소나무재선충의 매개충인 솔수염하늘소(Monochamus alternatus Hope)와 북방수염하늘소(Monochamus saltuarius Gebler) 암수 성충의 더듬이 감각기를 주사전자현미경로 관찰하여 형태적 특성과 분포를 조사하였다. 두 매개충의 암수 성충 더듬이는 자루마디(scape), 팔굽마디(pedicel)와 9개의 채찍마디(flagellum)으로 이루어져 있었다. 더듬이 표면에 있는 감각기의 종류에는 종 간, 암수 간에 차이가 나지 않았으며 Chaetica 3 종류, Trichodea 2 종류, Basiconica 3 종류, Coeloconica 1 종류로 구분되었다. 이 중 Basiconica 3 종류는 모두 후각 수용체, Trichodea는 미각 수용체, 나머지는 기계적 감각기로 추정되었다. 감각기의 더듬이 내 분포를 보면 전체적으로 Chaetica 감각기가 가장 많았다. Basiconica 감각기는 채찍마디에만 존재하였으며 끝으로 갈수록 수가 많아졌다. Trichodea 감각기와 Coeloconica 감각기는 각 마디별로 밀도가 일정하였다.

본 논문에서는 ‘V+完’과 ‘V+好’ 구문의 의미특징을 간략히 살피되 궁극적으로 두 구문이 어떠한 인지과정을 거쳐 이해되는지 그 인지과정을 고찰하고 설명하고자 하였다. 먼저 동작 의 완료라는 기본 의미의 전제하에 양의 소실과 출현을 근거로 의미특징을 비교하였는데, ‘V +完’은 양의 소실, ‘V+好’는 양의 획득이 두드러지게 나타났다. 나아가 인지언어학의 개념적 혼성 이론을 해석의 근거로 삼아 유형별 인지과정을 분석하였는데 ‘결과보어 감지→인과관계를 매개로한 연상 작용→인과관계 추출→입력공간 구축→공간횡단 사상을 통한 입력공간 연결→투사를 통한 혼성공간 형성→인과관계의 개념적 혼성과정을 통한 발현구조 창조→‘V+完1 /完2/好1/好2’ 구문의 생성과 이해’의 인지과정을 거침을 알 수 있었다. 특히 혼성공간으로 투사되기 전 ‘完2’는 완성이라는 원형의미에서부터 주어진 양의 달성으로써 양의 소실의 의미가 부가되는 의미 획득의 원형확장이 진행되고, ‘好1’은 원형의미 로부터 추론기제가 작용하여 완성의 의미만을 나타내는 의미 소실의 원형확장이 이뤄지는 것으로 원형의미와의 인지적 변별이 가능함을 고찰하였다.

Beauveria comprises entomopathogenic fungi frequently isolated from insect cadavers, among which Beauveria bassiana is the most widely studied species of entomopathogenic fungal genus for its high potential as a biological pesticide. Even though it has been reported that B. bassiana is a heterogeneous assemblage of strains, little is known about the factors that might drive the genetic diversity among various isolates. In this work, we ought to study the gene diversity of 33 isolates in order to figure out the relationship between their gene diversity and biological features. First, we analyzed gene sequences that are involved in developmental and immunological processes of the fungal isolates and host. Now we are checking whether the gene diversity is related to the genes function, the isolates geographic localization, thermo-tolerance and virulence of the isolates. The obtained results so far showed no correlation between the genetic diversity and the fungal geographic localization. But interestingly, a positive correlation has been obtained between the virulence and the genetic diversity based on the internal transcribed spacers (ITS). Further analyses are aiming to confirm the obtained data and to analyze possible correlations between the genetic diversity and morphological and transcriptional data of the studied isolates. Based on the obtained results, we could much strongly focus on interesting genes which might be related to improving or screening highly virulent fungal agents as biological control agents.

본 연구는 70 % 에탄올 추출물에서 추출한 Water Chestnut의 항산화, 항 염증 및 방부 효과를 평가하고자 하였다. RAW 264.7 세포를 사용하여 조사한 마름열매 추출물의 독성은 세포 생존율의 90 % 이상을 나타내었으며 폴리페놀 추출물의 총 함량은 353.1 ± 5.6 ㎎ / g이었고 플라보노이드 총 함량은 26.2 ± 1.4 ㎎ / g이었다. 항산화 활성을 확인하기 위한 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl(DPPH) 라디컬 감소는 마름 열매 추출물 농도 1 ~ 1000 (㎍ / ㎖)범위에서 각각 17.0 ± 2.8 % ~ 88.6 ± 0.6 %의 감소효과를 보였고 2,2′-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid(ABTS) 라디칼의 제거 범위는 각각 2.3 ± 0.8 % ~ 93.9 ± 0.2 %였다. 활성 산소종 (ROS)에서의 효과는 1, 10, 100 (㎍ / ㎖), 100 ㎍ / ㎖ 농도에서 p <.01의 유의 한 감소를 보였다. 1, 10, 100 (㎍ / ㎖) 농도의 Nitric Oxide (NO) 생성량을 측정 한 결과, 유의 한 (p <.001, p <.01)의 감소가 나타났다. 미생물에의 방부효과를 확인하기 위한 페이퍼 디스크를 사용하는 항 박테리아 기능과 페트리 필름을 사용하는 방부제 특성에 대해서는 유의한 효과가 나타나지 않았다.

본고에서는 조선시대 도성비보사찰로써 염불과 범패 전승이 활발했던 왕십리 안정사의 전통을 이어가고 있는 청련사의 어장 상진스님의 전승계보와 범음성의 율적 특징에 대하여 고찰하였다. 불교의례에 수반되는 여러 가지 율조 중에 어산 상진스님은 장엄염불을 비롯한 향풍 범패에 주력하였는데, 여기에는 세 가지 이유가 있었다. 첫째, 예로부터 한양 동교파 범패로 이름이 높았던 왕십리의 안정사는 도성비보사찰로서 왕실과 백성들의 극락왕생을 빌어야 하는 ‘현실적 요구’가 있었다. 둘째, 여러 가지 ‘나무아미타불’을 후렴구로 하는 장엄염불은 신라시대부터 오늘에 이르기까지 가장 민중 친화적인 염불로서 ‘대중의 필요에 부응하기 위함’이었다. 마지막으로 ‘口傳으로 이어온 염불가락이 신라의 소리’라는 옛 노스님들의 말씀을 듣고 ‘전통을 잇는 사명감’이 있었기 때문이다. 어산 상진스님은 영남지역에서 기초염불과 법기타주의 기초를 익힌 후에 서울의 동방불교대학과 신촌 봉원사의 영산재 설행을 통하여 경제 짓소리와 호적소리에 이르기까지 제반 기량을 익힘으로써 지역성을 초월한 자신만의 범음성의 세계를 구축하였다. 그 가운데 통도사의 성공스님과 팔공산 월봉스님의 염불성에 이르기까지 상진스님의 소리 스승의 폭이 매우 넓었다. 어산상진의 이러한 범음성이 왕십리 안정사의 범래와 합류하여 오늘날 청련사의 불교의례문화 창달에 주도적 역할을 하고 있다. 한국의 범패는 고풍․향풍․당풍이 함께 전승되어 왔으나 그간 학계에서는 당풍범패에서 유래한 어산 범패에 집중한 결과 향풍범패의 전통과 음악적 특징에 대해서는 간과해 왔다. 어산 상진스님은 기초 염불에서 짓소리까지, 법기타주, 북 가락, 호적 가락 등 불교 의식에 수반되는 제반 기량을 익힌 후에도 장엄염불을 비롯한 향제 염불을 놓지 않고 연마하여 예술적 경지로 끌어 올렸다. 상진스님의 장엄염불은 앞으로 향풍범패 연구에도 기여하는바가 클 것이다.

It is a fact that the present online technologies have empowered consumers not only to share their positive service experiences they have had with a firm on the Internet, but also to express their negative views online via multiple platforms by using varied online communication features (OCFs) (e.g. status updates, comments, chats, reviews, and feedback forms). With that, this study employed the concept of online features affordances, such as response expectation, identifiability (of complainants), and content visibility, based on a novel conceptualization through the lens of uses and gratifications (U&G) theory from a varied perspective. Hence, by modelling consumers’ motivation to complain about brand via online in conjunction with the selected OCF affordances, this study investigated their joint impact on consumers’ emotions and intentions towards the defaulting firm upon making an online complaint. The data were analysed by using correspondence analysis and structural equation modelling approaches. As a result, this study revealed that consumers’ motivation to complain and their interactions with affordances (but not the affordances themselves) exemplify a significant effect upon influencing the intention towards the (defaulting) firm after disclosing a negative service incident. In particular, content visibility and response expectation appear to display an impact on redress-seeking and egoistic complainants, respectively. These findings, hence, provide relevant insights for firms to manage their complaint channels and to address online customer feedback in a more effective manner for mutual benefits. Furthermore, this study happens to be the first of its kind to weigh in OCFs as the concerned media and further proposes a design-based affordance view of OCFs in explaining their influence on both consumers and brands.

The number of hand knitters has increased dramatically in the past few years. Recently, various hand knitted items have been seen in many fashion collections. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the design features of hand knitted items in the collections from Daniela Gregis. This brand was selected because it featured knitted items in its collections every season. An empirical analysis about form, material, color and knitting technique was done for hand knitted items from Daniela Gregis’ collections from 2012 S/S to 2018 S/S. The results can be summarized as follows: In terms of form, garments such as pullovers, cardigans, and shawls used basic components, and accessories such as bags, mufflers, hats, and decorative pieces had various shapes. In the material, there were many items that expressed unique textures by combining various materials such as a mix of fabric and yarn. With regards to color, orange, yellow, and red were mainly used as accent colors, and combinations of two or more colors were prominent in the items. In terms of knitting technique, the methods used in the collections were mostly simple and basic. Among various techniques, plain knitting, garter knitting, and single crochet methods were mainly used. While this study is limited to the characteristics of hand knitted items from a single brand, therefore cannot be generalized for all knit fashion, the study provides basic data that could facilitate the revitalization of the hand knitting industry and expand the application range of hand knitting techniques.

사용자의 수요가 증가함으로 인하여 최근의 마커 기반 증강현실 기술은 제스처 기반 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용 분야에서 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 개체가 프레임에서 빠른 움직임을 보일 때 발생하는 모션 블러 효과에 의하여 마커의 추적 및 감지의 한계점이 발생한다. 기존의 디블러링 기술들에서 전체 프레임 중 특정 프레임을 추출하는 작업이 없다면 실시간 비디오에서 사용하기에 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용을 위하여 ArUco 마커를 사용한 특징점 기반 광학흐름 추적 방법을 제안하며, 마커를 이용한 자세 추정 방법을 설명한다. 이 방법은 ArUco 마커를 감지하고 특수한 마커 추적 방법을 통해 마커 감지를 보완한다. 특히 마커 추적 방법은 FAST 알고리즘을 사용하여 특징점을 추출하고 루카스-카나데 방법을 사용하여 특징점의 움직임을 분석하여 움직임 벡터를 계산한다. 또한 Perspective-n-Point 문제를 해결하여 마커 포즈 추정을 구현했다. 제안된 시스템은 기존의 방법보다 높은 검출률을 보였으며, 마커를 포함한 비디오 에서 프레임 처리 속도가 약 37% 향상되었다. 또한 마커 포즈 추정을 그래픽으로 구현하였다. 이 연구는 실제 환경에서 카메라를 통한 제스처 기반 인간-컴퓨터 상호작용 분야와 또한 이동 로봇 분야에도 도움이 될 것이라 기대된다.

Developing small learner and native corpora, this case study examines how Korean L2 learners used six types of lexical collocations in L2 writing to address (a) the frequency and acceptability of learner collocations, (b) problematic constituents of deviant collocations, and (c) possible sources of the learner difficulties. The overall frequency (about 8% of each corpus) and relative frequencies of each collocation type were similar between the learner and native corpora in descending order of adjective-noun, verb-noun, noun-noun, adverb-verb, adverb-adjective, and noun-verb combinations. The average and individual acceptability rates of each collocation type were around 70% and the problematic constituents were found both in nodes and collocates. L2 influence on learner difficulties mostly lied in confusions about synonyms, overuse of delexical verbs, and use of correct collocations in wrong contexts. Relying on L1 semantic representations, the learners produced non-habitual combinations, misrepresented the intended meaning, and paraphrased L2 collocations. Pedagogical implications arose for teaching L2 collocations about the importance of considering the immediate context of L2 writing and taking different approaches to different types of collocations.

문장을 보면 소식은 역사 인물과 그에 관련된 사건의 객관적 사실보다는 그런 사건이 일어나게 된 본질적인 문제인, 당사자의 내재적인 원인에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 소식은 역사인물론을 쓸 때 그 인물과 그 인물이 처했던 역사사건을 동시에 논한다. 이는 단순한 인물에 대한 품평이 아니라, 그 인물이 그 당시 상황에서 주어진 환경에서 정치적, 사회적, 군사적 역할을 어떻게 했느냐를 보았다는 것이다. 다시 말하면 인물론은 한 인물의 역사적 역할의 공과를 바탕으로 그 원인을 분석한 글이다. 소식의 이런 글들은 대체로 진부한 설교가 아니라 다양한 관점으로 심도 있게 파헤침으로써 기본적으로 “모든 문제는 당사자에게 있다 反求諸 身”는 관점을 갖고 사람을 평가했다.

The status of maritime features is one of the core issues in the South China Sea Arbitration. The essence of this issue is territorial sovereignty and maritime delimitation disputes between China and the Philippines. Based on the interception of certain facts and evidence, the Tribunal did not interpret the China’s diplomatic position as it wanted, and it had an intensely subjective interpretation of Article 121(3) of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 1982. Combined with the Chinese government’s positions before and after the publicity surrounding the Award, this paper, which takes the logical approaches of the Award as the main line, focuses on chapter 6 of the Award, raising questions about disputes on the status of maritime features, analyzing the treaty interpretations related to the status of maritime features, and clarifying the defections.

기장오구굿은 2박 3일간 이루어지며, 절차는 크게 청신ㆍ오신ㆍ송신의 세 부분이다. 청신은 부정굿ㆍ골매기 서낭굿ㆍ입문경ㆍ문굿, 오신은 초망자굿ㆍ방오구굿ㆍ하직굿ㆍ수리굿ㆍ시왕탄일굿ㆍ영산맞이, 송신은 꽃노래ㆍ뱃노래ㆍ초롱등노래ㆍ탑등노래ㆍ허개등ㆍ정정밟기ㆍ꽃사름ㆍ시석까지이다. 이중 불교적 요소가 매우 짙게 나타나는 절차는, 청신의 부정굿ㆍ문굿, 오신의 시왕탄일굿ㆍ영산맞이, 그리고 송신의 절차 대부분이다. 기장오구굿에서 절차명과 용어는 무속적인 은어 사용이 빈번하다. 이는 무속인들만의 언어라는 측면에서 불교의 것과는 차별성을 두려고 하는 면도 있지만, 한편으로는 같은 발음을 사용하면서도 완전히 다른, 새로운 단어를 생성하기도 하고 불교의 용어로 착각하게 만드는 부분도 있다. 이는 불교의례와는 차별되는 무의례만의 의미를 부여하고자 한 것으로 보인다. 굿당을 장식한 장엄물 역시 대부분 불교의례의 것을 그대로 수용하였다. 그러면서도 그 유래나 내력은 무속적으로 새롭게 해석을 더하고 있어서 불교의례와의 차별성을 확보하려는 의지가 드러난다. 본래 무속의 내세관은 모호하다. 이런 무속이 불교의 내세관을 받아들여 시왕탄일굿에서는 극락정토왕생을 발원한다. ‘극락이라는 좋은 곳이 있다는데 보내줄 수 없느냐’는 민중의 바람에 호응하지 않을 수 없었을 것이다.

본고는 현대중국어의 의문문에 쓰인 ‘呢’의 의미자질을 아래와 같이 구명(究明)하였다. 현대중국어의 의문문을 선택 의문문(정반 의문문 포함함.), 설명 의문문, 판정 의문문, 진술 의문문으로 네 가지로 나누어 분석하면서 위 표와 같은 결론을 얻었다.
