        Since 1980's, many enterprises have constructed Strategy Information System and tried BPR, ISP. Also, they implemented ERP and practiced the Process Innovation and Six Sigma for Management Innovation in todays, Although most companies had provious good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and continued next activity. Many Project for Process innovation are ended as disposal project in many case, if they want next project, they need a new plan which needs additional fund and re source. This paper studied Process Innovation and Six Sigma in many things and proposed new model for continued project on the master plan. Also it proposed next study subject about ERP Optimization and Harmonization after implemented ERP which is considered as next step of PI.

The enterprise that well accommodates the changing environment and properly uses the resources will continue its growth.         This study examines the relationship between multiple sales force management practices and performance within each of Miles & Snowꡑs strategy types(1978) and Walker & Ruekertꡑ s strategy types(1987). The findings are as follows : First, Prospectors seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, internal sales force, moderate levels of supervision, outcome-based control system and incentive-oriented compensation system. Second, Analyzers seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, internal sales force, outcome-based control system to deal with the instability in their strategic focus. Third, Low Cost Defender seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, external sales force, low levels of supervision, outcome-based control system and salary-oriented compensation system. Fourth, Differentiated Defenders seem to be associated with increased performance when they are utilizing a relationship selling strategy, high levels of supervision, balanced(outcome+behavior) control system and salary-oriented compensation system.

        In this paper we attempted to relate firm`s overall organizational strategy to its international strategy and to relate alternative strategies to firm performance. We argued that, although firm`s international strategy was important, it should be evaluated within its overall organizational strategy. The analyses generally supported that there were significant differences in international configuration and coordination among the three alternative overall organizational strategies. The findings suggest that the analysis of firm`s international strategy should be made within a broader framework of its organizational strategy. The analysis results also suggest that the alternative strategies would perform equally well, providing that the strategy was well implemented.

        본 연구는 중국이 우리나라 기업들의 최대 투자대상국으로 부상하면서 중국으로의 해외직접투자에 대한 연구가 보다 활성화되어야 한다는 당위성 아래 기존의 투자업체 및 중국 관련조사자들에게 일반적으로 인식되고 있는 `수출위주일수록, 소유권의 지배를 강화할수록 경영성과가 양호하다`는 주장의 논리적 근거를 제시하고, 이를 실증적으로 분석해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 대중국 직접투자 성과 결정요인으로서 시장전략(수출위주 혹은 내수위주)과 소유권전략이 제시되는 이유를 중국이라는 지역이 가지는 환경불확실성 때문으로 인식하고, 이러한 불확실한 외부환경을 관리할 수 있는 효과적인 수단으로 수출위주의 시장전략과 지배적인 소유권을 선택함으로써 경영성과를 제고시킬수 있는 것으로 파악하였다. 연구결과 우리나라 기업들의 대중국 직접투자에서 환경불확실성은 수출위주의 시장전략에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 환경불확실성이 지분비율에 미치는 효과는 미미한 것으로 드러났다. 또한 환경불확실성-경영성과의 관계에서 수출비율은 환경불확실 성에 영향을 받으면서 경영성과에도 독자적으로 영향을 미치는 중개변수(intervening variable)의 효과를, 그리고 지분비율은 경영성과와는 직접적인 관계없이 환경불확실성이 경영성과에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 완화시켜 주는 중재변수(moderated variable)의 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

        This study discusses the role of Board Monitoring Effectiveness (BME) on managers’ decisions regarding the business strategies that fit the external business environmental conditions by using a contingency analysis approach. Furthermore, this study will examine how fit strategies affect Sustainability Reporting (SR) of listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2017. This study uses Conditional Mixed Process (CMP) technique. This CMP method is claimed to be more efficient in analyzing the TSL models. This study found that in highly uncertain conditions, BME had a positive influence on the probability of managers to choose prospector and defender strategies rather than analyzers. These results indicate that BME shows positive impact on the contingency fit between business strategies and environmental uncertainty. In addition, the study documents that only prospectors have a positive impact on SR, however this study failed to document that defenders have positive impact on SR. Meanwhile the unexpected result is analyzers have a significantly positive effect on SR. This study is the first study to investigate the role of BME in contingency fit between business strategies and environmental uncertainties and how it produces effects up to the level of SR.

        The study aims to develop concepts originating through empirical research models to build superior competitiveness and optimal performance achievement. Therefore, to bridge these goals, the study addresses several indicators/items as a novelty, namely, entrepreneurship insight factors, market orientation, knowledge-sharing, innovation, managerial capability, product strategy, process and service improvement, resources capability to improve performance and increase competitiveness by empirical model direct, mediating and indirect effect. The total sample in this study is 497 eligible SMEs that partner with go-food in Makassar City. All research samples are the owner or the person in charge of the business; the data collection period is from May to December 2019. Data are collecting using a survey with 64 construct questions, summarized in seven manifest variables. The research method uses quantitative tools, with SMART-PLS as a statistical tool. This study develops sixteen hypotheses; all of the hypotheses are supported both directly, indirectly, and mediated. The study also found that the link based on CCT, RBV, and TAM Theory is the right choice of theories, as the foundation of this study was very reliable and valid. Indeed, all of the grounded methods have implications both in theory and its main application for the business in the online marketplace.

        The purpose of this study is to examine the predictive effects of intuition, business analytic, networking capabilities on innovation performance. The data was collected using a cross-sectional quantitative survey. A total of 292 useable responses were collected from Thai Processed Food Exporters (TPFE). The findings also indicated that the hypothesized relationships between the independent and dependent variables fit the empirical data. Specifically, it is revealed that strategic intuition, business analytic capabilities, networkbased capabilities and dynamic capabilities had a direct effect on dynamic strategy. They also had statistically significant direct and indirect effects on dynamic performance. Based on the results of the correlation test, the researchers developed a dynamic capability model for the development of the dynamic performance of the operators, which included concepts, principles, methods, tools and guidelines. Furthermore, the impacts of intuition, business analytic, networking capabilities on dynamic strategy are also examined in this study. It makes a considerable contribution to the existing literature on dynamic strategy of TPFE, particularly in regards to explaining the performance.

        The purpose of this study is to test the effect of business strategy on valuation error. Business strategy includes managerial decision making and managerial tendency. In previous research, there is a negative relationship between business strategy and accounting quality. In this study, we try to confirm whether strategy tendencies affected valuation errors. In order to confirm empirically between business strategy and overvaluation, we use 8,117 firms that between 2006 and 2017 and listed in KSE and KOSDAQ. We calculated business strategy which is introduced by Bentley, Omer, and Sharp (2013). We also used the overvaluation method introduced in Rhodes-Kropf, Robinson, and Viswanathan (2005). The results show that the more the leading business strategy is, the greater the value error becomes. In the case of dividing into leading and defensive companies, the lead firms showed a significant positive correlation with the valuation errors, while the defensive firms showed the negative relationship with overvaluation. This study examined the business strategy and the overvaluation. we confirmed whether the management strategy deepens the evaluation error caused by the firm characteristics. The results are meaningful that we extended the study on the quality of financial reporting of leading strategic firms.

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of various fusion research journals and its operational strategies, comparing them to those of IJIDB. Research design, data, and methodology - This study focused on the content analysis and strategies of operations for other convergence journals, comparing them to IJIDB in terms of the number of publication journals, publications, academic scope, and the impact factor. Results - IJIDB is relatively new and in its developmental stages compared to other convergence journals. But, IJIDB also shows much promise in that it came second in the field of economic publications of 54 journals in 2017. In order to To elevate IJIDB journal to the top in Korea Citation Index Journals, KODISA should host more international conferences to increase its international recognition levels, develop its managerial functions for increased stability, and open more opportunities for Candidates of Ph.D and Masters degree students to publish for fostering and building potential leaders and innovators. Conclusions – IJIDB is a newly born academic journal. In the future, IJIDB will be able to develop exponentially and be one of the leading journals in the Korea Citation Index by continually learning and developing its operational strategies.

        Purpose – The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of various fusion research journals and the operational strategies of such journals and compare them with the operational strategies of IJIDB. Research design, data, and methodology - This study focused on the contents analysis of convergence journals after summarizing the development history from IJIDB's past and its external situation. In addition, we analyzed other strategies such as the number of publication journals, the number of publications, the academic scope, and the impact factor that other convergence journals operate on. Results - As a result of the analysis, the convergent journals showed to have several related journals, and some journals managed their impact factor well at 5.8. Also, some journals loaded 25 papers in one volume. Also, the managerial functions in IJIDB should be developed further to increase its stability. Finally, opportunities for articles by Candidates of Ph.D. and Masters degree students should be more open to in this field. Conclusions – If IJIDB finds its competitiveness in comparison with the operational strategies of other convergence journals, it will be the best journal in the Korea Citation Index to receive the most research papers and hospitality from scholars in the Korean journals.

        해상운송 서비스의 특수한 환경적 특성으로 인해 해운기업은 불확실한 경영환경에 노출되기 쉬우며, 환경 불확실성에 대응할 수 있는 적절한 경쟁전략을 활용하여 기업의 경영성과를 달성하는 것은 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 해운기업에서 높은 경영성과 달성을 위해 환경 불확실성에 따라 어떠한 전략을 취할 것인지를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. Porter의 본원적 경쟁전략인 원가우위전략과 차별화전략을 바 탕으로 하여 우리나라 외항해운기업을 대상으로 환경 불확실성과 기업의 추구하는 경쟁전략의 관련성을 분석하고, 경쟁전략의 활용정도가 경 영성과에 미치는 영향력에 대해 검증하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 선행연구와 전문가 개별 인터뷰를 통하여 측정항목을 설정하였고, 설문을 통하여 실증분석을 수행하였으며, 가설 검증에는 OLS회귀분석과 Tobit모형분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 환경 불확실성의 요인 중 변동성은 원가우위전략과 차별화전략의 활용에 영향을 미치고, 다양성은 차별화전략에 유의한 영향력이 있음을 도출하였다. 둘째, 기업의 경 영성과는 원가우위전략의 활용을 통해서 달성할 수 있으므로, 해운 서비스를 제공하는데 비용절감의 노력이 요구된다.

        Purpose – The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of the European Union’s (EU) focus on innovation and consumption, after the EU Eastern enlargement, on trade, investment, and technology cooperation patterns of Korea to formulate a pan-European marketing strategy, with a special emphasis on the mobile phone industry. Research design, data, and methodology – This study compares the intersection of the pivotal areas in the markets in the "post-new normal" era to identify outlets to commercialize development and innovation in this region. The EU would like to realize potential trade and investment opportunities with the Central European Economic Community (CEEC) from this enlargement. Results – The study analysis suggests a positive impact for innovation and consumption from the EU Eastern enlargement on trade, investment, and technology cooperation patterns of Korea to formulate a pan-European marketing strategy with a special emphasis on the mobile phone industry or motorcar e-strategy. Conclusions – Due to the evolving close interdependencies some hubs have emerged between regional, small markets and the central, larger ones such as Germany and France.

        최근 구성주의 학습이 강조되고 있음에도 불구하고 교사들은 교육현장에서 구성주의 학습이론에 기반을 둔 수업을 진행하는데 많은 부담을 느끼고 있다. 이에 대한 주된 원인으로 교사들이 구성주의 학습활동에서 활용할 수 있는 적절한 학습도구를 찾기 힘들다는 점을 언급할 수 있다. 최근 연구를 통해 온라인게임은 학습도구로서 효과적임이 증명되었다. 이에 본 연구는 구성주의 학습에 온라인게임이 효과적인 학습도구로 활용될 수 있음을 논의해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 2006년 온라인게임 '군주'를 활용하여 중앙대학교 대학생 50명을 대상으로 9주 동안 진행된 전략경영 수업과정을 구성주의 학습의 관점으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과 온라인게임을 활용한 수업에서 구성주의 학습방법이 효과적으로 적용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 구성주의 학습활동의 효과적인 도구로써 온라인게임이 활용될 수 있음을 논의하였다.

        우리나라 정기선사는 1970년대 이후 경쟁선사와 다양한 형태의 전략적 제휴를 통하여 꾸준히 성장하여 왔으며 오늘날 세계 정기선시장에서 경쟁우위를 확보하게 되었다. 따라서 우리나라 정기선사의 전략적 제휴에 관한 연구는 제휴전략에 관한 이론을 더욱 더 발전시키는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 정기선사의 경영전략과 전략적 제휴의 역할에 관하여 연구하고자 하며, 다음의 세 가지 연구 질문을 통하여 분석하였다. 첫째, 정기선사의 제휴동기는 무엇인가\ulcorner 둘째, 제휴형태에 따라 제휴동기에 차이점이 있는가\ulcorner 셋째, 정기선사의 경영전략이 제휴형태의 선택에 영향을 미치는가\ulcorner 자료수집 방법은 전략적 제휴의 경험이 있는 해운선사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며, 각 선사의 제휴 의사결정에 참여하는 담당자와 인터뷰를 통하여 연구목적과 관련된 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석의 결과, 우리나라 정기선사는 여러 가지 동기에 의하여 제휴를 선택하고, 제휴형태에 따라 각 동기의 중요도에 차이가 있음을 나타내고 있다. 또한, 정기선사의 경영전략이 제휴형태의 선택에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 본 논문은 경영전략에 따른 정기선사의 올바른 제휴형태 선택에 도움을 주는 의사결정 모델을 제시하고 있다.
