최근 일련의 총기범죄는 우리사회가 이제 더 이상 총기로부터 안전한 사회가 아니라는 것을 증명해주었다. 총기범죄는 그 피해가 막대하고 사회에 미치는 영향이 파격적이므로 더 이상 확산되기 전에 대책을 강구해야 한다. 유엔을 비롯하여 세계 각국에서도 총기의 제조 및 판매, 소지를 제한하는 각종 법규 및 프로그램을 강구, 시행 중이며, 우리나라에서도 관련법제를 두어 총기판매 등을 제한하고 있으나 실제로는 총기의 불법유통과 이로 인한 범죄발생 등에 효과적으로 대처하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 이 논문은 국제사회의 총기범죄의 실태 및 대책을 살펴보고 이를 통해 우리나라의 관련대안을 모색하는데 연구목적을 두었다.

In this study, it was researched a kind of the press machines which had been retained in the domestic press working companies. And then it was analyzed the present conditions with the working types, companies size, the aging types and the continuous working periods. Specially, the purpose of this paper is decreased the industrial accidents of the domestic press working companies by the proposing the safe prevention which are obtained by the analysing the accidential reasons.

Marine environment has been polluted and damaged by many sources such as industrial waste, natural seepage, oil spill and offshore production etc. Among them, oil spill from oil tankers is one of most harmful sources to marine lives as its input amount is huge at a limited area for short period. In Korea, the port of Yeosu is known to be very vulnerable to oil spill with large amount of petroleum transported across the harbour. In this regards, the author analyzed and reviewed marine environment and appropriate response to marine oil spill at this area. For these purposes, oceanographic and meteorologic features as well as regional characteristics of harbor facilities, shipping routes, marine traffic and fisheries were investigated, also traffic densities were analyzed in order to check marine accident probabilities making direct observations for 72 hours visual1y and by portable radar.

The half of injuries by carrying-unloading machinery was injuries due to crane. The purpose of this study was to analyze present condition of injuries by the crane, to investigate hazard management model, injury prevention technique, and to suggest safety countermeasures of crane working. The hazard management model is composed of 5 rules and 10 methods. The rules are to remove, separate, protect, make up and correspond. Prior to this crane countermeasures, general protection for head, foot and hand are needed. Hazard prevention affects on industrial management economically and psychologically. The preparation of safety countermeasures are very important for the prevention of industrial injuries. The countermeasures are setting-up of safety culture, active and rationale safety education. As the industrial safety and health system should be performed for the employees' health and life, the industrial competitive power and productivity would be improved.

본 연구는 치악산국립공원에 위치하는 성황림의 산림군집구조를 분석하기 위해 20개의 조사구를 성황림의 평지림과 사면림에 설정하고 조사하였다. 성황림의 산림군집은 졸참나무 - 복자기나무군집과 고로쇠나무 - 층층나무군집으로 분리되었다. 평지림의 졸참나무군집으로 분리되었다. 평지림의 졸참나무 - 복자기나무군집으로 복자기나무 - 졸참나무군집으로 천이가 진행될 것이라 판단되며, 사면림의 고로쇠나무 - 층층나무군집으로 그대로 유지될 것으로 예측된다. 수종간의 상관관계에서는 느릅나무와 으름덩굴.복자기나무.줄딸기, 복자기나무와 으름덩굴, 회잎나무와 졸참나무, 참회나무와 국수나무 등의 수종들 간에는 아주 높은 정의 상관관계를 보여 동질적인 지위(niche)를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 산뽕나무와 쪽동백나무, 복자기나무와 쪽동백나무.당단풍 등의 수종들 간에는 비교적 높은 부의 상관관계를 보여 이질적인 지위를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 조사지의 종다양도는 1.2303~1.2741로 높은 종다양성을 보였다.

An experimental study was conducted to investigate the effects of chlorine dioxide and ozone on reduction of THM(trihalomethane) formation. Precursor concentration, chlorine concentration, reaction time, pH, and temperature were governing compornents of THM formation. When other conditions are constant, THM formation increased linearly with precursor concentration increased. THM formation increased when pH increased from 5 to 9. In combined treatment with chlorine and chlorine dioxide, chlorine treatment after chlorine dioxide treatment made less THM than any other case does. Ozonation reduced THMFP(THM formation potential) of THM precursor. THMFP decreased exponentially with reaction time increased. Also biodegradability of humic acid was enhanced by ozonation.
