        Big data technology is being used in various fields followed by the development of information and communication technology. In the corporate and public sectors, diverse system platforms are built and operated due to the needs of users, but efficiency is low because they are built from an individual service perspective rather than an integrated service perspective. In this study, the relationship between presenting the characteristics of the type of shared information platform, the integration plan, and integration performance of the shared information system platform was analyzed. The results of the study will provide guidelines for the integration of shared information system platforms by the government and private companies in the future.

        PURPOSES : In this study, an existing speed-controlled Marshall stability tester was systemized as an Internet of Things(IoT) system. The Marshall stability test data were transmitted to the cloud in real-time, and an IoT optional-controlled board capable of additional load and displacement control was proposed. METHODS : The IoT systemization was built based on an improvement of an IoT height measuring system, the re-verification of standard samples for comparative analysis, and the development of a wireless IG-IoT board. The developed wireless Induk-GeoTS(IG)-IoT board was compared with existing commercial data logger using displacement- and load- calibration equipment. After the conformity of the developed wireless IoT board was established, a urethane standard sample was reproduced and verified using the recipe presented in a previous study to conduct a round-robin test. In addition, the adequacy of the speed, load, and displacement control tests for the optional-controlled characteristics was verified. the round-robin test for the Marshall stability and deformation strength and the comparative test of indirect tensile strength with the existing Marshall tester were performed using the re-verified standard sample. RESULTS : The improved two-point IoT height measurement system reduced the average relative error by 2.11% relative to the one-point measurement. From the re-verification results of the regenerated urethane standard sample, it was suitable with relative error of 3.65% in the loading elastic modulus and 4.07% in the unloading elastic modulus, compared to the existing standard sample. From the comparative analysis of the developed wireless IG-IoT board and existing commercial data logger, it was confirmed that the wireless IoT board could be reliably used, based on the average relative error of the wireless IoT board, 0.64% and that of the data logger, 3.79% in terms of the displacement(flow value) and an average relative error of 0.78% for the wireless IoT board and 0.79% for the data logger in terms of the load(stability). By analyzing the optional-controlled characteristics, it was found that the Marshall stability speed control conditions were satisfied based on the error results, with an average relative value of 2.96% under deformation strength test condition of 30mm/min, 3.23% under the indirect tensile strength test condition of 50mm/min, and 2.6% under the Marshall stability test condition of 50.8mm/min. It was also found that proper control characteristics were obtained, with an average relative error of 0.72% within the experimental load range in the load control conditions, and an average relative error of 2.4% in the experimental displacement range in the displacement control conditions. The results from the round-robin Marshall stability and deformation strength testing to verify the applicability of the IoT optional-controlled board show that the data were reliable based on the 3σ quality control method. In addition, by comparing the results of the indirect tensile strength tests, the usability of the wireless IG-IoT board was verified, with an average relative error of 0.96%. CONCLUSIONS : The IoT height measuring system was improved, and a wireless IG-IoT board that can transmit test data to a cloud platform was developed. The usability of the developed wireless IoT board was verified by round-robin testing using a re-verified urethane specimen. The IG-IoT optional-controlled board extends the verified wireless IG-IoT board, it was developed and validated for not only the existing speed control, but also for load, and displacement control.

        In the recent business environment, risks related to product safety problems are increasing. These are arising from various factors such as increasing product and production complexity, supply chain diversification, enhanced PL (product liability) law and strengthening regulations of the government. Accordingly, ISO (international organization for standardization) published standards of PSMS (product safety management system) for suppliers such as ISO 10377 and ISO 10393. Meanwhile, the ISO 9001 QMS (quality management system) was revised in 2015, and it has established itself as an effective tool that can consistently meet the various requirements of stakeholders and promote customer satisfaction. This study aims to suggest an integration framework of QMS and PSMS based on the recent ISO international standards. To this end, firstly, the relationship between QMS and PSMS is studied based on the quality and product safety definitions, PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle and risk-based thinking. Secondly, the requirements of ISO 10377 and ISO 9001 are compared and classified as the common and ISO 10377 specific requirements. Finally, integration steps of two systems are suggested and guidelines that can systemize the integrated requirements are presented in the aspect of processes and documentation. This study is expected to be used as a guideline that helps companies those have already acquired QMS certification to build an international-level product safety management system early.

        The ISO 9000 Quality Management System(QMS) standard is an effective tool that can consistently meet the various requirements of stakeholders and promote customer satisfaction management. However, in the recent business environment, not only quality issues but also risks in various other areas are increasing. In particular, risks related to product safety problems which are arised from product convergence, diversification of methods of production and globalization of supply chain pose a great threat to the sustainability of companies. Accordingly, ISO published standards of Product Safety Management System(PSMS) for suppliers such as ISO 10377 and ISO 10393. This study aims to suggest an integration framework of QMS and PSMS based on ISO international standards. To this end, the relationship of QMS and PSMS are analyzed and the requirements of the both systems are integrated based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act(PDCA) cycle and risk-based thinking. In addition, guidelines that can systemize the integrated requirements are presented in the aspect of processes and documentation.         In a series of recent launch tests, North Korea has been improving the firepower of its missiles that can target South Korea. North Korea’s missiles and submarines are capable of threatening targets in South Korea and are likely faster and more covert than the systems previously seen in North Korea. The advanced threats require that ROK Navy should not only detect them earlier than ever but also response quicker than ever. In addition to increasing threats, the number of young man that can be enlisted for military service has been dramatically decreasing. To deal with these difficulty, ROK navy has been making various efforts to acquire a SMART warship having enhanced defense capability with fewer human resources. For quick response time with fewer operators, ROK Navy should improve the efficiency of systems and control tower mounted on the ship by promoting the Ship System Integration. Total Ship Computing Environment (TSCE) is a method of providing single computing environment for all ship systems. Though several years have passed since the first proposal of TSCE, limited information has been provided and domestic research on the TSCE is still in its infancy. In this paper, we apply TSCE with open architecture (OA) to solve the problems that ROK Navy is facing in order to meet the requirements for the SMART ship. We first review the level of Ship System Integration of both domestic and foreign ships. Then, based on analyses of integration demands for SMART warship, we apply real time OA to design architecture for TSCE from functional view and physical view. Simulation result shows that the proposed architecture has faster response time than the response time of the existing architecture and satisfies its design requirements.

        The main point of this study is to find out duplicates and differences among various regulations from different organizations. Also, it focuses on creating a reasonably unified regulation system to standardize safety & environment management. In this study, I analyzed the commonalities and the differences of two systems which are typical korean Process Safety Management System and off-site Consequence Analysis. It is confirmed that there are 25 species of overlapped material of those two systems and assessment like handling material information, facilities lists, hazardous substances and list of machine power. Process safety report focuses on onsite workers and facility protect. On the other hand, off-site Consequence Analysis focuses on design, arrangement and management of handling facility from off-site influence. I found difference two system of Enforcement purposes and way. Contradiction of Harmful information of Chemicals Control Act and occupation safety and health acts from same material. To be specific, There are no unit rule of occupation safety and health acts. so it permit inch, psi etc. But Chemicals Control Act provides that m, Mpa units. Therefore, Each regulatory duplication of items for chemicals management, standardization is writing so that you can coordinate overlapping items in the measures the need to be presented.

        We have developed a data integration system for ground-based space weather facilities in Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI). The data integration system is necessary to analyze and use ground-based space weather data efficiently, and consists of a server system and data monitoring systems. The server system consists of servers such as data acquisition server or web server, and storage. The data monitoring systems include data collecting and processing applications and data display monitors. With the data integration system we operate the Space Weather Monitoring Lab (SWML) where real-time space weather data are displayed and our ground-based observing facilities are monitored. We expect that this data integration system will be used for the highly efficient processing and analysis of the current and future space weather data at KASI.

        본 연구는 인문지리정보 통합시스템 구축에 있어서 온톨로지 지식기반 구축에 관한 연구로서 인문지리정보의 통합적 활용방안에 대해 논의하였다. 온톨로지 모델링의 방법을 이용하여 수집된 지리정보들을 조직화하고, 재사용가능한 정보로서 데이터들간의 관계를 설정하였으며 온톨로지를 활용하여 사용자 중심의 시나리오에 기반한 검색을 가능하게 하였다. 시범연구지역인 제주도를 사례로하여 다양한 지역지리정보를 수집하여 온톨로지 모델링을 통해 정의한 클래스에 맞추어 온톨로지 인스턴스를 구축하여 사용자를 위한 통합DB를 활용한 시맨틱 검색을 가능하게 하였다.

        In mold structure machining, tool interference is a phenomenon which results from a collision between a blade of tool and a workpiece. Also tool collision is a phenomenon which results from a collision of holder with the object to be machined. These phenomena not only cause damages to mold and tool but also increase machining time and cost. To detect a collision of a tool to mold structure, first of all, the mold structure and a tool must be defined with famous geometric models such CSG, B-rep, and Voxel. A tool is defined as a combination of the blade, the shank, and the holder. This thesis reviews various collision detection algorithms using z-map and computer 3D graphic collision detection algorithms for the tool in machining a mold structure.
