        The purpose of this paper is to review the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between job stress responses(physiological response, psychological response, behavioral response) and occupational accidents/illness. Based on the responses from 187 employees in small & medium manufacturing industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that physiological response has positive relationship with accidents and illness, and psychological response has positive relationship with accident. Social support has partly moderating effect on the relationship between job stress responses and occupational accidents/illness.

        This paper is concerned with preventing victims of crime in the community. Today, society becomes more informationized, urbanized and globalized. As the byproducts of rapidly changing nature of society, local dwellers are always threatened to be a victim of unexpected crimes. This study employs the concepts from community social capital and community social network system for controlling the community living quality and the effectiveness of the preventive measures for victims of crime in the community. In this perspective, this paper suggests the tri-combined crime prevention security system which consists in police, security company and the community residents through the localized capital and networking.

        목적: 베이비붐 세대의 팀 동일시, 시청몰입, 사회적 고립감 간의 구조적 관계를 규명함으로 코로나19(COVID-19) 시대에 베이비붐 세대가 겪고 있는 사회적 고립감 문제를 해결할 수 있는 구체적 방향을 제시하고, 향후 또 다른 고립의 상황에 대비할 수 있도록 돕는 것에 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 방법: 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 수도권에 거주하는 302명의 베이비붐 세대 스포츠 팬을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 가설을 검증하기 위해 경로분석이 진행되었다. 또한 매개효과 검증을 위해 부트스트랩 방법이 활용되었다. 결과: 그 결과, 첫째, 팀 동일시가 시청몰입에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 시청몰입은 사회적 고립감에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 팀 동일시는 사회적 고립감에 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 시청몰입은 팀 동일시와 사회적 고립감의 관계에서 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이와 같은 결과는 현재 베이비붐 세대가 사회적 거리두기로 겪고 있는 사회적 고립감 문제를 대면하지 않고도 해결할 수 있도록 돕고 있으며, 더불어 향후 또 다른 고립의 상황에 대비할 수 있는 자료를 제공하고 있다.

        이 글은 2003~2018년까지 16년간 중국이 아세안(동남아국가연합)에 직접 투자한 패널 데이터를 수집해 분석한 것으로, IMF의 대표적 금융기관 발전 수준을 보여주는 FI (Financial Institution Index)와 금융시장 발전 수준을 보여주는 FM (Financial Markets Index)을 채택해 ASEAN의 금융 발전 수준을 가늠 하는 변수로 삼았다. 각국의 정치적 수준을 대변하는 WGI(Worldwide Governance Indicators)와 각국의 인간개발지수를 나타내는 HDI (Human Development Index)를 채택해 아세안 사회 환경을 가늠 하는 변수로 삼았다. 이를 조절변수로 삼아 아세안에 대한 중국의 직접투자를 각각 상호작용을 하여 중국의 직접투자가 아세안의 경제에 미치는 영향을 관측하였다. 그 결과 중국의 동남아국가연합(ASEAN)에 대한 직접투자가 유치국 경제 성장에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 동시에 아세안의 사회 환경과 금융 발전은 중국의 직접 투자에 대해 부정적인 조정 작용을 가져온다.

        Corporate social responsibility is an inevitable trend in the global context. It is the responsibility of the organizations to the community and society to ensure the fairness of the interests of stakeholders. This is an issue that deserves attention, not in the national or regional level, but as a global issue. The purpose of article is to examine the effect of corporate governance on corporate social responsibility disclosure of 155 samples of 31 Vietnamese commercial banks from 2015 to 2019. The data of this study is employing time-series data and used the ordinary least squares to test the model. The results show that there are three factors that positively affect corporate social responsibility disclosure, namely, board size, foreign members of board, and audit committee. Thereby, the article proposes that board of director in Vietnamese commercial banks needs to raise awareness about corporate social responsibility, and the Central bank of Vietnam should monitor the disclosure of information regularly with severe sanctions on commercial banks that do not comply with the regulations of corporate social responsibility disclosure. This contributes to improving the information quality of the banking sector to meet the trend of international economic integration.

        This study analyzes the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity on investors’ heterogeneous beliefs. The hypothesis of this study is based on the conflicting effects of CSR activities on firm value and earning’s quality. Investors’ heterogeneous beliefs used in the empirical analysis of this study are trading volume, and CSR activity is measured by the KEJI Index (Korea Economic Justice Institute Index). This study performs an empirical analysis using regression analysis including control variables. CSR activities are found to have a positive relationship with trading volume. This is consistent regardless of the low and high accounting information (earning’s quality). It can be interpreted that Korea’s CSR activity acts as an incentive to increase investors’ heterogeneous beliefs about target companies. In other words, it implies that the investor judges CSR activities negatively when evaluating firm value. This study could have a policy implication in that it analyzes how CSR activities affect investors’ decision-making. In other words, this study analyzed CSR activities from the perspective of shareholders. Therefore, this study is expected to provide useful information for policymaking by regulatory agencies. In particular, its contribution is to presents data that CSR activities can be a negative factor in evaluating firm values.

        This study develops the model to estimate the links between social capital, social entrepreneurial self-efficacy, perceived desirability and social entrepreneurial intention. Besides exploring the direct impacts of social capital, social entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and perceived desirability on social entrepreneurial intention, this study also focus on discovering the mediating roles of perceived desirability and social entrepreneurial self-efficacy on this relationship. Throughout adopting measures from some previous studies, the authors design the questionnaires and distribute to students in Vietnam. The study presents some demographic information of 289 students, who are studying at university and colleges in Vietnam. Then, the validity and reliability of scales are assessed using the value of Cronbach’s alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). In addition, by utilizing the structural modeling structure (SEM), the authors show that social capital plays the important role in shaping social entrepreneurial self-efficacy, perceived desirability, and social entrepreneurial intention. Interestingly, besides the direct effects on social entrepreneurial intention, perceived desirability and social entrepreneurial self-efficacy also mediate the correlation between social capital and social entrepreneurial intention. Also, with the interesting findings of the study, the authors propose several recommendations for policy-makers, educators and academics to promote the social entrepreneurship and innovation among Vietnamese students.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to review the previous studies on the characteristics of the image search service provided by using artificial intelligence, the social impact characteristics, and the moderating effect of perceived anthropomorphism, and conduct empirical analysis to identify the constituent factors affecting purchase intention. To clarify. Through this, I tried to present theoretical and practical implications. Research design, data, and methodology: Research design was that characteristics of image search service (ubiquity and information quality) and social impact characteristics (subjective norms, electronic word of mouth marketing) are affected by mediation of satisfaction and flow, therefore, control of perceived anthropomorphism have an effect on purchase intention to increase. For analysis, research conducted literature review, and developed questionnaires, so that EM firm which is a specialized research institute has collected data. This was conducted on 410 people between the 20s and 50s who have mobile shopping experiences. SPSS Statistics 23 and AMOS 23 had been used to perform necessary analysis such as exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, and structural equation modeling based on this data. Results: first, ubiquity, information quality and subjective norms were found to have a positive effect on purchase intention through satisfaction and flow parameters. Second, satisfaction and flow were found to have a mediating effect between ubiquity, information quality, and subjective norms and purchase intentions. However, there was no mediating effect between eWOM information and purchase intention. Third, perceived anthropomorphism was found to have a moderating effect between information quality and satisfaction, and it was found that there was no moderating effect on the relationship between information quality and flow. Conclusions: The information quality of image search services using artificial intelligence has a positive effect on satisfaction, and it has been found that there is a positive moderate effect of perceived anthropomorphism in this relationship, which may be an academic contribution to the distribution science utilizing artificial intelligence. Therefore, it is possible to propose a distribution strategy that improves purchase intention by utilizing image search service and anthropomorphism in practical business and providing a more enjoyable immersive experience to customers.

        The study aims to provide some evidence of the effects of CSR practices on financial-based brand equity in Malaysia. Nowadays, many companies have embraced corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices because CSR is a vital component of the current competitive and complex business arena. It contributes greatly to social, environmental, and economic condition. With CSR practices, companies are able to achieve many benefits and there is evidence that CSR practices predict higher brand equity. However, little evidence has been produced concerning the effects of CSR practices on financial aspects of brand equity in developing countries such as Malaysia. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the effects of CSR practices on financial based brand equity among Malaysia Top 100 brand. A CSR checklist instrument was used in the current study to examine the extent of CSR practiced. The results indicated that PLCs that were actively involved in CSR practices such as environmental, community, workplace and marketplace, found that this involvement enhanced their brand equity. The findings provide useful support and evidence for the management of PLCs in Malaysia, as well as companies in other developing countries, to engage more in CSR practices as a core element of their strategic and brand management.

        The purpose of this study focuses on finding the influences of social capital on personal happiness by studying service industry employees. This current study utilized a questionnaire survey method which was used to collect the analysis data, from July 20 to August 10 in 2019. 281 questionnaires were gathered in Korea and the statistical analysis was conducted. This study recognized social capital as 3 independent variables and personal happiness as a dependent variable. Social capital is composed of the social network, social trust and social norms. First, the social network consisted of the satisfaction degree in one`s social relations and the social interaction degree. Second, social trust is composed of the trust degree with ones neighbors in the same local area. Last, social norms are consisted of reciprocity, participation and a sense of belonging one feels in the same society. The findings of this study were as follows: first, it was found that social network, social trust, and social norms made affirmative influences on personal happiness of the employees. Second, the social network and social norms made statistically significant influences with personal happiness, but social trust was shown to not have similar influence.

        Purpose - This study is to verify the mediating effect of voluntariness in retirement and the moderating effects of leisure life to examine which parts of later life preparations have influence on the retired life. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the 6th Korean Retirement and Income Study was conducted on 5,254 members of households with householders over the age of 50. To examine the relationship between later life preparation and retired life, this study used personal data based on the serial number of the household members. Results - First, physical preparation for later life had a positive influence on retired life satisfaction among retirement satisfaction. People showed higher retired life satisfaction. Secondly, physical preparation for later life had a positive influence on satisfaction over relationship after retirement among retirement satisfaction. People showed higher satisfaction over relationship after retirement when they were more physically prepared for later life. Conclusions – In particular, leisure life had a mediating effect for the influence of physical preparation for later life on the retired life. Also, leisure life and physical preparation for later life showed a close influencing relationship. People showed active leisure life and higher retired life satisfaction when they were more physically prepared for later life.

        본 연구에서는 중등교사의 성인 불안정 애착, 대인관계 스트레스, 사회적 지지, 심리적 소진의 관계를 알아보고, 성인 불안정 애착과 심리적 소진 간의 관계에서 대인관계 스트레스의 매개효과와 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 내 중학교에 근무하는 8개교의 교사 279명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등교사의 성인 불안정 애착, 심리적 소진, 대인관계 스트레스, 사회적 지지와의 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 이들 변인 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인 불안정 애착이 강할수록 심리적 소진이 많이 되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대인관계 스트레스가 성인 불안정 애착과 소진의 관계를 부분적으로 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적 지지가 성인 불안정 애착과 심리적 소진의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 성인 불안정 애착과 사회적 지지가 상호작용을 하여 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        Purpose - Unlike in the past, individualistic thought is more dominant than groupism where members prioritize organizations. Such changes run counter to the direction of the survival of the companies, which calls for companies to explore strategies to address thems. As one of the solutions, many people highlights social capital. However, since most studies have been conducted on the definition and characteristics of social capital, there is not enough prior factor research on the formation of social capital. So the current situation require researches on the formation of social capital. Research design, data, and methodology - To achieve the purpose, the literature and the empirical studies were combined. Deriving workplace democracy and servant leadership as factors affecting the formation of social capital through the literature, and this factors have modeled assumptions about the impact on social capital, and have established hypotheses to verify them. The survey which is conducted to verify the hypothesis and questionnaires are derived base on the variables used in the previous studies. The survey was conducted 447 respondents in Korea. Results - As a result, we found that the workplace democracy is positively functioning with the formation of social capital. It means that the democracy functions as a universal element to enhance the quality of social capital at the workplace. The evidence also shows that the positive impacts of the servant leadership on the formation of social capital. And the survey shows that groups with high level servant leadership had a higher impact on the formation of social capital than those with low levels leadership. Conclusions – At present, the social capital has become an important factor for the companies pursuing high performance workplaces. We found that the workplace democracy and the servant leadership affect the formation of social capital. It means that to increase the employees’ sense of community and solidarity, it is need to form democratic environment with the servant leadership. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the workplace democracy and the servant leadership can present strategic implications that can increase the social capital.

        Purpose - Previous studies on the influence of appeal types of advertising messages on pro-social behavior have shown inconsistent results. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the appeal type of advertising affects consumer’s prosocial behavior. In particular, the authors investigated whether the social exclusion moderates the relationship between the appeal type of advertising and prosocial behavior. Research design, data and Methodology - To verify the hypothesis, two experimental study were conducted. The experimental study was 2(appeal type : self-benefit vs. other-benefit) by 2(social exclusion : being ignored vs. being rejected) between-subject design. Participants were randomly assigned to one of four conditions. The experiment was conducted using a computer. First, the participants was exposed to the advertising image used in the social campaign, and then responded to questions about social behavior. The participants completed the experiment after further responding to the item for manipulation check and demographic measure. The experiment took about 10 minutes in total. Results - In Study 1, a global warming campaign with participation intention variable, other-benefit ads rather than self-benefit ads drive consumers who feel socially rejected to be more willing and likely to participate, but consumers who feel socially ignored are more likely to participate the campaign in self-benefit ad than other-benefit ad. Study 2 replicates the findings, a child poverty relief campaign with an amount-to-donate variable: consumers who feel explicitly rejected allocate more dollars to the charity in response to other-benefit rather than self-benefit ads, but consumers who being ignored are willing to donate more money. Conclusion - This study has theoretical contribution in that it expands existing theories by explaining the existing inconsistent results of the message appeal influence on pro-social behavior through new control variables. In addition, the results have important managerial implications, suggesting marketers should tailor their marketing message to match the consumer situation.

        목적: 본 연구는 사회적 상호의존성과 팀성과의 관계에서 팀원관계와 응집력의 이중매개효과를 검증하였다. 방법: 대학 운동선수 135명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, Hayes (2018)가 개발한 매크로 프로그램을 통하여 이중 매개효과에 대한 통계적 검증을 실시하였다. 결과: 사회적 상호의존성이 높을수록 팀원관계는 향상되고, 향상된 팀원관계는 응집력을 강화시켜 팀성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 이중매개효과는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 단일매개변수(사회적 상호의존성 → 팀원관계 → 팀성과, 사회적 상호의존성 → 응집력 → 팀성과)에 대한 간접효과의 통계적 유의성은 존재하지 않았다. 결론: 따라서 사회적 상호의존성을 통해 팀성과를 높이기 위해서는 팀원관계와 응집력를 함께 고려한 중재전략을 개발하고 적용해야 할 것이다.
