본 연구는 한·러 전략적 동반자관계 수립의 해인 2008년부터 한·러 수교 30주년의 해였던 2020년에 발행된 국내 중앙지 11개의 러시아 관련 보도기사를 빅데이터 내용 분석법을 활용하여 한국인이 인식하고 있는 러시아의 이미지 및 인식의 근원을 탐구하는 데 그 목적을 둔다. 국내 언론 매체에서 제시하는 러시아의 이미지는 대체적으로 부정적이었다. 보수신문은 러시아를 냉전시대의 강국으로, 진보신문은 부정적으로 보도 하나, 필요한 협력 파트너로 보고 있다. 언론매체의 보도와 한국 정부의 신북방 정책의 내용과 일치하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 언론매체는 심도 있는 분석에 근거한 기사를 발간할 필요가 있 고, 정부는 국민의 러시아 관련 인식 척도를 지속적으로 관찰하고, 러시아와의 적극적인 교류를 통해 이러한 인지 불일치를 극복할 필요가 있다.

1. 러시아는 세계 3위 감자 생산 대국이며 감자는 밀과 함께 러시아의 중요한 식량작물로서 2018년 현재 약 1,314천 ha에서 재배되고 있다. 2. 러시아의 감자 총생산량은 2018년 22,395천 톤 내외이며 ha당 생산량은 1992년 11.4 톤에서 2018년 17.1 톤으로 5.7 톤 증가했다. 3. 신선감자와 냉동감자의 수입이 꾸준히 늘고 있으며 신선 감자 수입은 지난 25 년동안 1992년 425천 톤에서 2017년 561천 톤으로 136천 톤 증가했고 냉동감자 수입은 118.0천 톤 증가하여 2017년 118.4천 톤이었다. 4. 신선감자 수출량은 최근 급증하여 2017년 현재 200천 톤 내외인 반면 냉동감자 수출량은 2017년 1.5천 톤으로 매우 미미하였다. 5. 감자 품종의 경우 400종 이상이 등록되어 있으며 이들 중 약 51.1%는 자체(CIS 국가 포함) 육성 품종이고 나머지는 네덜란드, 영국 등 해외 도입종이다. 6. 러시아 국민 1인당 연간 감자 소비량은 110 kg 내외로 지난 25년간 큰 변화가 없는 반면 가공용 감자 소비는 꾸준히 감소하여 2017년 400천 톤 규모였다. 7. 매년 6,500천 톤의 씨감자가 사용되고 있는 반면 자체 수급체계가 미비하고 고품질 씨감자의 수입도 4~9천 톤에 불과하여 씨감자 문제가 갈수록 심화되고 있다. 8. 우리나라 감자 9종의 현지 시험재배 결과, 현지품종 대비 파종후 성숙은 빠른 반면 괴경수량이 적고 괴경의 평균 무게가 가벼우며, 역병저항성이 약한 편이었다. 다만 국산품종 중 ‘아리랑1호’, ‘조풍’은 조숙 및 다수성을 나타내어 현지 진출이 유망할 것으로 판단되었다. 9. 구 소련 해체와 함께 고도의 씨감자 기술 및 체계가 붕괴된 러시아는 현재까지 씨감자 수급체계 및 기술이 낙후되어 있고 고품질 씨감자에 대한 수요도가 높아 한국 씨감자 업체 의 러시아 감자시장 진출 전망은 밝은 편이다.

본고는 기본적으로 이슬람권 지역에 대해 어떻게 하나님의 선교를 할 것인가를 분석하는 학적 시도이다. 체첸이 속한 연방국가인 러시아와 체첸 간의 관계를 잘 이해하는 올바른 지역학적 연구 방법이 적용되어야 한다는 것을 본 논고는 강조하였다. 연방 내에서 약소민족이 전쟁을 경험한 정치적 사건도 선교 대상적 학적 체계의 일부분이 될 수 있다는 입장으로 기술된 내용이다. 즉 본고는 지역학적 관점에서 선교 전략을 도출하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 서술되었다. 지역연구로서의 대상지역을 체첸으로 설정하였지만, 전체적으로 러시아와 체첸 관계가 그 중심적인 내용이 될 것이다. 특히 매우 강력한 연방 국가에 속한 체첸공화국에서 발생한 체첸 전쟁을 둘러싼 역사적, 정치적, 문화적 요소를 통해 선교를 어떤 방식으로 도출해야 할 것인지에 대한 반응으로 본고의 내용이 서술되었다

The purpose of this research was to identify the situation of ICT use in education in the Russian region, its reasons, and possible problems and solutions. In order to achieve the attempted purpose, analysis was done on thirteen individual and collaborative final presentations of 34 Russian (Sakha) trainees who attended the APEC e-Learning Training Program during 2007-2013 and Russian government project on ICT in education. The results of the research are as follows. First, the most mentioned problem and need to the Russian education informatization was identified as a shortage of ICT equipment. The next two problems identified were the problem of the insufficiency of educational resources and lack of teacher motivation in using ICT. Third, the implementation of ICT in Russian schools should become one of the important objectives of the region’s education administration and school administration. Thus, Russian regional government officials, who are responsible for education, need training to implement better policies and measures for improvements of ICT use in education. Also it’s important for them to learn the best foreign experience in using ICT in Education and adapt it by taking into consideration culture, geographical and other regional features.

This paper reviewed the relationship between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(product innovation, process innovation), and the moderating effect of CEO's entrepreneurship in small businesses of Convergence Federation. Based on the responses from 252 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on product innovation and process innovation, but trust effects positively only on process innovation. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship effects positively on the relationship between trust and product innovation, and the relationship between shared vision and process innovation.

Purpose – The paper analyzes basic indicators characterizing the volume of energy sector activity in the Russian Federation, Privolzhsky Federal district, Republic of Tatarstan. Research design, data, and methodology – The study analyzed data from the Privolzhsky Federal district, specifically, industrial production volume, electricity production, energy consumption, energy-balance data, capital investments, and capital investment structure. An array of data has been investigated in recent years. The dataset’s dynamics were analyzed in 1998. Fixed capital investment dynamics were studied in 1946 the figures were converted to a comparable form using the index method. Trends were analyzed using multivariate statistics methods and the Statgraphics software package. Results – Hypothesis 1. There are sectoral disproportions in energy flows,taking into account the volume of electricity production and consumption. Trends in electricity production in general coincide with industrial production volume trends. Energy flows have disparities in individual territorial units, and in general. Hypothesis 2. The degree of sectoral economic stability decreases with insufficient levels of investment in fixed capital energy organizations. Conclusions – Because totalelectricity production is largely determined by fixed capital investments, the study of their trends and patterns will coordinate efforts on investment operations in this area.
