풍진동에 의한 사용성의 문제를 해결하고 진동을 저감시키기 위하여 TLCD가 설치된 건물의 태풍에 의한 풍진동 계측결과를 바탕으로 시스템식별을 통하여 동특성 및 모달풍하중을 추정하고 TLCD의 풍진동 저감성능을 분석하였다. 대상건물은 인천 송도에 위치한 지상 64층 237m의 주거용건물로 상층부에 TLCD가 설치되었으며, 건물과 TLCD의 거동을 계측하기 위하여 풍향풍속계, 가속도계, 수위계및 인터넷기반 송수신시스템을 구축하였다. 계측된 건물의 가속도와 TLCD 액체의 변위결과를 바탕으로 구조물-TLCD 연계 모드를 식별하였으며 이를 바탕으로 구조물과 TLCD의 고유진동수를 식별하였다. 또한 계측된 구조물과 TLCD의 가속도응답으로부터 칼만필터를 이용하여 모달풍하중을 역추정하여 식별된 구조물의 동특성을 바탕으로 TLCD의 풍진동 저감성능을 분석하였다. 분석결과 TLCD의 설치로 인하여 태풍에 의한 풍진동이 최대 29.9% 정도 저감되는 것으로 나타났다.

PURPOSES: This study is to investigate the countermeasures against heavy snow on road in Seoul: Focusing on Seocho 1-dong. METHODS : Since 2000, three cases of the top 10 in the highest snow fall depth in a day occurred in 2001(234mm, 156mm) and 2010(258mm) and the possibility of heavy snow is getting higher. 10 days after heavy snow fall when the snow thaws, socio-economic damages occurred often. For example, the insufficient snow removing, difficulty in patients transfer, crash accidents, injuries from a fall, the increasing cost of snow removing etc. RESULTS : For the effective deploying snow removing equipment and workers, it is necessary to understand emergency snow removing spots. Seocho 1-dong was tested because it contains mountains, hill and urban areas as well as various buildings and road types exposures. CONCLUSIONS : Based on the domestic and international heavy snow researches, the elements for vulnerability were analyzed and vulnerable areas to snow fall were derived.

본 논문은 W. B. 예이츠, 김소월, 그리고 김종길 등 3명의 모더니스트 시인들을 통해서 동서양이 시에서 자연을 어떻게 다루는지를 비교하고자 한다. 김소월과 김종길은 동양의 시학을 대변하고, 예이츠는 서양의 시학을 대변하는 것으로 읽는다. 그들은 각기 아일랜드와 한국의 모더니스트 시를 대변하는 시인들이다.

바이오디젤의 저온유동성과 산화안정성은 주로 녹는점이 높은 포화 및 불포화 지방산 메틸에스테르의 함량에 의해 좌우된다. 본 연구는 동물성 유지인 우지 유래 바이오디젤에 요소를 첨가하여 포화지방산 메틸에스테르 함량을 저감시켜 동물성 바이오디젤의 저온유동성 개선과 포화지방산 메틸에스테르 함량이 저감된 동물성 바이오디젤을 식물성 바이오디젤에 혼합함으로써 식물성 바이오디젤(유채유, 폐식용유, 대두유 및 동백유)의 저온유동성을 개선하기 위해 수행 되었다. 연구결과, 동물성 바이오디젤의 포화도 저감을 통해 저온필터막힘점을 최대 –15℃까지 낮추었고, 포화도가 저감된 동물성 바이오디젤을 식물성 바이오디젤과 혼합함으로서 식물성 바이오디젤의 저온필터막힘점을 -10 ~ -18℃까지 낮출 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 동·식물성 유지 유래 바이오디젤의 저온특성을 개선함으로써 국내 겨울철 환경조건에서 연료유로 적용 가능성을 증대할 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구에서는 풍진동에 대한 현수교의 거동을 예측하기 위하여 바닥판의 비틀림강성을 고려하여 Mckenna and Tuama 모델(2001)을 개선한 2D 간단해석 방법을 제안하였다. 기존의 모델은 풍속이 증가할수록, 진동수가 낮아질수록 비정상적인 값을 나타내고, 비틀림모드의 공진현상을 묘사할 수 없었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비틀림강성을 고려하여 풍속에 따른, 진동수에 따른 비틀림진동을 분석하였다. 해석결과 진동 초기의 수직모드는 점차 비틀림모드로 전이되며 수직모드는 안정적으로 진동하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 비틀림강성 효과를 고려하여 해석을 수행한 결과 수직모드는 시간이 경과함에 따라 안정화되는 모습을 보이나 비틀림 진폭은 일정시간(약 200초) 이후 나타나기 시작하여 비틀림각을 지속적으로 유지하였으며 맥놀이 주기는 풍속이 증가하면서 점차 감소하였다. 비틀림 강성에 따라 서로 다른 풍하중의 풍속과 진동수에 비틀림모드의 공진현상을 나타내므로 실제 설계에는 반드시 이러한 영향이 고려되어야 할 것이다.

우리나라 개인정보보호 법제의 특징 중 하나는 개인정보의 이용과 보호의 조화보다는 보호에 치중하고, 개인정보의 수집 및 제공 등에 있어 사전 고지·동의(Opt-in) 제도를 도입하였다는 점이고, 제재측면에서 본 특징으로는 비교법적으로 매우 강력한 형사처벌 조항을 두고 있다는 점과 친고죄나 반의사불벌죄로 규정하지 않아 개인정보보호 관련 법률 위반 행위에 대하여 수사기관이 직접 수사를 개시할 수 있다는 점이다. 형사처분과 행정처분의 취지나 목적이 동일한 것은 아니라는 점에서는 일견 수긍할 수도 있으나 사전 고지·동의 제도 위반에 대해 형사처벌을 부과하게 되면 개인정보 개념의 포괄성, 동의 제도의 허구성 등과 맞물려 법리적으로나 실무적으로 많은 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 특히 개인정보 보호에 관한 일반법인 개인정보 보호법이 동의 없는 수집을 과태료 부과 대상으로 규정하고 있는 점, ‘정보주체 이외의 자로부터 수집’하는 경우에 관해서는 일정한 고지 의무만 부과할 뿐 즉시 동의를 얻도록 하거나 삭제하도록 하지 않는 등 동의 원칙을 관철하고 있지 않은 점 등을 고려할 때 위와 같은 형사처벌 체계에 대해 근본적인 의문을 제기하지 않을 수 없다. 개인정보보호와 이용의 조화를 달성하기 위한 방안을 검토함에 있어, 동의 제도에 관한 외국 입법례를 살펴보고 사전 고지․동의 제도의 문제점을 비판적으로 살펴본다. 동의 제도와 관련된 형사제재의 문제점을 살펴보고, 그 해결방안으로 동의 관련 범죄의 비범죄화를 추진하되 일정한 인증을 받은 자에 한하여 사전 고지·동의 제도의 예외를인 정하는 방안과 주무부처의 시정권고, 시정명령 및 명령불이행죄의 단계적 제재 체계의 구축 방안에 관해서 살펴보도록 한다.

본 연구에서는 내식성이 우수한 동합금에 대하여 내구성 향상을 위해 쇼트피닝 시간을 변수로 표면 개질하여 전기화학적 특성과 조직 변화를 관찰하였다. 그 결과 쇼트피닝 후 표면에 전체적으로 요철이 발생하였으며, 시간이 증가할수록 커버리지 향상에 따른 균질화 현상이 관찰되었다. 또한 쇼트피닝된 모든 시험편에서 경도가 향상되었으며, 쇼트피닝 시간이 3.5분일 때 52 %의 경도향상을 나타냈다. 그리고 이때 전기화학적 특성은 쇼트피닝을 실시하지 않은 경우와 유사하였다

In this paper, we proposed a new method for the determination of strategies that are required in a continuous optimization algorithm based on the fictitious play theory. In order to apply the fictitious play theory to continuous optimization problems, it is necessary to express continuous values of a variable in terms of discrete strategies. In this paper, we proposed a method in which all strategies contain an equal number of selected real values that are sorted in their magnitudes. For comparative analysis of the characteristics and performance of the proposed method of representing strategies with respect to the conventional method, we applied the method to the two types of benchmarking functions: separable and inseparable functions. From the ex- perimental results, we can infer that, in the case of the separable functions, the proposed method not only outperforms but is more stable. In the case of inseparable functions, on the contrary, the performance of the optimization depends on the benchmarking functions. In particular, there is a rather strong correlation between the performance and stability regardless of the benchmarking functions.

동아(冬瓜, wax gourd, Benincase hispida) 추출물과 프로바이오틱 유산균(Lactobacillus casei와 Bifidobacterium bifidum) (이하 유산균이라 한다)의 생리활성을 분석하였다. 동아 추출물은 안기오텐신전환효소의 활성을 47.9%, 티로시나제의 활성을 13.2% 저해하였고, 항산화 활성을 23.4% 나타냈다. 설사 증세자 120명에게 동아 추출물 제제를 72시간 복용시킨 결과 117명이 개선되었고, 6∼12시간째에 개선율이 가장 높았다. 개선율은 80%가 치료되는 상태를 기준하였다. 유산균제제는 안기오텐신전환효소의 활성을 21.4% 저해하였다. 설사 증세자 120명에게 유산균 제제를 72시간 복용시킨 결과 108명이 개선되었고, 24시간째에 개선율이 가장 높았다. 이들 결과를 바탕으로, 과민성대장증후군 개선을 위한 동아 추출물과 유산균을 함유한 제제(tablet)를 개발하였다. 이 제품은 안기오텐신전환효소의 활성을 27.1% 저해하였고, 항산화 활성을 20.3% 나타냈다. 인체폐암 A549 세포에 100 ㎍/㎖ 및 250 ㎍/㎖ 농도로 이 제제를 가하여 24시간 반응시킨 결과, 세포 증식을 67% 억제하였고, 동아 추출물 제제나 프로바이오틱 유산균 제제 단독으로 작용시킨 것보다 억제율이 높았다. 또 이 제제를 인체대장암 HCT116 세포에 100 ㎍/㎖ 농도로 가한 결과, 24시간 후 세포 증식이 70% 억제되었고, 동아 추출물 제제나 유산균 제제 단독으로 작용시킨 것보다 개선율과 개선 속도가 높았다. 이 제제를 설사형, 변비형, 일반형의 과민성대장증후군 증세자 164명에게 72시간 복용시킨 결과 100% 개선시켰으며, 개선율은 3∼6시간째에 가장 높았고, 동아 추출물 제제나 유산균 제제 단독으로 사용한 것보다 개선율과 개선속도가 높았다.

본 연구에서는 39층 테크노마트의 태풍시 진동응답을 계측하고 이로부터 건물의 동적특성을 평가하였다. 2011년 태풍 무이파가 우리나라를 통과할 때 건물의 38층의 가속도 응답을 계측하였으며, 계측신호를 이용하여 구조물의 고유진동수 및 감쇠비등을 독립성분분석법을 사용하여 구하였다. 독립성분분석법을 통해 매우 유사한 크기를 가지는 장변방향 및 단변방향 진동모드를 분리할 수 있었으며, 분리된 모드를 사용하여 각 모드에 해당하는 감쇠비를 추출할 수 있었다. 또한, 하중과 슬래브-보의 합성효과 등을 고려하여 구조해석모델을 개선하여, 개선된 모델이 실제 계측한 진동수 및 감쇠비와 유사한 값을 가지도록 하였다.

In recent studies of art historical methodology, such as Critical Terms for Art History and The Art of Art History, subjectivity, identity, abjection, and other terms have been placed safely in the genealogy of contemporary art history. This paper questions the contemporaneity in the story of contemporary art in our time in relation to two other critical terms that have been regularly cited by contemporary critics, not only in Euro-American fields but also in Korea. The terms are post-medium and postproduction, respectively, as used by Rosalind Krauss and Nicolas Bourriaud. This paper stems from the critical condition in which art criticism and theory have their power in the rise of neo-liberalism. But this paper does not deal with the contemporary as a chronological term for art history but rather examines the three critical terms—contemporaneity, post-medium, and postproduction—that have garnered scholarly attention. I would like to put aside postmodernism for the moment; I don’t disregard the postmodern condition although the death of postmodern critical terms has resulted in the loss of its polemical power in art worlds such as in exhibitions, etc. To look at “the postproduction in the age of post-medium age after postmodernism,” I first explore Krauss’s notion of post-medium because, unlike media artists like Lev Manovich and Peter Weibel, Krauss’s post-medium condition is different and insists on medium specificity. In this sense, Krauss has turned out to be another Greenberg in disguise. For her, photography and video are expanded mediums after Greenberg, because Krauss has spent her life explicating those mediums. Under the Cup, her recent publication, came out in 2011, and discusses her desire to defend medium-specificity against the intermedia of installation art found ubiquitously in international exhibitions and biennales. Her usage of post-medium has been taken up by Weibel as postmedia in a broader sense. But whether the post-medium condition or the postmedia age, we nonetheless enter the new age of the contemporary. Consequently, this paper questions what constitutes contemporaneity in our times. It is said that there is nothing new on earth, yet I find original artistic strategies among the younger generation in the postmedia age. The contemporary justifies its place in art fields and criticism by keeping its distance from postmodernism although we still find the remnants of postmodern artistic practices and theoretical foundations. By looking at materials written by Terry Smith, I would like to examine contemporaneity as a rhetoric where artists, critics, and curators endeavor to set up a new spirit of criticism, distant from the past of modernism and postmodernism. In discussions, modernism and postmodernism act as catalysts interacting with each other while justifying their own place. In conclusion, my paper reaches to delineate where the contemporary finds its place among artists’responses and working methods. It explores the postproduction of the Internet and the World Wide Web generations, where images become data rather than representation (of modernism) and appropriation (of postmodernism). This paper analyzes Bourriaud’s text, as well as relevant artists like Pierre Huyghe, Liam Gillick, and others. By examining the aforementioned critical terms, I would like to reconsider our own contemporary art in Korea, especially among young artists influenced by digital media and the World Wide Web in the 1990s.

본 논문에서는 풍동 내에 설치된 고층 건축물 모형의 정면의 양 모서리에 코너 기류제어기를 설치하고, 코너 기류제어기의 회전 속도와 자유흐름 속도의 비인 풍속비에 따라 건축물 표면의 압력이 어떻게 변화하는지를 조사하였다. 코너 기류제어기가 풍상측에 설치되었을 때 정압을 받는 풍상면인 정면의 평균 풍압 및 최대 풍압은 풍속비에 따라 거의 변화가 없었으나, 부압이 발생하는 풍하면인 배면 및 측면의 최소 풍압은 풍속비가 증가함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보여 주었다. 특히 풍하면인 배면에서 최소 풍압의 감소량은 측면에 비해서 더 컸으며, 풍속비가 0.98일 때 배면에서의 최소 풍압의 감소량은 약 36%로 크게 발생하였다. 또한 코너 기류제어기가 풍상측에 설치되었을 때 부압이 발생하는 풍하면인 배면 및 측면의 평균 풍압 및 rms 풍압도 풍속비가 증가함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보여 주었다. 특히 풍하면인 배면에서 평균 풍압 및 rms 풍압의 감소량은 측면에 비해서 더 컸으며, 풍속비가 0.98일 때 배면에서의 평균 풍압 및 rms 풍압의 감소량은 각각 약 34% 및 37%로 크게 발생하였다.
