This paper analyses various types of unethical expressions and distribution features in both large-scale broadcasting corpus and messenger corpus. The use of these unethical expressions appear to vary considerably depending on the register. As such, annotations for de-identification should be based on a register-specific approach rather than a general one. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, unethical expressions are categorized into four types: 'swearing expressions, hate speech, aggressive expressions, and sexual expressions.' Second, the quantitative analysis shows that the amount of unethical expressions in messenger is much higher than in broadcasting. Third, the proportion of [+person] expressions is very high in broadcast conversations, while swearing expressions account for more than 90% of the unethical expressions in the messenger corpus. Our study suggests that register variation, contextual information and language categories beyond word unit need to be reconsidered to detect unethical expressions.

이 논문은 근대 신성로마제국, 특히 그 독일어권 지역 귀족 궁정들의 여성 음악후원, 그 후원을 통한 음악 및 음악문화 전파를 탐구한다. 탐구대상은 엘리자베트 폰 헤센-카셀, 소피 엘리자베트 폰 브라운슈바이크-뤼네부르크, 소피 샬로테 폰 하노버의 경우이다. 이들은 당대에 통상적으로 여성에게 허용된 범위를 넘어선 인문주의적, 음악적 교육 및 체험을 누렸으며, 이미 본가의 궁정 에서 자신의 연주력, 연주 기획력을 펼쳤다. 훗날에는 시가 궁정의 음악을 (재)구성하고 재건하며 관리해냈다. 본가의 음악가들과 긴밀한 관계를 이어가며 그 과업들을 수행해냈다. 그리하여 근대 이탈리아, 프랑스의 음악 양식과 극적 음악장르들, 실내악이 이동하며 정착했다. 독일 바로크 음악의 전파, 근대 독일 오페라의 발전도 구현되었다. 영국 음악이 독일 지역들로 스며들기도 했다. 무엇보다 17, 18세기 독일의 음악 중심지들에 음악적, 음악문화적 정체성의 토대가 놓여졌다. 음악교육, 음악애호의 대물림을 통해 실현된 모녀 2대에 의한 2중 전파 역시 흥미롭다. 당대 궁정 음악후원의 주목적이었던 군주의 권세 과시를 벗어난, 음악에 대한 순수한 애정에서 비롯된 후원 행위도 특징적이다.

최근 증가되고 있는 모바일 SNS(Social Network Service)를 통한 매개(Mediated) 커뮤니케이션에서 자신의 감성을 표현 가능한 이모티콘을 활용하여 대화하는 감성 커뮤니케이션이 발달하고 있다. 이모티콘 개발이 증가 하고 사용이 대중화가 됨에 따라, 사용자가 원하는 감성 표현이나 의미를 상징하는 아이템에 대한 요구가 확대 되고 있다. 또한, 동일한 이모티콘이라도 사용자에 따라 다르게 해석할 수 있으며, 디자이너의 의도한 감성 표현에 대해 사용자의 의미 해석이 상이할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 SNS 메신저에서 이모티콘을 이용한 커뮤니케이션을 위해 사용되는 감성 어휘를 연구하고 분류하여 감성 커뮤니케이션과 관련된 이모티콘 개발의 초석을 마련하고자 한다. 즉, 사용자 관점에서 이모티콘에 기반하여 표현하고자 하는 감성 어휘에 대한 분류와 모델을 제안한다. 본 연구를 위해 첫째, 문헌조사를 기반으로 감성 형용사를 수집하고 설문, 통계 분석 및 FGI (Focus Group Interview)를 통해 1차 감성 어휘를 추출한다. 둘째, 2차 설문조사 및 통계분석을 통해 최종 적합 어휘를 추출한다. 셋째, 최종 추출된 어휘를 바탕으로 다차원척도 분석을 실행하여 어휘 모델을 도출하고 감성 어휘를 분류한다. 그 결과 ‘미안하다’, ‘바쁘다’, ‘배고프다’, ‘어렵다’, ‘슬프다’, ‘날씨가 춥거나 덥다’, ‘지 루하다’, ‘부끄럽다’, ‘궁금하다’, ‘만족하다’, ‘좋다’, ‘아름답다’, ‘편안하다’ 의 13개 어휘로 분류되었다.

공정거래위원회는 2015년 기업메시징서비스 시장에서의 시장지배적 지위 남용에 관한 의결에서 관련 상품(서비스)시장의 범위를 ‘무선통신망을 통한 기업메시징서비스시장’으로 확정하였으나 이러한 판단은 더 이상 유효하지 않다. 스마트폰과 더불어 등장한, 한국 모바일메신저 앱 시장 의 94%를 점유하는 카카오톡이 기업메시징서비스 시장에서 변화를 일으키고 있기 때문이다. 카카오톡은 하이브리드 전송 서비스를 통해 무선통 신망을 보유하지 않고도 이를 보유한 이동통신사 업자들과 경쟁하고 있고 알림톡 서비스는 문자메 시지를 통한 기업메시징서비스보다 저렴하면서 정보 전달 기능 및 효용이 유사하여 이를 이용하는 업체의 수가 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 카카오톡은 이동통신사업자들의 무선통신망이라는 거대한 진입장벽을 이미 뛰어넘었으므로 당장 법원에 소송 계속 중인 사건에서 시정이 이루어지기는 어렵겠지만 향후 이러한 기술발전을 고려하여 기업메시징서비스 시장의 관련 상품시장 범위를 획정하는 법 집행 당국의 판단이 있어야 할 것이다. 기술의 발전이 법에 끼치는 영향에 적극적인 관심을 가짐으로써 새로운 법적 쟁점에 대응하는 자세가 중요한 이유이다.

The purpose of cooperation is to obtain mutual benefit. The basic process on cooperation is exchanging something that an individual cannot product. It means that cooperation can be decomposed into two processes: give and take. So, social network combined with give and take process becomes a complex system that represents cooperation. However, there was no method to measure cooperation numerically based on the complex system model before. Online messenger is an appropriate tool because it works on social network. With the number of messages sent or received on messenger, cooperative score is measurable in real time. To do it, the following three elements should be considered. First, cooperation means that both give and take need to be equally distributed among people in an organization. This measurement is available from entropy in information theory. However, without the amount of activity in give and take process, the equal distribution is not enough to present cooperative score. Last, the biased activity with a large amount of activity must be inhibited. Without the third element, only competition is led for selfish benefit. The example in the paper shows that cooperative score equation is proper to be applied if there are countable information in give and take process. With this cooperative scoring system, organizations could easily detect cooperativeness among teams and employee in real time.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 메신저를 활용한 수업에서 이루어지는 과학 영재 학생들의 논변활동과 대화의 유형을 분류하여 수업 주제와 형태에 따라 나타나는 차이점을 분석하였다. 수업은 서울대학교 영재센터 학생 가운데 선발된 5명의 남학생을 대상으로 하였으며, 인터넷 메신저 프로그램을 활용하여 진행되었다. 학생들의 논변활동은 Toulmin의 논쟁 틀에 바탕을 두어 분석되었으며, 논변활동 요소의 흐름에 따라 논변활동을 유형화하였다. 연구 결과 학생들의 수업 참여의 기회가 높은 수업에서 상대적으로 높은 수준의 논변활동이 나타났으며, 전체 수업에 걸쳐 4가지의 논변활동 유형이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학생들의 논변 능력 향상과 교수자-학습자간의 상호작용 촉진을 위한 수업 모형의 개발과 적절한 주제 선정이 필요함을 시사한다.

The objective of this study was to determine the mRNA expression patterns of several putative imprinted genes in in vivo and in vitro fertilized, parthenogenetic, and cloned porcine preimplantation embryos. Both maternally (Dlk1, IGF2, Peg1/Mest and Ndn) and paternally (IGF2r, H19 and Xist) imprinted genes were selected. We have used reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to investigate gene expression patterns in the porcine embryos. IGF2 transcripts were detected in the most of embryos. In nuclear transfer (NT), Peg1/MEST transcripts showed fluctuating pattern. Dlk1 was only expressed partially from the morula and blastocyst stage of NT embryos. Ndn gene expression was started somewhat early for in vivo embryos. However, the expressions of maternally imprinted genes were similar in all types of blastocysts (NT, in vivo and in vitro fertilized, and parthenogenetic embryos). The IGF2R gene expression level was somewhat irregular and varied among samples. However, for the majority samples of all types of embryos, IGF2R expression was diminished after one- to two-cell stages and reappeared at the morulae or blastocyst stage embryos. H19 gene was only expressed early in parthenogenetic and in vivo embryos. For NT embryos, H19 was only expressed in blastocysts. Xist expression was detected in all blastocysts with the earliest being in vivo 8-cell stage embryos and the last one being NT blastocysts. These putative imprinted genes appeared to have stage specific expression patterns with a fluctuating pattern for some genes (Peg/Mest, IGF2r, H19). These results suggest that stage specific presence of imprinted genes can affect the embryo implantation and fetal development.
