        최근 한반도는 동계올림픽 단일팀 참가, 남북정상회담 이후 남북 경제협력 방안이 본격적으로 논의될 것으로 보이고, 도로, 철도 등 남북 주요 인프라에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 그리고 대부분의 북한 시설물은 고령화, 노후화 및 유지관리 불량 등 시설물의 안전성과 기능성에 대한 문제점이 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 북한 인프라 개선 및 개발에 대한 새로운 전략을 마련하기 위하여 성능관점의 북한 유지관리 수준을 분석하고 남북 상호 인프라 유지관리 수준을 비교하였다. 본 연구결과, 북한의 도로, 철도 등 국가기반시설과 전력 및 통신, 상하수도 등 생활기 반시설의 유지관리가 매우 취약한 것으로 조사되었고, 이에 대한 보수․보강 등 개선이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 안전과 성능에 대한 평가를 통해 남북 유지관리 수준의 격차를 줄이고, 향후 통합 한반도 안전 및 유지관리 체계를 구축하는데 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

        This paper reviews the requirements of the sound - absorbing block for the maintenance of the concrete track and suggests ways to solve it. It is applied to the design and production by preparing the shape improvement plan so that the cracks of the road can be observed. In order to secure safety by tunnel lift in the tunnel, the lift generated by computational fluid dynamics analysis is examined to confirm the safety of the sound absorption block.

        Over the recent decades, apartment in Korea have experienced performance degradation. To solve this problem, Long-term repair program has been going on. However that program is applying deterministic model. The repair program using the existing deterministic model can not be taken into consideration of various case, and the number of repairs other than the plan is increasing. Therefore, This study try probabilistic models using Monte-carlo simulation those based on reliability and risk, instead of deterministic those just considering mean value. Probabilistic model of repair cycle will be base of efficient and correct maintenance plan.

        This paper proposes a process to predict the maintenance cost for the aging urban infrastructure and to manage the facilities reasonably by establishing the budget execution plan based on prediction. It is anticipated that preemptive maintenance will be possible through this, and it will be expected that the average performance grade of the facility will be improved and the management cost will be reduced through longevity improvement.

        The corrosion is one of the main causes of cable damages. The use of dehumidification system can be an alternative for this issue. Therefore, the authors have been evaluated for efficiency of the cable dehumidification system for the main cables of a suspension bridge. This study was initiated to develop an efficient and economical management strategy to operate the cable dehumidification system for suspension bridges built in the coastal region of South Korea.

        It is necessary to establish countermeasures to prevent spalling in the tunnel ceiling concrete lining from being linked to lack of lining thickness, leading to additional spalling. We analyzed the effect of thinning between the ceiling part and the lining thickness on the safety of the tunnel and confirmed the structural behavior of the lining based on the measured values after practically reinforcing the inside and filling the inside of the lining.

        Based on its geographical and climatic characteristics, Gang-won area is exposed to poor freezing environment such as many snow and freezing days, so several problems occur in the maintenance of lining and roads. Therefore, it is essential to develop a technology to reduce the freezing damage of road tunnel entrance and exit in cold region. In order to secure the quality and performance of the new technology and to improve the understanding of practitioners, it is necessary to establish construction guidelines and maintenance plans for continuous condition and performance management. In this study, to develop construction manual and maintenance manual, Delphi survey was conducted for experts in tunnel field to derive construction and maintenance indices. And its results will be used to develop a process for safety management and rehabilitation considering the characteristics of cold region.

        As a result of abrasion resistance test of decoration wood-based flooring board laminated with PVC on plywood, compared to the flooring board laminated with general HPL surface decoration materials, it was available to secure far higher abrasion resistance. It seems to contribute to secure initial durability and maintenance of decoration wood-based flooring board as an important means, and it might be available for saving repair and maintenance costs due to flooring board issues.

        국가 전략적 차원에서 전체 사회기반시설물에 대해 미래에 필요한 유지보수 예산 파악하는 것은 매우 중요한 부분이다. 그러나 현 재 국내에서는 전체 대규모 시설물에 적용할 수 있는 유지보수비용 예측 기법이 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내에서 가용한 자 료와 적용 가능한 예측모델을 토대로 우리나라 전체 향후 SOC 시설물에 대한 향후 유지보수 투자 규모를 예측하였다. 실제 지출비용과 비교하 여 가장 적합한 예측모델을 선정하고 관리주체에서 과거에 지출한 유지보수비용 자료를 이용하여 일부 모델은 개발하여 교량, 터널, 포장, 항 만, 댐, 공항, 상수도, 하천, 항만 등의 사회기반시설물에 대한 최적의 미래 유지보수 비용을 산출하였다. 앞으로 10년간 총 비용예측결과, 8종의 사회기반시설물에 대하여 약 23조원이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, 가장 비용이 크게 발생하는 시설물은 도로포장, 도로교량으로 나타났다.

        사용이 종료된 폐기물매립시설은 2013년 6월 3일부터 폐기물관리법 제50조 제1항 및 제3항 사용종료 및 사후관리 매립시설에 대한 검사제도가 시행되어 사후관리기간이 20년에서 30년으로 연장됨에 따라 조기 안정화를 위한 공법들이 증가하고 있다. 특히, 폐기물매립시설은 사용을 끝내거나 폐쇄하려면 검사에서 적합 판정을 통과하여야 하며, 사후관리 대상인 폐기물매립시설에 대해서도 정기적으로 검사를 받도록 하고 있다. 이는 주변환경 피해를 사전에 방지할 수 있을 것으로 기대하며 장기적으로 관리되어야 할 사후관리 매립지 등의 혐오시설에 대한 친환경적이고 안정적인 검사 관리를 통과하여야 한다. 그 중 산간지역이나 공업지역에 건설된 폐기물 매립시설은 옹벽이나 제방 등을 축조하여 매립장을 조성하여 매립하였다. 이러한 매립시설물은 사후관리시 종료검사에서 적합 판정을 받도록 하고 있다. 사후관리 매립장에 대해서는 정비지침의 안정화도 조사기법에 의거하여 시설물현황 및 주변 환경오염도 등 관계법령이 정하는 방법에 따라 시설물에 대한 안정성 해석 등의 연구를 수행하여 사후관리 매립지 등의 혐오시설에 대한 친환경적이고 안정적인 검사 관리를 통하여 지역 주민의 불안 및 갈등을 해소하는 등의 환경복지를 구현하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 사용종료 매립장에 대한 정비지침의 안정화도 조사기법에 의거하여 울산지역내 00 매립지에 대한 시설물현황 및 주변 환경오염도 등 관계법령이 정하는 방법에 따라 물리적, 환경적 특성 등의 정밀조사를 실시하였다. 특히, 본 폐기물매립장은 L형 옹벽 건설 후 배면에 폐기물매립을 축조 및 복토로 부지를 조성되었으며 설치된 L형 옹벽에 대한 현장 실측을 통해 옹벽제원을 확인하여 활동, 전도, 지지력 안전성 해석을 평가하였다. 노후화된 구조물에 보수․보강을 위해서는 상태평가 결과와 안정성 평가결과 등을 정밀 검토한 후에 보수․보강의 필요성 및 공법, 손상구조물의 영향정도, 구조물의 중요도, 사용 환경조건 및 경제성 등에 의해서 보수․보강공법 및 보수 수준을 정하고 보수․보강 이후에는 상태평가 결과와 안정성 평가결과 등을 정밀검토한 후에 그 결과에 따라 사후조치를 취함으로서 시설물의 안전 및 유지관리를 확보하여야 할 것이다.

        This research examined the possibility of the temperature maintenance of an anaerobic digestion reactor without external heating by the oxidation heat generated in an aerobic fermenter, considering the difficulties of anaerobic digestion because of the winter season in Korea. For the experiment, an anaerobic digestion chamber was installed inside, the device with aerobic fermentation installed outside was used, the anaerobic digestion chamber was covered, and the raw material was used in the perspective of handling livestock excretion and food waste. During 230 days of operation in total, normal operation was started after about 120 days, and during that operating time, the temperature change, degradation behavior of organisms, and digestion yield were analyzed; the results are shown below. In the situation excluding the aerobic reactor in the summer season, maintaining the temperature of the digestion chamber at 30°C was possible through heat storage within the house, but the temperature decreased to about 20°C because of the outside temperature in the winter season, and maintaining the temperature of the digestion chamber at 25°C was possible as long as the aerobic fermentation chamber maintained its temperature of more than 50°C. Regarding the results for the effects of the inside and outside temperature of the house on the aerobic reactor chamber temperature, a significant effect was not examined, and it was identified that the aerobic reactor temperature relied on the degree of aerobic microorganism vitalization. When using a hot-water system with solar heat, the possibility of usage as complementary energy in the unstable winter season was checked. Even in the winter season, maintaining the temperature of the anaerobic digestion chamber without external heating was possible, and even during the time of operation, although the temperature changed from 25°C to 38°C, methane gas was stably produced.

        Recently, there are few cases of the Precise Inspection for Safety and Diagnosis for transverse crack of CFRD. The presumable causes and characteristics of transverse cracks have suggested in this paper based on field survey and related NDT. Also, the maintenance of transverse crack of CFRD are proposed.
