본 논문은 기독교사회복지의 정체성을 찾기 위한 연구이다. 일반사회복지와 기독교사회복지가 그 차이점을 발견하면서 기독교사회복지의 정체성을 확인하였다. 그리고 이에 따라 기독교사회복지가 실천되고 있는지의 여부를 분석하였다. 이러한 시도는 오늘날 기독교가 사회복지활동에 참여를 많이 하고 있는 상황이기 때문이다. 그리고 일반사회복지가 기독교 신앙과 다른 입장에 놓여있는 부분들이 있기 때문이다. 뿐만 아니라 가치 충돌이 기독교사회복지 현장에서 일어날 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 이유로 기독교사회복지의 정체성을 확보하고자 시도한 것이다. 본 연구는 기독교사회복지가 무엇인지를 밝혀내기 위해서 포커스그룹 인터뷰 연구 방법을 채택하였다. 연구 결과 사상(이념), 가치, 주체, 대상, 동기, 목표, 영역(범위), 방법, 재원 등 9가지 차원에서 다르다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 사상(이념)’ 차원에서는 하나님의 형상인 인간을 소중히 여기는 하나님 중심의 사상인 ‘신본주의’ 입장을 취하고 있고, ‘가치’ 차원에서 ‘진리가 주는 자유’, ‘하나님의 형상으로서의 평등’, 그리고 ‘하나님 나라의 정의’를 그 가치로 여겨 결국 성경이 제시하는 가치를 추구하고 있다고 밝혀졌다. ‘주체’ 차원에서 교회, 기독교기관, 기독교관련단체, 기독교공동체, 그리고 기독교신자개인이 주체가 되었다. ‘동기’ 차원에서 ‘이웃사랑’이 실천의 동기가 되었고, ‘목표’ 차원에서는 ‘하나님의 나라’가 목표가 된다는 것이 그 차이점으로 나타났다. ‘영역(범위)’ 차원에서 영적 차원도 포함시키는 영역을 갖는 것으로 나타났고, ‘방법’ 차원에서 삶을 변화시키는 ‘총체적 회개’가 중요한 방법으로 등장하고, 사회복지학과 인접학문의 이론과 실천 기술에 대한 기독교세계관에 기초한 적용이란 방법을 채택하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 ‘재원’ 차원에서는 일반사회복지의 재원 모두와 특별히 교회 지원금 및 성도의 후원금이 추가되는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 기독교사회복지 실천 실태 분석에서는 일반적으로 기독교사회복지의 정체성에 입각하여 실천하고 있는 것으로 드러났다.

Currently food-borne disease is being increased at outdoor food services including hotels and restaurants. Speedy and convenient practical monitoring techniques to determine hygienic conditions are needed. This study was designed to verify correlation of direct ATP (Adenosine Tri-Phosphate) examination method using ATP bioluminescence and surveillance with check-list by inspector. Hygienic status of personal hygiene (hands), kitchen utensils (knives, chopping boards, kitchen towels, cap openers, food storage containers, and blade of slice machines), facilities and equipments (refrigerator handles, worktables, and sinks) in five major hotels in Seoul were examined. The result of personal hygiene of hotels was relatively better than other inspection items (46.6 points in personal hygiene, 40.2 points in kitchen utensils, 40.3 points in facilities & equipments). In ATP inspection, kitchen utensils and facilities & equipments were relatively clean comparing with personal hands data (40.8 ± 6.77 RLU/cm²). After correlation analysis of surveillance in hygienic status points and ATP value, all results showed negative and high correlation. The surveillance data and ATP results investigating personal hygiene, kitchen utensils and facilities & equipments were highly correlated. The ATP examination method which shows real-time identification could be considered as an appropriate method to alternate current check-list dependent safety management in food services including hotels.

이 연구에서는 수업컨설팅을 통하여 초임교사 지원 실태와 초임교사의 전문성 개발 노력을 분석하였다. 수업동영상 분석을 위한 컨설팅 협의회, 초임교사와의 면담 자료 등을 활용하여 초임 과학교사들의 전문성 개발 실태와 개선 방안을 탐색하였다. 분석대상으로 한 수업은 중학교 3학년 일과 에너지 단원의 9차시 수업이며, 6명의 초임교사와 선배 교사로 구성된 6명의 컨설팅 협의진이 차시별 수업을 교차분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면, 초임교사들의 경우 초임시절에 수업에 대한 교사의 반성적 실천이 없고, 수업하는 방법에 대한 안내도 없어서 대개는 배운 방식대로 학생을 가르치는 경향이 발견된다. 교사로서의 전문성 개발 측면에서도 잡무가 많아서 수업준비를 할 시간이 없을 뿐만 아니라 교사들 사이에 수업에 대한 의사소통이 없었다. 이러한 실태 진단에 대한 대안으로 선배교사들은 초임교사 지원을 위한 시보교사 제도 도입과 교사 협의회의 필요성을 제안하였다. 결론에서는 초임교사 지원을 위한 효과적인 입문 프로그램이 갖추어야 할 조건을 논의하였다.

1999년 이후 농업인 홈페이지 지원사업 실시 이래 2008년까지 농업인이 운영하는 홈페이지는 전국적으로 1만개소에 달하고 있다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 운영하고 있는 농업인들의 경우 고객관리에 대한 중요성 인식도가 높고, 이를 관리하기 위한 다양한 프로모션을 전개하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 농촌진흥청에서 진행하고 있는 농업인 전자상거래 사업에 참여하고 있는 농업인을 대상으로 하여 이들의 고객관리에 대한 필요성 인식정도, 고객확보를 위한 활동, 고객관리의 방법, 고객관리의 유형과 기준, 확보된 고객의 관리를 위한 활동 등을 조사하였다.농업인들은 전자상거래를 수행하면서, 고객과 직접 접하게 되고, 상품의 판매과정에서 고객관리의 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있으며, 블로그 개설 등 온라인 활동으로 폭을 넓혀가고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만, 상당수의 농업인들이 고객관리의 필요성 인식에 비해 이를 실천할 구체적 활동방식과 실행방법에 대해 구체적이지 못하기 때문에, 정부의 시스템 지원과 교육사업에 있어서 새로운 접근이 필요함을 보여주고 있다.

The safety & health can not be accomplished by only one side's effort of labor and management. To establish high level of occupational safety & health system, we have to recognize the extent of participance and need to study about how to keep the labor-management cooperation in good condition. The purpose of this paper is to make better suggestions such as how to improve the labor-management cooperation and how to establish the efficient occupational safety & health law through studying the labor-management cooperation system in the occupational safety & health.

The study analyzed the body shape perception, weight control attitude, nutrition knowledge, and dietary habits of 529 high school students in Jeju surveyed from January 14-18, 2008 according to students' body shape satisfaction, with the aim of providing basic nutritional education data to aid in appropriate weight control for high school students. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, T-test, Chi-square test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients, using the SPSS Win 12.0 program. The body mass index (BMI) of subjects was in the normal range. With regard to weight distribution, 59.4% of subjects showed normal weight and girls were significantly more underweight than boys. More girls considered themselves to be fatter than boys and tended to be increasingly dissatisfied with their body shape. Both boys and girls were more interested in weight control for obesity and were significantly less satisfied with their body shape. Efforts at weight control and reduction had occurred significantly more often for girls than for boys. Dietary attitude scores were significantly higher in girls than boys. BMI positively correlated to weight control concern and nutrition knowledge positively correlated to dietary attitude. BMI negatively correlated to the body shape satisfaction, which in turn negatively correlated to food ingestion disorders. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a systematic nutrition educational program that can induce changes in dietary behavior and increase accurate perception and satisfaction of body shape.

본 연구는 지방자치단체 및 지역사회복지 서비스 공급에서 자발 혹은 자원부문(the voluntary sector)이 가지는 중요성에 착안하여, 이의 자원화를 통해 지역사회복지 서비스를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 다음과 같은 몇 가지 측면에 논의 및 분석의 주안점을 두었다. 첫째, 자원봉사 활성화가 지역사회복지 서비스 향상에 미치는 이론적 논거를 파악했다. 둘째, 이러한 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 자원봉사를 활성화하기 위해, 경북 북부 지역의 자원봉사 활동실태, 사회복지시설 관련 자원봉사 활동실태, 자원봉사조직 관련 자원봉사실태 등을 조사하면서, 각 유형의 파트너십 및 네트워크를 집중 분석했다. 본 연구에서는 연구의 목적 달성을 위하여 문헌연구를 통한 실증분석의 연구방법을 주로 사용하였는데, 국내․외의 학술서 및 학술지를 비롯하여 각종 연구보고서, 학위논문, 정부와 공공기관의 각종 통계자료, 인터넷 자료, 기타 월간지와 계간지 등을 중심으로 하였다. 문헌 연구로 부족한 것은 지역사회복지 관련 담당 공무원과 NGO 그리고 주 수혜자들과 자원봉사 조직 관련 전문가들을 심층 면접하여 보완자료를 수집하였다. 사례지역의 자원봉사활동을 분석한 결과, 낮은 참여율과 낮은 지속율, 학생이나 주부 위주의 참여, 자원봉사자에 대한 교육 부족, 전담기구의 부족 및 자원봉사 육성․추진기관 간의 네트워크 부족 등의 문제점을 안고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 지역사회복지 네트워크 구축의 목적은 공동체 사회를 만드는 데 있다. 이를 위해서는 지역 내에 있는 사회복지 이용시설과 수용시설, 보건소, 시민단체와 의사협회나 변호사 등의 전문가단체, 종교기관, 지방정부 등이 망라된 지역복지 네트워크를 형성하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 자원봉사센터가 직접적으로 복지서비스를 제공하지 않더라도 자원봉사센터가 지역단위의 사회복지 네트워크를 구축하는 구심점이 되어 복지 네트워크 형성을 주도해 나가야 한다.

The safety management of the small sized enterprise is very important to decrease industrial disaster in the area of industry. On this research, to give the effective measures to decrease industrial disaster, we administered the workplaces in Kyunggi area to search actual condition of industrial disaster and to disclose a link between industrial and industrial safety management. The results show industrial accident characteristics of small sized enterprises in Kyunggi area. So it is shows that we need to put in effective safety political measures to small sized enterprises.
