신제품의 개발에 있어서 고객이 기대하는 품질과 신뢰성을 보증하는 것은 특별히 중요한 사항이다. 제품의 신뢰성과 수명은 개발에서 최우선으로 고려해야 할 목표이며, 이를 위해 신뢰성공학의 응용기술은 신제품개발에 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 신뢰성이론을 적용하여 제품의 개발단계에 있어서 신뢰성목표 설정에서 부터 예측, 검증, 그리고 분석에 이르는 실제적인 응용에 대한 총괄적인 사항들을 보여주는데 있다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰성과 유효수명에 대한 사양결정과 예측 및 분석에 응용할 수 있는 방법들이 설명되어 있으며, 이는 제품과 부품을 개발하기 위한 신뢰성프로그램을 설립하고 시행하기 위해 가장 적합한 접근방법을 보여주고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyse injuries of consumer product and to propose an alternative standardization for the product safety based on results of the analysis related with consumer injury. Firstly, We categorized hazard factors according to industrial characteristics referred to current injury information in Korea. And secondly, we decided consumer injury index(CII) according to the results of current consumer injury. The consumer injury index is the concept of risky level, which was decided by probability and severity of injury. Lastly, we developed an alternative standardization for the product safety considering consumer injury index.

This paper considers a set of project management practices for government R&D projects, enterprise R&D projects and new product design project. The approach of managing multi-project is proposed by the use of organizational structure and control.

크로스도킹은 물류센터의 운영 개념으로써 입고트럭에 의해 배달된 물품이 재고로써 보관됨이 없이 즉시 고객의 수요에 따라 재분류되어 출고트럭에 적재되어 고객에게 배달되는 프로세스로 구성된다. 본 연구에서는 임시보관 장소를 보유한 크로스도킹 시스템의 총 운영시간을 최소화하기 위한 입고 트럭과 출고 트럭의 일정계획 수립을 위한 수학적 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 모델의 적용으로 물류센터 내에서의 자재 취급 빈도 및 시간이 감소하여 제품 손상을 최소화

본 연구는 심미적 영향요소 중 하나인 단순·복잡이 과연 선호도와 어떠한 관계가 있으며, 다른 심미적 차원들과의 관계를 정립하기 위한 초기 연구 과정 중 하나이다. '제품이 가져야 할 가장 기본적인 기능이 제품 형태에 표현될 때 과연 심미적 영향요소 중의 하나인 단순·복잡이 그 기능 표현에 영향을 주는가' 그리고 '기능 표현, 단순 복잡 그리고 선호도와의 관계는 어떠한가'를 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선택된 제품들을 범주화하고 각 범주별 제품들을 대상으로 실험하여 범주별 성향을 찾고 이를 기본으로 디자인 프로세스에 적용하여 검증하도록 한다.

컴퓨터 기반 기술이 제품에 응용되어 제품의 본질이 변해감에 따라 제품의 외관보다는 제품을 쉽고 효과적으로 사용할 수 있게 하는 사용성이 제품 성공의 매우 중요한 요인이 되었다. 하지만 지금까지의 사용성에 대한 개념이나 연구들은 주로 사용자의 수행도로 직결되는 객관적인 측면만이 강조되었다. 이제 사용자들은 제품의 기능 수행도 측면뿐만 아니라 제품을 사용하면서 느끼는 감성적인 만족까지 가져다주기를 원하고 있다. 지금까지 인간의 감성에 대한 연구는 감성공학분야에서 많이 진행되었지만 기존의 감성공학관련 연구들을 살펴보면 대부분 제품의 외관과 인간의 감성에 관련된 것이 많다. 하지만 제품을 사용하면서 표출되는 인간의 감성에 관련된 연구는 아직 많이 이루어지고 있지 않는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자들이 제품을 사용하면서 느끼는 감성의 변화를 조사하여 제품의 사용성이 인간의 감성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 밝혀 보고자 한다. 금번 연구에서는 모바일 폰을 대상으로 제품의 사용성과 인간의 감성연구를 위한 conceptual framework을 제시하였다. 또한 제품의 외관에서 느끼는 인간의 감성이 아니라 제품을 사용하는 도중에 표출되는 감성을 파악하기 위한 감성어휘를 추출하였다. 감성어휘는 다양한 문헌연구를 통한 기존의 감성어휘 조사, 웹사이트에서 사용자들이 남긴 제품 사용후기를 통한 수집 , 소리내어 생각하기(link aloud)를 활용한 실험을 통한 수집 등의 방법을 이용하여 추출한 후 웹 서베이를 통해 적합성을 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 추출된 감성어휘는 제품을 사용하면서 표출되는 인간의 감성 측정자료로 활용할 수 있고, conceptual framework은 사용자의 감성을 고려한 인터페이스 개발을 위한 기본 골격을 제공할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

This development has tried to scheme out the convenience for users to use the 3D modeling solution which is developed from the existing programs. The extended 3D modeling solution, to be developed through the use of the API which is provided and Microsoft Access, database is able to reuse the parts, subassemblies of parts, and assemblies. A methodology exhibits the possibility to use a Spinfire Professional Spinfire Reader program. The web evaluation system, which is used to connected with the Internet explorer and to construct a web service, will repeat the evaluations of the company staffs and customers about the new products which the company have designed. The furniture manufacturing company will adopt the 3D modelling solution in modelling the new products and go through the web evaluation system to collect dissatisfied facts of the customers or the company staffs against the new product. Finally, it will contribute to the enormous benefit creation of the enterprise.

The injection mold industry has strong relationship with many other industries. In the injection mold industry, the harmonious collaboration of the order-making companies, the mold-making companies, and the molded-parts making companies, which are distantly located, is very important. In this study, a web-based collaboration system is developed for the purpose. It offers the criterion to select appropriate production companies. It also tries to minimize the production cost of the mold design by distributing and evaluating the design information. The developed system is constructed using various recent web-programming tools.

최근까지 제품디자인에 있어서의 조형요소의 심미성에 관한 연구가 많이 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 연구는 "심미성 요인이 무엇인가\ulcorner"에 초점을 맞추어 왔을 뿐 각각의 심미적 요소들이 사용자의 심미적 반응에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 그다지 연구된 바가 없다. 따라서 본 연구는 제품디자인에서 심미성 요소를 내용미와 형태미로 나누어 서로의 상관관계를 파악하고 사용자의 심미적 반응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보는 연구이다. 더욱이 연구의 초점이 내용미 중 전형성을, 형태미 중 균형을 중심으로 서로의 심미적 반응의 영향정도와 관여수준과 국가와 같은 조절변수에 의해 심미적 반응이 어떻게 달라지는지를 검증하고자 하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구를 통하여 실제로 디자인 현장이나 기업에서 디자인에 있어서 심미적 영향요소를 적용하는 데에 대한 의미 있는 시사점을 제공해주고 디자인의 심미성에 대한 이론적인 체계를 만들어가는 것에 기여하리라 본다. 기여하리라 본다.

The producer and supplies of the products should be able to satisfy the needs of the increasing consumer safety. The products, for the purpose of developing and making safe products, must perform Hazard Finding and Risk Analysis to detect potential danger to mike sure the final safety measures are in place. The purpose of Product liability rests finally with the consumer safety and the manufacturer's capability compete in the marketplace. Especially this is important for the food industry. But, our domestic middle and small food industries, it is relatively weak in this are. Thus this research would like to present a easily usable product safety procedures.
