본 계획은 진안군이 가지고 있는 깜도야 브랜드를 활용한 부가가치를 창출하기 위하여 깜도야 농촌테마공원을 조성하는 것이다. 대상지는 전라북도 진안군 진안읍에 위치한 마이산도립공원 인근의 북부예술관광단지 일원이며 면적은 81,403㎡이다.계획을 수행하기 위해 입지환경, 자연환경, 인문환경의 현황을 분석하여 기본구상안을 도출하고 기본계획을 수립하였다.본 계획은 진안이 지니고 있는 양돈산업과 관련한 깜도야 브랜드 이미지를 극대화할 수 있으며 국내외 다양한 돼지관련 문화를 소재로 활용하여 기본계획 및 운영프로그램을 수립하였다. 또한 최근 관광추세인 체험관광, 가족단위 관광을 수용할 수 있는 시설과 프로그램을 도입하여 진안군의 휴양관광자원 및 역사문화자원과 연계를 위한 매개공간으로 계획하였다. 아울러 깜도야 홍보 및 브랜드 가치 제고를 위한 시설을 계획하여 장소마케팅을 통한 직거래 활성화로 지역경제활성화를 도모하고자 하였다.

본 계획의 목적은 농산물을 소재로 하는 테마공원을 조성하여 장수군의 이미지를 제고하고 지역경제를 활성화하는 것이다. 계획대상지는 전라북도 장수군에 위치하고 있으며 면적은 140,650㎡이다. 본 계획을 수립하기 위하여 장수군의레드푸드 생산현황과 계획대상지의 물리적, 인문사회적 현황 및 잠재력을 분석하였다.장수군의 특산물인 5가지 레드푸드와 건강을 테마로 선정하였으며 레드푸드의 생산, 가공, 유통 및 홍보를 위한 센터로서의역할을 담당할 수 있도록 계획하였다. 도입시설은 테마관, 컬러푸드재배원, 5레드푸드테마원 등의 교양시설, 아로마테라피체험관, 치유의 숲 등의 휴양시설, 붉은단풍원, 레드푸드조각원 등의 조경시설과 상업시설 및 편익 ․ 관리시설이다.계획은 오감체험을 통해 방문자의 건강증진에 기여할 수 있도록 하였으며 5가지 레드푸드의 테마별로 스토리텔링이 이루어질 수 있도록 시설을 배치하였다. 또한 인접한 지역에 입지한 관광휴양공간과 이용 및 시각적 연계가 이루어질수 있도록 계획하였다.건강, 농산물, 전통문화, 자연생태, 예술 등의 체험 프로그램이 계절별로 연중 운영될 수 있도록 개발하였다. 아울러본 공원이 지역산업을 서로 연계시키고 발전시킬 수 있는 키 스테이션(Key Station)으로서 기능을 담당하도록 계획하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of the already established rural theme park, draw the weak and strong points, and come up with an efficient performance plan for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park through the benchmarking of the best overseas case. According to the analysis, it is necessary to introduce a facility and a program for family customers as a plan for promoting Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. It is required to secure safety through public operation and management, improve scalability of the facility through the establishment of multi-functional complex facility, and come up with a plan for operating a special program associated with local resources. Therefore, this study drew three activation factors: the establishment of operation and management system, the development of operation contents by facility, and the establishment of operation in each area. First, to establish the operation and management system, it is necessary to classify the organization of the theme park into the operation business area and into operation & management area by job function. Secondly, it is necessary to establish a special program in consideration of space and facility, suggest a differentiated plan for operation contents, and create a facility operation plan and program for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. Lastly, to operate and manage Changwon Persimmon Theme Park smoothly, it is necessary to set the theme park space as open collaboration space which the local residents can share and participate in by avoiding the conventional administration-based business performance and operation. This study suggested the plan for establishing an operation and management system for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park and its operation, the establishment of a special program, a business performance strategy, and the use of internal and external spaces of the theme park.

This study aims to draw up a basic plan to construct an agricultural theme park in a farming city as a way of establishing its regional identity represented by “Three Whites.” Sangju, Kyongsangbuk-do which is the subject area of the study has been well-known for "Three Whites (rice, silkworm cocoon and dried persimmon)." The purpose of the study is to take a closer look at the folk life and culture of Sangju and develop tourism resources to promote regional development and competitiveness of the city. This study was conducted in several phases in consideration of the characteristics of plan and design, on the basis of the theoretical review of agricultural tourism. In the first phase, planning conditions were analyzed as per development objectives. In the second phase, strategies and concepts were established for the theme park, based on which development methods were decided by phase and facility. Then, a preliminary review was conducted on functions and facilities to introduce to the theme park. In the third phase, a comprehensive plan was drawn up, which includes basic plans for respective parts. In consideration of the characteristics of the study, construction was not looked at in detail. The total size of land subject to the study is approx. 97,960㎡, which was divided into four separate zones--Sambaek Cultural Experience Zone, Natural Observation & Experience Zone, Agricultural Life Experience Zone and other facilities zone--in order to connect facilities, functions and experience with the physical characteristics of the city, and separate space planning was conducted for each zone. The outcome of the study carries significance as an example of alternative tourism which considers regional characteristics, develops local resources and makes use of obsolete rural facilities, in what is called the eco-friendly development where nature and eco-system, landscape and culture, and recreation and leisure come together as one.

This study is intended to examine the perception of importance-satisfaction in selective properties of rural theme park with the users and to suggest operation method and implications for rural theme parks which are being built on a nation-wide basis. The study results are as follows: First, the results from the analysis on importance-satisfaction in the selective properties showed that both attractiveness of natural landscape and excellence of surrounding environment are high. Second, the t-test with matched samples for importance-satisfaction showed that there were significant statistical differences in all items, and the users rated satisfaction lower than the importance. Third, IPA results showed that the items such as diversity of festival event, accessibility and convenience of public transportation, appropriateness of expense and kindness in service appeared in the 2nd quadrant 'direction of concentrated efforts'Therefore, this study was able to identify the perception of importance-satisfaction among the users of rural theme parks. The study findings suggest that it is necessary to preserve surrounding natural environment, ensure appropriate pricing, introduce events and increase service level in constructing and operating rural theme parks.

This study promotes the improvement of local incomes and rural activation by establishing rural experience theme park plans using local resources of Samzi district, Yeongyang-gun. The spatial scope of the study is the whole district of Samzi 1-ri, Yeongyang-eup, Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, the destination area is 129.927m2. The scope of the contents was to investigate general status of the site and was conducted as a basic plan, a basic planning stage through analysis of terrain and topography, slope analysis, aspect, SWOT analysis. The satisfaction of the customers to experience is increased, activation of rural exchange and income-generating infrastructure can be expected by creations the space of rural experience theme park. Themes are selected systematically and variety of the programs and spatial planning will be analyzed to promote more efficient business.

I wish to establish Kwang-shi Han-woo agriculture theme park furtherance plan that take advantage of unique area resource of homebred cattle meat sale restaurant of the Chungchong-namdo Yesan County Kwang-Shi Ran-woo village. Improve regional income that develops Kwang-shi Ran-woo area that is made up a rest and experience space that escapes in sightseeing of Ran-woo meat putting first that is food, and contribute in economy activation by promotes City-Farm exchange, and is behind present, and is expected that contributes in farm village area activation that is stagnated Ran-woo specialization area of whole country scale. Kwang-shi Han-woo agriculture-farm village theme park plan is thought that active participation of thorough environmental protection and local resident is necessary condition as plan that take advantage of peculiar latency resource of area. In plan process, reflected various opinion of local resident representatives to space but there is a little insufficient page, and sees that also thorough environment analysis should be preceded. Hereafter, see that correction' repletion need a little through thorough grasping of latency resource that put together thorough natural environment investigation. in Yesan County with analysis at final design step. But, see that plan of theme park that take advantage of characteristic resource in farm village, especially situation of Ran-woo farmhouses that is suffering now difficulty as plan that do appropriateness of city in area activation and economical income guarantee side of farmhouse inhabitants.
