        본 연구의 목적은 보행로의 완충공간에 설치할 공유형 개인이동장치 주차구획을 합리적으로 설계하는 것이다. 공유형 개인이동장치 주차구획 설계를 위해 공유형 개인이동장치 주차구획의 주차형식별 규격과 주차용량을 산정하는 공식을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 방법 은 다음과 같다. 먼저 보행로 완충공간의 수직길이에 대한 기하학적 특성을 활용하는 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 공유형 개인이동장치 주 차구획의 수직길이에 대한 제약조건을 도출하였다. 다음으로 보행로 완충공간의 수평길이에 대한 기하학적 특성을 활용하는 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 공유형 개인이동장치 주차구획의 수평길이에 대한 제약조건을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 보행로 완충 공간의 수직길이에 대한 공유형 개인이동장치 주차구획의 주차형식별 규격을 바탕으로 주차구획 설계공식을 도출하였다. 보행로 완충 공간의 수평길이에 대한 공유형 개인이동장치 주차구획의 용량을 바탕으로 주차구획 설계공식을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 연구결과를 바탕으로 보행로의 완충공간에 설치할 공유형 개인이동장치 주차구획에 대해 최적의 주차형식과 주차용량을 도출하였다.

        PURPOSES : This study is to analyze preference of shared personal mobility(shared e-scooter or shared bike) parking lot. The detailed purposes are as follows. Firstly, the attributes and attribute levels of shared personal mobility are developed. Based on combined attributes and attribute levels several profiles were composed. Preference data of shared personal mobility parking lot is collected through survey. Preference of shared personal mobility parking lot was analyzed using conjoint analysis. METHODS : Based on the literature review, the attributes and attribute levels that might affect behavior or intention of shared personal mobility parking were developed. Several profiles that contain combined attributes and attribute levels were created in a fractional factorial design. In order to collect preference data of shared personal mobility parking lot, online survey were proceeded. The survey participants were asked to mark preference point between point 1 and point 10. Lastly, preference of shared personal mobility parking lot was analyzed using conjoint analysis. RESULTS : Based on literature review, 5 attributes for conjoint analysis were set.(Distance between shared personal mobility parking lot and destination, Space for shared personal mobility parking lot, Location of shared personal mobility parking lot, Type of shared personal mobility parking lot, Interval of shared personal mobility parking lot). With the combination of 5 attributes and their levels, 16 random profiles were made. Online survey was proceeded with 300 participants who have used shared personal mobility. Using conjoint analysis utility and importance of each attribute has been calculated. As a result, the preference got higher when distance between parking lot and destination and intervals of parking lots are short. In addition racks are tended to be preferred and it seems to be more profer to install parking lot on buffer zone of pedestrian road instead of adjacent to private building. CONCLUSIONS : It could be important to install personal mobility parking lot considering preference of parking lot attributes in order to encourage users to use the proper parking lot instead of parking anywhere.

        In this paper, we introduce the result of the locker of the safety helmet to protect the user’s life from accidents of personal mobility, i.e. electrical-scooter, electrical bicycle and kick-board. Through Arduino kit which is the one of common open source computing platform, electric circuit and equipment to fulfil the functions of the locker of the safety helmet is designed and made. Especially the functions which are protected from the damage of humidity and sterilization of bacteria will be automatically operated in locker by Arduino board and bluetooth module with various sensors. The dimension of the locker is designed using CATIA program and made with ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) resin to keep and lock the helmet.

        PURPOSES : This study aims to suggest how to utilize "standby data" of shared mobility that does not contain personal information and examine whether "standby data" can derive existing shared mobility operation analysis items similarly. METHODS : An existing Personal Mobility (PM) traffic pattern analysis was performed by identifying the user (User ID) and the user's route in a time frame. In this study, the PM traffic pattern analysis focuses on a vehicle (ID of the standby vehicle) and its standby location. We examined whether the items derived from the User ID-based traffic pattern analysis could also be derived from the standby Vehicle ID-based analysis. RESULTS : The analysis showed that all five items (traffic volume by time slot, peak time, average travel time, average travel distance, and average travel speed) of the existing User ID-based PM travel analysis result could be derived similarly using the standby Vehicle ID-based PM traffic analysis. However, the disadvantage is that the average driving distance is calculated as a straight-line distance. It seems possible to overcome this limitation by correcting the average driving distance through linkage analysis with road network data. However, it is not possible to derive the instantaneous maximum speed or acceleration/deceleration. CONCLUSIONS : In an era in which various means of transportation are being introduced, data sharing is not preferred because of legal issues.Consequently, it is difficult to understand the use of new means of transportation and formulate new policies. To address this, data sharing can be active based on standby data that is not related to personal information.

        최근 도심항공모빌리티(UAM) 상용화에 앞서 도심 내 항공 교통수단 관련 산업에 대한 연구개발 중요성이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 도심항공모빌리티(UAM) 환경을 조성하기 위해서 핵심 항공 이동 수단 비행체인 개인용 항공기 (PAV) 기체에 관한 연구가 수행되고 있으나, 탑승자 관점의 연구가 상대적으로 부족한 상황이다. 특히 PAV는 탑승 자의 새로운 생활공간으로 활용될 것으로 예상되기 때문에 탑승자의 실내행위를 지원하는 실내공간 설계를 위해서 는 PAV 기체에서 발생하는 물리적 요소가 인체에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구가 필수적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 PAV의 공중 운항 특성으로 인해 인체에 영향을 주는 제약 요소를 도출하고, 이러한 제약 요소가 실내행위를 수행하는 탑승자 인체에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구 결과, 항공 이동 수단 비행 기체 PAV 는 4,000ft 이하에서 운항해야 하는 기준에 따라, 운항고도에 따른 제약 요소는 소음, 진동, 저주파 운동에 의한 멀미 로 나타났다. 이러한 제약 요소가 실내행위에 영향을 미친다는 관점에서 PAV에서 행할 수 있는 실내행위를 자율주 행 자동차, 비행기, PAV 컨셉 사례를 활용하여 도출하고 인체에 미치는 영향과 수준을 고려하여 실내행위 지원을 위한 제약 요소 권장기준을 설정하였다. 또한 실내행위 지원을 위한 제약 요소의 인체 영향 수준을 감소시키기 위해 서는 시트의 형태 및 내장기능(진동 저감 기능, 온도조절, LED조명 등), 개인 좌석별 지향성 스피커를 활용한 외부소 음 감소, 소음과 진동 감소를 위한 내장재 등을 실내공간 설계에 반영해야 함을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 PAV 실내행 위에 영향을 주는 제약 요소를 도출하였고, 인체에 미치는 영향 수준을 확인하였으며, 추후 PAV 실내 설계 시 기초 자료로써 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

        This paper intends to consider the contents of the insufficient certification system of PAV and to propose the certification regulations. In other words, PAV is a combination of people and drones that should reflect commercial specifications among aviation certification specifications and civil aircraft regulations. However, the domestic PAV certification system is still lacking in clear detailed regulations, and the detailed certification system of PAV should be established as soon as possible. It is hoped that PAV certification system will be established first and applied in earnest in the future, and that the domestic PAV industry will be activated.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze laws and policies related to personal mobility (PM) in foreign countries, review Korean laws, hear opinions from experts on the orientation of personal mobility devices to propose a framework for the safe use and activation of personal mobility devices. At the local government level, the following were suggested as matters that Jeju Island should pursue with interest and should be stipulated in the ordinance. First, designate the availability of personalized mobile devices. Second, promote the availability of personal mobile devices. Third, establishing a basic plan for activating the use of personal mobile devices to ensure safety. Fourth, support for personal mobile driving roads. Fifth, the restriction and prohibition of traffic of personalized mobile devices and the content regulations for time designation and management. Sixth, regulations on the contents of regulations such as prohibition of parking and illegal parking, prohibition and processing of long-term neglect, etc. Seventh, designation and operation of a special zone for individual vehicles. Eighth, various rules for driving.
