        본 연구는 딸기 ‘매향’의 양수분 흡수율을 고려하여 개발한 배양액을 검증하고자 이온 조성이 다른 5종 배양액으로 8개월 동안 수경재배하면서 생육과 수량에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 2015년 9월 22일 코이어 고설베드에 딸기 묘를 정식하고 1개월 후 다섯 종류의 배양액 농촌진흥청 딸기 배양액(RDA), 야마자키 딸기 배양액(Yamazaki), PBG 딸기 배양액(PBG), 서울시립대 딸기 배양액(UOS) 및 새로 개발된 서울시립대 딸기 배양액(NewUOS)을 사용하여 EC 1.0dS·m-1, pH 6.0으로 1 일 주당 150~300mL 공급하였다. 정식 60일 후 엽폭, 엽병장은 배양액 종류에 차이를 보였으며, 광합성은 RDA와 NewUOS 배양액 처리에서 높았고, PBG 배양액 처리에서 낮았다. 영양생장기 배액의 EC는 공급수준보다 낮은 EC 0.7~0.8dS·m-1, 이후는 EC 1.0~1.2dS·m-1로 안정되었다. 배액 pH는 Yamazaki 배양액 처리에서 6.2~6.8로 높은 반면, UOS 배양액은 5.1~5.2로 낮았다. 영양생장기 배액의 무기이온은 질산태 질소의 흡수가 가장 활발하였으며, 화방전개 이후 칼륨 흡수가 NewUOS, UOS 및 Yamazaki 배양액 처리에서 높았다. 정식 6개월 후 지상부와 지하부 생체중과 건물중은 UOS와 NewUOS 배양액에서 높았으며, 지상부 건물율은 Yamazaki 배양액에서 43.5%로 낮았으며, 지하부 건물율은 NewUOS배양액에서 30.6%로 낮았다. 12월부터 2월까지 수확된 딸기의 과장, 과폭, 과중, 당도는 배양액 차이에 의한 유의성은 없으나, NewUOS 배양액에서는 주당 과수와 평균과 중이 높아 수량이 높았다. 3월부터 5월까지 Yamazaki 배양액에서 수확된 딸기는 주당 과수와 수량이 높았다. 따라서 이온 조성 차이에 따른 배양액 5종으로 수경재 배하였을 때 ‘매향’의 생육은 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 시기별 상품성 향상을 위해 정식 후 ~ 2월까지는 NewUOS 배양액을, 고온과 화방당 착과량이 많아지는 3 월 이후에는 Yamazaki 배양액으로 재배하는 것이 적합하리라 본다.

        The objective of this study was to determine the growth characteristics of cool (C1) and warm season grasses (C2) in pastures mixed with C1 and C2 at an altitude of 400 m in Jeju island to establishing pasture suitable for grazing horses and to evaluate the effect of pastures mixed with tall and short type grasses on the intake characteristics of horses. C1 used in this study was Kentucky bluegrass, redtop (short type grass) and tall type grasses were orchardgrass and tall fescue, respectively. Treatments of this study were consisted of four groups and the short type grass used in pastures mixed with C1 and C2 was mainly bermudagrass. Four treatment groups were follow as; Treatment 1 (bermudagrass + Kentucky bluegrass + redtop) 2) Treatment 2 (bermudagrass + tall fescue + orchardgrass) 3) Treatment 3 (Kentucky bluegrass + redtop) 4) Treatment 4 (tall fescue + orchardgrass). Bermudagrass was a little winter killing and inhibition of plant growth at an altitude of 400 m. Plant heights in pastures mixed with C1 and C2 were grown better than that in pastures mixed with C1. Especially, plant height in Treatment 4 was higher than other treatments. Dry matter yield was in the following order: Treatment 4> Treatment 3> Treatment 2> Treatment 1. Dry matter yield in pastures mixed with C1 increased as compared with pastures mixed with C1 and C2. Dry matter yield in Treatment 3 was higher than other treatments. In the first investigation regarding vegetation distribution, bermudagrass ratios among grasses in Treatment 1 and Treatment 2 were 11.7 and 13.3%, respectively. The growth of bermudagrass in winter was low due to the cold damage. However the growth of Kentucky bluegrass, redtop, tall fescue and orchardgrass was good. In the second investigation, bermudagrass ratios among grasses in Treatment 1 and Treatment 2 were 5.0 and 11.7%, respectively. Growth of forage in the second investigation was poor as compared to the first investigation. nutritive values(crude protein content, neutral detergent fiber content, acid detergent fiber content, digestibility) were good in pastures mixed with C1 Especially, nutritive values in pastures mixed with tall was higher than those of pastures mixed short grasses. P content among minerals in Treatment 1 was higher than other groups. However, the content of Ca, Mg and Mn were lower. The contents of Ca, K, Mg, Na, Cu, Zn and Fe in Treatment 2 were higher. However, the contents of K, Mg, Na, Cu, Zn and Fe in Treatment 3 were lower. Therefore, we suggest that cool season grasses with short grasses were sowed to establishing pasture suitable for grazing horses at an altitude of 400 m in Jeju island.

        This study was a report on 60 heads of Hanwoo steers(5 treatments⨯4 heads⨯3 repeats). Their start weights were 361.2±14.39 kg to 380.5±27.33 kg; 12.7 to 13.6 months of age. The aim was to investigate the effect of herbal probiotic supplementation on the weight, blood composition, meat quality and immunity in beef. In case of body weight gain, con. 1 plot(183.8 kg) in the early fattening stage, T3 plot(115.1 kg) in the middle fattening stage, and T2 plot(163.3 kg) in the late fattening stage significantly increased(p<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the blood content of T-Cho and IgG: con. 1 plot and T1 plot in the early fattening stage, T3 plot and T2 plots in the middle fattening stage, and con. 2 plot and T1~T3 plots in the late fattening stage had higher blood content than that of other treatment plots (p<0.05). In addition, the carcass weight was highest in the T1 plot and T2 plot among the total treatment plots(p<0.05). However, no statistical significant difference was observed in the different treatments; all individual treatment plots(T1~T3 plots) were somewhat higher than the control plots(con. 1~con. 2 plots) with respect to the carcass quantity and carcass quality. Combining and analyzing all results revealed that the dietary addition of herbal probiotics for Hanwoo steers had a positive effect on the improvement of weight, amount of meat, meat quality and immunity

There was no winterkilling or lodging problem at an altitude of 200 m. Plant heights in mixed pasture of Treatment 1, 2, 3, and 4 were 53.9, 58.2, 57.5, and 78.1 cm, respectively. Plant height was the highest in Treatment 4. Dry matter yield was in the following order : Treatment 4 > Treatment 3 > Treatment 2 > Treatment 1. In the first investigation regarding vegetation distribution, Bermudagrass ratios among grasses in Treatment 1 and Treatment 2 were 70% and 66.7%, respectively. Overall, other grasses showed poor growth. In the second investigation of vegetation distribution, Bermudagrass ratios among grasses in Treatment 1 and Treatment 2 were 80% and 60.7%, respectively. Crude protein content, neutral detergent fiber content, acid detergent fiber content, digestibility value, and nutritive values were the lowest in Treatment 4, followed by those in Treatment 1, Treatment 2 and Treatment 3.

        Polyimides (PI) have the high mechanical, thermal, and chemical stability. However, they have low permeability resulting from rigid chain structure. On the other hand, PDMS is a highly CO2 permeable soft polymer. To overcome low permeability of polyimide, we developed PDMS-based polyimide block copolymer. The effect of PDMS contents on the gas separation properties will be discussed in detail.

        본 실험은 포유기 사료 급여 기간의 변화가 포유 모돈의 생리적 변화와 번식 능력에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 수행되었다. 평균체중 256.15 ± 4.39kg의 F1 모돈(Yorkshire × Landrace) 30두를 공 시하였으며, 완전임의배치법에 따라 3처리구에 배치하였다. 각 처리구는 1) L0-5: 임신기 110일령부터 이유시까지 포유모돈 사료를 급여, 2) L0: 분만일부터 이유시까지 포유모돈 사료를 급여, 3) L0+5: 분 만 5일 후부터 이유시까지 포유모돈 사료를 급여 하였다. 포유기에는 모돈들에게 사료를 무제한 급여 하였으며, 실험결과 사료의 변화 시기는 모돈의 체중 및 등지방 두께에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 못하였 다. 사료섭취량에 있어서 분만일부터 이유시까지 포유돈 사료를 섭취한 모돈이 수치적으로 가장 높았지 만 처리구간 유의적인 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 산자수, 자돈의 체중 및 유성분에 있어서도 처리구간 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 결론적으로 분만 5일전부터 5일후 사이에 포유돈 사료로 교체하는 것은 모돈 의 번식능력 및 포유능력에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 판단된다.

        This study amied to determine the effect of species and seed mixture on productivity, botanical composition and forage quality in middle mountainous region (Geosan) pasture. Total seven experimental pastures (T1 : Orchardgrass, T2 : Timothy, T3 : Tall fescue, T4 : Perennial ryegrass, T5 : Kentucky bluegrass, T6 : Timothy + Orchardgrass + Tall fescue + Alfalfa, T7 : Timothy + Orchardgrass + Kentucky bluegrass + White clover) were established in autumn, 2014 and evaluated for productivity and agronomic characteristics for 2015. Plant heigh was high in Orchardgrass and Perennial ryegrass pasture. Dry matter (DM) content was high in Kentucky bluegrass. Botanical composition in 1st harvest was high in shrub, but the grass composition was high in 2nd and 3rd harvest. Fresh and DM yield were higher in Orchardgrass and Perennial ryegrass (p<0.05); whreras, Kentucky bluegrass was the lowest. In seed mixture pasture, yields of T6 plot (Tall fescue) were higher than those of T7 (Kentucky bluegrass). Average CP (crude protein) content of 2nd and 3rd cutting time was 16.91 and 14.79%, respectively and Kentucky blue grass was the highest in 3rd cutting time by 17.57%. IVDMD (in vitro dry matter digestibility) showed low in 1st cutting and Kentucky bluegrass was the lowest in every cutting time. TDN (total digestible nutrient) content was the highest in 3rd cutting and the lowest in 1st cutting. These results indicated that Orchardgrass, Perennial ryegrass and T6 are recommendable for productivity and Timothy, Perennial ryegrass and T7 are recommendable for forage quality.

        This study was carried out to determine the effect of mixed pasture using domestic varieties orchardgrass ‘Kodione’ and tall fescue ‘Purumi’ on forage yields and botanical composition from 2013 to 2015 in middle region of Korea. The following mixed pastures were used in this study: treatment A (orchardgrass oriented mixture with imported varieties), treatment B (orchardgrass oriented mixture), treatment C (orchardgrass and tall fescue oriented mixture), treatment D (tall fescue oriented mixture), treatment E (tall fescue oriented mixture without orchardgrass), treatment F (only orchardgrass), and treatment G (only tall fescue). In botanical compositions at last cutting time in 2015, treatment A had orchardgrass at 7.1%, tall fescue at 47.9%, kentucky bluegrass at 15.2% and white clover at 25%. Meanwhile, treatment B had orchardgrass at 25.9%, tall fescue at 47.0%, kentucky bluegrass at 4.9% and white clover at 18.3%. Consequentially, in botanical composition from 2014 to 2015, treatment A was changed more compare to other treatments B, C, D and E. The average of dry matter (DM) yield for 2 years of treatment E (18,369 kg/ha) was the highest among the seven treatments, but there was no significant difference among other treatments except treatment A (p>0.05). The crude protein (CP) and in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) of treatment A were 14.5% and 74.8%, and treatment E were 14.1% and 73.0%, respectively. The content of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) were lower in treatment E and A than other treatments, and treatment E showed high content of total digestible nutrient (TDN). Therefore, tall fescue oriented mixture using domestic tall fescue variety Purumi had good forage productivity, quality and botanical composition in middle region of Korea for the establishment of grassland.

        Silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO-34) zeolite membranes (pore diameter of 0.38nm) have shown high tendency in separation of light gas mixtures. In this work, SAPO-34 membranes were synthesized under various conditions such as different seed, the composition of coating gel and temperature. Membranes prepared by secondary growth method were analyzed using SEM and XRD for the morphology; and gas properties which were tested using a homemade single gas testing apparatus. The crystallinity was improved by the addition of dipropyl amine as an additional structure directing agent (SDA) and also the membrane show nitrogen selectivity in response. Nitrogen selective membranes show a high gas permeance (above 2000 GPU) and low selectivity (max 2.25).

        본 연구에서는 SPAES를 이용하여 제조된 블렌드막을 이용하여 연료전지용 전해질 막으로써의 응용 가능성을 확인하기 위하여 테스트를 진행하였다. 제조된 분리막은 상용화된 PES,PVdF를 이용하여 제조되었으며, 소수성 고분자가 첨가되어 메탄올 투과도가 감소됨을 확인하였으며 물리적 강도가 증가됨으로써 잠재적 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

        본 연구는 국내에서 헤일리지의 생산 및 이용 확대를 위해 수분함량에 따른 헤일리지의 사료가치 및 발효품질의 변화를 구명하고 양질의 헤일리지 생산 확대를 위한 기초 자료를 확보하기위하여 2011년 9월부터 2012년 12월까지 충남 천안시 소재 국립축산과학원 초지사료과 시험포장에서 수행되었다. 수분함량이 다양한 헤일리지의 조제를 위해 이탈리안 라이그라스의 ‘코윈어리’ 품종을 이용하여 수분함량 60~30%까지 5% 차이로 총 7처리로 헤일리지를 조제하였다. 수분함량이 다른 이탈리안 라이그라스 헤일리지의 사료가치는 수분함량에 따라 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 수분함량에 따른 발효품질의 변화는 수분함량의 차이에 따라 유의적인 차이를 보였으며 상대적으로 수분함량이 높은 조건(>40%)에서 발효품질이 우수하였으며 수분함량이 낮은 조건에서는 발효품질도 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 수분함량별 헤일리지의 유기산 구성비율은 수분함량이 상대적으로 높은 조건(>40%)에서 젖산비율이 높게 나타났으며 수분함량이 낮은 조건(<40%)에서는 젖산비율이 감소하고 초산과 낙산비율이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 안정적인 헤일리지 생산을 위해 발효품질을 고려해보면 수분함량이 40%가 헤일리지 조제의 한계점으로 사료되며 추후 헤일리지의 장기 저장성 검토 및 저 수분 조건에서 발효품질 개선을 위한 추가적인 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.
