In spite of many efforts, in the design of high speed fishing vessel the sea-keeping performance improvement without neglection of resistance-propulsion performance by hull form itself has its limitations. In this paper, the development of sea-keeping improving appendage pitching and trim improver for high speed planing hull on behalf of the hull form of fishing vessel has been introduced. The developed appendage verified its effectiveness in the full scale test and also has been proved the better resistance performance in the model test and full scale test.

본 연구에서는 기존 철근콘크리트건물 보-기둥 접합부의 내진 성능을 개선하기 위하여 탄소섬유를 사용하여 구조물을 보강한 후 실험을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 6개의 철근콘크리트 보-기둥 접합부를 제작하였으며, 지진하중과 같은 반복하중이 작용할 때 보강재료 및 보강영역 등을 변수로 하여 실험을 수행하여 각 보강변수에 따른 보강효과를 평가하였다. 본 실험을 통하여 구조물의 내진 성능 및 연성능력을 증진시킬 목적으로 새로운 보강재료(탄소섬유판, 탄소섬유봉, 탄소섬유쉬트)로 설계된 보강 실험체(RPC-CP2, RPC-CR, RJC-CP, RJC-CR)들은 내력증진은 물론이고 안정적인 이력거동을 확보할 수 있었다.

This study was carried out at the CWC of Chosun university for the purpose of resistance performance improvement of planing hull, and the results of the tests were confirmed cooperatively with WJFEL. G/T 100 ton class planing hull form was selected, and the improvement of hull form including appendages were performed by using some model test techniques. The model test scope comprises resistance relative tests including wave profile observation, trim and sinkage measurement and flow visualization tests at full load and trial conditions for one bare hull and for two appended hulls. The final wedge and spray strip combined with improved hull form showed about 1.0 knot speed improvement at both of full and trial conditions, and outstanding improvement for fore wave phenomena.

TPI는 고속 활주선의 소음, 진동, 트림 및 핏칭운동을 감소시킨 것으로 실선 시운전에서 증명되었다. 또한 모형시험에서 저항성능도 미소하게나마 개선시킨 것으로 입증되었다

The wheelhouse front glass of a Fore-Bridge-Ship (Ro-Ro Ship) was broken by the shipping of water in rough seas, and then the flooding of seawater into the wheelhouse caused the uncontrollable condition of the ship. The hull which was entered into the floating condition rolled severely, and the heavy rolling caused secondary damage such as the collapse of a lot of cargo. It was an incredible accident because the height of bow freeboard was about 2.5 times higher than the standard height of minimum bow freeboard regulated by the International Load Line Convention(1966). And it would be also difficult for navigators to imagine a great deal of seawater flooding into the wheelhouse because the front glass was positioned at about 20m height above the sea surface. In this paper, we carried out the evaluation for the safety navigation of the Fore-Bridge-Ship numerically against ship's speed and encountering angle to the wave in each sea state of rough sea, by using the integrated seakeeping performance index (ISPI) which is able to evaluate synthetically the safety operation of ships. And then the problem on the application of the past criteria proposed as the safety navigation of a merchant ship was clarified by inquiring the dangerousness of the shipping of water at her bow deck, which caused the breakage of the wheelhouse front glass.

본 논문은 조업 어선의 정확한 조업 위치를 실시간으로 수록할 수 있게 하고, 저렴하며 효율적인 어선조업정보 자동기록장비 개발을 위해 GPS 모듈(KGP9800C, KiRyung)의 측위 정도에 대한 실험을 육상과 해상의 기준점에서 행하였으며, 또한 측위 정도의 검정을 위해 동일한 기준점에서 DGPS 수신기(MGP-100D, Shin-A)와 DGPS 비콘(GP-36, Furuno)으로써 측정하여 비교하였다 또한. CPS 모듈의 오차를 최소화시키기 위한 알고리즘을 사용하여 측위오차를 개선하고, 그 측위 정도를 분석 검토하였다. 그 결과 수정 전의 CPS 모듈의 측위 정도는 육상에서의 경우. 확률원 반경 12.0m, 해상의 경우 36.0m로서 기준점으로 북동쪽으로 약 400.0m 편위하였으나 측위오차 최소화 알고리즘에 의해 구한 편위오차는 10.0m 이내였다. 또 한, DCPS 수신기 및 DGPS 비콘의 측위 정도와 비교 검토한 결과 육상과 해상에서 모두 거의 일치하였다. 따라서 본 실험의 결과 실험용 GPS 모듈 (KGP9800C)은 한 개의 CPU보드(V25)를 사용하여 실시간으로 신뢰성있는 조업 어선의 위치정보를 제공할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

1994년 Northridge 지진과 1995년 Kobe 지진에서 많은 철골구조물의 보-기둥 접합부에 발생한 규열은 내진성능이 우수한 것으로 알려진 모멘트 저항 철골골조의 내진성능 개선에 대한 연구필요성을 제시하였다 일반적으로 모멘트 저항 골조가 강한 지진을 받을 때 보-기둥 접합부는 강도의 저하없이 소성 회전변형능력이 0.015이면 만족할 수 있다고 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 강한 지진하중에서도 철골구조의 보-기둥 접합부에서 용접부의 균열이 방지되고 연성적으로 충분한 에너지를 흡수하고 소산할 수 있는 접합부의 형태를 제안하고 그 거동을 조사하는 것이다 본 연구에서는 접합부의 형태를 제안하였으며 실험을 통하여 그 거동을 분석하였다 제안된 접합부 시험체에 대한 실험결과는 용접부에 균열이 발생하지 않았으며충분한 변형능력을 나타냈다.

터보 노즐에 유동하는 가스 에너지의 변화와 그위상의 조정에 의하여 디젤엔진의 성능 개선 가능성을 검토 하였다. 그리고 디젤기관의 각실린더와 터빈 노즐 면적과 가스의 유동에 대한 동기화를 실시함으로써 엔진 성능 또한 개선할 수 있었다.
