        건축구조물의 진동제어 시스템의 안정성과 효율성은 대상 시스템의 수학적 모델의 정확성에 크게 좌우 된다. 본 연구에서는 3층의 축소 건물모델과 소형 AMD(active mass damper)를 대상으로 각각의 상태방정식 모델을 시간영역에서의 시스템 식별 기법인 OKID(observer/Kalman filter identification)를 대상으로 각각의 상태방정식 모델을 시간영역에서의 시스템 식별 기법인 입력과 AMD의 이동질량체의 설치층에 대한 상대가속도 입력에 대하여 시스템 식별을 개별적으로 수행한 뒤 두 개의 상태방정식을 모델 응축 과정을 통해 통합하였다. AMD의 시스템 식별은 모터제어 신호를 입력으로 AMD 이동질량의 설치층에 대한 상대가속도를 출력으로 선정하여 수행하였으며 큰 감쇠비와 위상지연 현상을 확인할 수 있었다 결과적으로 얻어진 건물 모델 및 AMD의 이동질량의 설치층에 대한 상대가속도를 출력으로 선정하여 수행하였으며 큰 감쇠비와 위상지연 현상을 확인할수 있었다. 결과적으로 얻어진 건물 모델 및 AMD의 상태방정식 모델로부터 재구성한 전달함수와 시간이력은 실험에서의 측정치와 잘 일치하였다.

        Steel structures with added viscoelastic dampers are analysed to investigat their behavior under earthquake excitation. The direct integration method, which produces exact solution for the non-proportional or non-classical damping system, is used throughout the analysis. The results from modal strain energy method are also provided for comparison. Then a new analytical a, pp.oach, based on the rigid floor diaphragm assumption and matrix condensation technique, is introduced, and the results are compared with those obtained from direct integration method and modal strain energy method. The well known phenomenon, that the effectiveness of the viscoelastic dampers depends greatly on the location of the dampers, is once again confirmed in the analysis. It is also found that the modal strain energy method generaly underestimates the responses obtained from the direct integration method, especially when the dampers are placed in only a part of the building. The proposed method turns out to be very efficient with considerable saving in computation this and reasonably accurate considering the reduced degrees of freedom.

        이 논문에서는 최근 사회적인 이슈로 대두된 바닥충격음 중 특히 중량충격음을 저감시키기 위한 방법의 일환으로, 바닥슬래브의 두께를 증가시키는 기존의 방식과는 달리 평판형 슬래브에 장선을 설치하여 바닥슬래브의 강성을 증가시킴으로써 고유진동수의 이동을 통한 중량충격음의 저감 효과를 기대할 수 있는 장선바닥슬래브를 제안하고, 장선의 춤과 간격에 따른 중량충격음 특성을 해석적으로 분석하였다. 해석결과, 장선슬래브의 슬래브 두께가 증가할수록 음압레벨이 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으나 일정 두께 이상에서는 큰 차이를 보이지 않아 바닥두께 증가로 인한 중량충격음 차단 기대효과에는 임계치가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한 장선 춤의 증가와 간격 감소에 따른 바닥강성의 증가는 일관된 중량충격음 차단성능의 증가로 이어지지 않아 최적의 중량충격음 차단성능을 기대하기 위해서는 주택의 유형별로 각기 다른 장선 춤과 간격이 적용되어야 할 것으로 판단되며, 100mm 정도 장선 춤의 증가나 간격 감소로 약 1dB~2dB정도의 중량충격음 감소효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        이 연구에서는 현실적이고 유의미한 내진보강비용 산정하기 위해 실제 내진보강 사례를 기반으로 통계분석을 수행하여 건축물의 노후도와 연면적을 고려한 보다 현실적인 내진보강 비용을 추정하는 연구를 수행하였다. 데이터 베이스를 기반으로 노후도에 따라 연면적 대한 내진보강비용을 통계적으로 분석하여 이를 정규화하였고, 역으로 연 면적과 준공연도를 가지고 내진보강공사비용을 역추산할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.. 지속적인 내진보강 사업 사례의 빅데이터화가 이루어지면 정확성이 높은 내진보강 비용 산정이 실현될 것으로 판단된다.

        In this paper, performance based design method was applied to the special shear wall system to verify the cost effective approach of the method. Linear dynamic analysis, inelastic dynamic analysis and inelastic static analysis are used to analyze for comparing to the strength-based design method in economic performance. Simulation result shows that was shown the construction cost savings was achieved by reducing the amount of reinforcement steel when applying the performance based design method.

        In this paper, it proceed the fascinating experimental study to use the system identification(SI) for a long time measurement. The aim of the study is to identify the dynamic characteristics using the SI based on ambient vibration(AV) tests for monitoring systems at building structures. White noise, which is naturally occurring for harmonic components, and free vibration tests are employed in obtaining output data. A definite answer of the dynamic characteristics manages to extract from the frequency domain decomposition(FDD) method under the condition of the white noise. The singular value of the following test is used by FDD. These results show the validity of AV test and the usability of FDD in comparison with two tests. The result of the study is to design practical criteria for SI for building structures based on AV tests.
