현재 우리나라에서 시행하고 있는 전사 및 순직군인에 대한 국가보상 은 부족한 면이 많다. 독립유공자, 5.18민주화 유공자, 사회적 사건사고 의 희생자 유족들에 대한 보상과 비교했을 때 사망보상금이나 보훈급여 수준이 상대적으로 낮으며, 국가보훈부에서 추가로 지원하는 보훈보상제 도의 내용과 대상 범위도 상대적으로 제한적이다. 따라서 이번 연구의 목적은 전사 및 순직군인에 대한 국가보상 실태를 분석하고 다른 유형의 국가보훈대상자와 사회적 사건사고 희생자에 대한 보상실태와 비교해서 발전방안을 제시하는데 있다. 연구방법은 국가보상과 관련된 현행 법령 자료, 사회적 사건사고 관련 언론보도 자료, 기존에 발표된 논문과 단행 본 등을 분석하는 문헌연구법을 적용하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 발전 방안을 도출하였다. 첫째, 전사 및 순직군인에 대한 보훈급여를 1등급 독립유공자 수준으로 인상하고, 사망유형에 따라 달리 지급하는 사망보 상금의 격차를 줄이도록 산정기준을 조정해야 한다. 둘째, 보훈급여 외 추가로 지원되는 보훈보상 범위를 독립유공자나 5.18민주화유공자와 동 일한 수준으로 확대해야 한다. 셋째, 군인에 대한 배상을 제한하는 법령 을 개정해서 지방자치단체 등으로부터 추가로 배상을 받을 수 있도록 허 용해야 한다.

목적:전방에서 군 생활을 했던 예비역들이 겪었던 고통의 구조를 알아보고자 하였다.연구방법:전방에서 군 생활을 했던 경험이 있던 예비역 10명과 2013년 3월부터 5월까지 두 달간 1~2회 대화를 실시하였다. 참여자들이 전방에서 경험했던 고통체험에 대하여 반복되는 이야기나 더 이상 새로운 내용이 나오지 않는 포화상태까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집 및 분석은 Parse의 인간되어감 이론의 절차에 따라 이루어졌다.결과:연구결과 전방에서 군 생활을 하며 겪었던 고통은 혹독한 추위 속에서의 생활, 자유가 박탈된 감옥 같은 생활, 북한이 언제든 공격할 것이라는 생각 등으로 나타났다. 이 고통체험들은 시간이 지나고 사회생활을 하면서 자신의 인생에 밑거름이 되었고 기분 좋은 추억으로 남았다. 결론:군대에 정신보건 작업치료사들이 전문인력으로 배치되면 군인들의 심리적, 정신보건적인 부분에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 군 생활에 잘 적응하고 느끼는 고통을 줄이며, 나아가 자살을 예방할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to find the level of satisfaction and preferences regarding the mess provisions in the three military bases in Daegu, Korea. A total of 325 military personnel was surveyed for this study. The content of examinations consisted of the general characteristics, satisfaction, awareness, and preference for the mess. Furthermore, I investigated the general menu on a daily basis with the most or the least-preferred food. As a result, I found that fried dishes are most preferred by military personnel, and they second and third in their preferences are boiled, and mixed with dressing. I also found that military personnel like meat, sweets like ice-cream, fried pork chops or chicken, and fatty and processed food like hamburgers. On the other hand, they do not like dishes made with bean sprouts, squid, fish or kimchi. On the basis of the results, a balanced diet is needed for military personnel through the research and development of recipes using some of the least favorite ingredients such as fish, squid, and vegetables.

Since the beginning of our military history, we are continuously interested in supplying apartment for military officers. So we possessed 72,361 households and used in 2002. however, 18% of those are over 20years and need to be remodeled. Department of Military has taken this fact seriously to solve the problems, they built more new buildings, rent public buildings and remodeled the old one. But, The procedure of present military apartment remodeling has many problems at the stage of evaluating the priorities in various remodeling projects which have been caused from lots of corps. I’ve reviewed the study of military apartment business and applied the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method which is effective to evaluate the priorities in various groups’ decision.
