Base on the survey and financial statement on fish-paste processing company, this study aimed to estimate management efficiencies of fish-paste processing management using a data envelopment-analysis (DEA), In-depth interview and to find out their determinants. Model results show that the estimated mean management efficiencies obtained for the VRS and CRS DEA are 83.7% and 89.1%. In-depth interview results also show that efficiencies caused by scale of technical matter was greater than efficiencies caused by the scale of the company. Thus it implies that technical development is essential for achieving high-efficiency of fish-paste processing company more than expanding the size of company.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 대형통신기업을 대상으로 2000년에서 2019년까지의 경영효율성을 측정하고 비교하였다. 그리고 도출된 경영효율성지수와 경기변동간의 상관관계에 대하여 실증분석을 하였다. 발견 된 사실들을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 1)우리나라 대형통신기업은 지난 20년간에 걸쳐 경영효율성수준이 하락하는 경향을 보여주었다. 2)통신 3사 중에서 SK텔레콤이 가장 높은 경영효율성을 보여주고 있고 KT 가 가장 낮은 효율성을 보여주고 있다. LG유플러스는 중간수준의 경영효율성을 보여주었다. 3)우리나라 통신3사는 규모의 수익 면에서 수익감소적인 경향을 보여주고 있으며 2010년 이후로 이러한 경향은 더욱 뚜렷해지고 있다. 4)통신3사의 경영효율성과 경기변동과의 상관관계에서는 매출역모형에서는 순경기순 환적으로 나타나고 있으나 부가가치모형에서는 역경기순환적으로 나타나고 있다. 5)통신기술의 도입과 통신시장 세계화에 대비하여 대형통신기업들의 경영효율성을 높일 수 있는 정책대안을 시급하게 강구해야할 것으로 생각된다.

The production of abalone seed has grown and been specialized since the 2000s with the growth of the abalone farming industry. Despite the increase in the production of abalone seeds, the sales volume of abalone seeds remained flat and competition among producers increased. This paper will analyze the management efficiency of abalone seed production fishery to diagnose the management status and improve the abalone seed production efficiency. In addition, this study is the result of the basic research on the abalone seed industry and it is meaningful to prepare a platform for further research since the management status survey and the management efficiency survey of abalone seed production fishery have not been conducted until now. The data on the farmed fish prices of abalone seeds were collected from surveys of sample fish as part of the fish seed observation project conducted by the Fisheries Outlook Center (FOC) of Korea Maritime and Fisheries Development Institute (KMI). Management efficiency analysis utilizes DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model. The DEA model was analyzed by classifying into CCR (Super-CCR), BCC, and SBM (Super-SBM) models according to the assumptions taking into account the characteristics of the industry. The slack considered in the SBM model was judged as possible decreases in input variables and increase in output variables. The average efficiency from the CCR model was analyzed to be 69%. The BCC model was classified into input and output orientations, and the average efficiency was 79% and 75%, respectively. There were seven production fisheries with an SE value of 1 or more, which remained unchanged in terms of size and could be benchmarked. The average efficiency of the SBM model was 59% for CRS and 66% for VRS. Under the VRS assumptions, the variable increase/decrease efficiency analysis shows that labor costs can be reduced by 37.3%, facility capacity by 18.8%, and operating costs by 8.5%. In order to improve management efficiency, Wando needs to reduce labor and management costs. In Jindo region, sales increase as well as labor cost reduction is urgent. In other regions, reduced facilities and increased sales are recommended.

The purpoose of this paper is to analyze the relative effciency of dreid laver processing companies in Korea and provide the development direction and improvement plan for the dried laver industry. Data on 76 dried laver processing companies were selected as the subjects for Dea. As a result of Dea, the average efficiency rate is shown that the technical efficiency is 84.90%, the pure technical efficiency is 93.83%, and the scale efficiency is 86.65%. and based on BCC results 38 companies are relatively efficient. comparing pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, it showed that inefficiencies caused by scale of the company was greater than inefficiencies caused by the scale of technical matter. It implies that expanding the size is essential for achieving high-efficiency of dried laver processing company. In the inefficiency factor analysis, the result reveals that unstable supply of raw materials, quality management, capital flexibility and distribution ability influence the efficiency of laver processing company.

본 연구는 연안여객선사의 안전관리 운영 효율성을 분석하기 위한 기초연구로 적절한 안전경영지표 평가항목을 설계하고 연안여객선 사를 대상으로 평가항목의 유효성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 연안여객운송사업자의 안전관리책임자, 공무원(선박검사관), 여객 선 운항관리자 등으로 구성된 전문가 그룹을 통해 연안여객선사의 자발적 안전관리 활동을 평가하기 위한 5개의 평가항목과 14개의 세부 평가요 인을 선정하고 사전검증 및 테스트를 통해 객관성을 제고하였다. 이 안전경영지표 평가항목을 이용하여 44개 연안여객선사에 대한 자발적 안전 관리 수준을 평가하였다. 그리고 평가항목의 유효성을 검증하기 위하여 안전경영지표 평가항목 결과와 중대해양사고 비율을 비교분석하여 평가 항목의 타당성을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 자발적 안전경영 수준이 높은 업체일수록 중대해양사고가 발생하지 않고 자발적 안전관리에 무관심하거 나 소홀한 업체는 상대적으로 높은 중대해양사고가 발생하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이처럼 안전경영지표 평가항목 선정을 통해 연안여객선사 의 안전관리 운영 효율성을 분석하는데 중요한 항목을 객관적인 관점에서 도출하였다. 따라서 향후 안전관리 효율성 분석을 위한 기초자료로 활 용될 수 있을 것이다.

This paper was to evaluate social enterprises’ management efficiency with Data Envelope Analysis (DEA). The data was based on the 168 social enterprises’ of annual performance reports published in 2015. The research focused on to measure both financial efficiency and social impact of the companies simultaneously. To apply DEA, the paper classified the enterprises into seven types based on types of socal impacts which each company provides before the estimation of the efficiency. The research results showed that group D, which employes disadvantaged people, provides social services and shares resources was the most efficient group and had higest net worths in Pure Technical Efficiency. In contrast, Group B, which only employs social advantage people and provides social service, was the least efficient one. The research suggests a practical and efficient framework in measuring social enterprises’ management efficiency, including both the financial performance and social impacts simultaneously with their self-publishing reports. Because the Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency does not open business reports which social enterprises submit each year, there are basic limitations on researchers attempting to analyse with data from all social enterprises in Korea. Thus, this study dealt with only 10% of the social enterprises which self-published their performance report on the Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency’s web site. Regardless of these limitations, this study suggested substantial methods to estimate management efficiency with the self-published reports. Because self-publishing is increasing each year, it will be the main source of information for researchers in examining and evaluating social enterprises’ financial performance or social contribution. The research suggests a practical and efficient framework in measuring social enterprises’ management efficiency, including both the financial performance and social impacts simultaneously with their self-publishing reports. The research results suggest not only list of efficient enterprises but also methods of improvement for less efficient enterprises.

이 논문은 비모수적 자료포락분석 기법을 이용하여 감귤농가의 경영효율성을 추정하였다. 추가적으로 커널밀도함수를 이용하여 경영효율성의 분포가 지난 13년간 어떻게 바뀌었는지도 도식화하였다. 연구를 위해 농촌진흥청에서 조사 발표하는 자료를 사용하였다. 분석결과를 보면, 지난 13년간 경영효율성은 시설 감귤농가와 노지 감귤농가 모두에서 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 수입농산물이 증가하는 상 황 하에서 감귤농가의 경영효율성이 개선되고 있음을 의미한다. 경영효율성을 순수기술적 효율성과 규 모 효율성으로 분해한 결과, 순수기술적 효율성은 점차 개선되는 반면에 규모 효율성은 악화되는 것으 로 분석되었다. 하지만 여전히 효율성 개선의 여지는 순수기술적 효율성 측면에 있는 것으로 분석되었 다. 순수기술적 효율성은 꾸준히 계속 향상시키되 적정규모를 찾아가는 노력도 병행해야 할 것으로 보 인다.

이 연구의 목적은 전국 고추농가를 대상으로 지역별 효율성 및 지역내 효율성 분포를 분석하여 고추농가 경쟁력 향상을 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 기초자료로 활용하는데 있다. 분석결과 전국 고추농가의 평균 기술효율성, 순수기술효율성, 규모효율성 모두 비효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 기술효율성(CRS 가정)은 제주, 전남, 강원, 경북 순으로 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 순수기술효율성(VRS 가정)도 제주, 전남, 강원, 경북 순으로, 규모효율성은 강원, 전남, 경북, 충남 순으로 상대적으로 높게 나타났다.

2008년 중반 부정기해운시황의 운임지수인 BDI가 약 13,000 포인트에 육박한 이래, 지속적인 하강국면을 지나 지난해부터는 2,000 포인트에서 맴돌고 있어 해운시황의 장기침체가 우려되고 있다. 이는 미국과 유럽의 경기회복이 지연되면서 그리스 등 중동국가의 심각한 경제위기에 의한 글로벌 경기둔화에 기인되는 것으로 분석되고 있다. 우리나라 국적외항선사의 경우도 이러한 글로벌 해운시황의 영향을 받아 많은 중소형 업체들이 경영위기에 직면하고 있다. 해운경기악화에 따른 수익성감소는 선박에 대한 투자비 절감과 정비 불량에 따른 기준미달선 양산의 원인이 되므로 해안안전에도 심각한 위해요인으로 대두된다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내외항선사의 선박보유척수, 자본, 종업원수, 선복량 및 매출액에 따른 효율성을 분석하여, 이들 투입변수에 대하여 경쟁우위의 경영업체를 추출하고 상대적 열위의 업체들이 이들을 참조하여 보다 낳은 경영환경을 조성해 나가도록 함으로써 지속적인 선박안전이 확보되고 불황기 해운시황을 슬기롭게 극복해 나가는데 도움을 주고자 하는데 있다.

Everyone knows how much the company business goal is achieved is the most important to all companies. In order to maximize the business performance, many companies have introduced a diversity of management innovation activities. The effect of business performance is important in the business activity, but an efficiency of output-to-input concept is significantly important. Each year, companies have managed the business through a sum of performance. In terms of the efficiency of business performance, the management is importantly managed. In the efficiency of business performance, there are the main items including the total assets, employees, and operating expenses as the input. As the output, there are the main items of sales, current term's net income. This study is intended to calculate the business efficiency through DEA analysis for companies' business performance, and to study in order for the efficiency of business performance to be considered when the companies establish the mid and long term business plan.

The current research whose focus is limited on the Service and non-profit industries. For example schools(university), hospitals, banks, etc. Manufacturing industry is foundation of Korea industry. This study analyze and measure efficiency of manufacturing industries by using the DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis). This result is expected to provide the positive evidence useful to enhancing the competitiveness of manufacturing firms in korea.

Our study emphasizes the importance of the review of the manufacturing industry in order help them make right decision and despite many previous methods for analyzing productivity, we were coming to analyze the efficiency of the industry with Date Envelop
