The electrical properties of Au/n-type Ge Schottky contacts with different contact areas were investigated using current-voltage (I-V) measurements. Analyses of the reverse bias current characteristics showed that the Poole-Frenkel effect became strong with decreasing contact area. The contribution of the perimeter current density to the total current density was found to increase with increasing reverse bias voltage. Fitting of the forward bias I-V characteristics by considering various transport models revealed that the tunneling current is dominant in the low forward bias region. The contributions of both the thermionic emission (TE) and the generation-recombination (GR) currents to the total current were similar regardless of the contact area, indicating that these currents mainly flow through the bulk region. In contrast, the contribution of the tunneling current to the total current increased with decreasing contact area. The largest E00 value (related to tunneling probability) for the smallest contact area was associated with higher tunneling effect.

The objective of this study was to review Dasik’s recipe of Jong-Ga in the Gyeongbuk area. Main methods of this study were literature review and in-depth interview. To study the historical transition of traditional Dasik, analysis of 11 cooking books from the 1400’s to 1800’s was carried out. Jong-Ga was made using Dasik and main ingredients were Songhwa, Kka and Kong Dasik. Special Dasik was in nine of Jong-Ga (Ipjae’s head family of Pungyang Jo’s clan, Sojea head family Gwangju No’s clan, Sawoodang head family Uiseong Kim’s clan, Heobaekdang’s head family of Bukye Hong’s clan, Taechon’s head family of Gyeseong Go’s clan, Gwiam’s head family of Gwangju Lee’s clan, Songdang’s head family of Milyang Park’s clan, Haeweol's head family of Pyeonghae Hwang's clan, Galyam's head family of Jaeryoung Lee’s clan) and Dasik are Gamphi dasik, Heukimja dasik, Baksulgi dasik, Tibap dasik, Daechu dasik, Yukpo dasik, Misutgaru dasik, Dotori dasik and Omija Dasik. It was used as a ritual food and reception food for guests. These recipes are good examples of functional and modern of Korean food. In the future, Dasik as well as discovery of ingredients in other foods of Jong-Ga are needed.

The aim of this paper is to investigate, through a content analysis, the communication strategies used by luxury fashion brands on Twitter and the related Twitter eWOM, with the purpose to identify brand associations compared to luxury dimensions considered in literature (De Barnier et al. 2012; Godey et al. 2014). Within the luxury fashion environment, where every detail is meaningful and, consequently, every single word matters, this study attempts to provide a contribution into the field of luxury advertising, by comparing semantic fields of words chosen by digital fashion marketers and by popular fashion bloggers to the dimensions that define the luxury construct in luxury literature.

The paper suggests a new method of collision avoidance stemming from the concept of the polygonal target ship domain. Since the last century, we have witnessed the current typical ship domains classified and described. In this proposition, firstly, the domain is a geometrical manner which is used in both analytical and statistical method, resulting in the signification of practical application and simulation. Secondly, such domain will be applied to target ship under the combination of two separated parts: “Blocking area” and “Action area” in order to define the area where the ship must keep outside and how the actions to avoid collision can be generated. Thirdly, the concept has suggested the number of mathematical models for different approaching encounters, including head-on, overtaking and crossing situation. Finally, the parameters of turning circle of the ship can be proposed in determining the size of the domain. Statistical evidences indicate that this method reflects a crew’s real habit and psychological in maneuvering. As the result, simple domain is shaped like imagination of sailors, but more accurate in calculating boundary. It promises an effective solution for automatic collision avoidance method. The next researches of this paper have achieved positive results in finding shortest route for avoiding collision. Moreover, while using statistical methods, classical researches face a serious problem in a wide application with different areas, this concept can make up a beneficial solution for the popular application. The numerous ship domains which are in previous researches will be carried out to compare and point out the simplification and effectiveness of the new method in practice.

The goal of this master plan is to utilize the historical and cultural landscape resources of Deokjin park, with a thousand years of history, to improve the park’s value, promote the creative development of the historical and cultural landscape, increase the number of tourists, and tourists’ experience elating to traditional culture in the northern district of Jeonju, Korea. To establish master plan, this study analyzed the location, natural environment, and human environment of Deokjin park. The target of this study was limited to the area surrounding Deokjinji within Deokjin park. In order to reflect visitors’ opinions, a survey was conducted relating to the tourism resources around Deokjinji. “Masterpiece of the world! Deokjin park” was selected as a vision statement for the park. The theme of the master plan for the area surrounding Deokjinji is “Pure love that has bloomed for a millennium in Deokjinji,” with the motifs of millennial history and lotus flowers. The development strategy includes thematizing the love of Deokjinji over a thousand years, strengthening the connections with nearby resources, and specializing in the nightscape and nighttime activities. This study suggested the following as facilities for year-round tourism: a traditional dike to reinforce the historic nature of Deokjinji; a performing ferryboat that connects Deokjinji with Jeonju Pansori (traditional dramatic songs); a water lily greenhouse and a botanical garden of sweet-flags/lotuses, thereby using lotuses, as the representative resource of Deokjinji. In particular, the dike around Deokjinji has been designed as the millennial love dike trail, taking into account the historic nature and structural significance based on its thousand-year history and its unique curved shape.

Digital divide commonly means the gap among diverse stakeholders, businesses, physical areas, and individual people in terms of opportunities, accessibilities, and usabilities (Acılar, 2011). Lee and Park (2011) and Barzilai-Nahon (2006) suggested that the digital divide issues should be considered as an important public issue because proper public response may enhance or reduce the information gaps by the digital divide. This study is a follow-up study of the study of Lee and Park. This study’s main aim is to clarify the changes of the digital divide in the rural areas during five years and to find out meaningful factors to reduce the gaps between the rural area and urban area. To achieve the research aim, this study analyzes the public data by ITSTAT and previous studies on the digital divide. Also this study follows the system thinking approach to model the causal relationships among diverse factors on the digital divide. With the results, this study suggests that the factors to measure the digital divide should be re-designed including smartphone penetration and accessibilities. Especially, current digital divide scoring factors should be considered in the way of social welfare.

본 연구는 치유의 숲에서 다른 유형의 소리(무음, 자연, 음악, 아이들 노는 소리)가 방문객의 기분상태(Profile of Mood States: POMS)에 미치는 영향을 비교하였다. 자료는 2012년 10월 중 장성 ‘축령산편백치유의 숲’ 내에 위치한 ‘치유필드’를 이용하는 231명의 방문객으로부터 수집되었다. 각 피실험자는 각기 다른 유형의 소리에 노출되었으며 실험용 소리가 장착된 헤드셋을 착용한 상태에서 설문에 답변하였다. 실험결과, 기대했던 대로 ‘아이들 노는 소리’ 노출 그룹이 타 그룹에 비해 높은 부정적 기분상태를 나타냈다. 그러나 예측과 달리 자연소리와 음악소리는 피실험자의 POMS에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 경향은 총 기분장애 점수(Total Mood Disturbance Score: TMDS)뿐만 아니라 요인별(불안, 분노, 활력, 피로, 혼란, 우울) POMS에서도 동일하게 나타났다. 또한 혼잡지각(Perceived Crowding)수준 과 TMDS(r=0.568) 및 하위 요인별 기분상태(r=0.331-0.571)간에 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 연구의 결과에 대한 토의와 더불어 관리적 차원에서 연구결과에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.

강원도 태백시에서 부산광역시까지 이어지는 낙동정맥 마루금 일대의 식생상황을 파악하기 위해, 낙동정맥의 환경조 건과 인위적 영향을 고려해 중점조사지 6곳을 선정해 식생조사를 실시했다. TWINSPAN에 의한 군락분류 결과, 거제수 나무-신갈나무군락, 신갈나무군락, 소나무-신갈나무군락, 소나무군락, 낙엽성 참나무류-소나무군락, 낙엽성 참나무류군 락, 곰솔림, 잣나무-리기다소나무림, 편백-사방오리림 등 9개로 유형화되었다. 강원도 태백시의 백병산에서는 온대북부 기후대의 환경특성을 반영한 거제수나무-신갈나무군락이 출현했고, 부산광역시의 구덕산은 해안에 인접한 지역으로 곰솔림이 분포했다. 구덕산은 도심에 위치해 있고 해발고도가 낮아 사람들이 자주 찾는 곳으로서 임목생산 및 사방녹화 를 위한 편백, 곰솔 등과 조경수가 심어져 자연성이 낮은 편이었다. 그 외 중점조사지에서는 남한의 정맥을 대표하는 산림식생유형인 신갈나무우점군락, 소나무우점군락, 낙엽성 참나무류군락이 주로 분포해, 타 정맥과 산림식생유형이 크게 다르지 않았다. 낙동정맥은 남북방향으로 길게 늘어져 있어 온대북부 기후대부터 난온대 기후대까지의 식생변화 가 뚜렷하게 나타난 것이 특징적이었다.

전 세계적인 그리고 국가적인 규모에서 멸종위기야생식물의 멸종위험 평가와 더불어 지역적인 규모에서의 멸종위험 평가는 직접적인 보전활동의 계획과 실행에 있어 대단히 중요하다. 우리나라 중동부지역에는 34종의 멸종위기야생식물 이 분포하였다. 각각의 종에 대해 분포지, 분포면적, 개체수 및 개체군의 소멸에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 조사하였다. 조사결과에 따라 각각의 종이 소유하고 있는 생활사 특성을 포함한 10가지 평가항목을 바탕으로 위험요인을 평가하였 다. 34종에 대한 위험요인 평가결과 첫째, 다수의 위험요인이 존재하고 심각한 훼손압력에 노출되어 있어 적극적이고 시급한 생육지 보전활동이 필요한 12종, 둘째, 소수의 직접적인 위험요인을 제거하는 것으로 개체군의 지속이 가능한 16종, 셋째, 비교적 넓은 분포지와 많은 개체수에 따라 소극적인 관리를 통해서도 개체군의 지속이 가능한 6종으로 구분되었다. 멸종위기야생식물에 있어 가장 큰 위험요인은 인구의 증가, 개발, 채취에 따른 생육지와 개체군의 소멸이었 다. 또한 식생환경의 변화로 인한 적합한 생육지의 감소와 재정착의 기작이 정상적으로 작동하지 않는 생태계 건강성의 상실이 또 다른 원인이 될 수 있다. 본 조사가 이루어진 지역에서 멸종위기야생식물의 분포지와 출현 빈도 및 중요도를 바탕으로 5개 권역별을 제시하였다. 그리고 각 권역의 특성에 따른 보전 전략을 제시하였다. 우리는 멸종위기야생식물 의 멸종위험에 대한 평가는 분포현황정보 뿐만 아니라 종의 생활사 특성을 포함하는 평가방법이 필요함을 제안한다. 뿐만 아니라 개체군동태와 생태적 지위에 대한 이해가 필요함을 제안한다.

This article examined the current state of Chinese education in Korean elementary schools. First of all, we surveyed Chinese education in elementary schools by dividing the types of Chinese curriculum into two categories: the regular and after-school courses. This study also analyzed the current situation of Chinese education by surveying Chinese teachers of the elementary schools in Seoul and collecting qualitative data of the curriculum time, objectives, and quantity of the Chinese education, class types, and the ratio of native Chinese speaking teachers. Overall, the results showed that the elementary students in Seoul really want to learn Chinese, but the educational environment lacks sufficient capacity and quality needed to meet the student demands. A lack of resources is demonstrated by a lack of class time and multimedia materials. The typical teaching method suffers from an absence of native Chinese speaking teachers. The frustration that comes with insufficient resources eventually leads students to lose interest in studying Chinese as their satisfaction levels become low. This lack of dedicated resources tends to discourage future Chinese language study.

This study is performed to fabricate a Ti porous body by freeze drying process using titanium hydride (TiH2) powder and camphene. Then, the Ti porous body is employed to synthesize carbon nanotubes (CNTs) using thermal catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) with Fe catalyst and methane (CH4) gas to increase the specific surface area. The synthesized Ti porous body has 100 μm-sized macropores and 10-30 μm-sized micropores. The synthesized CNTs have random directions and are entangled with adjacent CNTs. The CNTs have a bamboo-like structure, and their average diameter is about 50 nm. The Fe nano-particles observed at the tip of the CNTs indicate that the tip growth model is applicable. The specific surface area of the CNT-coated Ti porous body is about 20 times larger than that of the raw Ti porous body. These CNT-coated Ti porous bodies are expected to be used as filters or catalyst supports.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the nutrition knowledge, perception, and intake frequency of milk and milk products among middle school students as well as provide the basic data needed for increasing milk and milk product consumption. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey with 385 students of four middle schools located in Chuncheon was conducted. The level of nutrition knowledge of milk and milk products in females was slightly higher than that in males (p<0.01). Flavored milk and ice cream were preferred the most in each category, and ‘taste’ influenced the selection of milk and milk products the most. The intake frequency of whole milk was the highest, and that of flavored milk was lowest among various milks. Ice cream showed the highest intake frequency while cheese showed the lowest among milk products. Male students showed higher intake frequency of milk and milk products. Groups having high level of nutrition knowledge showed the highest intake of whole milk, whereas groups having a low level of nutrition knowledge preferred processed milk, low fat or non-fat milk, and cheese the lowest.

2000년대에 들어 중국 시는 급격한 사회변화가 초래한 혼란 속에서 다양한 방향을 모색했 다. 현실비판과 자아의 성찰이 함께 시작되고 있었지만 여전한 사회정치적 지배구조로 인하 여 시는 주로 집단의식을 벗어난 개인의 자아를 향하게 되었다. 그 중에서도 路也는 주위의 변화를 살필 줄 모르는 성격과 자기 자신에 대한 천착으로 인하여 독특한 시 세계를 보여주 는 시인이다. 그녀의 시가 2000년대의 아이콘이 될 수 있는 것은 현실과 자아의 관계가 고독 으로 귀결되고, 자신의 진실한 순간들이 타자에 의하여 수용되지 않으며, 현실을 벗어난 자신 의 꿈 또한 소외를 심화시켜갈 뿐이기 때문이다. 그녀의 고독과 어긋남, 그리고 자신으로 말 미암은 소외는 21세기의 현실을 살아가는 중국인과 우리의 현실이기도 하다.

본 연구에서는 절대적 CAM 식물의 하나인 호접란 ‘Mantefon’ 을 대상으로 기공전도도에 따라 열린 기공 단계, 기공 면적과 너비를 바탕으로 기공개폐 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 성숙한 기공은 불규칙형 기공(anomocytic stomata)에 해당하였으며, 기공의 모양은 주로 타원형과 원형이 관찰되었다. 잎 뒷면 선 단 부위의 기공 수는 04:00와 16:00에 각각 1mm2 당 약 16.18, 15.98개로 관찰되었다. 기공을 포함한 공변세포의 너 비는 시간 대에 상관없이 약 12㎛로 측정되었다. 기공전도도 는 주간 12:00 ~ 18:00에 음의 값을 보이다가 야간 02:00 ~ 04:00에 0.006㎛olH2O·m-2·s-1까지 증가하였다. 04:00 이후 부터 기공전도도는 급격하게 감소하였으며, 08:00에서 12:00 까지 -0.003 ~ 0㎛olH2O·m-2·s-1의 범위를 나타냈다. 24시 간 동안 기공전도도 패턴은 잎이 명기에서 암기로 이동하면 기공이 열리는 전형적인 CAM 식물을 반영하였다. 기공 면적 은 주간에는 14:00를 제외하고 전반적으로 약 20μm2을 나타 내다가 주간에서 야간으로 바뀌는 22:00 ~ 00:00에 약 52% 증 가하였다. 기공 너비는 주간에 대략 1.9 ~ 2.6μm 범위를 나 타냈으며, 야간이 시작되는 00:00에 기공의 너비가 약 71% 급증하였다. 열린 기공 단계에 따라 열린 기공 기준을 적용할 경우, 열린 기공의 패턴은 전형적인 CAM식물의 특성을 잘 반 영하지 않았으나, 잎의 기공 면적과 너비를 기준으로 할 때, 열린 기공의 패턴은 전형적인 CAM식물의 특성을 반영하였 다. 따라서 호접란 ‘Mantefon’에서 열린 기공 판정 기준은 기 공 면적 약 29μm2 이상, 기공 너비 약 3.3μm 이상으로 판단 되었다.

This study has intended to analyze the impact of odor perception of residents, who currently live in Ochang industrial complex, on their subjective odor sensitiveness. In addition to the relationship between the perception and the sensitiveness, odor acceptance was considered as moderating variable in a research model. Korean governments has experienced even great and small civil complaints regarding bad smells throughout the country especially around the industrial complex. The residential areas are getting much closer to industrial complex due to major cities’ expansion. The closer cities are to industrial areas, the bigger the conflicts are growing due to the odor. According to the research results, it was proven that residents’ concerns on an bad image due to odor, their perception on an administrative agency’s responsibilities and economical values of their living places have a significant effect on the odor sensitiveness. Moreover, odor acceptance perceived by them has a negative moderating effect between odor perception and odor sensitiveness. Based on such results, implications and suggestions are included in the research to support the research objectives.
