Industrial facilities are becoming more complex and various with rapidly developing technologies. A number of installations and equipments are increased to improve productivity, and they are operated under the condition of high temperature and pressure. They are continuously repaired, replaced or abolished because of the deterioration with time, but their repair and replacement are not easy for economical and environmental concerns. If possible, the deteriorating equipments should be inspected and repaired effectively considering the state of maintenance and preservation, economic efficiency, and safety. That's where RBI(Risk Based Inspection) fits in. Even if RBI technology has been known among specialists, there were no tools readily available and it was hard to practice and apply RBI in industrial inspection and safety management. In the development of the qualitative RBI, the overall algorithm adopted API-581 BRD. The qualitative RBI program was developed to search the appling process.

본 연구에서는 순차 설계영역 (SDD： sequential Design Domain) 개념을 사용한 GUI(Graphic User Interface)환경 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 프로그램은 상용프로그램인 ANSYS와 최적설계 프로그램인 PLBA(Pshenichny-Lim-Belegundu-Arora)를 연결하고 비주얼 베이직을 이용하여 GUI환경에서 사용자가 초기값과 입력파일을 작성하고 결과를 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 프로그램의 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해서 3부재 및 5부재 트러스 구조물을 수치예제로 선정하여 해석하였다.

The purposes of this study are to analyse operating systems of inmate's vocational education and training program and to suggest more effective methods in improving quality of vocational education and training. The vocational education and training should be carried out to meet the diverse educational needs of inmates through academic and transitional services whereby inmates can successfully integrate into society. In addition, inmates can secure employment and become responsible citizen through education and training so that reduce possibility of the repetition of an offense. Current education and training program are analysed from the viewpoints of curriculum, operating body, selection method of trainee and evaluation process. To improve quality of education and training, curricula need to be diversified and specialized. The correctional education should be recognized as a progressive and effective education system that provides inmates with socially acceptable skills and transferrable to the society. In addition, ways to establish in connecting various training organizations, in selecting trainees, in developing teaching methods are suggested. The importance of developing evaluation tools and employment services and institutional repletion are emphasized and new details are suggested.

최근 국내에서는 국내 여건을 고려한 설계법을 개발함과 동시에 이미 공용중에 있는 도로 포장의 성능향상을 위한 「한국형 포장 설계법 개발과 성능개선 연구」가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 「하중변환 알고리듬을 적용한 줄눈콘크리트 포장 해석 프로그램」은 이러한 연구의 세부분야인 콘크리트 포장 설계법 개발분야의 연구 결과로서 기본 프로그램 부분과 하중변환 부분으로 구분되어 구성되며, 기본 프로그램 부분에서는 판/쉘 요소, 스프링 요소 보 요소를 이용하여 줄눈 콘크리트 포장의 콘크리트 슬래브, 하부층, 다웰바를 모사한다. 하중변환 부분에서는 기존의 연속체 요소에 대한 하중변환 알고리듬을 수정/적용하여 요소망에 제약을 받지 않고 다양한 하중 조건을 해석한다. 또한 프로그램은 하중변환 알고리듬을 적용하여 해석을 수행하는 등분포 하중 이외에, 집중하중. 온도하중, 자중 등을 고려할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 개발된 프로그램의 특성을 분석하기 위한 민감도 분석 결과 하중크기 및 위치와 콘크리트 슬래브의 두께가 포장의 거동에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자로 분석되었으며 이는 Westergaard 계산식, ILLISLAB과 유사한 결과이다.

3D Modeling Solution can reduce projecting error and also make possible to design visually, so that it can minimize human resources. On the other hand, it has defects of operating difficulties caused by too much complex function, thus it consequently prevent user from prompt handling. According to this paper, the developed party S/W will help that user can construct the parts easily, can let everybody use 3D modeling solution readily, and make fast development of new product. This software will carry out prompt development of new product and derive satisfaction of customers from high quality. Also, saving time and expense naturally raise competitive power in consequence.

철도교량은 차량과 교량의 상호작용에 의해 유발되는 동하중을 받고 있다. 이러한 동적인 효과는 교량 각 부재에 충격과 피로를 유발하고, 교량의 잔존수명에 영향을 미치게 된다 따라서 수치적 또는 시험적 방법에 의한 교량의 실제적인 동적 거동을 분석하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 KTX 차량의 주행에 따른 교량의 동적 특성을 구조적 안전성, 주행 안전성 및 승차감 측면에서 평가할 수 있는 차량/궤도/교량 상호작용 해석프로그램을 개발하였다. 차량/궤도/교량의 실질적인 모델링을 위하여 차륜/레일 접촉 모델링을 위한 헤르찌안 스프링 및 도상에 대한 윈클러 요소를 적용하였다. 또한 개발 프로그램은 준3차원해석으로 차량의 복선제도 주행에 따른 3차원 편심 효과를 고려하기 위해 비톤 자유도 및 기하학적인 관계에 따른 제약조건식을 사용하였다. 개발프로그램의 검증을 위해서 고속철도교량중 가장 일반적인 형식인 PSC 박스교(2@40m=80m)에 대해 수치해석결과 및 계측시험 결과를 비교하였다.

인체측정 시, sheet를 이용한 계측치 기록에 의한 직접측정 방법은 계측치 입력시간이 오래 걸리고, 입력과정에서 착오가 생길 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 계측치 입력과정에서 발생할 수 있는 착오를 감소시키고, 계측 소요시간을 단축시키기 위해 샅높이 항목과 큰․작은․둥근 수평자 항목에서의 인체측정 실시간 입력 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 인체측정과 동시에 입력 화면에 계측치가 실시간으로 입력되고, 모든 항목의 측정을 마치면 자동으로 각 피험자명으로 저장된 Excel파일과 Access DB가 생성된다. 남녀피험자 50명을 대상으로 새롭게 개발한 인체측정 실시간 입력 프로그램을 사용하여 계측을 실시한 결과 sheet를 이용하는 기존 Martin식 계측법과 비교하여 샅높이 항목과 큰․작은 수평자를 사용하는 항목에서 유의한 시간 절감 효과를 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 자기 주도적 학습을 위한 웹기반 수준별 학습 자료를 설계 · 개발하고 이를 현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 제7차 교육과정 고등학교 과학10의 ‘일기와 기후’ 단원을 기본 학습자료와 심화 · 보충형 학습자료로 설계 · 개발하고 이를 적용하여 그 효과를 전통적 수업과 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웹 기반수준별 학습은 전통적 수업보다 학생들의 자기 주도적 학습특성 중 자아개념, 학습열성, 미래지향성, 창의성, 자기 평가력에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었으며 이는 학습자가 주어진 학습체제와의 다양한 교류를 통하여 필요한 정보와 지식을 획득하는 웹 학습의 특성 때문인 것으로 보인다. 웹 기반 수준별 학습이 자기 주도적 학습특성에 미치는 효과를 학습능력별로 살펴본 결과, 학습자의 학습능력 수준에는 무관한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 웹 기반 수준별 학습은 전통적 수업보다 학생들의 과학성취도에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었으며 학습능력 수준이 중위이상인 학습자들에게 더 효과적이었다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 고려할 때, 하위수준 학습자들의 학업성취도를 높이기 위해서는 보충학습의 내용을 더 구체적으로 구성하고 경로 면에서 학습자 편의성을 높이는 웹 설계가 필요하다. 셋째, 웹 기반 수준별 학습에 대한 학습자들의 인식 결과를 보면 시각적 효과와 화면 구성에 대하여 긍정적인 평가를 하였다. 또한 학습 경험을 계획하고 필요한 자원을 자신만의 경로로 찾아서 학습하는 자기 주도적 학습이 수준별 학습에 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 것으로 응답하였다.

This study has been developed to find policy implications and to suggest suitable correctional programs for adult inmates and their families based upon the importance of family ties between those two parties. Keeping good family ties can be a valuable resource for inmates, families and the government. The study has reviewed existing researches on the effects of family factors on prison lives and recidivism rate. It has been suggested that families play an important role in rehabilitating prisoners and re-entry into the community after their release. The empirical studies showed consistently that good family ties during incarceration can contribute inmates' positive prison lives and reduce new offence after prison. After looking at the empirical studies and Korean correctional policy situations, this study recommended the correctional policies and the programs that could maintain stability and improve relations between inmates and their families. The policy directions with two objectives were suggested by this study. The first thing was to establish and activate the tying programs between the inmates and their families. That included increasing contact programs between the two parties, and enhancing familyhood through education. The second thing was the improvement of the economic conditions of the inmates' families and personal supports for the children with imprisoned parents. It concluded that more assistance programs and activities should be provided for inmates and their families to enhance family ties.
