The purposes of this study are to review some practical experiences in multi-agency collaboration efforts for the juvenile delinquents in U.S. and to make policy implications, practice for a better multi-agency collaboration system in Korea. Based on these findings, this study suggests multi-agency collaboration for the juvenile delinquents in the juvenile justice process in Korea as follows: First, Goverment should legislate for multi-agency collaboration in the juvenile justice process, establish collaboration system and juvenile correctional center. Second, Collaboration managers or coordinator should be trained so that they can play a variety of professional roles in managing collaboration programs and developed the various programs. Third, The supporting organizations such as goverment, enterprises, schools, social welfare agency, united way, voluntary agency or group, community should be developed and, furthermore, supporting thing such as juvenile justice information resources, financial, technical assistance to enhance the capacity of those correctional institutions.
이 연구는 상향식 교육과정 평가 모형을 개발하고 이를 적용하기 위한 협력적 실행 연구이다. 중앙 집중적인 교육과정 개발 체제를 따르는 우리나라의 상황을 고려해 볼 때, 교사는 교육과정 실행의 주체임에도 불구하고 국가 교육과정을 평가하고 이에 대한 개선 의견을 제안할 수 있는 공식적인 기회를 갖기 어려운 형편이었다. 이와 같은 문제의식에서 출발하여, 이 연구는 단위 학교 에서 현행 국가 교육과정을 평가하고자 할 때 적용할 수 있는 모형을 개발하고 이를 적용하였다. 연구자-참여자 간 협력을 통해 개발된 교육과정 평가 모형을 적용한 결과, 단위 학교에서 이루어지는 국가 교육과정 평가는 교사들이 국가 교육과정에 대한 이해와 참여의 필요성을 인식하는 계기를 제공하였고, 현장에 기반을 둔 유의미한 개선 의견을 도출하는 기회가 되었으며, 교육과정 제안자로서 국가 교육과정에 대한 ‘주인-되기’의 역동을 형성하는 과정임을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 이 글은 상향식 교육과정 평가 모형이 지속・확산되기 위한 향후 개선 과제를 제안하였다.
레저보트디자인은 공학적 기술을 바탕으로 감성적 디자인이 결합된 종합적 디자인을 필요로 하기 때문에 무엇보다 디자인과정에서 디자이너와 엔지니어의 지속적인 정보교류와 협력이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 특성의 레저보트디자인에 적합한 디자인프로세스와 디자인방법을 제안한다. 디자인프로세스는 디자이너의 사고프로세스를 바탕으로 이해하기, 탐색하기, 해석하기, 개발하기, 검증하기의 다섯 단계로 구성하며 각 단계마다 디자이너와 엔지니어의 협력과 의사소통을 촉진하는 디자인방법을 제시한다. 그리고 이 프로세스와 방법을 하이드로포일보트디자인에 적용하여 평가를 실시한다. 평가결과 본 연구에서 제시된 디자인방법들은 디자이너와 엔지니어 사이에 협력과 의사교환을 촉진시키며 또한 둘 사이에 상호 이해와 신뢰감을 형성하는데 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다.
Purpose – The Korean university education system is facing innovation and change, including cooperation between industry and university, Therefore It is important to activate the industry-university cooperation. This paper aims to demonstrate the factors that activate industry-university cooperation, particularly about the voluntary participation induction by industry and researching in path dependency perspectives.
Research design, data, and methodology – The subject of this research were companies that are aware of the industry-university cooperation program. This research hypothesis is derived from the literature of previous studies of industry-university cooperation, This study have constructs that was defined operationally with reference to previous studies, this research model design to figure out structural relationship among technology leadership of university, university specialization, local network strength, fixation of local economy, recognition of path dependence, participation by industry, performance of industry-university cooperation. From 2017 July. 1 to Sept. 31, questionnaire survey targeting company staff who is involving in industry-university cooperation. 257 questionnaire survey had conducted. 249 investigated data were used for empirical analysis except wrong data. This data were used for AMOS(structural equation) & Regression statistics to verify hypothesis which developed by researcher.
Results – The results of this study are as follows. First, technology leadership of universities has a significant effect on voluntary participation by industry. University specialization has significant effect on voluntary participation by industry. Second, local network strength has significant effect on voluntary participation by industry. but fixation of local economy does not affect voluntary participation by industry. Third, recognition of path dependence has moderating effect between Independent(university, company characteristics) and dependent variables(voluntary participation by industry) When recognition level of path dependence is high, preceding factors have a significant effect on voluntary participation by industry than recognition level of path dependence is low. As a result, the degree of recognition of path dependence was shown important variables that induce voluntary participation of industry for industry-university cooperation program.
Conclusions – This study suggests that voluntary participation of industry is a very important factor in the achievement of industry-university cooperation. Recognition of interdependence as well as leading factors that encourage voluntary participation of industry is also just as important. If recognition of path dependence was high, Industry's voluntary participation was high.
본 연구의 목적은 결혼이주자의 적응문제를 진단하여 이를 치유하기 위한 공연중심 연극 프로그램을 계획․실행하고, 참여자의 변화를 검토하여 향후의 실천을 위한 성찰자료를 추출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 ‘공연중심 연극 프로그램은 어떤 과정을 통해 실행되 는가?’와 ‘공연중심 연극 프로그램을 통해 어떠한 변화가 일어나는가?’라는 두 개의 연구문 제를 설정하였으며 실행연구방법으로 이루어졌다. 3개 통로로 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료의 해석은 해당당사자에게, 전 과정의 진행에 대해서는 동료검토를 받는 절차를 거쳤다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 실행과정은 리허설 전, 리허설, 공연이라는 과정으로 이루어졌으며, 모국문화와 감정의 표현, 적응기술 탐색, 새로운 역할의 훈련체화에 주안점을 두었다. 둘째, 개인층, 관 계층, 실행층, 공동체층이라는 틀로 구분하고 분석한 결과 결혼이주여성의 자기개념은 억압, 무기력, 불안, 소외에서 주장, 효능감, 자신감, 소통으로 변화되었다, 또한 변화는 정체성의 4개 층이 상호연관 되어 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.
Scientific analysis and inter-Korean cooperation are needed to reduce North Korea’s environmental pollution and deforestation. Many efforts to reduce North Korea’s environmental issue have a fundamental weakness because they are generally influenced by internal and political conditions. To overcome such a weakness, two approaches may be effective; the first is to use new technology such as Google Earth and the second is to build collaborative governance that is invulnerable to political conditions. This study focuses on building collaborative governance models based on Google Earth data investigation, a previous research’s release of Google Earth database, and literature review of North Korea’s environmental issues. This research’s results are as follows. First, North Korea’s industrial regions suffer from environmental pollution and many other regions experience severe deforestation according to Google Earth-based spatial images. Second, we can discern environmental pollution such as air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, and deforestation using Google Earth-based spatial image. In reality, we are able to identify deforestation and partially soil pollution with Google Earth-based spatial image. Third, there are different environmental problems among North Korea’s local regions. South Korea has to prepare and plan various collaborative governance models depending on North Korea’s local needs on environmental problems.
