        The call and the need for reparations grows out of some of the worst abuses humans have inflicted upon one another. In the aftermath of past atrocities, societies often grapple to understand their identity. They routinely struggle to reconcile their contemporary moral standing with their past actions. Pressure from internal and external groups often force governments to publicly denounce past injustices and mistreatment to establish or sustain political legitimacy. Pursuing this brings them squarely into the world of reconciliation and redress. In less than a century, countries on every continent have confronted this issue. Their approaches and outcomes have varied just as widely but lessons from their experience should guide ongoing and future efforts to achieve success.

        조선시대 태일전(太一殿)은 나라에서 太一이란 별에게 제사했던 건물이다. 조선왕조실록을 보면 조선 成宗시기에 태일전의 방소를 옮겨서 제사하는 이방(移方)의 문제가 본격적으로 논의되었다. 조선의 태일전과 太一殿의 移方은 高麗의 태일초제(太一醮祭)의식을 계승한 것이다. 고려에서는 귀주(龜州) 화령 (和寧)충주(忠州) 부평(富平)에 太一宮觀을 移方하였다. 조선에서도 고려의 인식과 법식을 계승하여 통천(通川) 의성(義城) 태안(泰安)의 순서로 태일전을 移 方하였다. 太一殿의 移方의 원리는 天文曆法에 근거한 易學인 太乙數가운데 五福太乙法이다. 고려와 조선에서는 중국보다 더 太乙數의 五福太乙法을 충실하게 따라 移方하면서 太一醮祭를 행하였다.

        In order to achieve success in ground operations, searching for moving targets is one of critical factors. Usually, the system of searching for adversary ground moving targets has complex properties which includes target’s moving characteristics, camouflage level, terrain, weather, available search time window, distance between target and searcher, moving speed, target’s tactics, etc. The purpose of this paper is to present a practical quantitative method for effectively searching for infiltrated moving targets considering aforementioned complex properties. Based upon search theories, this paper consists of two parts. One is infiltration route analysis, through terrain and mobility analysis. The other is building dynamic probability maps through Monte Carlo simulation to determine the prioritized searching area for moving targets. This study primarily considers ground moving targets’ moving pattern. These move by foot and because terrain has a great effect on the target’s movement, they generally travel along a constrained path. With the ideas based on the terrain’s effect, this study deliberately performed terrain and mobility analysis and built a constrained path. In addition, dynamic probability maps taking terrain condition and a target’s moving speed into consideration is proposed. This analysis is considerably distinct from other existing studies using supposed transition probability for searching moving targets. A case study is performed to validate the effectiveness and usefulness of our methodology. Also, this study suggests that the proposed approach can be used for searching for infiltrated ground moving target within critical time window. The proposed method could be used not only to assist a searcher’s mission planning, but also to support the tactical commander’s timely decision making ability and ensure the operations’ success.

        By controlling the piston speed of the gas spring applying to the digital television stand application of the gas spring, a user can operate the elevation when the gas spring is working under long stroke(200~300 mm, the TV elevation displacement). According to stroke, by some devices with the problem rising from between the difference of external forces, the emotional quality in television elevational function is realized. The piston speed control technique is investigated to perform this experiment piston flow analysis and flow rate control for precise tubular cross section and propose a piston structure for elevation action. This study is for the development of the gas spring of the large size television stand with 50 inch over. In the gas spring development of elevation working, a device to compensate for the volume of the cylinder is generated as much the volume of the piston rod. As this study result, at the development of working gas spring, the hollow shaft is more favorable than the solid one in the apparatus to compensate for the cylinder volume generated.

        본 연구에서는 BWIM(Bridge Weigh-in-Motion) 시스템을 기반으로 주행차량의 총중량 및 축중량 추정을 수행하였다. BWIM 시스템의 개발을 위해 차량 주행시험은 필수적이지만 그 비용과 시간이 많이 소요되고, 다양한 차량 주행 조건의 적용이 어렵다. 따라서 차량 주행시험의 비용 및 시간적 문제점을 보완하고, 주행 조건에 따른 다양한 교량응답의 확보할 수 있는 수치 시뮬레이션이 현장실험과 병행되어야한다. 본 연구에서는 교량의 동적특성을 반영하는 수치 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 교량의 응답을 획득하고, 통행 차량의 중량을 산출하는 BWIM 시스템에 적용하여 총중량 및 축중량 추정을 수행하고 정밀해석모델기반 과적단속기술에 대하여 제안하였다.

        본 논문은 물리학자 겸 유도 유단자였던 모쉐 펠던크라이스(Moshe Feldenkraise) (1904-1984)에 의해 제창되고, 현재에는 재활과 스포츠의 의미를 넘어 움직임 예술의 교 육과 훈련으로 자리잡고 있는 펠던크라이스 방법론을 20세기 대표적인 몸의 움직임 교육 에서 중요한 실습 원리로 간주하고 이에 대해 논의한다. 따라서, 펠던크라이스의 이론과 실제 그리고 그와 같은 세대의 학자들인 테오도르 아도르노(Teodor Adorno), 아론 켓지어 (Ahron Katzir), 그리고 헤르베르트 마르쿠제(Herbert Marcuse)의 이론에 근거하여 실습 중심의 안무연구에 대해 접근한다. 그 중에서도 테오도르 아도르노의 에세이 「아우슈비츠 이후의 움직임(Education after Auschwitz)」(1966)의 내용을 그 중심에 두고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 첫째, 몸 중심의 무용실습에 대해 연구하는 현대 학자들의 견해와 펠 던크라이스 방법론의 특징을 형태, 표현방식, 안무적 사고, 자기영상 측면에서 비교 분석한 다. 둘째, 이를 통해 펠던크라이스 방법론이 안무연구 및 예술연구의 중요한 방법론이 될 수 있고 더 나아가서는 이것이 생물적, 심리적, 사회적인 몸의 해방 과정이고 몸 비평의 수단이 될 수 있음을 제안한다. 본 논문은 연구자가 펠던크라이스 전문인으로서 약 7년간(2003-2010) 무용실습 현장에 서 가르친 경험과 실습중심의 안무연구인 「선택의 예술: 안무의 원천으로써의 펠던크라이 스 방법론(The Art of Making Choices: The Feldenkrais Method® as a Choreographic Resource)」을 바탕으로 한다. 모쉐 펠던크라이스는 ‘성숙을 지향하는 교육(Education towards maturity)’을 실현하기 위해 해방의 교수법으로써 대화하는 몸 훈련을 계획했다. 이는 아도르노가 말하는 “교육이 일반적인 상황을 벗어나는 과정을 통해서 자기성찰, 비판 그리고 감정이입 등을 통해 이루어져야 한다”는 주장과 일맥상통한다. 그리고 “구체적인 형태가 해체되고 재구성되는 과정의 경험은 자신을 반성하고 비판할 수 있는 계기를 마련 한다. 이러한 경험은 세상을 살아감에 있어 복잡다단한 내면을 지닌 개인들이 타인과의 원만한 관계를 유지하는 데에도 도움이 된다”는 마르쿠제의 주장과도 그 뜻을 같이 하고 있다. 이에 연구자는 한 발 더 나아가 실습중심의 예술 연구와 이것의 고등교육과정으로의 적용을 통한 펠던크라이스 중심의 공연 교수법에 대한 가능성을 제기한다.

        Jeon Soocheon’s Moving Drawing is a cross continental project carried out for 7days and 8 nights, from 14th to 21st of September 2005 along the Amtrak of United States. In the sense of art history, Moving Drawing falls under the term site-specific installation, emerged in the late 1960’s, as it relies on the railways of limited areas of United States. However, at the same time it holds characteristics of public art as ordinary audience can participate and experience the art work for certain period of time. Since the 1990’s, the concept of art headed towards new trend that cannot be described under frames of traditional modernism. This new work of art attempted art to return to reality and actively fuse with everyday life, and be re-produced by others into copies continuously; currently referred to as neo-conceptualism or global conceptualism. Jeon claims that Moving Drawing falls under a ‘new’ genre of postconceptualism, where existence of both discussion and interactive space is possible together at once. In Moving Drawing, as the audience can live inside the work (train), communication is emphasized by opening the relationship between artwork and audience, and relay of the work is featured on the internet; in this sense, the work falls under neo-conceptualism. The question of this article towards the work begins from this point. How will Moving Drawing be explained by the perspectives of ‘new’ conceptualism? On the reverse, how is Jeon’s Moving Drawing read by the perspectives of ‘new’ conceptualism? This article will reveal that Jeon focused on works introduced in the 1990’S, that encouraged audience participation and strategically used theory of Nicolas Bourriud who invented ‘relational aesthetics’ and ‘relational art’. Furthermore, as a result, the art tendency of the artist will be described as Nomadism. The term Nomadism originated from Nomad, who continuously moved in search of new life, referring to inclination of action where one endlessly searches for new identity free from specific norms or values. In ‘Difference and Repetition’ by French philosopher, Gilles Deleuze in 1968, the world of Nomad was described as ‘world of moving visual’, which continued to be used as philosophical term ‘Nomadism’. The term refers to continuous search of new things beyond traditional value and philosophy, and in an artistic sense, it refers to artists, with avant-garde spirit, exploring the new world by crossing between various academic fields. Despite artists working with various post-conceptual tendencies, research on them is lacking in the current art scene, and hence, this article is important and valuable attempt.

        A sweep-based heuristic using common area is developed for multi-vehicle VRPs under time various and unsymmetric forward and backward vehicle moving speed. One depot and 2 delivery vehicle are assumed in this research to make the problem solving strategy simple. A common area is held to make adjustment of possible unbalance of between two vehicle delivery completion times. The 4 time zone heuristic is used to solve for efficient delivery route for each vehicle. The current size of common area needs to be studied for better results, but the suggested problem solving procedures can be expanded for any number of vehicles.

        PURPOSES : The lack of details of design guideline for zig-zag shaped section approaching central bus stop leads an traffic accident proneness. So, this study analysed the geometric elements of central bus stop area in terms of vehicle dynamics and suggested design alternatives. METHODS: The study analysed a dynamic behaviour of bus moving in and out of zig-zag shaped section using Auto-Turn under scenarios. Based upon dynamic analysis, the study found out the width of overtaking lane is the most influential factor for a safe moving at zig-zag alignment. RESULTS : The width of overtaking lane at design speed of 40, 50, and 60 km/h respectively was suggested given taper ratio of 1 to 10 required for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), and the lane width is not wider than 4.0m which possibly makes two vehicles using the same lane. Also, the width of overtaking lane which mitigates the taper ratio was suggested with the same restriction about the maximum lane width. CONCLUSIONS: The results of the study can be used to prepare a design guideline on zig-zag shaped alignment of central bus exclusive lanes. The more stable moving is expected by applying the design alternatives suggested, therefore the lower rate of traffic crashes at the vicinity of central bus stops.

        An efficient vehicle routing heuristic for different vehicle moving times for forward and backward between two points is studied in this research. Symmetric distance or moving times are assumed to move back and forth between two points in general, but it is not true in reality. Also, various moving speeds along time zones are considered such as the moving time differences between rush hours or not busy daytimes. To solve this type of extremely complicated combinatorial optimization problems, delivery zones are specified and delivery orders are determined for promising results on the first stage. Then delivery orders in each zone are determined to be connected with other zones for a tentative complete delivery route. Improvement steps are followed to get an effective delivery route for unsymmetric-time-varing vehicle moving speed problems. Performance evaluations are done to show the effectiveness of the suggested heuristic using computer programs specially designed and developed using C++.
