        비알코올성 지방간 질환은 만성 간질환의 가장 흔한 원인이다. 이 연구의 목적은 비알코올성 지방간 질환 동물모델을 확립하고 생체 내 짧은 양성자 자기공명분광법을 이용하여 비침습적으로 간의 대사물질과 지질의 변화를 정량 분석하고자 하였다. 각 실험은 고지방식 먹이를 먹고 나서 0주를 기준선으로 하고, 2, 4, 6, 8주에 쥐의 간 실질 조직으로부터 측정되었다. 0주를 기준선으로 하고 2주와 비교했을 때 0.9, 1.3, 2.3, 2.8 및 5.3 ppm 에서 유의미하게 증가하였다(p<0.01). 따라서 양성자 자기공명분광법은 고지방식 먹이를 먹고 2주 후부터 다양한 쥐의 간 지질 변화를 검출하고 특성화하는데 유용할 것이다.

        The transposable element is a DNA sequence that can be changed its position within the genome, sometimes it can create or reverse mutations and altering the cell's genome size. Target region amplification polymorphism (TRAP) is a rapid and efficient PCR-based marker technique, which uses bioinformatics tools and expressed sequence tag (EST) database information to generate polymorphic markers around targeted candidate gene sequences. TE-TRAP is a new marker system which used terminal inverted repeat (TIR) instead of targeted candidate gene sequences. Sorghum holds a good potential plant organism for transposon tagging due to its small genome size, low amount of repetitive DNA and co-linearity with other cereal genomes, which allows the use of information derived from sorghum in other cereal grasses. IS2868 of sorghum accession was treated Gamma irradiation on seed. To define availability and utilization of TE-TRAP, twenty-one accessions were used to evaluate the genetic diversity and underlying relationships. One-thousand thirty-three TE-TRAP markers were amplified by thirty-one primer combination. Altogether, 712 (62.8%) markers were observed polymorphic segregation, whereas 421 (37.2%) showed monomorphic patterns. To estimate genetic differentiation of population by various gamma radiation doses, the analysis of molecular variance (AMOVA) was performed using 4 to 5 different radiation doses population of M1 sorghum individuals. This study and marker system will provide valuable information to assist radiation mutation breeding.

        La Cour de cassation coréenne, dans un jugement du 6 juillet 2006, a déclaré que la demande de suivre les enquêteurs au commissariat de police pour y effectuer une confrontation n'avait pas eu lieu que sur la seule volontarité du prévenu sur le fondement du principe d'enquête non coercitive énoncé par l'article 199 du code de procédure pénale. Toutefois, cet article ne comporte pas ce principe mais exige seulement la nécéssité d'enquête et la légalité de mesure coercitive. En fait le caractéristique fondamentale de l'enquête non coercitive ne consiste pas dans la spontanéité de l'accord dès lors que l'examen de la légalité doit porter sur la nécéssité d'enquête au regard de la rationnalité. Il faut noter également que la Cour a résolu par ce jugement des arguments concernants l'admissibilité de l'interpellation sans contrainte pour nécessité de l'enquête différente de l'interpellation effectuée aux contrôles d'identité dont la caractère est d'ailleurs jugé une mesure de police administrative non pas judiciaire. Pour garantir la spontanéité de l'acoord, la Cour exige l'information préalable d'un droit de refuser à la demande de suivre au commissariat de police. Pourtant cette obligation n'est pas prévue dans le texte procédural. Au contraire, elle a été supprimée par le législateur en 1991 en occasion de la modification de la loi sur l'exécution des missions policières. L'exigence de la propre volontarité ne répond pas à la réalité de l'enquêtes non coercitive et conduit les enquêteurs à préférer les mesures coercitive en raison de la sévérité du contrôle exercé par la Cour. Cette contradiction ne pourrait pas contribuer à la protection des droits de l'homme au cours des enquêtes policières.

        Behavior of platinum group elements during crystallization within ore magma is of interest. In this study platinum is selected and its mineralogical and geochemical behavior in the presence of antimony and tellurium is investigated at 600℃. High purity Pt, Sb, and Te are used as starting material and silica quartz tubings are as container. Rection products have been examined by use of ore microscope, X-ray diffractometer, electron microprobe analyser and micro-indentation hardness tester. stable phases at 600℃ are platinum (Pt), Pt5Sb, Pt3Sb, PtSb, stumpflite (PtSb), geversite (PtSb), PtTe, Pt3Te4, Pt2Te3, moncheite (PtTe2), tellurantimony (Sb2Te3), and antimony (Sb). Geversite is the mineral showing the most significant extent of solid solution by up to 27 at% between Sb and Te elements. Isothermal section of 600℃ is established in this study. It is noted that platinum cannot coexists with stumpflite or geversite under equilibrium condition, and stumpflite composition in equilibrium with geversite may be used as geothermometer.
