For the sustainable use of fishery resources as common resources and the mitigation of conflicts with commercial fishermen, it is essential to understand recreational anglers’ participation process of environmentally responsible behaviors (ERB). This study intends to show that the effects of recreation specialization on environmentally responsible behaviors can be weakened due to the characteristics of anglers, who prefer to possess caught fish. Two different research models were tested with two data sets independently collected. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling. The results show that consumptive orientation, which measures a degree of catching and owning fish, and fishing-specific ERBs negatively affect the relationships between recreation specialization and general ERBs as mediation variables. Implications are further discussed that regulation policies and education programs are needed to change anglers’ consumptive orientation and catch-related fishing behaviors.

본 연구는 서핑 참여자를 대상으로 입문과정에서부터 레크리에이션 전문화가 형성되는 과정을 횡단적으로 분석하여 국내에서 생소한 서핑이라는 여가활동을 소개하고 국내의 서핑참여자에 대한 이해를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 참여자 각 개인이 서핑을 통해 레크리에이션 전문화에 관한 경험을 세밀하게 분석하기 위하여 문화기술지를 통해 참여자가 서핑을 즐기게 되면서 바뀌는 일상과 문화 행위패턴을 파악하면서 서핑을 통해 변화되는 삶의 의미를 도출하려고 하였다. 연구참여자는 유목적 표집법을 활용하여 11월~3월 진행되는 겨울 서핑캠프에 연구자가 참여해 10명의 연구대상자를 선정하였다. 심층 인터뷰 데이터 분석을 통해 총 531개의 개념적 단어를 식별하고 첫 번째 분류를 설정하였다. 둘째, 서핑 참가자들은 처음 서핑을 하기 전에도 서핑에 대한 기대가 높았다. 셋째, 서핑 참가자들은 여가제약을 경험하고 레크리에이션 전문화 과정에 도달하기 전 문제를 해결하기 위해 노력하였다. 넷째, 서핑 참가자들은 레크리에이션 전문화 과정을 거치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 다섯째, 서핑 참가자들은 삶의 변화를 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 그들은 신체 훈련, 서핑 기술 향상, 자신의 비디오 분석을 통해 일상생활에서 열심히 일하면서 서핑을 더 즐기는 것으로 조사되었다.

본 연구는 먼저 명 홍무(洪武) 15년(1382)에 태조가 시행한 유가교와 유가승의 직권(職權)과 직위의 법제화 등 여러 가지 시책들에 대하여, 그 시행의 정치적 고려와 사회적 기초를 검토하였다. 동시에 ‘유가(瑜伽)’란 무엇이며, 그것이 경참(職權), 시식(施食) 등 법사 내용으로서의 유가교로 발전하게 된 과정에 대하여 연구하였다. 다음으로 명 태조가 반포한 유가과의(瑜伽科儀), 경참의 가격과 민간에서 행한 정황을 검토하였는데, 특히 정책규정으로 정해진 경참의 공식 가격이 제대로 행해지기 어려웠던 종교심리적 요소에 대하여 분석하였다. 사회 시장의 높은 수요로 인하여 유가 교승의 수입이 풍부해짐에 따라, 선(禪), 강(講) 두 종파의 승려와 일반 세속의 사람들이 경참에 종사하는 일이 매우 잦았다. 이는 명대 불교의 성격을 세속화, 통속화 시켰을 뿐만 아니라 동시에 승려들의 자질을 하락시켜 승단율행(僧團律行)을 유지하는 것과 충돌하였으며, 심지어 사회 문제를 야기하기도 하였다. 그리하여 일본학자 龍池清은 태조가 교승을 선, 강승들의 지위와 균형을 맞춘 것은 중국 불교 교단사에서 획기적인 변혁이라고 여겼다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the dissatisfaction with and design preferences for mountain gear among the segments divided by specialization activity-pursued for recreational mountaineering. Data were collected by questionnaire survey from 900 subjects with the experiences of mountaineering and purchasing mountain gear in the past year, and 891 were used for the data analysis. The results of the study were as follows: Three factors were formulated based on mountaineering specialization activity-pursued: expertise-pursued mountaineering, mountaineering with psychological attachment and activity-oriented mountaineering. Four segments were identified based on the specialization activity-pursued: the emotionally-committed, the continuously-participated, the expertise-pursued, and the passively-participated. Significant differences were found in dissatisfaction with and design preference for mountain gear among the segments. The expertise-pursued tended to be more dissatisfied with color and fabric than the others, and preferred various mountain gear design of shape, color combination and construction line. On the other hand, the passively-participated tended to prefer simple and comfortable style with solid color and simple color combination.

사회가 급속히 변화 발전됨에 따라 우리나라의 교정행정도 다방면에서의 획기적인 변화를 통한 수용자들의 사회복귀 역량 강화에 노력하고 있다. 이러한 교정환경의 변화는 새로운 능력과 자세를 갖춘 교정인 양성을 필요로 한다. 따라서 기존의 교정공무원 교육체계와 차별화되는 교정공무원 전문화를 위한 새로운 교육훈련 체계에 대한 검토가 요구되고 있다. 교정공무원 인재개발의 환경은 내부적으로는 2015년 법무연수원 이전을 앞두고 있고, 외부적으로는 수용자 재범방지에 대한 사회적, 국가적 관심이 증대하고 있으며, 교육내용의 현업적용만족도가 저조하여 불만족의 목소리가 비등해 지고, 전문화된 범죄자의 교정교화를 위해 보다 과학화된 수용관리 및 전문화된 교화기법의 개발요구가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 교정인재개발의 환경은 과거와는 다른 형태의 교정공무원 양성을 필요로 하고 있다. 이제까지 교정연수부의 교육이 수용관리에 중점을 둔 직무 보수교육중심이었다면, 앞으로는 그 중심 추를 교정교화를 위한 처우 전문교육으로 전환하여야 할 시점이라고 본다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 교정공무원 교육훈련기관의 변천과정과 현행 교육훈련의 실태를 파악하고, 미국 등 선진국의 교정공무원 교육훈련 현황과 함께 교정조직과 유사한 국내 공무원 조직의 교육훈련 현황을 비교 검토함으로써 우리나라 교정공무원 교육훈련의 발전방안을 고찰하였다. 이러한 검토를 종합하여, 첫째, 교정공무원의 전문적인 교육을 위해 조직, 인사, 예산, 운영의 자율성이 부여된 독자적인 교육훈련 기관의 설치와 지방교정청 산하에 교정연수지부를 신설하는 등 교육훈련기구의 확충을 제시하였다. 둘째, 교정의 특수적 전문성을 확보하여 인성 및 윤리 교육 프로그램의 확대 등 교정교화 역량 교육의 내실을 기하고 새로운 교정 패러다임의 추진과 실행을 뒷받침하기 위한 교정연수부의 R&D기능의 확충을 강조하였다. 셋째, 향후 교육체제를 수요자중심, 현장중심, 실무중심 교육을 통해 ‘현장에 강하고 실무에 능통한 전문 교정공무원을 양성’함으로써 ‘과학적 수용관리와 전문적 교정교화, 성공적 사회복귀’가 이뤄지는 방향으로 재구축되어야 한다는 점을 역설하였다. 넷째, 외국과 국내 유사 공무원 조직인 경찰, 소방과 같이 신규 교정공무원에 대한 교육훈련 기간의 적정한 연장과 효율적 실무교육을 통한 현장 적응능력의 배양과 우수 교수요원의 확보 등의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 꽃장식의 전문성을 체계화하기 위해 수행 되어졌으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 이미지 형용사가 질감 성, 색감성, 시대성, 장식성의 4개의 요인으로 분석되어 진다. 요인별 꽃에 대한 분석을 보면, 질감성에 있어서 는 질감성이 가장 높은 꽃은 흰색 칼라꽃이 2.00으로 나 타났으며, 로코스퍼럼은 −1.90로 가장 낮은 것으로 나 타났다. 색감성에 있어서는 색감성이 가장 높은 것은 노랑색 장미가 1.70로 나타났으며, 안개꽃은 −2.40으로 색감성이 가장 낮았다. 시대성에 있어서는 시대성이 가장 높은 꽃은 천일홍이 2.00이었으며, 로코스퍼럼은 −3.00으 로 시대성이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 장식성에 있 어서는 장식성이 가장 높은 종류는 아가판서스가 2.50로 나타났으며, 헬리코니아가 −2.00으로 가장 낮게 나타났 다. 각 요인별 상관관계를 보면, 색감성과 시대성이 상 관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났는데 색감성과 시대성이 꽃장식을 할 경우 가장 중요하다고 해석되었다. 컨조인트 분석을 실시한 결과, 중요도는 색감성이 가장 높고 다 음으로 질감성과 장식성, 시대성의 순서로 나타났다. 이것은 소비자들이 꽃장식을 할 때, 색감성과 질감성에 치우치다보면 시대성에 대한 중요도가 간과되기 쉬워 진다고 생각되었다.

ACSA, NAAB, NCARB, ASEE, etc.) governing the registration of architects and engineers, emphasized the legitimate concern within the profession to determine an acceptable standard of professional education. Such regulatory standards influenced the transition of architectural engineering education in institutions including the case of MIT. As a result, the ambivalence in architectural engineering programs found specific resolution in programs, such as architectural engineering, building engineering, construction or civil engineering.
