        As contemporary building construction type is getting higher and deeper, construction equipment usage is getting more, and related fatal accidents are on an increasing trend. Because of this, a method was drawn which could grasp the present state of construction equipment management and manage safety of the equipment more easily for accident prevention by choosing 2 kinds of Construction equipment which cause safety accident frequently among the equipment mainly used in construction site. This study suggested a method about construction equipment safety management using "smart phone" base which could be used in safety management for construction equipment by whomever in construction site. After attachment of QR code included safety checklist, It became possible that site managers could check more efficiently by scanning with their smart phone when they inspect equipment. Moreover, by the construction interested who didn't know what and how they have to inspect could point out unsafe condition in the early stage of equipment entering or take unsafe one out of the site by using new smart phone safety checking system is installed, it became possible that critical accident caused by construction equipment was prevented in advance.

        본 연구에서는 교량기초 말뚝의 부주면마찰력 시험을 통하여 연약지반에 타설된 강관말뚝의 부주면마찰력을 측정하였으며 장기적인 마찰응력의 관측시험을 통하여 경제적인 상부구조물 시공시기를 판단하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. (1) 연약지반에서 부마착력의 크기는 침하속도가 클수록 크게 나타났다. (2) 마찰력의 관계 그래프에서 마찰응력의 증감이 없는 시기를 확인하여 상부구조물 시공시기를 판단할 수 있었다. (3) 말뚝정재하시험결과와 부주면마찰력 시험결과를 비교해 본 결과 항타 직후의 부주면마찰력은 재하시험 시의 마찰응력보다 크게 나오는 것으로 판단되며 15일 경과후의 측정값은 비슷하게 나오는 것으로 판단되었고, 이론식에 의한 결과와도 비슷하였다. (4) 부주면마찰력의 장기관측기법을 사용하면 부주면마찰력이 발생하고 있는 중이라도 적절한 상부구조물의 시공시기를 파악할 수 있어 경제적인 시공관리가 가능한 것으로 판단된다.

        This paper deals with the productivity increment through construction of HT8 production system for automobile factory in China. HT8 production system start to build up several management indices. The important management indices consists of organization management, location management, management of order, management of defective item, management of delivery information, and warehouse management. This HT8 production system is expected to obtain the improvement for overall organization management and reduction by 50% in warehouse cost.

        We constructed two test server systems for KMTNet data management. One is the photometry database server which is optimized for stable operation, and the other is the photometric data process server which is optimized for fast I/O between devices. The performances of servers and data storage units were tested using various methods. Database upload was also checked using five different methods. From tests, we concluded that the most efficient method to upload photometric data processing results to database is the use of three nodes with job scheduler under the InnoDB engine. In this study we provide the test results for prototype servers for KMTNet data management.

        With the trends of massiveness and complexity of construction, the main agents of construction have considered the various types of risk management strategies to minimize the loss caused by the risk factors from the nature of construction project, regional characteristics, and scale of construction. The risk management has been conducted, because the risk factors have exacerbated the condition of construction in terms of the level of productivity, quality of construction, atmosphere, and budget. Based on thε interests regarding risk factor management, the current study suggests the work breakdown structure-based process. Additionally, based on the work breakdown structure, the risk factors on constructions are identified and stratified depending on the level of salience of each risk factor. The purpose of result is to lead Korean Land Corporation understand and control the risk factors properly for the advanced construction process of Korean Land Corporation. Ultimately the current study contribute to advance of efficient risk management strategies by using ANP method, which identify and control the primary risk factos depending on the impact of the interaction and subordinate relationship between risk factors.

        The small and medium construction companies are facing potential EHS(Environment, Health & Safety) of major accidents to cause casualties or a financial loss and increasing social responsibility. So, they have to voluntarily accomplish the EHS management system rather than passively with regard to EHS regulation. In this study, the framework of integrated EHS management system is developed based on cloud computing, and construction companies are to materialize self-regulation EHS process of construction workplace and to standardize the total EHS business process using the developed system. The proposed system also provides risk analysis, education/control and continuous improvement for EHS tasks and users can easily access the system on the web at a low price through cloud computing service. Eventually, the integrated system contributes to the managerial improvement by minimizing economic and physical loss caused by construction accidents.

        Establishing a framework, to explain the path to safety accidents considering major safety management factors such as physical conditions including on-site activities and workplace, as well as human factors as to labor, supervisors, or managers, would be effective as the basis to control project's risks by preventing disasters. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify the mechanism in safety management and disaster occurrence. In order to accomplish the purpose, it identified and classified the factors related to accidents, reviewed the causal relationships among them, and suggested the influence diagram. The results of this research are expected to contribute to reinforcing the preventive management, and facilitating the development of integrated site control system based on safety risks.

        The Purpose of this study was to comprehend the influence that worker's job stress caused by the distinct characteristics of construction work affect on construction management. Proven through previous studies of job stress measurement method, physical environment, job demands, job autonomy, interpersonal conflict are derived as typical factors. We analyzed causal relationships between the factors using structural equation modeling under the hypothesis that job stress have effect on the construction management. As a result, successful job stress management for construction management plan is proposed.

        본 연구에서는 비점오염원 설치신고 대상 개발사업장 중 골프장 개발사업장의 배출특성 및 관리실태를 파악하고, 이를 토대로 골프장 개발사업장의 비점오염 관리방안을 마련하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 비점오염의 정의에 대하여 살펴보고 비점오염을 관리하기 위한 방법으로 발생억제와 배출억제 방안들에 대해 고찰하고 현재 골프장 개발사업장에서 운영되고 있는 비점오염 저감시설의 특징과 이에 대한 문제점을 분석하였다. 골프장 비점오염 관리를 위한 모니터링 방안을 조사한 결과, 골프장 건설전, 건설중, 건설후로 구분하여 모니터링을 실시할 필요가 있으며, 골프장 건설중 모니터링은 유사량과 토양유실에 집중할 필요가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 골프장에서 발생하는 비점오염을 저감하기 위한 방법으로 골프장 건설단계에 따라 대책을 마련하는 방법과 비점오염의 발생원인에 따라 침식억제와 유사운송억제로 구분하여 대책을 마련하는 방법, 오염물질의 저감을 위한 방법에 따라 구조적, 비구조적 대책으로 구분하여 대책을 마련하는 것이 있다. 골프장 건설사업장에서 발생하는 비점오염을 저감하기 위해 체계적인 모니터링을 통해 비점오염의 거동을 분석하고 골프장 건설단계, 발생원인, 비점오염 저감을 위한 방법 등을 고려하여 적절한 비점오염 저감시설을 설치하여 효과적으로 비점오염을 저감하는 대책을 마련하는 것이 필요하다.

        The purpose of this research is to develope street trees management program for more an effective street trees management. The principal point of this program is to relate spatial data and attribute data that is the main concept in GIS(Geographic Information System). To do this function, MapObjects which is ESRI's mapping and GIS components was used to process spatial data and Access which had been developed by MS was used to manipulate attribute data in this program. Visual Basic also was used to design and develop user interfaces and procedures, relate two sort of data, and lastly complete Application. Relational data model was adopted to design tables and their relation, Antenucci's GIS development model was selected to design and complete this program. The configuration of this application is composed of management data and reference data. The management data includes the location of street tree, a growth condition, a surrounding environment, the characters of tree, an equipments, a management records and etc. The reference data include general information about tree, blight and insects.

        This research has been conducted in order to assess the effects on quality management factor of the construction sites. 30 companies abiding by the 'construction industry law' and 32 companies abiding by the 'housing construction promotion law' have been researched in areas of quality-management environment, quality-management understanding, quality-management education on construction field, quality-system and quality-improvement. This construction quality factors are to realized the anticipated results not only quality level's increasing, but also company's confidence, competitiveness. We were able to obtain participations of 62 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0. In this study, we find the bottleneck factor for promotion and upgrade quality management factor of the construction sites and suggest a way out of difficulties.
