Nowadays, since there are so many big data available everywhere, those big data can be used to find useful information to improve design and operation by using various analysis methods such as data mining. Especially if we have event log data that has execution history data of an organization such as case_id, event_time, event (activity), performer, etc., then we can apply process mining to discover the main process model in the organization. Once we can find the main process from process mining, we can utilize it to improve current working environment. In this paper we developed a new method to find a final diagnosis of a patient, who needs several procedures (medical test and examination) to diagnose disease of the patient by using process mining approach. Some patients can be diagnosed by only one procedure, but there are certainly some patients who are very difficult to diagnose and need to take several procedures to find exact disease name. We used 2 million procedure log data and there are 397 thousands patients who took 2 and more procedures to find a final disease. These multi-procedure patients are not frequent case, but it is very critical to prevent wrong diagnosis. From those multi-procedure taken patients, 4 procedures were discovered to be a main process model in the hospital. Using this main process model, we can understand the sequence of procedures in the hospital and furthermore the relationship between diagnosis and corresponding procedures.
This study identifies the current status of hanok design process and required design information through individual survey and interview with hanok architects and builders to suggest a proposal. Current design system turns out to be a common design process not reflecting hanok's unique mechanism of production. The proposal consists of the alternative design process, 'Initial survey / Site and structural planning / Spatial layout and form / Openings, interior and exterior elements design / Detail design', containing the specialty of hanok's mechanism, and the lists of design information required in its each stage. The proposed design process also emphasizes the significance of consultation in a way of designing coordination, and classifies the specific contents for each consultation moments. The study is expected to contribute for architects including the group who are not specialized in hanok to improve the architectural quality by following the systematic design process. Also the design system provides a framework to organize the vast range of design information being recently developed in the technique-oriented area.

This study is to develop and operate the R-FCE(Real-time Fuzzy Control Expert System) model on the SBR(Sequency Batch Reactors) type sewage disposal facility which is for the environmental problem of future and the effective treatment. It is the system that regularly handles the input, output information in real time by the Fuzzy control IF-THEN rule. Nowadays the water pollution caused by the increase of population and the industrialization already exceeds the purifying ability of nature and is getting worse. The sewage disposal facility needs an expert having wide experience and know-how because the quality or quantity of inflow water is so irregular that the process of sewage disposal is difficult. In the nation, however, the accumulation of technology is so weak because field-operators avoid the long-term duty. So the accurate and speedy decision or control of field are difficult in the case of emergency situation.
Recently, numerous government institutions and information service organizations have shown interests in employing ISO 9001 Quality Management System to increase their organizational performances. However, due to the gap between the system requirements and the process oriented goals in reality, they have not been able to merit from the ISO 9001 system. The primary goal of this paper is to propose a process oriented approach for implementing ISO 9001 system in information service organizations. This approach is different from the existing approaches in that it utilizes process mapping and 3-color improvement strategies. The proposed approach is illustrated using the K information service organization case study.
