MEPC 80차 회의에서 IMO는 더욱 강화된 온실가스 감축 전략을 제시하였다. 기존의 72차 회의에서 제시하였던 초기전략보다 구체적이고 강화된 감축 전략이다. IMO는 2050년 무렵까지 국제 해운으로부터 온실가스 배출을 ‘Net Zero’에 도달하도록 전략을 세웠다. 이 논문에서는 대표적인 친환경 연료로 구분되는 LNG, 수소, 메탄올, 암모니아의 위험도 평가를 진행하였다. 전문가들의 설문조사를 통한 결과를 퍼지 기법을 적용하여 주관적인 모호성을 해결하였다. 또한 TOPSIS 기법을 통해서 퍼지의 긍정적인 해와 부정적인 해를 도출하였 다. 이를 통해서 Vertex 방법을 이용하여 대체 연료의 근접계수 값을 최종적으로 구하여 결정하였다. 그 결과, 메탄올, LNG, 수소, 암모니 아 순으로 선호하였다. 이 연구는 제안된 접근 방식이 대체 연료를 결정을 위한 집단 의사결정 방법으로 이용할 수 있음을 보여준다.

PURPOSES: In this study, as part of an effort to develop HUD for public transit, it is proposed that the decision of order priority of contents which will be disposed to bus drivers through HUD for public transit using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) technique. METHODS: In AHP analysis method brainstorming, factor analysis, hierarchical structuring, and weighting analysis were performed by applying a classical analysis method. RESULTS: By the result of analysis it is shown that unlike car drivers, bus drivers prefer information related to bus intervals, bus stop, and door open and close to information related to vehicle running. Also, bus stop information and bus interval information were ranked as first and second place in order priority of HUD contents for public transit by experts. CONCLUSIONS: This method of selecting order priority of HUD contents for public transit can provide a basic foundation for selecting order priority of traffic information contents as well as other HUD contents.

This study presents the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a potential decision-making method for obtaining the relative weights of alternatives through pairwise comparison in the context of hierarchical structure. The aim of this study was to elicit prior strategies for brand communication for Korean restaurants overseas. We created a questionnaire and surveyed experts at government agencies, restaurant companies, and universities from October to November 2011. By applying the pairwise comparison matrix, relevance was perceived as a more important strategy evaluation criteria than effectiveness or urgency. The highest-ranked strategy was the 'Identification of the BI and positioning of Korean restaurants' followed by 'Development of Korean food content for overseas promotion', 'Development of locally customized Korean food recipes and new Korean menus', 'Development of marketing communication strategies for Korean restaurants by countries', and 'Development of Korean restaurant differentiation strategies'. The results of this study can be used for effective Korean food globalization by enhancing the competitiveness in the world market.

본 연구에서는 의사결정자의 대립관계가 있는 항만개발 문제에 대한 우선순위 평가와 보상관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 항만개발에 대한 관련문헌을 분석하여 평가요소를 추출하였고, FSM법을 이용하여 평가요소를 구조화하고, 구조화 분석을 통해 평가항목을 선정하였다. 두 번째, 항만개발 평가 주체를 지역주민, 이용자, 지자체로 선정하고 AHP법을 이용하여 종합 평가치를 산출하였다. 세 번째 JMPR법을 이용하여 평가주체간 제휴를 구성하였을때 종합 평가결과와 대체안 선정에 따른 불만량을 최소로 하여 평가하는 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 대체안 선정에 따른 보상문제를 정량화하고 보상관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 대상 항만중 부산항 개발이 가장 우선되어야 하며, 항만이용자는 환경에 대한 인식의 개선과, 지자체에서는 환경 친화적인 항만개발을 위한 환경 인센티브 정책을 추진해야 할 것이다.

기존교량의 내진보강 우선순위 결정방법은 교량을 지진도 그룹으로 분류한 후 교량의 취약도 및 영향도를 고려하여 4개의 내진그룹으로 분류된다. 그러나, 현재 사용되고 있는 내진보강 우선순위 결정방법을 442개의 국도상 기존교량에 적용한 결과 비합리적인 부분이 조사되었다. 지진도를 정량화하여 좀 더 세분화할 필요가 있고, 연속경간장이 긴 PSC 박스거더교량의 취약도가 과소평가되는 모순점을 개선할 필요가 있었으며, 영향도 수준 또한 취약도 수준으로 증가시킬 필요가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 기존 교량의 조사 결과를 근거로 기존 평가기법을 수정 보완하여 개선된 내진보강 우선순위 결정방법을 제안하였다.

Since the beginning of our military history, we are continuously interested in supplying apartment for military officers. So we possessed 72,361 households and used in 2002. however, 18% of those are over 20years and need to be remodeled. Department of Military has taken this fact seriously to solve the problems, they built more new buildings, rent public buildings and remodeled the old one. But, The procedure of present military apartment remodeling has many problems at the stage of evaluating the priorities in various remodeling projects which have been caused from lots of corps. I’ve reviewed the study of military apartment business and applied the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method which is effective to evaluate the priorities in various groups’ decision.

본 논문은, 시설물안전법의 적용을 받지 않아 안전사각 지대에 놓여 있는 중소규모 교량들의 유지관리 전략 수립시 기초자료로 활용할 수 있는, 중소규모 교량 성능평가 우선순위 결정 방안을 제시하기 위해 실시하였다. 이를 위해 취약도와 영향도를 기반으로 하는 위험도 지수를 산출하고, 산출된 위험도 지수에 따라 이들 교량들을 성능평가 즉시실시교량, 단기실시교량 및 관찰교량으로 구분하여 제안하고, 실제 공용중에 있는 중소규모 교량에 적용하여 제안한 방안의 현장 적용성을 확인하였다. 연구결과, 여기서 제시된 방안은 향후 중소규모 교량의 유지관리 전략 수립에 적절히 활용되어 중소규모교량 사고 방지 및 유지관리 예산절감에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

Based on the study of chloride migration coefficient and hydration heat evolution, it was found that the use of ternary blended cement was effective to achieve desired service life and minimum crack index. 가축매몰지 인근 지하수 수질은 지하수 이용과 관련하여 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 한국 환경부에서는 지하수 수질 감시를 위하여 지하수 수질을 직접 측정하는 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이 방법은 수질분석에 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되기 때문에 관측지점이 수백개 이상인 경우에는 효율적인 모니터링이 어려울 수 있다. 금회 연구에서는 지하수의 전기 전도도를 매몰지에서의 지하수 수질 지표로 사용하는 방안을 제안하였다. 지하수 수질 수준을 판별하기 위하여 가축 매물지 근방의 장기적인 지하수 수질 측정자료를 통계학적인 방법으로 분석하여 지하수 수질 지표와의 상관관계를 도출하였고, 무선 통신망을 이용한 원격 모니터링 기법을 이용하여 보다 신속하게 지하수 상태를 감시할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

현재 각 관리 주체별로 절토사면에 대한 유지관리를 시행하고 있으나 평가항목 및 평가모형이 다양하고 접근방법이 상호보완적이지 못하므로 보편성 및 객관성이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 기존 절토사면 평가기법에 대한 분석을 통하여 합리적인 모형개발을 위한 접근을 시도하고 붕괴사례 분석을 통하여 붕괴 주요원인 및 인자를 발굴하고 이를 계층분석기법(AHP)을 이용하여 기존 절토사면의 조사․평가단계에서 조사우선순위를 결정하기 위한 평가표를 작성하였다.

This research focused on the priority decision for establishment criteria on the effects which environmental sculptures in urban areas. The analysis performed in this study used the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) that is recognized as a useful decision-making tool to select and evaluate alternatives through "pairwise comparison" in the context of hierarchical decision structure. The results obtained from the analysis drawn by collecting the professional opinions of 5 experts for environmental sculptures are as follows: 1. The orders of establishment criteria priorities on environmental sculptures were harmony of environment > symbol > public > function. The harmony of environment was the most important priority because it showed the highest weight of criteria. 2. The alternative priorities of environmental sculptures were the meaning of work>setting place>social contribution >physical quality. The meaning of work showed the highest change in the weight of alternative. 3. The sensitivity analysis of environmental sculptures demonstrated that the rate of change in the alternative priorities of the public was stabilized although the criteria importance varied, while the harmony of environment, the symbol intimated and function priorities had their rates of weight changed if the criteria priorities were high.
