        본 연구에서는 serM 모형에 한류의 SWOT분석―한류의 강점(Strength)과 약점(Weakness), 기회 (Opportunity)와 위협(Threat) 요인을 분석―을 결합하여 serM-SWOT 매트릭스 분석을 실시하였다. 이 를 통해 한류의 형성과 발전, 현황을 분석하고, 한류의 성장요인과 경쟁력 원천이 무엇인지 분석하였다. 더불어 한류의 발전 기회와 활성화 방안도 분석하였다. 본 연구결과, 한류가 20여 년간 지속적인 성장 을 거듭할 수 있었던 이유는 대략 다섯 가지 정도였다; 국제적 마인드와 전문성을 갖춘 프로듀서 및 아 이돌, 동서양 고유의 특징을 고루 갖춘 콘텐츠, 한국정부의 정책적인 할류 육성, 대외 수요의 급증, 디지 털시대에의 조응 등. 한편, 한류의 경쟁력은 한국이 미국, 중국, 일본 등지의 해외 문화를 자신의 것으로 승화・발전시킨 것에서 비롯되었다고 할 수 있다. 즉 타국 문화의 수용을 넘어 한국 특유의 문화산업으 로 발전시켰기에 한류의 강한 경쟁력이 형성될 수 있었던 것이다. 그런 점에서 한류의 지속적인 성장과 발전을 위해서는 이 같은 한류의 강점이 더욱 강화되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

        디자인산업은 투자수익률에 있어서 제조업을 능가하는 것으로 나타났 다. 그러나 우리나라 디자인 경쟁력은 OECD 23개국 중 14위로 OECD 평균수준에도 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 우리나라의 디자 인전문 기업의 수는 2006년 2,330개에서 2012년에는 3, 982개로 연평 균 28.5%성장하였지만 정부의 디자인 기업을 지원하기 위한 정책이나 예산은 답보상태에 있다. 따라서 우리나라가 디자인강국으로 자리매김 하기 위해서는 디자인 부문 경쟁력을 키우는 것이 중요하다. 우리나라 디자인기업의 88.9%가 종업원 1-9명의 소기업이라는 점을 고려할 때 정부의 지원 없이 기업스스로 경쟁력 강화를 위해서 투자를 감당하기에 는 한계가 있다. 디자인부문 인력문제의 해결을 위한 교육지원과 소기업 을 중심으로 컨설팅제도의 활성화하고, 디자인 보호제도를 위한 법, 제 도의 정비 등을 위한 지원은 우리나라가 디자인경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 서 해결되어야 할 과제라고 생각된다.

        As the competitiveness of small and medium businesses is getting more and more improved and globalized, the government provides various consulting services to secure the competitiveness of small and medium firms and support stable growth. However, the assessment of the result from the government’s support is generally focused on non-financial factors, such as customer satisfaction afterwards and analysis of improvement effect. This paper is in regards to the analysis of how much the government’s support in the form of providing consulting services contributes to financial outcomes and to the analysis of the gap of performances among the types of consulting services. We verified the statistical significance of our hypothesis through SAS9.4 and SPSS 22, conducting comparative analysis of the business growth and profitability based on the yearly balance sheets and income statements of 44 corporations which government supports and 150 corporations which are for comparison. The data is gained from CRETOP, Korea Enterprise Data, and the testing model is chosen as the business of support center for corporate growth, which is a customized supporting business of the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy. As a result, in terms of business growth, it turned out to have positive difference in growth ratio compared to the industrial average and compared corporations and to have significant difference in terms of profitability as well. Since, this paper shows that the different supporting ways have significant difference, we would say that this paper is meaningful in that it may propose a guidance for government to set strategies of government-supporting businesses.

        Logistics companies distinguish between medium-sized business and small business according to the size of enterprises. Of course, conglomerates are called global corporations. In this study, mid-sized companies over a certain size or more and those below are classified and decide the priorities among important factors to secure competitiveness in logistics companies are determined through AHP technique. Mid-sized companies are companies that can provide more than two logistics services. For example, they provide warehousing and transportation services in the same time. small companies are companies that can mostly provide one functional service. Warehousing, transportation, manpower, and information are listed as factors in this study. As a result of the study, medium-sized companies emphasized on the importance of transportation. When it comes to small companies, warehousing was emphasized as an important factor. Due to the simultaneous and contemporary service of warehousing and transportation in small-sized company, the reliable image of the company will be underestimated in case of delays in transportation. Competitiveness will also be weakened. Global corporations or conglomerates will start to consider relocating warehousing areas to others except for the central storage hub. They won’t plan to invest directly, either. Therefore, it will be possible to secure competitiveness by providing the function of warehousing and to signed easily partnership

        Electrical product safety certification is for public safety. Korea electrical safety certification (KC) is being tested and certified on the base of Korean electrical appliance safety act and KC scheme. There are operating system and Electrical safety standards in the KC scheme. KC' operating system was adapted from japan operating system of Japan certification scheme. But KC certification' electrical safety standard was adapted from IEC standards of IECEE CB scheme. So There are many problems such as difference of version between KC standards and IEC standards, discrepancy between operating system and standards. Therefore, This paper analyzed the reason of discrepancy and proposed the improved KC certification operating system in order to reduce cost and to save time in the procedure of issuing KC approval for public safety in using electrical products and also for global competence.

        This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of the contemporary Chinese fashion market and the competitiveness of Korean fashion brands in China. Fashion professionals experienced in both the Korean and Chinese fashion markets participated to investigate the Shanghai market and consumers. The results of in-depth interviews show that Shanghai is the most favorable city among Tier 1 cities for Korean fashion brands planning on entering into the Chinese market. Shanghai consumers are open to international brands and highly prefer newness in fashion. Contemporary menswear was selected as a potentially big market due to the increase of unique, young, upper-middle-class male consumers. The Korean fashion brands’ strength is that they are capable of satisfying Shanghai consumers with excellent product planning and sensory design capabilities. Their disadvantage is that their brand recognition is weaker than that of global and international brands, and their ability to localize to the Chinese market is weak. The opportunity comes is from the Korean Wave, which is a positive for Korea's products and has good geographical access. The threat is that the Shanghai market is fiercely competitive; having access to many worldwide brands, and the competitiveness of Chinese brands is on the rise. To enter the Shanghai market, creative design ability, trendy product development, skill, and appropriate PR methods such as using Korean culture contents would be required to satisfy the young, powerful consumers in Shanghai.

        제올라이트 분리막은 알루미나 등 다공성 지지체 표면에 3차원적으로 서로 연결된 주기적인 미세기공을 갖는 제올라이트 층을 치밀하게 코팅한 복합 소재이다. 현재 LTA, FAU, CHA 제올라이트 분리막이 투과증발 분야에서 상업화되었고 이는 PVA 판형 막에 비하여 현저한 물 투과도와 물/알코올 선택도를 갖기 때문이다. 국내의 경우도 ㈜파인텍에서 LTA 제올라이트 분리막과 시스템이 사업화되었다. 최근 제올라이트 분리막을 이산화탄소 포집, 수소 회수 등 기체분 리에 이용하려는 연구가 시도되고 있다. 제올라이트 분리막은 고분자 분리막에 비하여 가격이 비싸다고 알려져 있으나 원자재 측면에서 보면 오히려 저렴할 수 있다. 대량 생산, 생산 공정 개선 등이 이루어진다면 폴리머 분리막과 대등 한 가격경쟁력을 가질 것이 예상된다.

        This paper analyzes the technological competitiveness of biomimetic robot. By analysing papers on biomimetic robots published from 1996 to 2016, We were able to identify the biomimetic robot paper clustering and competitiveness of research institutions. Biomimetic robot's papers searched by SCOPUS database are classified in 6 clusters. According to clustering analysis, the papers have applied in the sequence of underwater robot(31.28%%), robot actuator(20.57%), ground robot{20.51%), humanoid robot(12.72%), robot sensor(9.28%) and micro flying robot(5.65%).

        Quality has been a key issue to manufacturers. Many distinguished scholars have defined quality with profound insight. Korean firms struggle to make better products to fulfil requirements and satisfy customers. Korean industries have implemented quality management from Japan in early 70s. Statistical quality control, QCC (Quality Control Circle), and total quality management have also been introduced in succession. Chief executive officers, managers, and field employees have been aware of the importance of quality since then. This quality movement force workers to improve quality. They have to maintain the quality of products and compete with foreign products. Korean industries were able to compete with foreign industries in price. However, Korean firms now have to compete in quality as well as price. ISO (International Organization for Standardization) was established and industries around world have started to implement standardized systems depending on their need. ISO 9000 has continuously been revised and firms around world started to register a ISO 9000 certificate. Today’s quality competitiveness gets more deeply involved. KSA (Korean Standard Association) have launched QCAS (Quality Competitiveness Assessment System) since 1997. Up until now recent status of QCAS have been reported but the characteristics of QCAS results have not been analyzed. In this article we examine the QCAS results of 41 firms in 2014. QCAS consisted of 13 subsections : strategy and management system, organization culture and development of human resource, information management, quality system, customer satisfaction, management achievement, TPM, logistics, product development and technology, PL, QCC, SQC/SPC, and reliability. We performed one way ANOVA to discover the difference among the levels of firm size, business type, and quality hall of fame using the total scores of 13 subsections resulted from QCAS. We also analyzed the scores of 13 individual subsections of QCAS to see if there is any differences based on firm size and business type. We interpret the results and implication of analysis and finally draw a conclusion.

        In Brazil, agricultural sector accounts for 15 percent of total employment and agricultural export takes 36 percent of the national merchandise exports. Particularly agricultural export has played an important role in Brazilian economic growth and stabilization. Brazil is a substantial agricultural exporter which obtains huge trade surplus in agricultural trade amounting USD 73,300 million. Major agricultural exports are grain and grain-processed products such as soybean, soybean cake, corn and soybean oil. Particularly soybean is the top exporting commodity in Brazil. Our Study overviews the situation of Brazilian agriculture and analyzes the export competitiveness of Brazilian soybean in the World and Korean markets. We employ several indexes such as price competitiveness, Market Share (MS), Revealed Comparative Advantage Index (RCA), and Comparative Advantage by countries (CAC) to analyze international competitiveness of Brazilian soybean. The main results of our study are as follows : First, U.S. Argentina, Paraguay and Canada are rivals with Brazil in the global soybean market. Second, Brazilian soybean has the 3rd highest price competitiveness following Paraguay and Argentina. Third, Brazilian soybean is second highest following Paraguay in a sense of export competitiveness through RCA and CAC index. Brazilian soybean has competitiveness in respect of comparative advantage not only in Korean market but also in global market. Especially CAC index of Brazilian soybean in the Korean market is higher than those of USA and China which have larger Korean market share than Brazil. However, the competition seems to be even more intensifying because Korea has already agreed on FTA with USA and China, and also Paraguay expands soybean export to Korea recently.

        우리나라는 기술혁신을 통한 글로벌 기술경쟁력 제고를 위해 연구개발(R&D) 에 대한 투자를 꾸준히 증대시켜왔다. 우리나라의 GDP 대비 연구개발투자 비중은 4.15%로 세계 1위 수준이며, 4년 연속 무역규모 1조 달러를 달성하였다. 그러나 이와 같은 노력에도 불구하고 국가 간 기술경쟁력을 가늠하는 중요한 척도인 기술무역수지는 OECD 국가들 가 운데 최하위 수준이며 만성적인 적자를 기록하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라의 기술무역수지 개선방안을 강구하기 위한 연구를 수행하고자 하 였다. 먼저, 기술무역에 대한 개념과 현황을 파악하였으며, 기술무역과 상품무역 간 비교를 통해 기술무역의 중요성을 검토하였다. 그동안 기술무역 관련 연구가 일부 수행되었지만, 기술무역에 있어 가장 중요한 역할을 담당하는 기업의 입장에서 기술무역에 대한 인식을 파악 하기 위한 연구는 제대로 수행되지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기술무역 실적 보유 기업 과 미보유 기업을 구분하고 기업의 실제적인 인식 및 실태를 파악하기 위한 설문조사를 수행 하였다. 설문조사 결과, 기술무역 실적 보유기업과 미보유 기업 간에는 최고의사결정권자의 인지 도 측면에서 큰 차이를 보였으며, 기술무역 전담부서와 전담직원의 부족이 매우 심각함을 파 악할 수 있었다. 또한 기술무역 관련 교육의 필요성을 절실히 느끼고 있음에도 불구하고 이 에 대한 교육 이수 경험은 불과 10%에도 미치지 못하는 것으로 조사되었다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 선행연구에 대한 심도 있는 고찰 및 산업계 실태조사 등을 토대로 기술무역 통계조사 방법론 개선, 사회적 인식 제고, 기술수출 활동 유인을 위한 정부의 정책 적 지원, 기술무역 관련 인프라 구축 및 전문인력 양성을 위한 교육과정 개설 등의 개선방안 을 제시하였다.

        Quality has been one of the critical issues in modern industry. Korean government has performed quality competitiveness assessment targeted on manufacturing industry, construction industry, and public service sector since 1997. Korean government first asks for them to evaluate quality competitiveness by themselves. An expert group consisted of faculty members in universities assesses the results of the self-evaluated quality competitiveness. The audit data assessed by the expert group are finally reevaluated in public and the ministry of trade, industry, and energy confers a title for best enterprise every year. We statistically analyze the final audit data for quality competitiveness assessment in 2014. We aim to figure out the characteristics based on business size – large-size company or small and medium-size company, the ownership-public or private company, the types of business, and the level of quality competitiveness. The results of data analysis are summarized and the implications are stated.

        Animation industry is one of several sections of cultural industry, the major growth industry in china. This study is to analyze the characteristics of development of Chinese animation industry in two categories of governmental policy and economy. First, development of animation industry is characterized by the governmental policy. Chinese animation industry is currently experiencing a rapid developmentbased on the various policies and support. On the statement of ‘Plans for Promotion of Chinese Film & Animation Industry’ by State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television (SARFT) in 2004, governmental support on the section has begun. Starting in 2006, China’s 11th five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development (FYP) has enhanced the development of the animation industry. With governmental support, Chinese animation industry has been broadening its boundaries through development of new cultural contents. Second, in economic aspect, derivative products have been developed by the progress ofthe animation industry. Governmental support has brought an industrial conversion focused on Research & Development and Creation, and income increase has resulted in an increased spending on culture. Those changes have led to the development of derivative industries such as animated film, accessory, animated publication industries. Success of the animations has promoted development of the derivative products and enlarged the market size. As a higher value-added business with these huge economic impacts, Chinese animation industry will continue its growth.

        This research examined a task to foster into the export industry, through analyzing the competitiveness of the ornamental fish industry and identifying the position of Korea’s ornamental industry in the world. Ornamental fish in Korea holds the world’s leading aquaculture technology, but products are limited to a few species, lacking competitive products. In the case of aquarium supplies, the Korean technology level is receiving relatively positive marks in the global market, but ornamental fish products are lagging behind the global trend. In other words, Korea’s ornamental fish industry has the overall technical foundation, but lacks differentiation in the global market. Meanwhile, Korea’s market share of world trade market in fishery products is minimal. Growth was also analyzed not high compared to other countries. Various trade competitiveness index results rated very low in competitiveness, but it is hard to compare Korea with other countries which have already built a strong foundation in the ornamental fish industry. Therefore, for the mid to long term Korea should adapt a“Choice and concentration”strategy and focus on the production of ornamental fish and aquarium supplies, which will enable Korea to become differentiated in the global market and capture the world exports.

        공급망관리(SCM)적인 측면에서 보면 가치나 이익의 총량은 같으나 서로의 역할과 능력, 기능에 따라 그 비율이 달라진다. 건전한 공급망체인은 지속적으로 발전 및 유 지가능할 때 성장을 한다. 제조업의 경쟁력은 원가경쟁력, 품질경쟁력, 속도경쟁력과 유연한 생산경쟁력, 건전한 거래 등에 의해 존재한다. 이외에도 연구개발과 기업거래 의 윤리의식과 가치관 등도 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 제조업의 경우에 자재 및 부품구입을 공급업체 및 협력업체 등으로부터 일반적으로 50%이상을 구입하고 있어 공급업체의 원가경쟁력도 중요하다. 그러나 전체를 하나의 시스템이라고 볼 때 가치 및 이익지대가 수반이 되지 않는 제품군을 가진 공급망은 유행이나 추세가 끝났을 때 어려움에 봉착하게 된다. 우리나라 제조업에는 여러 산업분야에서 아직 기회가 있다. 부족한 부분을 인식하고 기업 간에 서로의 입장에서 건전하고 상호발전적인 거래를 통하여 협조하고 협력을 한다면 새로운 많은 기회를 맞을 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 제조업을 중심으로 하여 우리기업의 발전과 경쟁력 강화방안을 찾는 데 있다. 그리고 국민들이 행복하고 보편적인 삶의 질이 개선된 일류국가로 도약할 수 있는 방법을 제시하는 데 있다.

        곤충사육농가는 2012년 기준 전국 325호이며전라권, 경기권, 충북권으로 사육 농가가 많으며 곤충체험학습장 및 곤충생태공원 은 총 84개이며 곤충연구소는 15 개소이며 곤충산업 시장규모는 2015년 3,000억원으로 확대됨에 따라 농업의 새로 운 소득산업으로 떠오르고 있다. 향후 곤충들이 식용이나 사료용 뿐만 아니라 미래의 식생활, 식량안보 및 생태계 유지 등의 중요한 역할이 기대되어 양주시는 유용곤충을 자원을 활용하여 창조경 제의 블루오션으로 육성해 나갈 방안을 찾고 있다. 양주시의 산업곤충 활성화를 위 해 3C 분석을 통한 고객, 경쟁자, 센터 자체분석과 외부, 내부환경을 바탕으로 SWOT 분석으로 통해 전략 방향과 비젼을 설정하였다. 분석 툴을 기초로 하여 곤 충자원의 산업화 촉진을 위해 유용곤충연구개발 확대, 식용‧사료용 신 시장 발굴을 위한 제도개선 추진, 전국민 대상 곤충산업 홍보 및 인력양성을 위한 교육, 실용화 기술개발에 따른 기준 및 규격 매뉴얼화에 중점을 두었다.
