This study aims to develop a cultural heritage curriculum for climate change and present educational directions for cultural heritage and climate change impact in the future. In this study, the role and necessity of cultural heritage education for climate change were first discussed based on previous studies on climate change and cultural heritage. Next, the current status analysis of educational cases related to climate change and cultural heritage was conducted based on educational manuals, curriculum, and heritage competency systems associated with climate change. Finally, we propose a plan to develop a curriculum to cope with climate change and cultural heritage for graduate students in higher education institutions based on the four components of developing a curriculum. In future studies, we intend to propose guidelines for designing educational manuals and specific curricula for each educational target to cope with the climate change of cultural heritage presented in this study.

The purpose of this study is to develop a method for establishing an educational system for World Heritage interpretation applicable to World Heritage sites and to design an education program for World Heritage interpretation by applying the developed education system in this study. This study first identified the definition of interpretation and the relationship between interpretation and education through previous research and analyzed the role and significance of heritage interpretation due to the paradigm transition in the capacity building of World Heritage sites. Next, the educational status of World Heritage interpretation was analyzed through educational institutions, educational subjects, and curriculum examples. Finally, this study argues that a method for establishing a World Heritage interpretation education system should be presented according to the composition of the curriculum, and the interpretation curriculum planning by interpreters should be proposed focusing on the Outstanding Universal Value (OUV) of World Heritage sites.

이 연구의 목적은 한국 천문 유산인 앙부일구와 고대 천문 기록을 활용한 과학 교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 시범 적용을 통해 활용 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다. 앙부일구와 고대 천문 기록의 TSK 구성적 특성, 과학 교육과정과의 연계성, NOS와의 연계성을 고려하여 앙부일구는 초등학생을 위한 핸즈온 활동으로, 고대 천문 기록은 중·고등학생을 위한 과학 탐구 활동으로 개발했다. 개발된 프로그램을 초등과 고등 집단에게 시범 적용하여 활용 가능성을 확인했다. 앙부 일구 활동을 통해 학생들은 절기별 태양 운동에 대한 오개념을 수정하며 개념 지식을 정교화했고, 이후 천구 좌표계 개념과의 연계 가능성을 확인했다. 학생들은 앙부일구의 과학적 가치를 인식했으며, 과학·기술·사회 간 상호작용의 본성을 이해했다. 고대 천문 기록 활동에서 학생들은 귀납 및 연역적 탐구 방법을 경험했고, 다양한 정보와 전략을 활용 했다. 활동을 통해 학생들은 TSK에 대한 과학적 이해와 태도를 발전시켰다.

본 연구의 목적은 문화유산의 올바른 이해와 해석을 통해 이를 원형 그대로 보존하고 더욱 발 전시킬 수 있는 방법을 모색하기 위한 방법으로 문화예술교육의 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다. 1975 년부터 시작된 유네스코 세계문화유산 등록을 중심으로 문화유산은 다음 세대에 물려주어야 할 인류의 문화 양식으로서 가치를 인정받기 시작했다. 최근 문화유산을 활용한 문화, 관광사업 등 이 활성화되고 있는 가운데, 한편으로는 세계화로 인해 각국 문화의 획일화, 종속화, 상업화가 가 속되고 있어 각국 고유 문화유산의 보존과 계승, 발전이 중요한 시점이다. 이는 문화유산에 관한 올바른 이해와 해석이 선결되어 가능한 것이기에 본 연구에서는 문화유산에 관한 이해와 해석 능 력을 함양하기 위한 한 가지 방법으로서 문화예술교육을 제시한다. 먼저 문화콘텐츠, 교육콘텐츠 로서 문화유산의 의미를 살펴본다. 다음으로 문화유산교육이 중요한 이유와 문화유산을 교육적 측면에서 바라보는 두 가지 관점, 즉 문화유산교육과 문화유산을 통한 교육을 설명한다. 기존 선 행연구를 통해 문화유산을 활용한 문화예술교육의 몇 가지 사례를 찾아보고, 이를 더욱 구체화시 킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 이상의 내용을 바탕으로 문화유산의 이해와 해석, 보존과 발전을 고무시킬 수 있는 문화예술교육의 가능성을 탐색하며 마무리하겠다.
