        예이츠와 히니는 아일랜드의 호수와 바다에 서식하는 물고기와 어부의 이미지를 시적 글쓰기에 활용한다. 예이츠의 「물고기」와 「어부」는 삶의 희망과 불안을 썰물과 밀물로 탐구하며 삶의 지혜를 어부를 통해 낭만적으로 표현한다. 히니는 「송어」, 「농어」, 「연어잡이가 연어에게」에서 바다와 호수의 생태적인 면과 이상 및 현실의 경계를 접목하여 해당 어류들이 사이를 치열하게 넘나든다. 히니의 물고기는 장어처럼 바다와 강의 경계를 상징하고 물과 흙 이미지의 결합인 진흙과 연결된다. 예이츠의 물고기와 어부는 경험과 지혜를 토대로 이상향을 향해 쌓아 올린 탑과 같다면, 히니의 물고기와 어부는 물과 흙의 경계에서 과거 기억과 현실, 그리고 시적 상상이 어우러져 균형을 유지하려는 수평기를 떠오르게 한다.

        이 글은 예이츠와 디킨슨의 집을 프로이트의 언캐니의 관점에서 논의한다. 프로이트는 어떤 사건이나 개인의 심리적 경험인 언캐니의 개념을 단순히 신비한 것이 아니라 기묘하고 친숙하게 느껴지는 방식으로 구체화한다. 예이츠와 디킨슨에서 익숙한 집은 불안하고 섬뜩한 맥락에서 자주 마주쳐져 자아에 환원될 수 없는 불안감을 낳는다. 구체적으로 본고는 예이츠가 『연옥』에서 현실의 불안과 혼란, 절망의 상징으로서 집을 노인이 표상하는 방식, 그리고 디킨슨이 여성의 역할이 강요되고 억압되는 공간으로 제시하는 방식을 살펴본다. 그녀의 시에서 집을 매개로 자신의 과거를 은폐하고 억누르는 상황은 분열된 자아, 낯선 또 다른 나를 마주치게 한다. 예이츠와 디킨슨에게 언캐니 집은 억압되어 실현되지 못한 자아의 파편들이 잠복하여 출몰하고 의식의 경계가 모호해지는 공간이다.

        Thermoelectric (TE) energy harvesting, which converts available thermal resources into electrical energy, is attracting significant attention, as it facilitates wireless and self-powered electronics. Recently, as demand for portable/wearable electronic devices and sensors increases, organic-inorganic TE films with polymeric matrix are being studied to realize flexible thermoelectric energy harvesters (f-TEHs). Here, we developed flexible organic-inorganic TE films with p-type Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 powder and polymeric matrices such as poly(3,4-eethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) and poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF). The fabricated TE films with a PEDOT:PSS matrix and 1 wt% of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) exhibited a power factor value of 3.96 μW ‧ m-1 ‧ K-2 which is about 2.8 times higher than that of PVDF-based TE film. We also fabricated f-TEHs using both types of TE films and investigated the TE output performance. The f-TEH made of PEDOT:PSS-based TE films harvested the maximum load voltage of 3.4 mV, with a load current of 17.4 μA, and output power of 15.7 nW at a temperature difference of 25 K, whereas the f-TEH with PVDF-based TE films generated values of 0.6 mV, 3.3 μA, and 0.54 nW. This study will broaden the fields of the research on methods to improve TE efficiency and the development of flexible organic-inorganic TE films and f-TEH.

        In the current era of sustainable development, economic, social, and environmental changes are interrelated, and social inclusion and environmental sustainability are our shared goals. In response, social and environmental values have become important considerations for the success of an enterprise, placing an increased emphasis on the interests of all stakeholders. This trend in the governance of enterprise fueled the emergence of a new organizational form: the certified B Corporation (B Corp), a social enterprise certified by B Lab as an enterprise that creates value for non-shareholding stakeholders, including employees, customers, the local community, and the environment. With their positive social and environmental impacts, B Corps have become increasingly recognized as instrumental in the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and literature on B Corps has increased. However, empirical research on the role of B Corps is still lacking.

        B2B marketers increasingly encounter a pressure to be digitally present in digital channels and to generate content that is tempting in driving potential customers to interact with the company online (Wiersema, 2013; Andersson & Wikström 2017). This is what B2B lead nurturing is about as the objective of lead nurturing is to provide the audience with relevant and valuable content which leads to an increased brand interest and awareness, with the goal of bringing in new customers (Marketo, 2023). To better understand how prospects and leads react to digital content, companies can build lead scoring into a strategic tool for the salespeople to qualify the prospective customers down to a list of leads, meaning prospects who are considered the most likely to convert to a positive business outcome and to be contacted in person by the salespeople (Järvinen & Taiminen 2016; Paschen et al. 2020).

        A secure digital platform (SDP) can provide B2B marketers with confidence to use communications technology (CT) and engage in information sharing that facilitates resource utilization. Interlinked digital platforms constitute the company’s ecosystem and barriers in the form of a lack of skills and knowledge in relation to governance and compliance can be overcome through organizational intervention that is external to an individual’s capability of control. A framework for an SDP was developed by utilizing network theory and data were collected via an online survey and analysed (n=207) using SEM, AMOS. Organizational intervention through an SDP can help B2B marketers to increase the organization’s resource capability through improved interaction. It can also help individuals to become pro-actively compliant and be less at risk from various threats (e.g., fake news) as the organization provides a safer digital environment.

        Boron carbide (B4C) is highly significant in the production of lightweight protective materials when added to aluminum owing to its exceptional mechanical properties. In this study, a method for fabricating Al-B4C composites using high-energy ball milling and directed energy deposition (DED) is presented. Al-4 wt.% B4C composites were fabricated under 21 different laser conditions to analyze the microstructure and mechanical properties at different values of laser power and scan speeds. The composites fabricated at a laser power of 600 W and the same scan speed exhibited the highest hardness and generated the fewest pores. In contrast, the composites fabricated at a laser power of 1000 W exhibited the lowest hardness and generated a significant number of large pores. This can be explained by the influence of the microstructure on the energy density at different values of laser power.

        이 글은 생태계 위기, 기후 붕괴 시대에 생명선교신학을 수립하고 자 하는 시도로 쓰여진 글이다. 로즈마리 R. 류터, 샐리 맥페이그, 매튜 폭스, 제이 비 맥다니엘의 생태신학을 바탕으로 신학의 전환, 문화의 전환, 경제의 전환을 통해 생명선교신학을 수립하고자 한다. 우선 신론은 군주 모델이나, 이신론 모델로부터 어머니 하나님, 연인 하나님, 친구 하나님으로 전환을 요청한다. 기독론 역시 인간 구원 중심의 기독론으로부터 피조물의 구원을 포함하는 우주 그리스도로의 전환을 요청한다. 창조 이야기가 현대 문화에 준 영향을 검토함으로써 남자와 여자, 부자와 가난한 자, 백인과 유색인, 인간과 자연 등에 존재하는 위계적 가부장적 관계를 대등하고 상호 의존적 관계로의 전환을 요청한다. 신고전주의 경제학과 생태적 경제학에 따른 신학의 차이를 비교하면서 생태적 경제학으로의 전환과 생태사회로의 전환을 요청한다. 생명선교신학의 특징으로 신학의 전환, 우주적 그리스도,생태적 경제학으로의 전환, 생명문화로의 전환, 전환에서 종교의 역할, 생태영성과 창조영성, 신비주의 회복 등이다. 생명선교신학을 수립하 기 위한 과제로는 세 가지 전환을 어떻게 연결하고 통합하느냐를 규명하 는 일이다.

        During nuclear waste vitrification, loss of sodium (Na) and boron (B) occurs, as these elements are highly volatile at high temperatures, which causes fluctuations in composition and consequently affects the properties of the glass products. In this study, we investigated the volatilization behaviors of Na and B from a simulated high-level waste glass as functions of heating temperature and dwelling duration. Based on the data obtained regarding the composition of Na and B and the structure of the glass, a hypothetical model was proposed to explain the volatilization behaviors of Na and B from a structural viewpoint. As the loss of Na and B during vitrification, the crystallization of the glass occurred. Thus, the crystallization behavior of the simulated waste glass upon composition deviation was studied.

        Al-B4C neutron absorbers are currently widely used to maintain the subcriticality of both wet and dry storage facilities of spent nuclear fuel (SNF), thus long-term and high-temperature material integrity of the absorbers has to be guaranteed for the expected operation periods of those facilities. Surface corrosion solely has been the main issue for the absorber performance and safety; however, the possibility of irradiation-assisted degradation has been recently suggested from an investigation on Al-B4C surveillance coupons used in a Korean spent nuclear fuel pool (SFP). Larger radiation damage than expectation was speculated to be induced from 10B(n, α)7Li reactions, which emit about a MeV α-particles and Li ions. In this study, we experimentally emulated the radiation damage accumulated in an Al-B4C neutron absorber utilizing heavy-ion accelerator. The absorber specimens were irradiated with He ions at various estimated system temperatures for a model SNF storage facility (room temperature, 150, 270, and 400°C). Through the in-situ heated ion irradiation, three exponentially increasing level of radiation damages (0.01, 0.1, and 1 dpa or displacement per atom) were achieved to compare differential gas bubble formation at near surface of the absorber, which could cause premature absorber corrosion and subsequential 10B loss in an SNF storage system. An extremely high radiation damage (10 dpa), which is unlikely achievable during a dry storage period, was also emulated through high temperature irradiation (350°C) to further test the radiation resistance of the absorber, conservatively. The irradiated specimens were characterized using HR-TEM and the average size and number density of radiation-induced He bubbles were measured from the obtained bright field (BF) TEM micrographs. Measured helium bubble sizes tend to increase with increasing system (or irradiation) temperature while decrease in their number density. Helium bubbles were found from even the lowest radiation damage specimens (0.01 dpa). Bubble coalescence was significant at grain boundaries and the irradiated specimen morphology was particularly similar with the bubble morphology observed at the interface between aluminum alloy matrix and B4C particle of the surveillance coupons. These characterized irradiated specimens will be used for the corrosion test with high-temperature humid gas to further study the irradiation-assisted degradation mechanism of the absorber in dry SNF storage system.

        본 연구는 아일랜드 문예부흥을 이끈 W.B. 예이츠와 올리비아 셰익스피어의 관계 고찰을 통해, 그것이 서로에게 끼친 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 두 사람은 1894년 처음 친구로 사귄 이래로 서로의 작품을 최초로 읽어주는 독자가 된 후 40여 년간 친구에서 연인, 다시 친구로서 밀접한 관계를 맺었다. 먼저 예이츠 시에 언급된 올리비아 셰익스피어를 통해서 그들의 관계를 추적할 것이다. 아울러 작가로서의 교유는 예이츠가 추구했던 신비학이 올리비아 셰익스피어의 󰡔아름다움이 머문 순간󰡕에 어떻게 구체적으로 나타나 있는지를 밝히고자 한다. 결과적으로 본 논문은 두 사람 간의 절친한 친구, 연인, 작가로서의 그들의 관계를 상호 중첩된 관계의 시학이라 명명한다.

        Because magnets fabricated using Nd-Fe-B exhibit excellent magnetic properties, this novel material is used in various high-tech industries. However, because of the brittleness and low formability of Nd-Fe-B magnets, the design freedom of shapes for improving the performance is limited based on conventional tooling and postprocessing. Laserpowder bed fusion (L-PBF), the most famous additive manufacturing (AM) technique, has recently emerged as a novel process for producing geometrically complex shapes of Nd-Fe-B parts owing to its high precision and good spatial resolution. However, because of the repeated thermal shock applied to the materials during L-PBF, it is difficult to fabricate a dense Nd-Fe-B magnet. In this study, a high-density (>96%) Nd-Fe-B magnet is successfully fabricated by minimizing the thermal residual stress caused by substrate heating during L-PBF.

        본 연구는 FTA 무역협정과 관련하여 기존 연구들이 수행했던 직접운 송원칙에 대한 분석을 넘어서 APTA 직접운송원칙의 운영상 제기된 여 러 문제를 파악하고자 관세청 판례사례를 바탕으로 분석해보고자 하였 다. 연구를 위해 관세청 관세평가 판례 사건번호-조심-2017-30의 심판 청구사건(제목: “APTA 직접운송원칙 위반 여부”)을 연구에 활용하였다. 최근 협정관세율 적용이 배제되어 관세를 부과 당하는 처분 사례가 증가 하고, 심사청구, 적부심사 사건 분쟁이 꾸준하게 늘고 있는 상황에서 이 번 연구 주제에 대한 논의가 APTA를 적용받고자 하는 무역 기업에 유 용한 자료를 제공하고 있다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

        예이츠는 집과 후손들, 그리고 노년에 대한 네 편의 기도시를 썼다. 인생 2막을 다시 시작하면서, 결혼은 그에게 가정과 가족 그리고 마음의 안정감을 선사했다. 우선, 그는 결혼한 아내를 위하여 투르 발릴리 탑을 구입하고 수리했는데, 이 탑은 그의 후기 시들에 많은 시적 상상력을 불러 일으켰다. 그는 1918년 발릴리 탑으로 이사하면서 「내 집에 들어갈 때의 기도」(1918)를 썼다. 그리고 「내 딸을 위한 기도」(1919)와 「내 아들을 위한 기도」(1921)에서 딸과 아들의 행복과 안전을 기원했다. 딸을 위한 기도는 이상적인 여인의 삶을 위한 미덕과 금기 사항들로 채워진다. 아버지로서 예이츠는 아직 힘없고 어린 아들의 건강과 안전만을 간절히 염원한다. 젊은 시절부터 나이 들어가는 영역은 예이츠가 명상했던 일관되고 진지한 주제였다. 비록 시간의 흐름으로 노년에 이르렀지만 진중하고 열정적인 시인으로서의 정체성을 「노년을 위한 기도」(1934)에서 염원했다. 예이츠는 남편으로서, 아버지로서, 그리고 나이가 들어가는 한 남자로서 인간적이고 솔직한 진정성을 기도 시에서 보여준다.

        In this study, a new type of composite material combined with carbonyl iron, a relatively strong ferromagnetic material, was prepared to overcome the current application limitations of Prussian blue, which is effective in removing radioactive cesium. The surface of the prepared composite was analyzed using SEM and XRD, and it was confirmed that nano-sized Prussian Blue was synthesized on the particle surface. In order to evaluate the cesium removal ability, 0.2 g of the composite prepared for raw cesium aquatic solution at a concentration of 5 μg was added and reacted, resulting in a cesium removal rate of 99.5 %. The complex follows Langmuir’s adsorption model and has a maximum adsorption amount (qe) of 79.3 mg/g. The Central Composite Design (CCD) of the Response Surface Method (RSM) was used to derive the optimal application conditions of the prepared composite. The optimal application conditions achieved using Response optimization appeared at a stirring speed of pH 7, 17.6 RPM. The composite manufactured through this research is a material that overcomes the Prussian Blue limit in powder form and is considered to be excellent economically and environmentally when applied to a cesium removal site.
