본 연구에서는 국내 주요 고추 12품종의 종자 처리시 적정 SMP carrier 선발을 하고자 하였다. SMP carrier 중 탄산칼슘은 carrier와 수분의 배율이 증가할수록 낮은 발아율을 보이거나, 처리 중 유근이 돌출되어 실용성이 낮은 carrier로 판단되었다. Micro-cel E는 수분의 배율이 증가할수록 T50이 단축되는 경향을 보였으나, 왕 품종의 경우 처리 중 유근이 돌출되어 차후 대량의 종자처리방법으로 적합하지 못한 결과를 나타냈다. 규조토의 처리는 수분의 배율을 1.5배 처리한 조양과 향촌품종이 처리 중 유근이 돌출되는 현상이 발생되기도 하였으나, 수분의 배율이 증가할수록 T50과 MDG가 단축되었다. 왕 품종의 경우 규조토로 1.0, 1.5배 처리는 T50이 0.99일과 0.89일로, Micro-cel E의 5.0, 7.0배의 1.59, 0.94일 보다 0.60일, 0.05일 단축되는 경향이었다. 따라서 고추 품종에 적용 가능한 carrier는 Micro -cel E와 대등한 성능을 갖는 규조토로 판단되며, 수분배율은 1.0배 처리가 적절할 것으로 사료된다.

This experiment was carried out to find out the optimum variety of com hybrids and to find out alternative crops in the rice black-streaked dwarf virus(RBSDV) prevalent area. Productivity of 4 Korean improved and 6 introduced com hybrids and RBSDV infection rate were tested for 3 years in both Cheonan(middle part of Korea) and Gochang(southern part of Korea). Percentage of RBSDV diseased plants differed depending on the hybrid and region.

Rearing media were selected for the production of sterile larvae of greenbottle blowfly, Phaenicia (=Lucilia) sericata (Meigen) which is widely used in maggot therapy. Eight media available in the market were used in this study. Egg hatchability was not different among the media. Survivorship of the larvae was higher in blood agar (BA), sabouraud dextrose agar, and brucella blood agar than the others. A higher content (20~40%) of sheep blood in BA and chocolate agar increased the survivorship of larvae. The eggs and the early 3rd larvae could be stored for 12 days at 8℃ and for 15 days at 6℃ without decrease in hatchability and larval survivorship, respectively.

An optimal selection problem of SCM system is one of the critical issues for the company's competitiveness and performance under global economy. This paper presents a hierarchy model consisted of characteristic factors for introducing SCM system and an AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) based decision-making model for SCM system evaluation and selection. The proposed model can systematically construct the objectives of SCM system selection to meet the business goals. This paper focuses on selecting an optimal SCM system considering both all decision factors and sub-decision factors of a hierarchy model. Especially, the benefit/cost analysis is applied to choose SCM system. A case study shows the feasibility of the proposed model and the model can help a company to make better decision-making in the SCM system selection problem.

덩굴 페튜니아의 F1품종 육성을 위한 순계를 선발하 기 위하여 품종 및 계통을 수집하여 2004년부터 자가 수분을 매년 1회 또는 2회 실시하여 2008년에는 자식 (selfing) 5세대(S5) 또는 7세대(S7)를 진전시켰으며, 유 지하여온 계통 중에서 생육 및 개화 특성이 균일한 surfinia petunia 20개 계통과 wave petunia 28개 계통 을 최종적으로 선발하였고 이들의 특성은 다음과 같다. Surfinia petunia는 엽수가 300개 이상이고 초폭이 60 cm 이상으로 생육이 왕성한 계통으로 ‘Pe99-0177’ 등 10개 계통을, 식물체당 개화수가 150개 이상으로 많은 계통으로 ‘Pe99-008-17’ 등 14개를 선발하였다. 선발된 계통을 화색별로 구분하면 적자색 그룹은 ‘Pe99-0177’ 등 13계통이고, 자주색 그룹은 ‘Pe99-0077’ 등 3계통 이고, 남색 그룹은 ‘Pe04-0865’와 ‘Pe04-1595’ 계통이고, 흰색 그룹은 ‘Pe04-072-15’이다. 이들 선발 계통들의 엽장이 3.0~4.0 cm로 작은 계통들은 ‘Pe04-0865’ 등 7개이고, 화경이 4.0~5.0 cm로 작은 계통들은 ‘Pe02- 205-25’ 등 8개이다. 측지수는 6.0개에서 11.0개 정도 였으며 절간장은 2.0~4.2 cm로 분포되었다. Wave petunia는 엽수가 200개 이상이고 초폭이 60 cm 이상으로 생육이 왕성한 계통들로는 ‘Pe99- 0207’등 10개 계통이고, 식물체당 개화수가 150개 이 상으로 많은 계통들은 ‘Pe04-034-25’ 등 12개이다. 선 발된 계통의 화색에 있어서 적색 그룹은 ‘Pe04-113-45’ 등 3개 계통이고, 적자색 그룹은 ‘Pe99-0207’ 등 18 개 계통이고, 자주색 그룹은 ‘Pe04-270-25’이고, 청보 라색 그룹은 ‘Pe04-2015’과 ‘Pe04-2635’계통이며, 보라색 그룹은 ‘Pe04-072-55’계통이고, 백색 그룹은 ‘Pe04-180-25’ 등 3개 계통이다. 엽장이 3.0~4.0 cm로 작은 계통은 ‘Pe04-2635’ 등 11개 이고, 화경이 4.0~5.0 cm로 작은 계통은 ‘Pe04-2015’ 등 9개 이다. 측지수는 8.0개에서 13.0개 정도이고 절간장은 1.0~3.0 cm로 분포되었다. 본 연구로 육성된 덩굴 페튜니아 계통들은 일대잡종 품종육성을 위한 우수한 자원이 될 것으로 본다.

Echinacea 청정대량생산을 위해 재배환경조절이 강한 수경재배 시스템에서 Echinacea 뿌리와 잎 생산에 적합한 수경재배 시스템을 선발하고자 실험을 수행하였다. 실험에 사용한 공시작물은 E. angustifolia DC. 와 E. purpurea (L.) Moerch이며 NFT, modified NFT, DFT, aeroponics, Ebb & Flow등 5가지 시스템을 사용하여 150일간 실험하였다. 120일 수경재배한 두 종 모두 광합성 및 증산률은 Ebb & Flow 시스템에서 유의적으로 낮은 수준을 보였다. 정식 후 150일 째 지상부 생체중과 건물중은 E. angustifi이za의 경우 분무경과 DFT에서 높았고, E. purpurea는 분무경과 NFT에서 유의성 있게 높았다. 지하부의 생체중 및 건물중은 E. angustifolia와 E. purpurea는 분무경에서 가장 높았고 다음으로 M-NFT에서 높았다 두 종 모두 뿌리의 길이는 두 종 모두 NFT 및 Ebb & Flow 시스템에서 높았고 분얼수는 E. purpurea가 분무경에서 유의적으로 높았다. 따라서 Echinacea의 바이오매스 확보를 위한 수경재배 방식으로 광합성과 지상와 지하부 생육량이 E. angustifolia 와 E. purpurea 모두 높았던 분무경 시스템을 선발하였다.

Sweetpotato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae), is a serious pest of many economically important crops. The insect has developed resistance to chemical insecticides. Therefore, the development of microbial agent is necessary. Among the several entomopathogenic fungi, Lecanicillium lecanii Btab01 which has high insecticidal activity was carried out this experiments. To develop mass culture, we subcultured L. lecanii Btab01 on PDA, TSA, SDA+Y, RA and GSA media at 25℃ incubator to select the optimal solid culture medium. Hyphal growth was measured every 3 or 4 days. L. lecanii Btab01 grew fastest in RA, followed GSA, SDA+Y, PDA and TSA. L. lecanii Btab01 was cultured on PDB, TSB, SDB+Y, RB, GSB media at 25℃, 180rpm shaking incubator to select the optimal liquid medium. Spore germination was measured by spread plate method every 12 or 24 hours. Spore germination appeared 7.8×108 CFU/ml after 4 days in RB, followed GSB (5.5×108 CFU/ml), SDB+Y (2.7×108 CFU/ml), TSB (1.7×108 CFU/ml) and PDB (0.6×108 CFU/ml).

Swallowtail butterfly’s (Papilionidae) family is a large group including at least 550 species in the world, one of the most evolved butterfly families, and selects many special plants as a host plant. Many scientists have studied on the mechanism for host selection by swallowtail butterflies and many results including attractant, ovipositional stimulant, and feeding stimulant in each host plant have been reported. However, most of the reports are related to Papilinonini and Troidini genus and not to Graphiini genus. The reason why there are few reports about this genus is based on their nature. That is, this genus butterflies, especially common bluebottle, Graphium sarpedon, are very nerves and rearing for successive generations is difficult in the laboratory, emergence-adult never laid their eggs on the host plant and so on. We, therefore, have tried to isolation and identification of attractant, feeding stimulant, and ovipositional stimulant in the camphor tree to the common bluebottle, G. sarpedon.

In reality, distribution planning for a supply chain is established using a certain probabilistic distribution estimated by forecasting. However, in general, the demands used for an actual distribution planning are of deterministic value, a single value for each of periods. Because of this reason the final result of a planning has to be a single value for each period. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to estimate a single value due to the inherent uncertainty in the probabilistic distribution of customer demand. The issue addressed in this paper is the selection of single demand value among of the distributed demand estimations for a period to be used in the distribution planning. This paper proposes an efficient demand selection scheme for minimizing total inventory costs while satisfying target service level under the various experimental conditions.

본 연구는 흑쌀보리 육성을 위해 Otello, 흰쌀보리 및 늘쌀보리 등 3품종으로 교배하고 계대 육성하여 F7세대의 각 형질을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. F7세대에 대한 상관의 정도는 단백질 함량과 β-glucan 함량 간에서, β-glucan 함량과 까락 길이 간에서, β-glucan 함량과 1000립중 간에서, 이삭 길이와 1000립중 간에서 각각 유의하였다. 광의 유전력은 모든 형질에서 0.9292 이상으로 높았다. 경로계수 분석에서 1000립중에 관여하는 직접효과는 단백질 함량, β-glucan 함량, 이삭 길이가 정의 효과를 보였으며, 간접효과도 단백질 함량, β-glucan 함량, 이삭 길이의 관여 조합이 정의 효과를 보였다. 선발지수는 단일형질에서 까락 길이와 단백질 함량이 정으로 높았다. 3개 형질 및 4개 형질의 조합에서는 단백질 함량과 까락 길이의 관여가 모두 정으로 높았다.
