        본 연구는 유기액비 재료가 유기액비 제조시 화학적 특성 변화에 미치는 영향을 구명코자 충청북도농업기술원 플라스틱하우스에서 수행하였다. 계분, 대두박, 쌀겨 등 3처리를 하였다. 본 시험에서 얻어진 결과를 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 액비 원료의 총 질소 함량은 대두박이 55 mg·kg−1으로 가장많았으며, 인산과 칼륨 함량은 계분에서 가장 많았다. 계분의pH는 중성에 가까웠으며, 대두박과 쌀겨는 강산성을 띠었다. 계분 액비의 EC는 발효기간이 증가할수록 증가하였고, 대두박과 쌀겨 액비는 발효기간 중 증가하다가 감소, 증가하는 경향이었다. 계분 액비의 황화수소 발생량은 발효 후 2주차에는3,200 mg·L−1이었으나, 발효 12주차에는 1,600 mg·L−1으로 감소하였고, 대두박과 쌀겨 액비는 발효 과정중 황화수소 가스가 발생하지 않았거나 거의 발생하지 않았다. 질소와 칼슘 함량은 계분 액비와 대두박 액비에서 가장 많았다. 인산, 마그네슘의 함량은 쌀겨 액비에서 각각 5.6 g·kg−1, 1.5 g·kg−1으로 가장 높았다. 칼륨은 처리에 따라 4.3-4.4g·kg-1으로 차이가 없었다.

        This experiment was carried out to determine optimal concentration of organic liquids for the improvement of antioxidant in pepper. As human beings enter the age of 100, they are naturally recognized as a standard of high quality agricultural products for safety and improvement of functional materials. Tomatoes are among the most consumed vegetables in the world and there is a growing interest in varieties with high functional content. However, there is a limit to the improvement of functional materials of certain varieties, so it is necessary to study the improvement of materials by cultivation physiology and environmental conditions. The test material was sown on March 15th in Wanju province and on June 15th in rain shelter house using pepper “suppermanidda” varieties. To investigate the optimum concentration of organic liquids for the improvement of antioxidant, 15 kinds of treatments were carried out including control, tomato liquid fertilizer etc. The liquid fertilizer of organic material was treated with 6 times of irrigation, and the analysis of nutrients and antioxidant was done by harvesting pepper on the September 10th. The contents of beta-carotene was increased in the T3, T4, T12 treatments, vitamin C was in the P14 treatments, flavonoid, polyphenol were in the P12 treatment compared to the control. In T12 treatment, flavonoid increased by 115.9%, polyphenol by 121.7%, beta-carotene by 117.2% and vitamin C by 136.1% compared to the control. There was no significant difference in the growth characteristics and characteristics of pepper fruit of pepper according to liquid fertilizer treatment. Therefore, it has been confirmed that the organic antioxidant is affected by the liquid fertilizer treatments of organic materials and it is necessary to study the environmental conditions such as temperature, moisture and photosynthesis.

        This study investigated the use of a hydroxyl-radicals-generated microbubble/catalyst (MB/Cat) system for removing organic pollutants, nitrogen, and phosphorous from liquid fertilizer produced by livestock wastewater treatment. Use of the MB/Cat system aims to improve the quality of liquid fertilizer by removing pollutants originally found in the wastewater. In addition, a reduction effect has been reported for antibiotics classified as representative non-biodegradable matter. Samples of liquid fertilizer produced by an aerobic biological reactor for swine wastewater treatment were first analyzed for initial concentrations of pollutants and antibiotics. When the MB/Cat system was applied to the liquid fertilizer, TCOD, TOC, BOD5, and NH3-N, and PO4-P removal efficiencies were found to be approximately 52%, 51%, 30%, 21%, and 66%, respectively. Additionally, Amoxicillin hydrate was removed by 10%, and Chlortetracycline HCl and Florfenicol were not present at detectable levels These findings confirm that the MB/Cat system can be used with livestock wastewater treatment to improve liquid fertilizer quality and to process wastewater that is safe for agricultural re-use.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the mixed treatment of compost tea and amino acid liquid fertilizer as a substitute of oil cake for the organic cultivation of maize in Goesan, Chungbuk province. As a result, nitrogen, phosphoric acid, potassium, calcium and magnesium contents of each organic fertilizer were in the order of oil cake > amino acid fertilizer > compost tea. Each of these organic fertilizers had little influence on the change of soil chemical. Individual treatment of amino acid fertilizer and oil cake for weight of an ear as well as all individual treatments for the fresh weight of 100 kernels showed significant increase, compared to the untreated control. For the corn yield of merchantable quality, each treatment of compost tea, amino acid liquid fertilizer and oil cake increased higher 3.9, 5.4 and 5.9% than untreated control, respectively. On the other hand, as a result of mixed treatment of amino acid fertilizer and compost tea, the change of soil chemical property was insignificant. The mixed treatment, Nonetheless, showed significant increase for stem height to 1st ear, grain setting length in an ear, weight of an ear, and fresh weight of 100 kernels, compared to the oil cake as a control. After all, the corn yield of merchantable quality produced by the mixed treatment was 3.9% higher than the control. Therefore, our study would be considered that the mixed treatment of amino acid and compost tea is one of organic materials that can replace oil-cake in maize.

        TThis study investigated the influence of AGH-Ringer (chelated organic minerals liquid fertilizer) on the growth, yield, and fruit quality of ‘Jukhyang’ strawberry in a hydroponic system. The results revealed that AGH-Ringer group led to significantly higher plant length than that of the control group, and that leaf length and leaf width increased with increasing leaf area. In addition, the fresh and dry weights of leaves and SPAD unit, which measures leaf color also showed a significant increase with AGH-Ringer. However, the length and dry weight of roots did not show significant differences when compared to the control group. In the fruit quality analysis, AGH-Ringer group did not show any difference in fruit length compared to the control group, but it increased both the fruit weight, which, along with the simultaneous increase in fruit width, increased the yield per strawberry. Furthermore, AGH-Ringer group strengthened the red skin color of the fruit, and resulted in significantly greater hardness than that of the control group, but did not have any effect on the soluble solid content and acidity. As shown in the results, the AGH-Ringer group resulted in lesser mineral content and lower to medium EC (electrical conductivity) in comparison to the inorganic mineral hydroponic fertilizer, which was used as a control. However, it increased the leaf growth, fruit weight, and yield, and improved the fruit quality by increasing the soluble solid content in the hydroponic system of ‘Jukhyang’ strawberry. Therefore, based on this study, AGH-Ringer is thought to be a more effective hydroponic fertilizer than the inorganic mineral hydroponic fertilizer. Moreover, the field experiment demonstrated that AGH-Ringer is a useful hydroponic fertilizer convenient for application in farms. This study also proved that AGH-Ringer is a fertilizer that can promote plant nutrition by controlling the salinity of the soil and facilitating the absorption of necessary minerals in future soil cultivation, thereby providing basic data for organic farming.

        폐자원인 우렁쉥이 껍질을 이용한 환경친화형 유기농 액비의 개발을 위하여 유용미생물(EM)을 이용한 우렁쉥이 껍질의 최적 발효조건과 액비의 특성을 조사한 결과 다음과 같다. EM발효 우렁쉥이 껍질 액비 제조 시 당밀의 투입량이 증가할수록 pH는 낮아지며, EC는 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, pH는 당밀이 10% 이상 투입된 시험구에서 일정하게 유지되었다. EM발효 우렁쉥이 액비의 총 질소 함량은 발효가 경과할수록 현저히 증가하였으며, 특히 당밀이 15% 이상 투입된 시험구에서 약 220% 증가율을 나타내었다. 인의 함량은 발효 21일차에서 최고치를 나타내었으며, 칼륨의 함량은 발효가 경과할수록 증가하였다. 칼슘, 마그네슘, 나트륨의 함량 역시 발효가 경과할수록 증가하였고 당밀이 15% 이상 투입된 시험구에서 증가율이 우수한 것으로 나타났으며, 칼슘의 함량이 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유해성분(As, Cd, Cu, Cr, Hg, Ni, pb 및 Zn)의 함량은 시험구 모두에서 비료공정규격 기준치에 적합하였다. 우렁쉥이 껍질 액비의 유리아미노산은 총 29종이 검출되었으며 총량은 7,080.94 mg/L를 나타내었고 알라닌이 656.32 mg/L로 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 이상의 결과를 미루어 볼 때 우렁쉥이 껍질을 이용한 액비화에는 당밀이 15% 이상 투입된 조건이 최적인 것으로 판단된다.

        This study was carried out to evaluate the effects of applying levels of organic liquid fertilizer (OLF) on growth and fruit quality of hot pepper. The OLF was made with compositions of chicken dung : rice bran : soybean meal (2:1:1). Hot pepper was applied with 5 treatments; control (chemical fertilize), OLF-1.0X (standard applying levels), OLF-0.7X (70% of standard applying level), and OLF-1.3X (130% of standard applying level). The plant height was reduced at 23cm in the OLF-1.0X treatment compared to control of 293㎝. The number of hot pepper fruits was significantly increased. The content of capsaicin in the ripened pepper decreased by 23.6% in the OLF-1.0X treatment with 253㎎ㆍ㎏⁻¹ compared with control of 331 ㎎ㆍ㎏⁻¹, but the content of free sugar increased by 19.5%. The content of capsaicin and soluble solid content in OLF-1.3X treatment were significant different with other treatments. The yield of red pepper in OLF-1.0X treatments increased by 15% with 4,190㎏ㆍ10a⁻¹ compared to control of 3,643㎏ㆍ10a⁻¹, and OLF-1.3X and OLF-0.7X treatments showed increase by 10% and 6%, respectively.
