitutional principle of equality to all ethnicities and the right to fair trial. The problem, however, is that such a right is not well implemented in Chinese judicial practice. Several practices are inconsistent with the minimum standards developed by the jurisprudence of the international human rights treaty bodies. It is suggested that China establish the regulations and judicial interpretations that comply with international minimum standards, and provide a robust constitutional review mechanism or national human rights institution to remedy the victims for violations of this right.

        The response mechanism of Leymus chinensis communities to different habitats in the Songnen grassland of China was studied from the viewpoint of community-level energy accumulation and allocation, by measuring calorific values at every 10 ㎝ above and belowground. Patterns of energy allocation differed in the three habitats: sown, mown, and grazed plots. The energy production of the three habitats was highest in sown plots, followed by mown and grazed plots in declining order. The varying patterns of energy allocation may reflect strategies of long-term adaptation to the varying conditions in the three communities. The results provided evidence t㏊t different habitat conditions, induced by different intensities of anthropogenic influences, have profound impacts on energy accumulation and proportional allocation in L. chinensis communities.

        Lanthanum oxide was introduced to molybdenum powder by liquid-liquid doping and liquid-solid doping respectively. Mo alloys were prepared by powder metallurgy technology. The size distribution and feature of dopant particles and the fractographs of Mo alloys were investigated by TEM and SEM respectively. The results indicated that liquid-liquid doping method is favorable for refining and dispersing particles uniformly in matrix. Fracture toughness of Mo alloys prepared by liquid-liquid doping showed better results than that of liquid-solid doping. Furthermore, the influences of the size distribution of on properties of Mo alloys was discussed by dislocation pile-up theory.

        The microstructures and properties of pure molybdenum wire and Mo-La2O3 alloy wire annealed at different temperatures are investigated systematically in this paper. It is shown that the recrystallization temperature, toughness and strength at room temperature of this wire was increased greatly by addition of La2O3. The room temperature embrittlement of this wire annealed at high temperature is improved remarkably.

        WC-10Co-0.8VC nanocrystalline powders were sintered by spark plasma sintering (SPS) and hot press sintering (HPS), and the microstructure and properties were compared. Results show that dense WC-10Co-0.8VC can be obtained by SPS in several minutes when the sintering temperature is >1200℃. Sintered at a temperature of 1300℃, the sample prepared by SPS for 3 minutes has higher density, finer grains and better properties than that prepared by HPS for 60 minutes. SPS can be used to prepare nanocrystalline WC-10Co-0.8VC with improved properties when suitable sintering parametesr are chosen.
