This study tries to grasp common problems which most companies utilizing CRM are facing and present solutions to such problems in utilizing CRM. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in CRM utilization by using AHP, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods proposed by Satty. AHP is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on CRM dose not exist, utilization of CRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. In this regard, evaluating CRM counts. This study also tries to present a model applicable to such CRM evaluations

해상교통시스템은 선박, 조선자, 선박과 조선자를 둘러싼 환경으로 구성되어 있다. 항행환경은 조선환경, 교통환경, 정보사회환경으로 분류하며, 항로설계는 조선환경의 일부를 설정하는 것이다. 본 연구는 항만설비 중 항로설계기준의 적정성을 확인하기 위하여 조선자의 입장에서 직선항로와 항로만곡부에서의 조선부담감을 정량적으로 평가한 것이다. 환경스트레스모델을 이용하여 대상항로에서 항로폭, 선박전장, 선속 등의 요소를 고려하여 선박조종 난이도를 평가하고, 그 상관관계를 구하였으며 조선부담의 경감방안을 제시하였다.

While a number of Korean companies have undergone ceaseless restructuring to survive today's rapidly changing global economy, the brick and mortar industry has been exerting their efforts to enhance the productivity through the development of new products, quality improvement, cost reduction measures. At present, various risk-evaluation measures have been taken in the fields at the discretion of an enterpriser, though, the effective methods enabling quantitative analysis are insufficient. Accordingly, this study is intended to contribute to the synthetic safety manage -ment in the factory fields and to suggest the quantitative -risk-analysis system by introducing such safety-estimation steps as assortment of processes, pre-assessment of risk factors, decision of risks, counter measures against studied risks, establishment of remedies.

In this report, we provide the focus on suggesting a method of estimating & measurement of CBM(Customer Behavior Model). Through the use of internet, a new trend of business for e-CRM on B2C Web Site which is now known as EC has emerged. The Purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the customers of a shopping mall and CBM characteristics. Result showed that there is a significant relationship between the some customers pattern of shopping mall and CBM, CVM(Customer Visit Model).

유연도법 섬유요소모델을 통하여 반복하중을 받는 철근콘크리트 교각의 비탄성 이력 거동을 추적하고 직접적인 방법에 의해 변위연성도 평가를 수행하였다. 철근 콘크리트 교각의 극한상태까지의 비탄성 거동을 합리적으로 추적하기 위해 인장강성거동, 기둥-기초면의 불연속 변위 등을 고려하여 철근과 콘크리트의 평균응력-평균변형률 관계, 접촉면요소 등을 실험과 잘 일치하는 기존의 해석 모델을 수정, 적용하였다. 또한 수치해석시 간편하게 적용할 수 있는 직접적인 방법에 의하여 교각의 연성능력을 평가하였으며, 항복변위 및 극한변위의 산출에 영향을 미치는 적분점의 위치, 콘크리트 압쇄 후 강루 철근의 low-cycle fatigue에 의한 파단 시점 등에 대하여 유연도법 섬유요소모델에 적용할 수 있는 값들을 제시하였다. 해석에 의한 변위연성도는 10%이내의 오차를 보이므로, 적용한 해석기법 및 모델에 의한 항복변위 및 극한변위의 평가는 타당하다고 할 수 있다.

This study had two major purposes: 1) to establish a quantitative measure of the overall restaurant attractiveness for each of the selected restaurants. 2) to examine the implications of the findings from the above concerning the operating initiatives necessary to improve the restaurant attractiveness. A multi attribute model was employed to obtain a numerical index of the attractiveness for each of the three fast food restaurants. It was found that certain of the attributes selected were clearly established as determinant variables(p<0.05). The research plotted the location of Attributes on a graph where the axes are the salience and importance scores to indicate approximate positions in four cells. Finally, the implications of these findings concering marketing and develpment initiatives to improve the perceptual attractiveness of the three fast food restaurant1.s are discussed.

프레임 구조물의 접합부 손상을 평가하기 위하여 접합부 손상모델과 신경망기법을 이용한 손상평가기법을 제안하였다 구조물의 보-기둥 접합부를 접합부의 회전강성을 갖는 등가의 스프링요소로 표현하였으며 접합부의 손상도는 손상 전 후의 고정도계수의 감소비율로 정의하였다 손상평가를 위하여 다층퍼셉트론즈 신경망 기법을 제안하였으며 손상평가성능을 향상시키기 위하여 부분구조추정법, 노이즈첨가학습, 자료교란법등의 기법을 적용하였다 10층 프레임 구조물에 대한 수치 예제해석과 2층 프레임 구조물에 대한 실험 예제해석을 통하여 제안기법의 유용성을 평가하였다 계측지점이 일부분으로 제한되어 있고 계측자료에 심한 계측오차가 포함되어 있는 경우에도 손상평가가 합리적으로 이루어질수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

실제 구조물에 있어 확률, 통계 및 이론으로 구해진 랜덤성을 갖는 객관적 불확실성뿐만 아니라 설계자의 경험이나 공학적 판단에 의해 주관적으로 평가되는 인간오차나 시공중의 과오 또는 구조설계에 미치는 사회적, 정치적 및 경제적 요청 등의 퍼지성을 갖는 주관적 불확실성이 존재하기 때문에 현실적으로 랜덤성과 퍼지성을 동시에 고려한 실뢰성평가 즉, 안전성평가에 대한 퍼지이론의 도입이 필수 불가결하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 구조물의 객관적주관적 불확실성을 동시에 고려한 신뢰성해석방법으로 베이즈의 의사결정이론에 퍼지이론을 병합한 퍼지-베이즈 신뢰성해석 알고리즘을 개발하여 건축구조물의 신뢰성평가 및 안전성평가에 적용하여 분석하였다.
