열대와 아열대 지역에서는 모기로 인한 질병이 상습적으 로 전파되고 있다. 하지만 최근 기후변화로 인해 말라리아, 뎅구열, 황열병 등의 분포 지역이 열대와 아열대를 넘어 확 산되고 있는데, 이 질병들은 모기를 통해 인간에게 전파된 다. 오랫동안 이러한 질병 및 가려움을 유발하는 모기의 수를 줄이기 위해 퇴치기구, 식물의 추출물, 자생어류, 파장, 살충 제 등에 대한 연구가 꾸준히 이루어지고 있다. 본 실험에서 는 모기 유충인 장구벌레를 생태학적으로 제어하기 위해 자연 상태와 유사한 인공수조 34개에서 식물의 피도와 높이 를 다양하게 조합하여 모기 유충의 수를 관찰하였다. 각 수 조에서 뜰채로 1회 3번씩 채집된 장구벌레의 수를 기록하였 으며 3회 반복하였다. 장구벌레의 수는 식물의 피도가 41~60%인 지점에서 평균 2.26마리로 가장 많았고, 식물체 높이가 0~9cm인 곳에서 0.85마리로 가장 많았다. 본 연구 결과 식물의 피도가 60%이상이거나 높이가 10cm 이상인 곳에서는 장구벌레가 발견되지 않았다.

본 연구는 들깻잎과 들깻잎 생산 환경을 대상으로 S. aureus를 분리하고 MLVA를 이용해 분리된 S. aureus의 오 염경로를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 들깻잎에서 S. aureus의 검출빈도는 7.9% (9/114)였고 검출수준은 0~2.92 log10 CFU/ g였으며 2곳의 농가에서 S. aureus가 2.00 log10CFU/g 이상으로 검출되었다. S. aureus가 분리된 5농가를 대상으로 들깻잎과 직접 접촉하는 시료에서 S. aureus를 분리하였으며 5 농가 중 3농가의 작업환경 (농가의 포장대, 포장비 닐, 작업자 손, 복장 등)에서 S. aureus가 검출되었다. 들 깻잎과 생산 환경에서 분리된 S. aureus를 대상으로 MLVA 를 수행했을 때 포장대, 작업자의 손, 포장비닐 및 관개용 수에서 분리된 균주와 들깻잎에서 분리된 S. aureus가 동일한 패턴을 보여 들깻잎의 오염은 이들 시료와 연관되어 있을 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 MLVA를 이용한 유전자 typing은 농산물이나 식품 중 S. aureus의 오염원을 신속 하고 경제적으로 구명하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단 된다.

해상에서 발생하는 위기의 확률적인 평가결과는 확률(P=0.0~1.0)로 나타난다. 이러한 확률적인 위기평가결과는 위험한 정도를 쉽게 알기 위하여 일반적으로 평가의 기준이 되는 위기허용수준(Risk Acceptance Criteria, RAC)을 이용하여 지수(index)로 나타낸다. 현재 RAC은 3단계, 5단계, 7단계 등으로 구분하는데, 구분한 단계 수가 위기평가에 적합한지를 평가할 필요가 있음에도 불구하고 관련 연구가 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 RAC의 단계 구분 수에 따른 민감도(Sensitivity)와 민감도의 분포특성을 이용하여 최적의 RAC 구분 단계 수를 정할 수 있는 평가기법을 제안하였다. 사전 연구결과로부터 획득한 확률적인 위기평가 데이터에 대해서 제안한 기법을 적용한 결과, 민감도가 10배 이내로 형성되는 최적의 RAC 구분 단계 수를 결정할 수 있었고, 이를 통해서 제안한 방법의 유효성을 확인하였다.

국내 상수원을 대상으로 시행하고 있는 조류경보제는 남조류 발생 현황을 취 정수장 등 물관리 기관에 전파하여 대응조치를 유도하는 제도로 신속하고 정확한 남조류 계수를 필요로 한다. 따라서 조류경보제 발령 기준 대상 남조류인 Anabaena, Aphanizomenon, Microcystis, Oscillatoria 속의 군체 크기와 세포수의 상관관계를 조사하고 회귀식을 도출하여 군체 크기로 세포수를 계산할 수 있는 방법을 알아보고자 하였다. 2013년 8월부터 10월까지 남조류가 과다증식한 시기에 한강(팔당호), 낙동강(달성보, 창녕함안보) 및 금강(고복저수지)의 대표지점에서 남조류 시료를 채집하였으며, 조류경보제 발령 기준 대상 남조류 속의 종별 군체 크기와 세포수의 상관 관계를 조사하여 종 및 속별 회귀식을 산정하였다. 남조류의 속별 상관분석 결과는 사상형인 Anabaena와 Aphanizomenon의 r2값이 0.93 이상으로 높은 상관성을 보였으며 구형의 Microcystis는 0.76의 상관계수 값을 나타냈다. 종 별 상관분석 결과 사상형 남조류 Anabaena crassa, Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, A. issatschenkoi, Oscillatoria curviceps, O. mougeotii는 r2값이 0.89~0.96의 범위로 높은 상관성을 나타냈으며, 구형인 Microcystis aeruginosa, M. wessenbergii, M. viridis는 0.76~0.88의 상관계수 값을 나타냈다. 다른 속에 비해 상대적으로 Microcystis의 상관성이 낮게 나타난 이유는 동일한 종, 동일한 크기의 군체라도 Microcystis strain에 따라 점액질 내의 세포 밀집 정도와 세포 크기에 차이가 있기 때문이다. 본 연구 결과 도출한 회귀식을 이용하여 군체 크기 측정값을 세포수로 환산하는 방법이 기존의 세포 계수법과 비교할 때 신속하고 간편할 것으로 보인다. 향후 남조류 종별 더 정확한 회귀식을 도출하기 위해서는 많은 시료수 확보와 더불어 다른 종들에 대한 조사 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

고속 주행하는 차량의 움직임은 영상에서 흔들림으로 나타난다. 이러한 흔들림은 번호판 인식의 경우에 오인식률을 높이는 원인이 된다. 이때 흔들림에 대한 사전 정보 없이 흔들림을 복원하는 방법을 블라인드 디컨벌루션이라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 블라인드 디컨벌루션 방법으로 고속 주행으로 인한 흔들림을 복원하여 차량의 번호판을 인식하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 흔들림이 없는 영상의 통계를 이용하여 흔들림 복원을 수행한다. 다음으로 템플릿 정합을 이용하여 번호판 인식 과정을 수행한다. 실험을 통해 흔들림 보정 전에 인식하지 못하던 데이터에 대하여 흔들림 복원 후 인식률의 향상을 확인하였다.

Recently, methods that usea carbon-based filler, a conductive nanomaterial, have been investigated to develop composite fillers containing dielectric materials. In this study, we added geometric changes to a carbon fiber, a typical carbon-based filler material, by differentiating the orientation angle and the number of plies of the fiber. We also studied the electrical and electromagnetic shield characteristics. Based on the orientation angle of 0˚, the orientation angle of the carbon fiber was changed between 0, 15, 30, 45, and 90˚, and 2, 4, and 6 plies were stacked for each orientation angle. The maximum effect was found when the orientation angle was 90˚, which was perpendicular to the electromagnetic wave flow, as compared to 0˚, in which case the electrical resistance was small. Therefore, it is verified that the orientation angle has more of an effect on the electromagnetic interference shield performance than the number of plies.

The object of this study is to investigate the relationship between the air dilution sensory test and the threshold odor number (TON) method for evaluating the odor of domestic wastewater, plating plant wastewater, food plant wastewater and lake water. The dilution factor of raw wastewater evaluated by the air dilution sensory test was in the order of food plant > plating plant > domestic > lake, and that evaluated by the threshold odor number method was in the order of food plant > domestic > plating plant > lake. The same results were obtained when the raw wastewater and lake water were diluted 2 and 5 times with pure water. The relative geometric standard deviation determined from the threshold values of each panel on the air dilution sensory test was much larger than that calculated from results derived from the threshold odor number method. The relative geometric standard deviation obtained from samples with a low dilution factor was greater. There was a very good linear correlation (correlation coefficient = 0.968~1.000) between the air dilution sensory test and the threshold odor number method. But, the reduction in odor intensity (the slopes of regression curves) by dilution was dependent on the types of the odor-emission sources.

PURPOSES: This study provides a methodology for estimating proper number of equipment for ordinary road management works. METHODS: Utilizing a computerized data of record systems (KAMIS) in 18 regional offices, two evaluation indicators were calculated and then normalized for objective comparison. Applied magnifying factor to the outputs, the proper number of equipment can be estimated. RESULTS: As a result, proper number of equipment by regional offices were required 28% more than current conditions. CONCLUSIONS: Using the proposed a methodology, fundamental data for scientific and reasonable strategies can be stored as well as be used for the future plan for budget allocation.

This study investigated the effects of reducing the number of options in multiple-choice items on the psychometric characteristics of the English section of the NAEA (National Assessment of Educational Achievement). The purpose of the NAEA is to measure educational progress and achievement and it is administered to all sixth, ninth, and eleventh grade Korean students annually. The English section for the ninth graders is the focus of this study; it is made up of thirty-four five-option multiple-choice items and six constructed-response items. A five-option, multiple-choice English test was converted to a four- and a three-option version by eliminating the least and the second least frequently chosen options. Item difficulty, item discrimination, guessing, reliability, and information function were computed as a function of the number of options. This study employed the 3-parameter IRT model. Results showed that there were no significant differences among the three means of item difficulty as well as item discrimination indices; however, the inspection of the test information function indicated that the five-option version generally yielded the highest amount of test information function over the ability scale. Results indicate that streamlined three- or four-option versions are not likely to function as well as the five-option version at the test level.

Bemisia tabaci (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) is one of the most important insect pests in the world. In the present study, the taxonomic status of B. tabaci and the number of species composing the B. tabaci complex were determined based on 1,059 COI sequences of B. tabaci and 509 COI sequences of 153 hemipteran species. The genetic divergence within B. tabaci was conspicuously higher (on average, 11.1%) than interspecific genetic divergence within the respective genera of the 153 species (on average, 6.5%). This result indicates that B. tabaci is composed of multiple species that may belong to different genera or subfamilies. A phylogenetic tree constructed based on 212 COI sequences without duplications revealed that the B. tabaci complex is composed of a total of 31 putative species, including a new species, JpL. However, genetic divergence within six species (Asia II 1, Asia II 7, Australia, Mediterranean, New World, and Sub Saharan Africa 1) was higher than 3.5%, which has been used as a threshold of species boundaries within the B. tabaci complex. These results suggest that it is necessary to increase the threshold for species boundaries up to 4% to distinguish the constituent species in the B. tabaci complex.

The purpose of this study is to present many polices of transportation demand management and ways to institutionalize them in order to actively introduce the total number of vehicles system as a strategy to solve the traffc problems in the Jeju area and protect the environment on Jeju Island. Various measures and polices of transportation demand management as well as the total number of vehicle system are presented. These are considered as long-term policies which need to be applied to the Jeju area. Implementing these policies will need some time to attract the public’s policy compliance and they need to be institutionalized through a variety of ways. Below are the ways to achieve this goal: (1) Introduction of the total number of vehicles system, (2) introducing motor fuel tax on energy consumption, (3) differentiation of parking fees based on types of vehicles, (4) charging for mileage, (5) collecting congestion fees and levying garage option, and (6) managing license plates through auction.

최근 WMO는 온실가스 배출량 시나리오(SRES)를 대신하여 대표농도경로(RCP)를 바탕으로 새로운 기후변화 시나리오를 생산하였으며 기상연구소는 RCP 시나리오를 바탕으로 한반도의 새로운 기후변화 시나리오를 생산하였다. 본 연구에서는 과거 관측값을 바탕으로 평년(1981-2010)의 애멸구의 우화시기와 세대수를 추정하였으며, RCP 8.5 시나리오를 바탕으로 2020년대(2015-2024), 2050년대(2045-2054)와 2090년대(2085-2094) 애멸구의 우화시기와 세대수를 예측하였다. 평년 애멸구 월동 1세대수의 우화일인 176.0±0.97일과 비교하여 2050년대에서는 13.2±0.18일(162.8±0.91일), 2090년대에는 32.1±0.61일(143.9±1.08일) 앞당겨질 것을 예측되었다. 그리고 애멸구의 연간 세대수는 2050년대에서는 현재보다 2.0±0.02세대, 2090년대에는 5.2±0.06세대 증가할 것으로 예측되었다.

대학 및 출연연구기관과 같은 공공연구기관들의 기술사업화에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기존 연구들은 기술이전 조직이나 기관 및 제도적 특성이 기술이전 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 다양한 연구결과들을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 기술이전이 연구자 개인의 사업화에 대한 태도, 사회적 네트워크나 사업화를 위한 노력정도에 따라 실질적인 기술이전이 이루어지고 있음에도 불구하고 연구자 개인특성에 따른 기술사업화 성과에 대한 연구는 미흡하였다. 본 연구에서는 국내 대표적인 출연연구기관인 K연구원 소속 연구자들을 대상으로 과거 기술이전 경험과 수행과제 건수가 해당 연구자의 기술사업화 성과에 미친 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 과거 기술이전 경험이 있는 연구자일수록 추가적인 기술사업화 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수행과제 건수와 기술사업화 성과는 역U자형 영향관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 국내 공공연구기관에서의 기술사업화 성과향상을 위한 시사점과 향후 연구과제를 제시하였다.

이 연구는 부산지역 대학생들의 롯데 자이언츠 프로야구 관람의도 결정요인을 규명하고자 했다. 구체적으로 선행연구에 근거하여 구조적 환경 변인으로서 지역정체성 , 프로야구 중계방송 시청빈도 , 그리고 팀(롯데 자이언츠) 동일시 , 스폰서 그룹에 대한 태도 변인, 인간의 사회문화적 행위예측에 유용성을 보이는 계획행동이론 변인을 통해 프로야구 관람의도 결정요인을 포괄적으로 규명하고자 했다. 연구결과 첫째, 지역 정체성 변인을 구성하는 인지적 통합도와 적극적 관여도는 모 두 프로야구 관람의도에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 프로야구 중계방송 시청정도 역 시 프로야구 관람의도에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 롯데 자이언츠 팀 동일시의 경 우 행동적 동일시만 프로야구 관람의도에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다 . 넷째, 롯데 자이언츠 스폰서 그룹에 대한 태도는 프로야구 관람의도에 기여하지 못했다. 다섯째, 계획행동 이론 변인 중 태도와 주관적 규범은 프로야구 관람의도에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으나 , 인 지된 행위통제의 설명력은 도출되지 않았다.

The research is to evaluate the statistical difference between K-GAAP(Generally Accepted Account Principles) in 2008 year and K-IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standards) in 2012 year. H Motor Company, S Electronics and L Electronics are the three representative firms adopting K-GAAP and K-IFRS in Korea. The x2 homogeneous test are used to identify the reduction of the number of account items of four financial statements such as Statement of Financial Position(SFP), Statement of Comprehensive Income(SCI), Statement of Cash Flow(SCF), and Statement of Change in Equity(SCE) between K-GAAP and K-IFRS.
