본 연구의 목적은 작업치료사의 직업기초능력 우선순위를 조사하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 작업 치료사 138명과 작업치료과 재학생 95명이다. 대상자들에게 직업기초능력에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 작업기초능력에 대한 요소들을 확인하였다. 그 결과, 작업치료사와 재학생 두 집단 모두에서 직업기초능력에 대한 필요성을 느낀다고 나타났으며, 의사소통능력, 대인관계능력, 문제해결능력을 중요하다고 나타났고, 자신 또한 소유하고 있다고 나타났다. 하지만, 작업치료과 재학생 집단에서 기술능력을 중요하게 생각한다고 나타났지만 가장 소유하고 있지 않다고 나타났다. 이에 따라서, 작업치료사로써 실제 직무수행에 필요한 다양한 기술에 관한 지식과 정보를 수집할 수 있는 교육과정을 고려해봐야 할 것이다.

목포해양대학의 해사대학은 학생들에게 선박과 해양에 대한 특수성에 적응할 수 있는 교육 및 훈련 프로그램을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 사회맞춤형학과 교육 프로그램의 운영을 통한 프로그램의 만족도가 학생의 핵심역량 향상과 자기주도역량 향상에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 사회맞춤형학과 비교과 교육 프로그램을 조사하였으며, 그 중 통계분석이 가능한 비교과 교육 프로그램인 TALK+를 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. TALK+ 프로그램은 해사대학의 특수성을 반영한 인사담당자와 소통을 할 수 있게 연결해주는 프 로그램이며, 259개의 만족도 조사 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 전체적으로 Likert 척도가 평균 4점 이상으로 높은 만족도를 나타내었으며, 만족도는 핵심역량 및 자기주도역량과 통계적으로 강한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 또한 선형회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 만족도는 핵심역량 향상 및 자기주도역량 향상에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다(p < 0.001). 본 연구를 통해 다양한 비교과 프 로그램의 개발과 동시에 무엇보다도 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 노력이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.

본 연구는 간호학생의 간호수행능력 관련요인을 파악하여 간호수행능력 증진을 위한 학부과정의 교육 방안을 마련하는데 기여하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 일 대학 간호학과의 4학년 학생 227명이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성, 비판적 사고성향, 핵심기본간호술 성취도에 따른 간호수행능력은 independent t-test, pearson’s correlation coefficient를 실시하였고, 간호수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 Linear regression을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 간호학생의 간호수행능력에는 비판적 사고성향의 지적공정성과 핵심기본간호술 난이도 중 및 하의 성취도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 모두 점수가 높을수록 간호수행능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 간호학생의 지적공정성과 핵심기본간호술 성취도를 높이는 한편 난이도 상의 성취도를 높이는 교육프로그램의 마련이 필요하다.

현대 기업의 경쟁력은 공급사슬 경쟁력으로 대변되고 있다. 급변하는 시장 상황에 능동적으로 대응하 기 위하여 중소기업의 자생적인 역량 강화가 절실하다. 또한, 상호 신뢰를 기반으로 대·중소기업, 중소기업 간 사회적 자본 형성 및 호혜적인 관계가 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국 반도체 장비 산업의 1, 2차 공급기업 대상으로 상생협력과 핵심역량, 관계 자본이 어떻게 설명되는지, 구조방정식을 활용하여 모형과 가설을 확인하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 한국 반도체 장비산업의 대·중소기업, 기업 간 상생협력의 협력활동은 중소기업의 핵심역량을 통하여 관계 자본에 기여한다는 결론을 얻었다. 또한, 중소기업의 핵심 역량은 상생협력의 협력활동과 관계자본 사이에 매개 작용을 한다고 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 한국 반도체 장비산 업의 대·중소기업, 기업 간 상생협력의 공정한 거래는 관계 자본에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 기업 간 상생협력의 협력활동은 중소기업의 핵심역량을 통하여 관계 자본에 영향을 주고, 공정 거래는 관계 자본에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계 자본은 상생협력, 핵심역량과 중소기업 운영성과 사이의 매개 효과를 확인하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 직무 수행 능력과 핵심역량을 강화하는 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 B광역시 유치원 및 보육교사 105명을 대상으로 인성, 인성교육, 직무, 핵심역량 등의 요구도 조사를 하였으며 SPSS 21.0(ver.) 프로그램을 이용하여 분석되었다. 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 유아교사의 올바른 인성 함양을 위해 인성교육에 대한 요구는 높았으며, 직무 및 핵심역량과 인성교육 간의 관련성 인식도 높았다. 그리고 유아교사에게 필요한 인성 요소 10위까지 의 순위는 긍정적 자아개념, 성실함, 도덕성, 책임감, 인내심, 유아에 대한 사랑, 올바른 가치관, 정서적 안정, 타인에 대한 긍정적 사고, 융통성 등이며 우선순위와는 다소 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 유아교사의 직무와 핵심역량을 강화하는데 인성교육의 필요성을 높게 인식하였다. 따라서 인성교육이 유아교사의 직무와 핵심 역량을 강화할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다. 이에 본 연구가 유아교사의 전문적인 직무 수행 능력 향상과 자질을 배양하는 핵심역량을 기르는 것을 목적으로 하는 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하는데 필요한 기초 자료를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다.

역량 중심 교육과정에서는 그 어느 때보다도 교사의 전문성과 학습성이 요구된다. 본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 한문과 유가경전 텍스트의 핵심역량 함양 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이 를 위해 유가경전에서 핵심 역량을 선정하고, 교과서에서의 진술 방안을 논의하고, 유가경전에서 핵심역량을 함양하는 방법을 제시하였다. 학생들은 유가경전 수업에서 ‘자기 관리 및 계발 역량’이 가장 잘 길러진 것으로 드러났다. 또한 유가경전 수업 이후 학생들이 느끼는 감정은 부정의 감정 상태에서 긍정의 감정 상태로 변화하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 유가 경전을 유가경전으로 모두 수정함. 유가경전 학습을 통해 핵심역량을 함양하기 위해서는 먼저, 교사가 유가경전 학습에 대한 내용의 전문성, 교수ꞏ학습의 전문성, 평가의 전문성을 길러야한다. 또한 단편 지식을 암기하는 교육이 아니 라, 유가경전 학습을 통하여 새로운 상황과 맥락 속에서 선택, 조절, 조합, 통합하는 메타인지와 문 제해결 능력을 기르고 새로운 가치를 생성할 수 있는 수행 능력을 신장시켜 주어야 한다. 이를 위해 교사의 역량이 지속적으로 제고될 수 있도록 소규모의 참여형 교사 연수가 필요하다고 판단된다. 유가경전 핵심역량 강화를 위한 장기적 과제로는 학습자들의 학습 부담을 줄이기 위한 중ꞏ고등학교 한문 학습용 유가경전 텍스트의 표준화와 유가경전에서의 역량 세부 지표를 제작하는 것 등이 있겠다.

Purpose: This study was to develop a clinical competence scale to assess competence of nursing students in neonatal core nursing management after delivery in the simulation-based clinical situations. Methods: The assessment items developed with 14 items of 3 point scale. An expert panel of 4 professor and 1 nurse reviewed the scale for content validity by using the CVI(Content Validity Index). Following the establishment of content validity, 14 items of the checklist were developed. The simulation-based neonatal core nursing education that consisted of four sessions for 6 hours lecture and practice was provided to 26 small groups. Result: The total mean score of clinical competence in neonatal core nursing care was 20.04. Items with the highest mean score was 1.87 with 'apply clean gloves'. Items with lowest mean score was 1.15 with 'perform the body temperature management to the neonatal'. Reliability of between two evaluation using Cronbach's alpha was .86. Conclusion: This results show neonatal core nursing care assessment tool developed this study had reliability and validity. Further studies are needed to determine property of tool in neonatal core nursing care assessment tool.

본 연구는 역량기반 인적자원관리와 역량개발 프로세스 및 인적자원관리 성과에 대한 기존의 연구와 실제 사례를 고찰한 후, 인적자원의 전략적 활용이 특히 중시되는 해운․항만 물류기업을 대상으로 이들의 관계를 실증분석하였다. 역량기반 인적자원관리 활동을 통해 조직내 인적자원관리 성과가 향상될 것이라는 관점에서 역량기반 인적자원관리와 인적자원관리 성과와의 관계를 규명하고, 이들의 관계에 대해 역량기반 인적자원관리 활동과의 전략적 연계의 정도를 나타내는 핵심역량

Purpose – For small and medium sized firms, CEO characteristics are main factor influencing firms’ prosperity as well as performance. So it is quite natural that many people are interested in factors of CEO that matters. In this research, CEO characteristics in terms of capabilities and skill or special knowledge necessary to run the business are invested for manufacturing firms. Precedent studies reveal that CEO characteristics such as psychological factors including desire to succeed, tendency to take risks, personal factors including age, year of running business, and task related factors including managing capability, communication skills, network influence firm performance for manufacturing firms. However, these studies simply verify whether or not those factors affect firm’s managing performance. This study, however, goes further to investigate how is the affecting process from CEO’s capabilities and organization characteristics to firm’s core competence, and from core competence to advantages, and from advantages to managing performance. Research design, data, and methodology – We make a questionnaire and surveyed manufacturing firm CEO’s in Gyeonggi-do area. General characteristics analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, and control effect analysis was conducted. SPSS 2.0 Win, version was used. Results – The CEO characteristics including basic capability, task capability, leadership, and organization characteristics affect core competence at the statistically significant level. And, core competence affect both price advantage and differentiation advantage at the significant level. Some unique finding is that while differentiation advantage affects both financial achievement and non-financial achievement, price advantage does not affect both financial and non-financial achievement. And firm characteristics mainly measured by CEO characteristics of skills has control effects on the trace from core competence to price advantage. Conclusions – For small and medium sized firms CEO characteristics is the most important factor influencing firm’s prosperity. For manufacturing firms, whether CEO has the skill or special knowledge to run the firm is critical factor. The study results show that CEO’s for manufacturing firms put importance on price and price advantage which seems to be familiar to them. However, the price advantage does not influential to financial and non-financial achievement. This result suggests that small and medium sized manufacturing firms’ CEO’s should make effort to improve other aspects of advantages to be more competitive.

Purpose - This paper will go deep into the analysis of Korean Cultural industry development, and the result of the analysis shows that the cultural value of cultural product, competitive product lines and mature Market Mechanism are core competences of Korean Cultural industry. Research design, data, and methodology – This is a case study in the era of knowledge based economy, Cultural industry has become a new increasing point of economic development. Cultural industry, commonly regarded as an industry with high-ended value, is occupying more important role in economic development and social welfare promotion process. Results - Moreover the increasingly important role of cultural industry will hopefully help to promote industrial upgrading process and finally become a driving force for economic growth and technological innovation. During the process of cultural development, improving core competence of Cultural industry is a key consideration to help the development of Cultural industry in a positive way. Conclusions - From the study above, we find that in order to ensure sustainable development of Cultural industry, emphasis should be put on finding and improving core competence. Core competence of Korean Cultural industry is important and inspiring to the development of Chinese Cultural industry and regional integration in the East Asian area.
